Tammy Thornton at the linden rd facility has always treated me kindly. Every time I see her I'm always greeted with a smile and she takes you through the screening process so smooth. She's extremely polite and very nice. They're lucky to have such a lovely person at their place of business.

I had a good experience at this location and had the pleasure of meeting Tammy Thorton who was very polite and had a great smile. She made the process a smooth one from my time there to get in the back. I would like to have her again next visit.

I have been going here for awhile and pleased with this location. I love when I arrive and get checked in by Ms. Tammy. She is always so pleasant and kind. She makes it a nice experience and you will leave her booth in a better mood than when you sat down.

The place is clean but u have 1 worker who I truly like Tammy Thorton. She keeps a smile on her face very caring courteous polite and respectful. Ties to complete her assignments with the donors in a timely manner so they can go in the back to donate plasma. She's a very hard workers when it comes to her job. Jayme was super fun and helpful when there was a mix up with my social number on my profile she got me moved through the line fast.

Every time I have come here, I have a good experience. They all seem to have a positive energy. Justin always checks up on me and asks about my donations, making sure I have a good experience.

Tammy is super friendly and always so nice. I love having her do my vitals. She has a relaxing personality and makes me feel at ease.

I, first, had Tammy for my vitals but my pulse was high so I had to relax for 10 minutes and do a retake. I, then had Nichole for my vitals in the screening process. Both ladies are excellent, very friendly and polite.

Always a great experience at csl on Miller rd! Special thanks to Nicole who talked to my while getting my blood pressure checked. She put me so at ease that my pulse was 77! ( normally in the 100-105 range)

Nichole in reception is amazing and so helpful. She is truly the kindest person there this same lady gave my Man her number. This is what this company does. My man comes in to.donate and Nichole gives him.her number. Wow where is the respect and the self respect. Just nasty and so disrespectful. How many other people she do that to.

Very dishonest AND Very disgusted with my experience here. I wont be back. Ill keep it vague but donors beware? on a more positive note, I do highly recommend biolife if you are a new donor. They are honest and the integrity of the payouts are clear and disbursed as promised.

I started going to CSL in a different location but switched to Flint and I am thankful for that. Some days the lines can be long and you will be waiting for a while and other days you will be in and out fast but the staff is nice and helpful. The center is always clean and they look like they have a good time with it. For the most part they are friendly. Hours are not always accurate. For holiday it state 630am to 4. stood in line since 6. Doors did not open until 7am.

I transferred from Port Huron because of the drive I loved everyone over there just wasn't feasibly when I'm only 27 min from flint versus 52 min to Fort Gratiot. I was nervous about the change but after reading the reviews I was more at ease. This morning was my 1st visit to Flint and everyone was very friendly and informative ?? so glad I made the transfer ??

Facility is clean. Most staff members are friendly & good at their jobs. I've never had a problem being stuck - usually pain free & quick. Denise is extremely knowledgeable & competent. Also British, Nickie, Bernard & Taylor are top notch. Lately the lines have been extremely long but they hustle to get people through. There are a few that seem to move much more slowly but it seems like maybe they've been short staffed lately.

Incompetent employees and manager. Fail to complete routine procedures frequently. There are some respectable workers but many more of them are negligent and outright lazy. In all honesty for the job they're in, their lack of good will and professionalism is abhorrent. The facility is pretty gross, stains and bits of trash scattered around. This team is an incredible team. They work together to make sure you need what you need. They are concerned about the patient more than themselves. The team player I would nominate the best worker would have to be Margo she goes over and beyond for people. And I personally feel that she needs to be a higher up manager. She does excellent at training she can jump job to job effortlessly she knows and loves her job you can tell.

Love this plasma center, the atmosphere is just full of good vibes and great people! Deb is amazing! She sticks it just right every time to where it don't take me more then a half hour to get threw the process. I definitely recommend coming and if you do say I referred you for an extra bonus!

Wooow been here for 2 hrs. the check in went smooth but been sitting In a chair/bed for 1 hr to watch staff walk right by not say a word to me. They got time to goosip, talk, and all while people are getting frustrated, hollering and raising their hands for someone to help them. I watched a guy for a half hr try to get help to fix his machine. Then finally when a girl comes to help me she's rude as heck to me like I messed up her whole day because I came in here! Horrible place. Never have all their machines working right. 2 out of the last 3 times I donated I showed up 3 hours before I had to be to work and i work 10 minutes away and was still late for work. It shouldn't take no 4 hours to donate plasma. Only new donors get paid good. Once your no longer a new donor they don't care about you. I was stuck wrong completely bruising my arm causing me to have to go almost 2 months without donating.If I could use both arms to donate I'd go to biolife to donate.. deserve

I was nervous donating plasma but the staff at CSL made me feel very comfortable. I plan on going back there the next time I need a few extra dollars.

I wanted to share that Lonniesha R. is very good at her job. She is very thorough and clean. She always puts on clean gloves. She always has a smile on her face and is very kind. She always makes sure everything is ok before she goes to the next person. She also can lead good I've seen her do it. We need more people like Lonniesha. She is a good person and worker. Thank you! For all you do. I've never had a problem with her sticking me either.

Their facility and their staff are top notch. I had a little incident. I passed out in the chair while donating and didn't know it. and then got woke up by 3 wonderful angels. I have only been donating a couple months, but every employee I have seen has made it a pleasant experience. Especially Margo, she is always so happy, her cheery attitude is contagious. Occasionally the lines take a little longer to get through than it should, but that is the only issue I have come across. Thanks to all the employees for making donating a pleasant experience.
