Great and friendly staff. Clean. Been giving for 2 years and ever since they switched to new machines and changed their weekend hours the process has been super slow. What took an hour to an hour and half now takes a good 2 to 2 and a half hours.

First time attempting to donate. I waited a half hour in the waiting area and front desk to be told they closed soon. There was nothing in the app or website indicating how to prep for the first appointment. The lady was very rude. I went against my better judgement to give CSL a chance, I'll continue going to BioLife.

First time donor process took 3.5 hours. (I have donated at other facilities before this was ridiculous). The first phlebotomist was trying to find a good vein in my left arm and pulled the needle out and put it back in 3 times and was fishing around. Left a dark bruise. I came back 3 days later for my second donation. The bruise they left was still quire dark on my arm. They had no nurse on staff to check it so they deferred me. I was upset that they had left the bruise and they had no nurse so I spoke wit

All the employees are friendly and the donations always quick. Easy money and helping save lives

Great environment the moment you walk through the door. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nurse was very sweet and informative. My visit took longer than anticipated (due to questionnaire issues) but management apologized for any inconvenience and offered me a fast pass for a future visit. Manager was very sweet, friendly and very approachable. Donation went smoothly and phlebotomy staff very knowledgeable. Definitely recommending to friends.

I recently made the switch to bio life every time I would go to CSL they would make me sit 15 minutes saying I had a high pulse yet I've gone to bio life now for 6 donations and not once have had a high pulse at CSL and I go sit my 15 minutes and while in the waiting area they were also flagged for high pulses save your time and go.to biolife payouts are way higher and staff way more professional

Great staff very knowledgeable friendly and caring would definitely recommend

Friendly staff! Clean environment, fast and efficient. Staff takes the time to get to know their regular donors which is nice to know they care. I've been donating regularly since July of 2022 and have only had 1 problem; I had a needle stick that was just a little too deep but staff came and corrected the problem immediately. When I had an allergic reaction while donating the staff was very fast in acting and making sure that I was ok before leaving. I was not allowed to donate for 8 weeks following that

I usually donate twice a week and I've gotten the chance to get to know the staff and they sure make the experience much more enjoyable and easy. The facility is always clean and I'm in and out with near to no disruption in my day. I would totally recommend CSL Eau Claire for donations.

I recently started going to CSL and the staff have been lovely. Always positive attitudes and warm welcomes! Even though appointments are not available to schedule the process is very quick, which is much appreciated! Definitely recommend CSL if you are interested in donating plasma.

I was there for 3 hours. They told me I could not donate because I didn't weigh enough. Information I could have earlier

Everyone is super nice and caring. Fun to talk to. Only one thing I don't like is there is no handicap parking closer at the doors and you cannot skip long lines if you medically can't stand long.

I love going to CSL, everyone is so nice and caring. It's like they all know me like I'm their friend. I use to go to Bio life and did not have the same feeling. I'm so glad I switched

Cassie M. @ CSL plasma in Eau Claire #514 is very fast, friendly and efficient. She's a team player and should be recognized for the quality of her work! The staff there are wonderful!

I was a donor for a couple of years. There just happened to be a few times where I fell asleep, during my donation process. These were intermittent in the last year or so. They permanently deferred me. That seems to be the way things are done today. You're either permanently banned from something . No probationary period anymore. It shows that people have lost empathy, and respect for their fellow man.

Staff is very friendly. They do their best to get donors in and out as quickly as possible. There are often bonus incentives and referral bonuses available. I'm very pleased to be donating at CSL.

Been going here for two plus years. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Never have to wait too long. Much better than biolife.

Great place to donate plasma, great people and much better than bio-life. The only thing is they need to go back to the old needles at check in the new yellow ones hurt more and my guess is they did it to save a few pennies. But I do recommend this place!

Wonderful very professional staff always willing to talk and joke around with you. They make sure their donors are comfortable. They have a very clean facility.

I've been coming to CSL since they opened. The staff is very friendly and the rewards are great.

Great staff and super clean environment! I have really enjoyed my experiences at CSL Eau Claire! I highly recommend going!

Been going to CSL since December & love it! I've been to 2 other plasma places & this place is hands down the best. I'm in & out of here pretty quick!

Clean, friendly, calm space. The staff are very friendly and know you by name. I've had very enjoyable interactions with staff as well as other donors.

Great experience today as a first time donor. Teri, Cassie, Melissa, Mary, Felissa, Tess, Pamela, Angel, and Kaley made the process so easy and I'm excited to continue.

Have been coming in for a few months now and will definitely continue. I typically go in the PM and usually have the same group of employees. They are extremely polite and smile often. Some days take longer but you can see that they are always working to get everyone in and out quickly. Bring something to read or a hockey game to watch and it all goes by quickly ??

Amazing staff. They are caring and very respectful. Most days it is quick to get in and donate.

Have been going to csl for a while. Used to go to BioLife, but they could not hit my veins, and the lines were long. Csl is fast, friendly and talented.

CSL Plasma Eau Claire has been a great experience! First time donor. Quality staff and professional treatment.

Usually when i come here it is SUPER busy with little staff. I understand that there is a national staffing issue so i?m not upset. But today when i came in, the line was long like usual but there were more staff there than i?ve ever seen. There was one person taking vitals while the rest of the staff were standing around talking and laughing. This frustrated me so much I had to leave before I got my vitals taken. I don't understand how you can see a line out the door but have the decency to stand around an

Terrible service. The first employee i met with could not answer all of my questions because "she was new". She then had to leave to take care of more complex things that she was the most experienced employee to take care of (with zero explanation). Then 2 other people came in that I had never seen before. No introduction. Just some random person who was obviously new with a mentor. Normally I am cool with that. But you need to explain what is happening!!! I have a history of cancer. I have been in remissio

Don't let them waist your time do a vein check before anything else because if they can't find a vein that they think I suitable they will have you go through a 2 hour process and then don't pay you for your time

Albeit not my favorite activity, CSL Plasma is where to go when you go. Staff is super friendly and service is fairly quick even when they're packed.

I think CSL is a very nice place. I've always been very respected by the staff. Although, I wish they would put a bench or chairs in the place we have to stand. You could be standing there for more than an hour sometimes. I bench or some sort of seating would be nice.

I came into today to donate and I at first had a really negative experience with one of the employees, I had went home feeling frustrated and defeated so I had given a call to one of the managers here and explained my situation and a higher up called me later in the day her name is Kayla she had got everything all squared away for me as it was the employee who made a mistake, she gave me a extra $10 on my first donation and they pretty much expedited me through the whole donation process since I was there e

Started donating again back in February after not doing it for 10+ years. Nice and friendly staff and I'm usually done in an hour or so.

I've donated at CSL for about a month and at BioLife in the past for almost a year. Both places are similar, often having potentially long wait times for vital signs and again for a bed. Employees are mostly friendly. First month pay is higher at BioLife, but beyond the first month both are about the same, which isn't very much, but helps. Speed of donation at CSL once in a bed seems slightly faster and fewer alarms/complications compared to BioLife. Either place, I'd recommend wearing a mask (after ha

They are very polite, an listen when you inform them that something is not feeling right. Very organized place

Ashley is always so friendly! She's very good at her job! I appreciate all the workers at CLS plasma.??

Csl plasma Eau Claire 514. Wonderful stuff always smile, easy to talk. Very knowledge. I recommended very much.

Staff is so nice and once you go there enough they get to know you by name and I can't express enough how nice everyone is there! I won't donate anywhere else!

The questions are intensive, but needed. The staff are pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd greatly recommend this donation center.

I get it, we as the donors, choose to come here. This place only benefits the donors, of course. But the staff's inconsideration for our time is disgusting.. I notice ample opportunities for staff to get moving on the next donor, and they would rather go look for something else to do, or go check on a coworker. I would really love to speak up, but am constantly reminded that, they aren't here to help us. & they will move on with or without.. If they had some type of routine they followed, or something, perh

Always friendly staff, overall a great experience over the last 3 years

I've been going here for years and I won't switch to any other plasma center. I love how easy they make everything and the staff are wonderful and pleasant.

Friendly staff, efficient even when they are busy or machines are down, convenient location compared to other plasma donation companies in town.

Efficient and friendly. The staff is amazing! A great way to make some extra money and save lives.

I LOVE them. My wife and I go there 2 times a week to save the money for a hot tub. They remember us every time and it's clean!!! We highly recommended them and I added a new car decal on my car. Tell them you saw it if you go! My donor number is 11387544

Friendly staff and a great way to get some extra money. 100% recommend here over others for donating plasma in the eau claire area

This place is a joke I set through the whole things just to find out that the nurse there turn me away and iam not the only one from what I hear they really need to have a talk with the nurse she is not friendly at all I she was a little nicer it might have been ok

Done BYE CSL EC WI Manager Morgan, Asian doesn't listen to you. We were there 1 night and when 3 people before have high pulse, you do and 8 others after you from the same person obviously something wrong with the cuff machine or cuff itself. A bunch of us, ran out of seats all were talking sharing our own info and ea of us had the same issue from the same worker.

If u like standing around watching the employees just talk to each other. Why u wait for them with plenty of open beds. They are very rude also. I hope uper management can fix this place. Any one reading this there is another place to donate in eau claire. I'll be going there for now on.

Great place to donate. The staff are much friendlier than Biolife. Heather S. And Heather R. Helped me get set up and gave me tips on how to raise my hematocrit. The entire staff is personable and make me feel like I'm part of a family/friendship rather than just another donor or number while also remaining very professional. I give props to the entire staff. They are great! I would not be donating if the staff was rude.

My Husband and I had a great experience at CSL. Kayley in Eau claire center went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend CSL.

Unprofessional is the best word I can come up with to describe this place. Ive been there only twice and I don't really ever want to go back. The first time I went there, there were a couple people in front sitting in the donor screening booths chatting, then one of them asked me if I was there as a new donor. I confirmed I was, and she immediately turned to her colleague she was chatting with and said "Can you do the new donor? I really don't want to." Her colleague said she didn't either. I didn't exactly

I adore the friendly staff at CSL. Always a positive experience!

Everybody is so friendly and they always quick toget you back even if they are not as fast.

The staff at CSL Plasma in Eau Claire are top notch, they explain everything to you and are extremely personable and kind. There wasn't a moment I felt uncomfortable. The best part is no hour wait to get in.

ZACK is incredibly rude to clients. He has absolutely zero people skills, makes you feel like and idiot and is the absolute opposite of helpful and kind. Three interactions with him and every one has been absolutely terrible.

The staff has been excellent and the facility really is clean/organized!

Fast lines, fun conversations, and confident phlebotomists. More than I ask for and always a pleasant experience.

Scheduled an appointment, drove 84 miles to donate, and was told we couldn't because of our zipcode. There is no mention of anything like that when Scheduling it. Wasted our gas for nothing.

CSL is a clean environment with very polite staff. I've been donating on and off for 15 years and CSL is my favorite place to go for plasma donations!

CSL Plasma in Eau Claire Wis has a friendly staff. And they are very helpful?. Thank you guys for all your support

This is my 71 donation this year. Staff has always been professionally sarcastic to my loud and eclectic personality! ??

The staff here is amazing, and always super friendly! I'd recommend anyone wanting to donate plasma to come here!!

Save your time and go to biolife. CSL loves to have 8 people on the clock, and have 7 stand around doing nothing. It's the slowest process in the world and there's 0 competency across the board. Awful experience 3 times in a row. Will never be back. Set aside 17 hours of your day if you are planning a trip to CSL plasma

Always friendly staff!! Makes the donation process a lot better!!

Waste of time. "Bring proof of adress." I did. "We need a date on the letter, actually." So you're telling me now? Huge waste of what little free time I have.

I don't know how you could make this place any more unprofessional than it is. My first visit the staff said "I don't want to deal with a new donor" the second visit they very loudly and publicly exclaimed my weight for all to hear. Would you want that info shared to everyone in earshot? I'm thoroughly embarrassed. Save yourselves the trouble donate at biolife instead. At least biolife has professional standards. 0 stars should be an option.

Absolutely love this place and the staff. Always inviting and polite.

Friendly helpful staff and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Brand new, super clean facility. First appointment is lengthy. Once you're in the system you're in and out. Friendly staff. I appreciate knowing that my plasma is being tested for covid each time I donate. First five visits at $65 ????who knows when you, or someone you know may need plasma. I was one of the first 3 people to donate plasma, my donation time is 37 minutes, I challenge you to beat my time??????

Great staff, great environment, fast service. All together Great

What a pleasant environment! The staff were absolutely amazing!! So friendly and literally had me in stitches from laughing!! So glad I made the switch to them!!

Great staff that work hard to get through the lines when they get long.

Everyone has been very nice and quick to getting me in and out.

Csl plasma is a wonderful place to visit. Staff are generally always pleasant and helpful

Fun staff love coming here and staff always makes you feel welcome.

Been donating for 6 months n love them here. Only had one experience with bruising from a staff learning

Everyone that works here at CSL is very nice and professional and that makes donating plasma so much more fun

Friendly staff. Always welcoming. Clean facility

(SCARY NURSE) I have been donating at csl plasma for years with anual physicals with no issues what so ever, unfortunately about a month ago i came in to donate and had a physical by an older lady nurse with glasses and shorter dark brown frizzy hair. She told me i had a tumor on the right side of my neck that could be cancerous!! I knew this was incorrect because its never been detected at any of my other anuals and i am a nursing student myself and would have felt a tumor on my neck. I was scared however

Such a wonderful staff! Never fails to make me smile

Better and faster than Biolife! Also the worker are always friendly.

The people at CSL are so friendly and make you feel comfortable

Everyone is very nice that works here! It's clean too!!

Very welcoming staff. Fun. Very informative and helpful. Calmly walked me through every step. Love them and I'm definitely donating every chance I have

The people are amazinggg. Lots of bonuses. Saving lives while saving my own with extra cash!
