Tammy Thornton at the linden rd facility has always treated me kindly. Every time I see her I'm always greeted with a smile and she takes you through the screening process so smooth. She's extremely polite and very nice. They're lucky to have such a lovely person at their place of business.

I had a good experience at this location and had the pleasure of meeting Tammy Thorton who was very polite and had a great smile. She made the process a smooth one from my time there to get in the back. I would like to have her again next visit.

I have been going here for awhile and pleased with this location. I love when I arrive and get checked in by Ms. Tammy. She is always so pleasant and kind. She makes it a nice experience and you will leave her booth in a better mood than when you sat down.

Every time I have come here, I have a good experience. They all seem to have a positive energy. Justin always checks up on me and asks about my donations, making sure I have a good experience.

Tammy is super friendly and always so nice. I love having her do my vitals. She has a relaxing personality and makes me feel at ease.

I, first, had Tammy for my vitals but my pulse was high so I had to relax for 10 minutes and do a retake. I, then had Nichole for my vitals in the screening process. Both ladies are excellent, very friendly and polite.

Always a great experience at csl on Miller rd! Special thanks to Nicole who talked to my while getting my blood pressure checked. She put me so at ease that my pulse was 77! ( normally in the 100-105 range)

Tammy is always polite, professional and courteous. She makes my day whenever I come into. She's the best

I came in today and was blessed with conversating and getting checked by Nichole at your Flint location on Linden she was very kind and caring and I'll definitely be going back because of her kindness

Nichole in reception is amazing and so helpful. She is truly the kindest person there this same lady gave my Man her number. This is what this company does. My man comes in to.donate and Nichole gives him.her number. Wow where is the respect and the self respect. Just nasty and so disrespectful. How many other people she do that to.

My experience was awesome, Tammy was thorough and explained everything exactly in a way that made me very comfortable!!!

Lumps of human feces on the bathroom floor, and tracked out to lobby, unaddressed. Shameful and disgustingly disgusting!!! You people are NASTY!!!

I had the best experience at the Flint location, Yasmine was amazing, best employee I have had the joy of dealing with. Five stars to Yasmine at the Miller Rd location in Flint. Highly recommend.

Tammy is a Awesome worker very kind it's always good to see her when I come to the Flint Linden Rd location

Very dishonest AND Very disgusted with my experience here. I wont be back. Ill keep it vague but donors beware? on a more positive note, I do highly recommend biolife if you are a new donor. They are honest and the integrity of the payouts are clear and disbursed as promised.

Jasmine has awesome poking skills. I barely felt Asia's poke and she's very polite. Kiara poked me and it felt like it never happened ????.

Each employee is pleasant and helpful! JUSTIN is great at the initial intake.

There is not a moment in this facility that I am not happy every time I come here Jamie is checking up on me to see if I'm doing good see if I got the right amount of information see if I'm happy and usually everything checks out just as fine as it always has it's an amazing experience you should come and try it too

the employees are always fast, efficient & kind! Everyone is great, but Yasmine is the best!! always extremely friendly, and patient

I started going to CSL in a different location but switched to Flint and I am thankful for that. Some days the lines can be long and you will be waiting for a while and other days you will be in and out fast but the staff is nice and helpful. The center is always clean and they look like they have a good time with it. Once you get back, Michael and the evening crew are great and almost every single person can stick you without feeling a thing. If you come in the morning, there is usually a line waiting for

It's always a pleasant experience donating at this location. Wait times are never too long and the staff is very nice and helpful; shout-out to Jayme and Justin!

Nichole was very welcoming, attentive, and sweet. Got me in and processed quickly

They need more training. From the head person down to the bathroom cleaner. Do better people. Update. It's been there about 9 or 10 months. I've been 5 to 7 times since and things look a lot better as of Jan 11th, 2025. Keep getting better.

Great clean environment. Exceptional staff! And they are very efficient at getting people in and out.

Tammy a great employee she's very professional

Ezzz money and nice people that work there, smooth process

GREAT AND AMAZING SERVICE NICHOLE IS AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE THAT GETS THE JOB DONE

I have been donating at this CSL location for many years. I generally do not write reviews, good or bad. I would like to recognize the staff for continuously and consistently being professional, well trained, helpful and courteous. Although, I could highlight a few outstanding employees, I won't because exceeding customers expectations takes a team. Over time, staff turnover is inevitable. Things happen. The challenge for a business is consistency of performance. Even the Security Officer, who likely is con

Kendra was a great help I loved her personality

Trinity does an excellent job with the customers.

Great place! People are nice and the place is clean. The best place I've donated plasma at.

For the most part they are friendly. Hours are not always accurate. For holiday it state 630am to 4. stood in line since 6. Doors did not open until 7am.

Every time I come to the linden road location the staff is always friendly. It does not matter how many people are in line. How rude the customers are. The staff is always friendly. They are always helpful and as someone who bruises easy I come to this location because they rarely ever bruise me

Ms. Jayme is very help also friendly . When I had questions she answer every question about donating plasma pros also cons when chekcign me in also thankd ahead explaining these less 5 minutes Additional comments Yes all other staff Is Kool also friendly too Easy way to come up at CSL too

Love Nikki very nice and friendly

Was very nice n helpful throughout

I always have a good experience at this location. I like coming here. Staff are friendly. Especially Latisha, when she was taking my vitals. Got to joke with her about me not having any bruises this time. Lol! She's very nice. I'd like to thank the employees at this CSL for making my visit a good one.

I transferred from Port Huron because of the drive I loved everyone over there just wasn't feasibly when I'm only 27 min from flint versus 52 min to Fort Gratiot. I was nervous about the change but after reading the reviews I was more at ease. This morning was my 1st visit to Flint and everyone was very friendly and informative ?? so glad I made the transfer ??

Facility is clean. Most staff members are friendly & good at their jobs. I've never had a problem being stuck - usually pain free & quick. Denise is extremely knowledgeable & competent. Also British, Nickie, Bernard & Taylor are top notch. Lately the lines have been extremely long but they hustle to get people through. There are a few that seem to move much more slowly but it seems like maybe they've been short staffed lately.

Tammy is the best screener at CSL plasma ??

Quick efficient and polite Tammy thornton

Incompetent employees and manager. Fail to complete routine procedures frequently. There are some respectable workers but many more of them are negligent and outright lazy. In all honesty for the job they're in, their lack of good will and professionalism is abhorrent. The facility is pretty gross, stains and bits of trash scattered around. Unbelievably bad interior design fit with printer paper signs thanking you for donating. It feels like a sick joke on the state of America, you'll see an exhausted singl

This team is an incredible team. They work together to make sure you need what you need. They are concerned about the patient more than themselves. The team player I would nominate the best worker would have to be Margo she goes over and beyond for people. And I personally feel that she needs to be a higher up manager. She does excellent at training she can jump job to job effortlessly she knows and loves her job you can tell.

Tammy always takes care of me!!! Thank you ??

Love this plasma center, the atmosphere is just full of good vibes and great people! Deb is amazing! She sticks it just right every time to where it don't take me more then a half hour to get threw the process. I definitely recommend coming and if you do say I referred you for an extra bonus!

Sarita was very professional and funny ??

Wooow been here for 2 hrs. the check in went smooth but been sitting In a chair/bed for 1 hr to watch staff walk right by not say a word to me. They got time to goosip, talk, and all while people are getting frustrated, hollering and raising their hands for someone to help them. I watched a guy for a half hr try to get help to fix his machine. Then finally when a girl comes to help me she's rude as heck to me like I messed up her whole day because I came in here! Maybe she needs a new job because she acts l

Tammy an Nicky are wonderful an nice

Horrible place. Never have all their machines working right. 2 out of the last 3 times I donated I showed up 3 hours before I had to be to work and i work 10 minutes away and was still late for work. It shouldn't take no 4 hours to donate plasma. Only new donors get paid good. Once your no longer a new donor they don't care about you. I was stuck wrong completely bruising my arm causing me to have to go almost 2 months without donating. If I could use both arms to donate I'd go to biolife to donate.. deserve

I was nervous donating plasma but the staff at CSL made me feel very comfortable. I plan on going back there the next time I need a few extra dollars.

I wanted to share that Lonniesha R. is very good at her job. She is very thorough and clean. She always puts on clean gloves. She always has a smile on her face and is very kind. She always makes sure everything is ok before she goes to the next person. She also can lead good I've seen her do it. We need more people like Lonniesha. She is a good person and worker. Thank you! For all you do. I've never had a problem with her sticking me either.

Their facility and their staff are top notch. I had a little incident. I passed out in the chair while donating and didn't know it. and then got woke up by 3 wonderful angels. I can't say enough about how terrific they all were. and how they treated me with tender loving care. people who actually care. thank you so much for your kindness... Sincerely, Mr Spencer AKA icewolfhunts lakoda??????????????????????????

I have only been donating a couple months, but every employee I have seen has made it a pleasant experience. Especially Margo, she is always so happy, her cheery attitude is contagious. Occasionally the lines take a little longer to get through than it should, but that is the only issue I have come across. Thanks to all the employees for making donating a pleasant experience.
