Unit #1, Evans
Evans, Colorado 80620
They took our points away from us, which earned us credit which gave us extra cash. They dwindle us down to wait to pass cash kind of sucks cause in order to get $65. You have to be weighing in at 400 which is bullshit who wants to be that big and that heavy I don't get it cause everybody else is trying to lose weight but OK yay still love the plasma center. Still want to go but they need to pay more. Can't get new donors. If you don't pay more to the old donors refer a friend is a crock of shit because why
I like this place and the staff and would like to continue going but it's becoming intolerable and affecting my mental health despite my enjoyment of the process in general. Took 16 mins to be taken off the machine 1/28. Will move back up to 4* if it's better next time. Update 2/4: it takes WAY too long for them to get you off the machine!!! I don't think I'll be coming back here. Changing to 2 ??. Update: 2/8: 16 mins on the machine after completion of donation. Got major bruising due to moving around w
I was harassed by two female phlebotomists, Jacqueline and Sunni. And after their mean girl treatment, I never returned, feeling uncomfortable and quite honestly unsafe to donate my plasma at this location. I called the manager about it and he didn't care at all. Pretty gross for a healthcare facility.
JAY is the best... she's great at her job, never misses, and absolutely a blast to be around. Definitely 10 out of 10
Staff is cold and rude, found any reason to defer donars. Requiring medical history from 10 plus years old for a lapsed donor that stopped 5 years ago... no real explanation for needing 10 years of medical history either.
Today was my second time going to csl plasma, mind you is the only one in this town. So I go in and I'm new, the first time you go in they have a different process for new donors, so second time coming in and I needed help. So I waited at the desk for a weird amount of time, then was told to go to the kiosk so I did then I sat down and everyone is going ahead of me. It's been like 45 mins I been in this place. So I ask the lady at the desk smh ?? her name Kimberly b, she was rude and short with her answer
I came in at 8 today and saw a long long line that came to the computers so I decided to come back within an hour, I came back not even 50 minutes later and the line that was nearly 40+ people came down to 6 people. The time management and consideration the employees here have for their donors is immaculate. They work hard and early to ensure donors are satisfied and pleased while also make conversation with us, giving us a wonderful donation experience.
The staff is absolutely amazing being positive and taking care of each person coming in!!! I go there a lot because of the great atmosphere the team brings
Not certified doctors/ nurses, very unprofessional. Left bruises on arm and poked multiple times.
I recommend going to donate if you have nothing else to do. Expect the entire process, from check-in to leaving, to take about two hours. You might even wait 45 minutes, only to be turned away and told to come back tomorrow. This will be my last time coming here.
Nothing but positive to say about the Greeley staff at CSL! Even with many of the recent changes, their level of patience and bedside manner is awesome. So many donors have gripes with the new devices and the transition, but Jacquelyn, Irene, Jay, Marie, Sunny & Ashley especially make it worth returning. Good job and hang in there team! - Carnez
I've been going here for 10 years and they let me down I'm considering never going back itz always the same problem not enough employees nor space, or pay everyone now will receive $15 dollars less, I came in at 4pm health didn't get to me for an hour and when they did see me I had to step to the back of the line even though when I got there I was the gonna be the first 1st one to stand in the start donation line adding 2hours to my already long day. And thats just to get in to the donation chair not inc
I have been blown away at the service and benefits of donating at this CSL. The staff are the absolute sweetest. Trevor and the other employees are just a happy part of my donation day. I feel appreciated and cared for every time I donate and it keeps me coming back week to week. In the past I have donated at a few different plasma companies. CSL is by far the best in my experience. From start to finish it is a great experience. I would highly recommend donating there.
I wasted hours waiting to make my first donation TWICE. Aside from the first time donor $500 reward there is nothing beneficial about donating here VS other competing donation centers who allow appointments and execute absolute professionalism.
The wait suck and they cut the payment and bonus points, so it real makes donating not worth the time unless your doing it for unselfish reasons
The people here are always so awesome and make it easy for me to come back! Everyone is so sweet and kind and takes the time to talk to me and make me feel welcome! Just to name a few Darlene and Amber are always happy and make the experience that much better. On the floor John and Sunny are my two favorite people to stick me! I've never had a problem with pain or anything with them but regardless everyone back there is great! The medical staff is fantastic!
Worst delegation of recourses I have ever seen, I've waited for a seat for nearly an hour before just to get cut off by 2 new fingers in a row. This location has always had the worst management issues, and it painfully shows to the patrons
Everyone?s always so friendly. They're fast and efficient. Especially Alicia. I think she's my favorite, but they're all wonderful!!!!
The people at this center are always so awesome and make it easy for me to come back! Darlene is so sweet and kind and takes the time to talk to me and make me feel welcome! Also Lorna was excellent and helped me through an issue. And on the floor John is super cool and it never hurts when he sticks me. Everyone is so great!
I had a bit of a difficult time coming in the past few days only because I forgot proof of address and I failed one of my vitals. The staff were all friendly, kind, and overall understanding. Today I went back to finally donate and Camsyrn (I hope I spelled that right) was the one handling the whole process. They helped me through the entire process and assured me there wouldn't be pain or anything like that as I'm a bit afraid of needles. They even drew a smiley face on my arm to reassure me, which I loved
Never had a bad experience here! Darlene is always so pleasant to talk to when I go in first thing in the morning, and Sunny and John always have the best sticks, they never hurt. Sam is always so personable when he hangs around to chat when disconnecting your line. I always have a good experience here!
Staff is always competent and pleasant, facility is always clean and hospitable. Tonight it was Lindsey who stuck me, and she did an excellent job (as always!): got the vein on the first try, no pinching, fuss, or unpleasantness. She asked for a good review (she deserves it), so here it is. Shout out also to Fiona, Bibian, Trevor, and Melinda?you all rock!
John has been the #1 staff member to make me feel comfortable during visits! I always get anxious and scared but he's always talked me through everything! He cares about the people here and has been extremely professional every time I've seen him. I've never had a bad stick or experience with him.
What It's a great experience today. I walked in than 2 minutes before I was greeted by Darlene who took me in right away. She is always great, I love her to the moon. After being processed I walked onto the floor and was he immediately greeted by Sunny, And waited less than 5 minutes to be stuck. I also waited less than a minute to be DC'd. what a great experience today.
Kim was the wonderful lady who screened me she had a smile on her face the whole time and made my day. Bibian stuck me and did great? as always was very professional and kind I finished in less than half an hour! Taylor was wonderful and also had a smile while disconnecting me thank you ladies for making my experience great!
My experience at CSL has always been excellent Im in and out very fast and am always asked if I need any help. If you are ever being helped by Linda then know you will be in good hands :)
Taylor, Jacquelyn, and Jon have all done an amazing job finding my difficult to find veins. Trevor is always very great on the floor as well. Kim H always does a great job at reception and has been very helpful in resolving issues with rewards as well. Overall I have had a great experience!
CSL plasma have gotten new machines and their staff is amazing some of the phlebotomists like Jackie and summer are very kind and sweet they're fast and efficient at their job and if you have any questions they won't hesitate to stop and answer them for you I'd also like to mention some of the managers here like Andrew and Natasha and Nicole also the same thing very nice very genuine very sweet will help you with any issues that you have throughout your donation procedure
Lisa is absolutely amazing!! She has no problem getting my small vein. I have never had any issues while donating when Lisa hooks me up. She is always friendly and professional. A true leader in my opinion!!
Since I had my one year physical it's only right I update. This is for the decision makers.. I feel like Everytime you roll out a new system, someone from corporate should be required to donate(and stand in the lines with no express pass) so they can see how their decisions affect their donors and employees. Those new machines are not worth it. Everyone was miserable today, I saw the look of active job seekers in the face of all you best employees. I was there for 4 hours and 37 minutes.. my actual donati
I think this is a great place with great people?only thing I don't like is when they open at 7 am and it that's about 15 mins to start the line and get someone in a booth. When you say you open at 7 am I hope that you are ready to receive your clients at that time.
Staff is super unprofessional with horrible internal communication. When I expressed my frustration with them, I was told that I'm rude. Well excuse me for caring about my own health, and not being happy that the notes the nurses take are so inaccurate!!
Everyone here has made the donating experience a good one. The staff are all kind and helpful, and even as someone who doesn't like needles or anything medical, the process is pretty comfortable and easy. My only complaint is that the same music plays all the time. When I donate twice a week, it gets quite old, and I'm sure most people would appreciate a little more variety. Overall, if you need some extra cash and want to help people at the same time, I highly recommend CSL.
I am a regular here. They are great! The staff is really a blessing and so competent. From the front desk check in of Gina who always has a smile and a story. To the phlebotomist Trevor is a crack up, John is super professional and always ready to answer any question and you can't forget brenda she is a rock star. Great employees and great service!
This location functions very well even when busy, as the staff is very hard working, professional and courteous. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Intake staff Ive been impressed by are Irene and Betsy with their energetic and encouraging attitudes and attention to detail. John and Lindsey have been very talented at drawing a good, painless, accurate stick even when my vein isn't the easiest to find. Overall, donating at CSL Plasma is a rewarding and pleasant experience which I highly recommend!
I've never had a problem when I come here. I enjoy getting Irene she's great! I like John and Bibian to stick me I never have a problem when they do it. Everyone there is great keep up the great work!
Had the pleasure of being screened by Tracy today and was impressed with how she does her work. Great balance of attitude, work ethic, and friendliness when you get booth 4
Irene in screening was super friendly and helpful. She has a welcoming smile and was able to have good conversation while maintaining speed of the process, I also really like Angela and Betsy they have uplifting smiles, and super professional. Definitely prefer one of those three to do my screenings
I like Irene she sticks great and her daughter Marissa does a fantastic job in the front! Also enjoy Jay she's cool and always makes the time well worth being there!
First time donor it was very pleasant and welcoming. Ronda handled my first part of onboarding and Amber handled the second part. They were both very professional and made the process easy and fun. Amber also had the patience to enter about 50 of my 98 tattoos twice due their system crashing. I already know that my future donations will be pleasant and I will be treated with a family mentality.
Ariana was exceptional on my visit today. Very kind, welcoming, and funny. Also, Taylor was PHENOMENAL when she stuck me today. Usually it's kind of difficult for the phlebotomist to get me on the first try but she did it. Not only did she do it first try, she was quick with it and I didn't even feel a thing. She's always very kind and goes out of her way to make donors feel comfortable. I hope I get her every time I come in!
Overall my CSL Plasma Evans experience has been very good. All the employees are very hard working and kind. I don't think I have ever seen any of them slacking. I hope they are appreciated for how hard they work. This last week Irene and Gina took my vitals. They are both so sweet. A couple tips for new donors; your first visit plan on 4 hours. Do not be in a rush whenever you come in to donate. Check the busy times on Google and in the app. Do your health questionnaire on the app before you go. Realize
The staff is friendly and professional. Adria was very helpful in helping me solve the problem of getting a report from my doctor and I like that some of the workers like Kim, Lindsey, and Gina have been there a while and have a great attitude with the donors. For this reason and others, the CSL Evans Center is great. Four stars not 5 because some times the lines are long and if you are already working, you can only go at certain times.
Most of the staff is friendly. The waiting in line is ridiculous. I feel their vital machines need serviced. I have started taking my pulse before I go in because they say I'm always high and I get differed. Today it was 85 before walking in. I stood in line for 40 minutes before my turn. They take my vitals 103. I sit for 15 minutes just to have a retake and it say 101. I get out to the pickup and take them again myself 88. I use the same machine I use in my long term care facility. It has been kept u
Ariana is always so kind, very funny made my whole day she seems to love her job I appreciate her helping me out today with the information that I needed because of her I will be coming back to the Greeley location! Thank you Ariana! Keep up the good customer service??
This is one of the most disorganized operations I've ever seen. The first time I went in I didn't even get to donate, because they took my name out of the que, and they didn't tell me this happened. So I was waiting in the center for a good six hours that day in total, (came in at 1:00, only found out I wasn't able to donate when they close at 7;00) because it was clearly slow and disorganized, and the whole miscommunication about them randomly canceling my visit thing. Today I used an express pass, and had
John was awesome he's stuck me twice now and each time was effortless and pain free. Especially cause the vain I use can be a little complicated. Carol was also sweet and helpful. The site hours are probably the only downside.
3/15/23 Review: This place has become increasingly more frustrating lately. I just finished with a donation. Depending on what side you sit on to donate will depend on how fast it happens. I got sat on the wrong side today I guess. People who were 6 people behind me in line were stuck with the needle before I was because they were on the other side. Then it took me over 20 minutes to be disconnected from the machine. I understand being disconnected in the order we finish. But I could see one of the three pe
Go in as a first time donor I'm told I can't donate cause I need to see a therapist first that's complete bull. I left this place holding back back tears cause I have never heard no your mental illness is a problem and we need you to see a therapist. Hearing that cause I wanna help people. No thank you I've never felt like this cause to have that held above my head is hurtful and painful.
Some of the employees are kinda rude when sticking you. However the other employees who donate as well make it hard to be unhappy with their level of understanding afterwards. BioLife pays more but experience is definitely worse. Most people donate out of necessity not because they want to.
Sometimes busy but the staff try's to get you donating quickly. Darlene is the absolute best! Amber is so so sweet! On the floor Sunny, Taylor, Bibian, Lindsey, Brenda, and Jackie are so nice and helpful!
Absolutely rude. I don't believe a single person in there enjoys their job?Including leadership. EVERYBODY in that building needs customer service training. Your leadership is the obvious problem. When your boss doesn't care about descent human treatment nobody else will. It's top down. Change your leadership or I'll never be back. Long time Greeley resident. Part time donor. I'll be checking for new leadership periodically. When I mentioned my bad experience with management they laughed at me. Literall
I hate writing bad reviews, but the past few times I've come here have been frustrating. No matter the time you come, be prepared to wait 3-4 hours to donate. They always say they'll be with you shortly, but that's never the case. It was 11 am with barely anyone there and I waited 2 hours just for them to check my vitals. However, the money is nice and the phlebotomists were super friendly and patient.
Everytime I donate it goes smoothly especially when Darlene is helping me! she's a great worker and a great help when it comes to lowering your blood pressure. Darlene is very nice and friendly by far my favorite person there:)
Everyone is always pleasant! Very professional. Jacqueline and Brenda are always very polite. Despite waiting awhile in line, the employees are always pleasant. John and Bailey are also very good on the floor.
Came in with a long line, but they did their best to make it fast! Taylor was super helpful and made sure my poke was quick and painless. She was also great to the other donators from how she interacted!
I would love to give recognition to these five staff members excellent service marie she's the supervisor always on point thank you for your service Sunny thank you for your excellent service Jackie thank you for your excellent service Trevor thank you for your excellent service team members like this that keeps me coming back and again thank you all
Only reason Iike goin here is because of Rhonda, Ariana, Trevor they are so kind. And always quick. The rest are so slow between 330-530 they only have one person doing vitals or check in. It's a total mess. I came in at 4 and it's now 5 and they've only took 2 ppl to check in.
I really enjoy donating at CSL. They have great specials running to help you earn a little extra. The staff are wonderful, I haven't had any negative experiences with them. Darlene is a huge help and helped me bring my pulse down so I could donate today and I'm very grateful as donating plasma is my only income until I start my new job.
Brenda is awesome. She's kind and considerate throughout the process. She makes the experience as easy as can be, even when it's busy, and continues to check in to see how you're doing through the duration of your donation. 10/10
Had a great experience as a lapsed donor. The nurse who did my physical was training and she did awesome. Sunny was amazing on the donor floor too. I didn't even notice her sticking me it was so quick. Great experience overall.
Never ever go to this donation place. A male nurse was put alone with my daughter and was touching her inappropriately the whole time in a secluded room. The whole place was sketchy and in a horrible location. Never ever support this location.
I used to donate at the CSL in Aurora and they were super busy and the staff was professional but not very nice. This center in Evan is smaller but all if the staff is nice and Jacqueline has put the needle in my first 3 donations and she is very nice and professional and I never feel the needle at all. I would recommend this center to anyone in the area
Low staffing at all times, even at the recommended best times on their app. Every time I've been here has been a 2+ hour wait to be seen and then an additional 60 minutes for the donation process. If you're not in a hurry than I guess this isn't so bad but trying to schedule 4 hours to donate has been arduous to say the least for me. Staffing does seem to be adapted to this as they are empathetic but there is a lack of urgency amongst them. Donation process seems ok. The major complaint is just the lengt
Darlene has been very helpfull when it came to my initial donation being very friendly as well as helpfull with many questions i have had. The flobotomists are very welcoming as well as supportive to any requests i make. Roy, Brenda, Lindsey and john are some of the people ive had a pleasure to work with!
It's overall a good enough experience, but staffing issues and wait times are getting crazier and crazier. I really feel for the staff here since it seems to be swamped all the time now, and I hope they can get more staff trained and hired. Today, after waiting an hour in line, I found that the line to get a bed was around 15 people. Enough that the lobby was full of people just waiting for a bed. We were told they could only have 12 donors at the moment, so it would have been over an hour waiting for a be
Ariana was so welcoming when it was so early In the morning. You can tell she takes care of her patients well. She was nice and funny she made my day better! Thank you!
I always have a positive experience when I donate, even when the wait is long. John has stuck my arm several times and does an amazing job! No pain and gets the vein perfectly every time! I will continue to be repeat donor!
Darlene and Kim h were the sweetest. Super friendly and helpful. Jackie was very patient and was great at answering all my questions if she didn't know the answer she would go and find out for me.
This donation center is 1 of the best centers I've been to over the years. And the staff is very friendly specially Brenda, Bailey, and sam. Always welcoming. Great employees with great attitudes, even on the busy days.
Today I went to donate for the first time ! I ended up fainting unexpectedly probably due to not eating enough before hand so make sure you do so ! Sunny was my phlebotomist and she was amazing even though I fainted haha the staff was on it and made me feel safe. Everyone here has a passion for what they do and extremely sweet. 10/10 recommended
If I could leave zero stars I would, this place has gone down hill in a month. First took forever to get checked in, I understand long lines. Need more staff, waiting for nurse took forever and the place was slow, the nurse was professional and apologetic. Not the main reason for bad review. However, what got me was the poke, I have never been incorrectly poked in all my 3 years going here, I even have a scar showing it. The person poking me did it wrong and kept messing with it and lead to pain in my arm(
My experience at this place Is horrible, mostly because of the male employee named John/jon. He was highly disrespectful for making negative comments about my tattoos and also decided to do a half decent job while wrapping my arm after I told him the way he was doing it was not correct.
First time I went they ended up bruising both my arms, and I wasn't able to donate again for a while until it healed up. The first time you go it does take a few hours, and I felt like at times the staff was very unhelpful. Almost seemed like it was everyone's first day with the lack of info I was being given. It seemed like I had to ask questions about every single thing instead of them telling a customer basic information a newcomer should be being told for their first time as a doner, but instead we have
The app is a great tool to use for scheduling days and times. The center runs pretty smoothly as long as they are staffed properly. Ask for Brenda or Bailey when getting poked. They are great!!
Talk about an unorganized mess. There is no consistency in structure. Every day someone (staff) does something completely different in standard procedure. Management is rarely on the floor monitoring flow. Staff doesn't understand time management. Reduce chit-chat to improve efficiency. Social distancing only applies when checking in. Once on the floor, every bed is filled. Beds are 3 feet apart. Special donors get priority which is great however, yelling out for special donors means nothing to regular dono
The nurses are always friendly and helpful regardless of how busy it is (which it almost always is; check the Google Trends data to plan your visit). I always feel comfortable and my needs are always met. While the facility could benefit from more comfortable waiting room comforts and more accessible pre/post op snacks, this facility gets everything done perfectly fine and I always feel great leaving (which is definitely augmented by the fact that I always leave a little bit richer)!
Wait times can be rough. I just come back when it's like that. It would be cool if there was an estimated wait time sign somewhere. Not much wait today though. Linda and Taylor did a good job.
Absolutely a bunch of hoops and when you jump through them all they will stone wall you.never every go there... once you speak up the feel the got total control over your rights and unfortunately they do. Don't ever go here.
Jordan and Lindsay did a good stick and I'm happy with it so I will come back. Kim H is always extremely kind of polite and health makes the wait so much enjoyable
The staff are so sweet, they know my partner and I so well. Lindsey always hits my veins just right where I never feel the needle. Highly recommend them
Staff is always friendly. Lindsey is being extra careful and did a good stick with the needle! Super thankful she is here! Pay is good with extra bonuses on their app!
Really polite and professional staff , Irene and john are very quick but precise, as well as extra friendly and casual conversation to help the experience feel less awkward, so far all the staff have proven to be helpful and polite beyond your standard professionalism. This place gets unnecessary bad rep, it's a process to donate plasma , as well as it takes time to clean amd prepare each station after use , from what I can see they are doing their best , thanks CSL PLASMA for the continuous great exper
Wait times for the most part are getting better. They seem to be getting more staff on the floor. The earlier you get there the better. Most of the time I get stuck by Melinda and never feel the stick and never have problems.
Fiona was absolutely amazing!! She was friendly and helpful and quick in the way she worked with me. Everyone here is amazing. Thanks for treating us so well.
Great place to help others while getting help. The staff is great, hardworking, energetic, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. John, Jacqueline, Marissa and Irene are ALL patient and super gentle when poking. It's always a win here! Thanks CSL Plasma
I go here as often as I can. The money helps my kids and I out. Even helps me treat them to McDonald's at times. This place has always had nice and polite people. I've sent them attend to the people the best they can. Sometimes things happen to when you have to wait. That happens at places like this. But I've never had a bad experience.
Yeah, don't go here unless you have half a day to waste with rude people. They never have enough staff, never communicate with you why it is taking so long, and if you have to wait for the nurse, just leave, she will leave won't tell the staff, then the staff won't come check back with you. This place is a joke. Best to just take the extra time and go to BioLife in Loveland. It is cleaner, friendlier and much quicker. Hands down a better experience.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
