Slowest CSL in the state with the most incompetent unprofessional staff on planet earth. I literally just watched a girl take 15 minutes to put on Ppe because she didn't wanna screen donors. If you can go anywhere else go there I promise this place sucks and only have good reviews because they bribe donors
Very unprofessional, would rather talk excessively to friends and consistent donors than actually doing their job. The supervisor will come up with any and every reason to protect the incompetence of her employees rather than make corrections within the staff . It's like come on people this is a profession that can really cause complications if consistent mistakes are made! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES WITHIN AN UPSCALE MANNER OR HIRE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE. THEY LITERALLY DUG INTO MY LEFT ARM SO MANY TIM
Just so you all know they literally gave out candy bars in exchange for good reviews after donations so don't believe the high rated reviews this place is the worst I've ever been. Reception is rude and unprofessional, management is non-existent and if you have an issue they would rather get into a back and forth petty argument with you than deal with issues you have with their staff and service. I come in there's literally no one in line yet I have to stand there 10-15 minutes and watch y'all laugh and gos
unfriendly staff that stand around talking instead of working then act like its just the system thats taking so long not them doing a bad job. would recommend going to other branchs than this one
Remember good reviews can be bought bad review's are earned went to get signed up these people forgot me and 2 other wer there in the screening rooms we waited there for 3 hours while the staff chatted and BSed around about decorating the office we ended up walking out without ever being seen they also wouldn't let my aid go with me witch was really shady go other places folks if they can forget three people in rooms they can forget your hooked up to a machine its not worth putting your self at risk
Image with green wrap was 10/9. Other is 10/11. Both times I said "tighter" but they are so damn worried about it being "too tight" that I'm bleeding out. Twice this week and with different people! Who is going to pay to have my $65 hoodie cleaned? The highest donation is $60! Like wtf?!
Been coming here for months now! I love using the app to save time on checking in, the facility is always clean, and even when there's a long line they try to get people in and out as quick as they can. Of course I have my favorites, Audrie and Ali are screening rockstars, Chance is seriously the sweetest guy ever and trust me you want Clarita to be the one sticking you, you won't even feel it. I do agree with other reviewers, Melania isn't the greatest, I'd avoid her if possible. I feel fairly compensated
Place is really stepping it up much faster now get you in and out in about an hour everyone is so nice . My favorite is Chane he is so cool not saying the rest aren't he always has a great attitude. Also the older lady doing vital needs to stop sending people to medical for the same mark that will never go away on my arm she needs to stop.
First time experience and wasn't as scary as I'd imagine. The staff is very attentive with your comfort. I'd suggest this location to anyone wanting to do something that will help out other people. Shout out to this center for having great employees.
I've been donating at csl for over a year now. I enjoy almost everyone whom works there. Chance is the man. Very polite. Always does his best to acknowledge everyone. The two pregnant laddies are so so sweet. I just enjoy conversating with everyone. Thank you
Great place to donate. The staff is friendly and professional. Chance and Aubrie are awesome at their jobs. 99% of the staff really makes you feel welcome. Please educate yourself on the benefits and hazards of donating plasma. A few people didn't read the hazards and it shows.
Please be aware of this place, it's horrible horrible customer service. And bad workers, I went and on my 2nd time there was people there that are careless with me at least. After, I told them 3 times that something was not right. Management is extremely unprofessional and the director argues with their clients. She argued with me after I had blood on the floor because, the lady who did my needle injection to draw my plasma DID not know what she was doing. There are other bad reviews of similar situations.
The waiting is awful the people are nice but damn who has that kinda time
I don't know what these good reviews are talking about. I went earlier this year and gave plasma. Now I'm classified as a new donor again so I have to go through the whole thing all over, which is fine, but the staff is so unbelievably slow and pays no attention to people standing at the door it makes you think maybe they need their vitals checked. Horrible experience. This is the second time I've wasted my time here. I went last week to start the process, was told they'd have time to get me in. Went down t
Staff is awesome and friendly. Highly recommend!
While donating, the staff have always been courteous. The donation center is clean and well maintained. The wait time to donate can vary based on time of day, and the day of the week - usually, it is not an extremely long wait time.
i?ve came here four times now and each time it's been quite fast and not painful. They always make sure you are doing okay too. would recommend
Chance is awesome. He helped me set up my app and made the process go smoothly. It's a nice atmosphere and everyone was really nice.
Very good people both vital checkers and staff in the back, I donate on the regular they make me feel welcome. I also enjoy there benefits when donating. CSL YOU GET 5 STARS FROM ME.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a weekly donor for a long while and I have only ever had great experiences. The lines can be long so plan ahead.
Why do yall 5 people on the floor and a whole row of beds not takin. Yeah are seriously getting slower. Like people aren't trying. Yall used to be fat about filling those beds up now not so much anymore. Yall need to speed up or get more help on the floor if 4 or 5 people can't handle it
The pay could be better for individuals as well as referrals. Friendly staff and environment. Organized and clean as well as fairly short wait time.
Really clean and friendly environment I enjoy coming here and they are pretty fast at getting u in and out as fast as they can. Would recommend people to come here to donate.
Always warm and inviting environment. The crew is always smiling and talkative. Absolutely love my donating time always looking forward to coming back.
They made an error when putting my address in so I had to wait 30 minutes for that to supposedly be fixed. Then stand in line for 40 mins only to be told I have to wait on medical to clear the fixed address and I won't get to keep my place in line. So an hour and 15 mins there and now you want me to wait on medical another 30 mins before I can get back into the now 20 people ahead of me line. They don't give a crap about their donors. Not one bit! Lost this one. 0 stars if possible.
They are very polite and understanding. Chace is my favorite guy on the floor. Very clean environment. Very understanding also.
CSL Plasma in Fort Smith is a fairly decent plasma donation center. Most notably, the staff are nice and friendly. Also, most of the phlebotomists stick your arms well and nearly painless. After the initial visits of donors receiving $100 and $75 goes to the standard rates, it is a little less than amounts I was accustomed to receiving in Bentonville and Little Rock at either another CSL or a Grifols location. Which was anywhere from $5 to $15 more than CSL Fort Smith. My only other complaint would be the f
The people are very nice and the atmosphere is quite homey rather than being cynically industrial or clinical. If you are going to start donating, I strongly urge you come here.
Dana was one of sweetest and most patient staff member I have encountered thus far, she made me feel comfortable and she really helped me calm down (I struggle with anxiety when getting my pulse checked ) Dana was more than patient with me and I truly appreciate her kindness and care.
Very nice employee they are always willing to answer any questions they are really friendly.i come faithful just to see the people
I would give more but Melana(at the front), every single time I get her to check my levels without a doubt always say I have a bruise when in reality it's my vein. Its not my fault that you can't identify a vein to a bruise they have LED lights that they dont use. They try to tell me that there just making sure but when I get checked by anyone else this isn't an issue or a problem. How can you tell me there doing there job when its everytime I get her she sends me to medical. I know she cant do her job when
Horribly slow and rude staff wasted everyone?s time and then when she felt like it said no new donors after I was in line for 50 minutes and she didn't even bother to tell anyone waiting she whispered it so if I didn't happen to hear her I would have stayed in the like for who knows how much longer you need more staff and you need to tell people when you are and are not expecting new people because this is the 3rd time now
Staff listens and are friendly, despite my social ineptitude. Seem to be good people who are glad to do their work.
Love this place! all the employees are very friendly and always happy to answer everyone of your questions.
Everyone is always so friendly and great. The facility is always clean. Wait times are minimum. Donating is always easy.
They have been found very well the last couple months ! I get in and out.
I've only ever had wonderful experiences, my only complaint is that some of the employees don't listen to the donors when we voice complaints.
I like coming here everyone is friendly and professional atmosphere.i definitely would recommend to experience this facility.
This place is a absolute joke! The staff is lazy. They defer people for no reason. I'm 21 years old, and I'm in good health. I have been donating sense I was 19 never had a problem. The last 2 time I went, the first time was because my pulse was to high. The second time my protein was just a hair to low. The lady who checked my protein didn't even fill the tube all the way up with my blood it was below half way full. I would leave no stars if I could. Absolute joke!!!
Chance and Audrey r awesome... I've always had a very good experience with them two
Was great until the saline shortage... Now you are escorted to and from the bathroom after donating like you're a prisoner. Just to make sure you drink a Powerade
They are amazing people and they are very careful and caring and I love how they make sure ur ok after they stick you with the needle
If your heart rate is 104 they wont let you donate after wasting hours! Ridiculous place. Came two days in a row trying to donate as a new donor and all because my heart rate was literally a few points above 100 I couldn't! Mind you this was after having to go back and forth doing 15 different things to just get vitals done! Went from 109 to 104 but wasn't good enough! Two days in a row like seriously!
Always a great experience!! Chance is the nicest staff and best phleb there!!! Only place I'll donate
Great staff! Very clean and safe environment while making each donor?s health and safety a priority!
They are amazing everytime I've been. I've never had any issues with this location!!
The people here are awesome, they're very nice and very respectful, and they like to be social with their people who donates.. and they talk to the new people about the process..
They're alright. It's usually fast if they don't defer you for some bs reason.
Chance and Ali are amazing. I haven't had one bad experience. Everyone?s amazing.
I love all the employees in the facility i go to. They're all my heart, shoutout to my little family
Theyre too busy to take a lapsed donor or couldn't see my veins or this or that. Ridiculous
The employees at this location are professional and make you feel comfortable throughout the process
Always welcomed with very friendly staff. Chance is the best and very proficient in his work.
The staff is caring and super polite. Nice place to go
Pretty good staff they make sure your all taken care of
Great to make some extra money. Except this site in particular...not good. Turning new donors away after allowing them to wait 30 minutes for any assistance at only 9 am. Short handed or not the rudeness is unacceptable...I did not donate mainly because it was unclean looking. Ya'll had a lady sitting there barefoot and the bottom of the feet ?? nah...
Yes so staff you're at c s l are always so pleasant but professional
It's one of the calmest places I've ever been to were they stick you! They have a awesome carnival going on right now. Fr tho tho the one place you can go and they make you feel BEYOND comfortable. I struggle with social anxiety and this place is way better than my actual drs office.
Chance Audrey Leona and the rest are awesome people I enjoy my time there
Amazing and friendly staff, clean facility. Its always a joy to come here.
Could be good but they chat and waste our time. I literally know their private lives and listen to them complain about overtime. If I didn't really need the money I'd never come here. Too many chatty Cathys
The associates at CSL have treated me very well. However sometimes several of the workers get together and it seems to me that they could be a little more busy. Again as for as me , they have treated me well.
The staff is super friendly wether they are packed or not. It can take up to 3 hours in and out or an hour in and out but they have been having staff issues but life happens and the staff that is there all the time are pretty cool so just strike up a conversation if you get board waiting because being rude isnt gonna help...they cant help certain situations.
Jeff is pretty cool to talk to and he has great staff especially in the donor floor
This place is soooooo sloooow and inefficient. Like there's spots where people need to be and nobody is in their spot. Nobody at the front, no body taking no/etc, nobody manning medical area? there's like 3 people on the floor with rows worth of donors? the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings? plant for an hr???? Naw plan for 4+ hrs!! And you might be turned away on top of waiting those 4hrs?
The workers visibly slow down there work pace if the line has more than 5 people in it. I personally asked the 1s in the back and they confirmed that they admitted and joked about how long they take.
Today it took 3 staff members to screen a 4th staff member. I also could not help to notice they still haven't updated their hours on either Facebook or Google despite the fact the majority of their clusters are struggling to get by and can't afford to waste resources only to find them closed. The act kind but in reality they don't respect you or your time.
So much nicer environment than grifols and a lot better system for getting checked in. I like Hannah! She tells you exactly how she feels about a vein you prefer to be stuck, but will still do what you prefer instead of making an overall decision on her own. She makes sure you're well informed about the process and will even laugh with you when you seem to be laughing at nothing.... if she's not there, I won't let anyone else take care of me. I'll come back a different day
These guys are just great. Even if they're super busy they pay personal attention to each individual. I found them through a friend and I'm completely satisfied with every visit. Definitely recommend CSL Plasma to everyone who wants to give of yourself and your time to benefit others.
Staff is friendly and the wait is never too long?.highly recommend!
Always a nice experience with very friendly staff.
Cold AC, free WiFi and donor fees! Free water bottles too! Nice people and pretty fast for new donors! Recommended!
I feel bad for anybody who chooses this place over Grifols. Haven't been to Grifols since 2017 but I chose to go back because the service here at CSL has just gone further and further and further downhill. They're rude, they take so forever just to get you stuck it's ridiculous. They also pay less than half of what Grifols does and if you weigh less than 150 it's not even worth donating at all here. The payment based on weight thing has always been stupid. Then not to mention their hours are not correct and
Great place, great staff. Always taken care of!
Great Staff, comfortable environment, help others as you help yourself
seen these guys send straight coag into someone almost killing them machines not returning blood if u like ur life stay away from this place they hire anyone off the street and let them stick u and have attitude we need to get this place shut down
They take good care of you staff is really friendly and try to get the line moving as fast as they can ????
Always a 3+ hour wait because they can never get anybody to stay working with them, was supposed to donate the 8 times in 45 days. Due to the phlebotomists being short handed they can't stick you properly leading to Hemo and bruising then you get deferred for 2 weeks waiting for it to heal. Missed out on $200 due to this and only 2 or 3 staff members have a good attitude to begin with.
Very friendly and gets you in and out as quick as possible
Well I used this center literally twice before either another donor or an employee, probably an employee since the so called ?helpful management? have YET to call me back after ?reviewing the cameras?, stole my wedding rings. I have filed a police report and a detective will be investigating since the staff obviously doesn't care to help me at all, but I am completely devastated. I believe it was the Assistant Manager that I talked to immediately once I found out what happened, he tries to tell me how ?sorr
Staff is really professional and good at their job.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! Love them!
Horrible place, the staff sits around and does more talking and playing then helping the customers..this place is so unprofessional.. go anywhere but this place.
IF SOMEONE WOULD ANSWER YOUR PHONE IT WOULD SAVE PEOPLE FROM HOURS OF WASTED DRIVING!!! 0 STARS IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES AND DAYS WANTING TO COME AND FINALLY MADE THE HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE AND THEY WERE CLOSED EARLY!! WHY WONT YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!?
Their hours online are incorrect, they might be open 8-5 during the week and 8-4 on weekends, or they might not be open at all and say they are short handed, or someone's sick, or some other excuse, which I could understand IF it literally wasn't an every week, almost daily thing. They constantly complain about their computers not working correctly and are repeatedly telling everyone how bad they are. They require you to see medical for every thing, including the puncture mark and subsequent bruise from d
Love this place! If I could give more stars I would!!!
Very clean facility and the staff are all very nice !
Awful place they have no where to sit so u just stand in line while they only have one staff member checking vitals. To make matters worst that staff member always seems to have 1 speed. (Really slow)
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
