Customer Reviews

Next time, before you have customers/patients coming from 45 minutes away and wasting their time, make sure you let everyone know their Valid Photo ID needs to physically be updated and that a temporary paper does not cut it when waiting for the new ID in the mail.

Nice center and staff are nice but despite the hours on Google or their door they seem to think they can make their own hours. Got there at 2:15 pm and the center was already closed despite getting a phone call stating that they would be opening at noon. I forgot something at a donation and went out of my way to retrieve it just to find the center had just closed. Tried calling the number they left in the voicemail and no one answered the phone call either, despite there being plenty of staff inside the bui

Could have told me when I first visited that insulin dependency disqualified me. Instead they wasted several hours of my time and fifteen bucks worth of gas

Under staffed. Workers would rather have talking social time with each other than work. Bearly pay you anything when they make $5,000 from every donation. Dis qualify people for stupid reasons that don't make sense. I been there lots of times in the past and there are some rude attitude people working there who act like their God of the plasma or something.

Called and asked about donating and was told to come in I get there and they turn me away telling me they are understaffed but I called 1 hr prior. Thank you for wasting my time and money to get there. Based on 5 minutes in the building they are understaffed and undereducated. Pretty crappy business practices especially if you tell someone to come in.

I love the staff, they have a good environment, funny people update from my last review since it's gotten way better since then!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming! It feels great to donate and the extra money is good. Star is taken off though since apparently, CSL doesn't realize just how understaffed this particular facility is. And the company wants to open a second facility in the area. Maybe corporate should try helping the staff at this one first.

Staff is completely unprofessional, I had to wait 20 minutes after my donation with a needle in my arm

Staff definitely need to take classes on manners because most of them have very poor attitudes towards donors. And definitely understaffed. If you are busy and have a line Around the wall to the bathroom you should definitely have more than one person poking. Bottom line understaffed and very uncourteous. Would definitely not refer anyone to this plasma site.

The staff is very polite here. The only problem I have is they had a system update (it's been s few months since I last donated) and it said I was a new client again even though it was less then a year since i had gone last and that I would have to go through the 3-4 hour process again and I personally just don't have that kind of time again. I never received notice of this and when I went they told me they don't do walk in anymore and that everything was by appointment. I had made an appointment on the app

Lost a donor today due to staff being careless and getting someone else's blood on me as she tossed a bloody tube in garbage, I passed out freaking out about it and I didn't even get a partial payment....smh this place isn't what it used to be i finished 80% before passing out. I wouldn't recommend with how careless staff are turning out to be on the floor, becareful who you trust. I should have got a full 45.00 as it wasn't my fault a staff member didn't do their job properly.

Machine malfunctioned during my donation. As a result I can't donate again for 2 months. If something happens that is no fault of the donar and caused by csl, donars should be compensated.

My experience has bee great. I wish I could remember the name of my favorite vein poker. She wears the bee face mask. The only downfall is the long line and they're really understaffed. They offer on the job training.

Edit. The new hires are doing a great job. Avage wait time cut in half. Every single day no matter what time tou get there there is a 3 to 5 hour wait time. They need to hire more employees. They say the avarage wait time is a hour to a hour and a half. More like double that was here on wednesday got here a 1pm and still didnt get seated for 4 hours not worth the time.

I made one donation went smooth. Made six trips down for nothing ( my fault ) Had some issues with high blood pressure. Next trip down went fine. Made a trip down today got there at 9am to find a note on the door that they won't be open till 1130. Now the drive there is 35 minutes one way so I go back at 1130 and they are still closed. ( system down) well I sympathize with you on your issues, I don't like wasting my time and gas for a wasted trip let alone two trips.you are going to have to do better than a

Need to work on improving their bedside manor. Stop treating donors like cattle or money grubbing low lifes. Be more receptive to donor communications at hook up. Stop grill Interrogating donors who start to pass out. They Need to STOP Jabbing that plastic straw into donors arms so Hard, that hurts!! Treat donors like the way you advertise, instead of the opposite. More employees at the front desk. Pretty sure only employees or NO ONE wins the raffles.

All of the staff is great - friendly and professional. I would give this 5 stars except they are very understaffed and it takes about 2 hours to get in and out. Half that time is standing in line.

Best experience. I didn't think the wait was that long. when you have a friendly staff, the experience is always great. I was fearful that it was going to hurt. I don't think it hurt any more that donating at the red cross. I encourage anyone who can to donate.

I've been coming here consistently since Dec.2018. I have always been treated with nothing but professionalism! The staff is always kind and courteous to me. Lindsey, Kerri, Bambi, and Dina are outstanding! Thank you all.

I passed out while giving plasma. They couldn't even get a reading on my blood pressure. It was that low. Gave me some Gatorade let me sit there a few minutes and then sent me home. Luckily I had a ride went home passed out three more times. Had to call an ambulance and ended up staying almost all night in the hospital. I called the next day and told him what happened and all they said was I better Not do plasma no more very uncaring place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

The CSL in Endwell is amazing, the staff is great. There are long lines but no fault of the center. Management is awesome and always helping when they can.

Very professional, great way to get extra cash and help save lives

This place takes entirely too long. They are short staffed big time. I've never had it take this long during "slow" times, MULTIPLE times.

The Endwell NY location is continuously under staffed and obviously overworked. The techs on donation floor are wonderful but site mgt is lacking to get sufficient staff and reduce 75 + minute wait to donate. Corporate needs to support local mgt to get wait times reduced by increasing staff.

Worst place ever very rude one person tells you if you walk away you can sit and wait an hour for your post to come down another one tells you you have to hurry up they rush you not a very good place to go. Very rude staff Like to make another review On CSL plasma center in Endnwell New York. I just wanted to put on here that there is a few people there that are rude but there's this guy named Dan who works there and he's very respectful and presentable and he really is patient with you only if everybody c

Everytime I come here, the lines are outrageous, one person doing vitals and calling one donor onto the floor every 15 mins.. stopped going there because it just wasn't worth my time anymore.. if ur thinking about ways to make a quick extra dollar, this isn't the place to go unless you wanna wait 3 hours in line for $45!

This place is awesome, they explain, they make it easy, and the staff really know how to treat people. Get paid to get treated nice. Too good to be true

Everyone there is really nice and helpful. Claims of discrimination are ridiculous. Wait times are long at certain times of the day, but it's worth it in order to save a life.

I was here o Monday January 31,2022 and as i Set there getting my plasma drained this Muslim lady comes in about to set to get hooked up. She asked the lady can I please be seated between two females because of my religion please. There was a lady one of the workers on the lab floor with red curly short hair and short chubby with glasses very disrespectful she turned around and said to the Muslim lady it not gonna always be like that like her religion didn't mean nothing. She trying to respect her religion

IV had a good experience and no complaints and there's some workers that are just amazing Lindsey is one of them and there's some I don't remember there name but I have enjoyed my time donating so far

People are friendly, staff is wonderful, very satisfying knowing that one is doing something that helps others in need.

I have been going there for a year and a half two times a week, but they have now changed the hours and close at five and no weekends. I work till 5 so now I can't go at all and am losing out on $420 a month. Please go back to 7 pm.

Very friendly and efficient staff! Very knowledgable and helpful especially the first time going in. Expect to be there a few hours the first time as you have to be examined by a nurse, answer questions about medical history etc. After the first time easy check in afterwards.

Turns away transgender people!!! Definitely discriminates!!! I provided all information that I was asked to provide and then told no because I'm transgender. Beware they have nothing in their eligibility about being transgender but will find whatever reason to make you ineligable

I was racially profiled a black man saying all white people look alike and an Asian woman that discriminated telling me I can't eat when there's no sign saying no food. They defured me an stole the money i had on my card.

Get scammed at CSL... 1. It's worth it in the beginning when u get 100$ per jug. When u consider they receive 1000 to 2000$ per jug, it should be 100 everytime. 2. They used to pay 30 a jug after new donor pay scheme ends but had to raise it to 35-45-55$. 3. SIDE EFFECTS. You have to drink 30-40 Oz of water before u donate or u blackout. 4. If u blackout and ur a new donor, u still get full amount. If ur a regular donor and blackout, u get half of whatever payscam level ur at. Even if you fill a jug75% o

I've called every day this week for info and there's just a busy signal. I filled out the form for them to contact me and got nothing.

Purposely went on a sunday afternoon knowing no one would be there, an of course no one was, after waiting 20 mins just to get vitals checked (with no one inline), just decided to leave...its actually faster when the place is busy

I have been coming here for months and i wanted to say the staff are all great but the phlebotomist Lindsay is by far the best employee u have ... I don't even feel the stick half the time not to mention her great bedside manor and overall professionalism ... She deserves recognition and i hope she gets it ... Good work Lindsay I appreciate it

I checked the website hours of operation before walking my rating is really about slow the internet is

Always a great place to go. Can be busy sometimes but that's to be expected. Never have issues.

Please make sure you call about any medications or medications you are taking BEFORE you go as you may not be able to donate! Much valuable time will have been lost by both the staff and you.

I was told I was yelling and cursing employee that was a lie the lady with all those holes in her face (jelwery)she cannot stick and very rude,Lindsey used to be very nice but not anymore it's not worth all the money for employees to lie on you!

I don't understand why I was deferred because I couldn't read well I didn't understand some of the questions this is the first time this has ever happened you can't tell me this isn't wrong.... There should be something for people that need that little more help !!!!!

The people are so friendly and helpful. I've gained a whole new group of friends. Love these guys.

Smooth. Clean. Friendly. Best one yet.

FYI- insulin users and bone graft recipients are ineligible and you spend 1.5 hrs before you find out and don't get anything for your time
