Cynthia R. is a stellar member of your team!!! She consistently provides friendly, efficient, professional & reliable service. She does it all with a smile and I see her treat every guest with kindness, respect, and gratitude. She is engaging and every interaction I've had with her has been absolutely wonderful and memorable. I know that each time I come to this CSL location, I am guaranteed to have a wonderful experience, because of Cynthia R. and team members like her, who ensure every interaction is outs

3rd time I have had a bad experience here. The Hispanic lady that wears the mask hurt my arm and it's still bruised. Heard another woman complaining about this issue as well. Yeah im done donating for good, not worth it. NOT A 4.1 rating like at all, they have security for goodness sake ??

2013 i had a horrible experience . 2017 I had a ever worse experience. So who am i to think here in 2025 it would be horrid. Will never recommend. From the door to the floor its 100 percent ghetto. Everything about it is ghetto. The workers, the equipment and the service. Go elsewhere if you care about yourself

Today and here lately when I go to csl and the tech Abby when I get her booth she is so friendly and courteous, very good with a social settings dealing with all types of different personalities. I have never seen this girl without a welcoming smile coming into her booth. People are so quick to complain on a worker let's see how many people take the time to write something about a worker that deserves recognition. Thanks Abby keep doing what you do your very good at what you do. 5stars

The staff at the La Gran Plaza on Seminary St Fort Worth Texas were very knowledgeable professional and efficient. As a supervisor myself it's easy to see that the leadership and training implemented here as well as general cohesion are all 5 star ?. Thank you for the quickest and easiest possible plasma donation available in not only Texas but you guys are superior to all the other plasma donation centers I've been to in New Mexico and Oregon.

I would like to commend Darius Jackson, Everytime I come in he's absolutely amazing. He takes his time and you can tell he's a genuine person. He makes you feel comfortable and a lot less anxious about donating for the first time, which is highly appreciated. Honestly, give the man a raise! ???? And I wanna say thank you to the center, the new machines and process make it so much easier and cuts down donating time majorly. So thank you!

This review is ONLY for the new donor bonus. As of 6/21/25 the new donor bonus is about $475 for 5 donations

The manager, the tech, phlebotomists, and the police officer at the front were all great inspite of it being very busy when I was there. Even though I was a visiting donor, when I'm in the area. Thank u CSL Plasma south Fort worth!

Staff is always friendly love it, Jennifer screening was SUPER SWEET also

My phlebotomist was great but he wanted to reuse the same gloves that had stuff on it. Then he pulled the gloves out his pocket to to the sticking .

Awesome I enjoy the company of the employees Melissa R ,Alicia,Lauren, Anna P Noemi, kielani, Mariam Quanna, kheliso, Isaiah, I'm happy to come here and feel so welcome !

Great experience. Anna, Jermaine, Mimi and Quanna answered all questions and concerns I had a great experience.

Great personal very clean environment well experienced phlebotomist and a winning family like atmosphere what more can you ask for?

They close the doors early here. Got to the door at 6:56 and it was already closed. There was one other person waiting at the door, the lady let that other person in and told me no. Kinda not right, if they are trying to get plasma why turn someone away.

I came here after going to BioLife for a while and I was surprised by how efficient and smooth the process is. I like this place a lot better.

staff stands around. People pissed off in line. THIS PLACE NEEDS MANAGEMENT,, that gives a shit.. worthy - BUT needs management BAD.. 1 hour in line.. walked out AGAIN..

It's really fast and easy. And the staff is wonderful..

Very nit picky with how they do things can get frustrating & the staff act like they don't even want to be there and when there busy the staff seem to take even longer they don't have any initiative to defuse the clutter

I was going to leave a glowing review today because I have had great service from this facility. That being said it is unfortunate that they make so much money off of our plasma but don't want to honor the first time donor fees. Everything you donate the do a small health screening. They won't let you donate unless you pass. I passed and when I returned they said we tested your plasma further and you didn't pass the protein analysis. I'm no health professionals but it sounds like you just don't want to pay

Melissa,Brian, Jimmy, laterrica, jenny have good customer service they know what to do and how to do it I love these people That's jenny call on her for anything she is the best

I have to say that this location is one of the best plasma centers in the DFW area. I recently donated, and my experience was spectacular. I read many reviews about the wait time. However, it is part of the process. The first donate is always the longest one. It does seem like the center is pretty busy, but the employees are friendly and seem to be working hard. Staff made me feel welcomed and even got to speak to the center's manager, Jenny. She was helping her troops on the donor floor. That's is true lea

Today is the 1st time in a while and they're moving like clockwork can't wait to see how long it'll take...MeMe you're a God send .they have the best new donor fees around..new everything an it's a positive experience.. Lauren was awesome..

Noemi was EXCELLENT,the greeting was SUPERB. The smile SUNSHINE attitude WONDERFUL. I loved everything bit of the check in experience in the donor test room.

Abby helped me out and was fast and professional. Every time she does my screening she helps me with a smile. She's very helpful when it comes to answering any questions I may have. She's a great worker very professional even under pressure.

Candace and Melissa are the both top notch employees. they are true professionals. I enjoy there humor , and demeanor. They stay calm and composed during the busiest of times. They are quick to greet you with smile. They are one of main reasons i still come. Great employees better people..

Very Professional well taken care of. Always in good mood. Every time I get a chance to donate I like to come to this place. The Lady Quanna took good care me today. Great Experience ?? ?? shoot out to Brian another Professional there. Thank You

Quanna is such an amazing tech the past two times I have gone and she has assisted me has been painless amazing. Her attitude is just amazing and she's very generous and kind when it comes to needing information. It definitely recommend.

Brian V. is a valuable asset. He's always kind and courteous. Very professional and his bedside manner is a plus. I always dread the needle poke but when Brian V. did it I didn't even feel the slightest pinch. Painless. I'm impressed. If you're lucky enough to get Brian V. then you're getting the best CSL has and your visit will be a good one. Thank You Brian V. for being you! Keep up the amazing work. You're going places.

I had a great experience thanks to Elijah very professional and fast I was really pleased with his services and the best part was that it was painless , Great Job Elijah ??Also Kelesio Howard is great very fast and well prepared for work great job YALL keep up the good work

Alicia made me feel very comfortable during my screening!!! I walked in a new donor and felt very nervous, but she made my opening experience awesome! Lannette made me comfortable during vitals, and once I got back in the donor area, Quanna was AMAZING!!! Overall, I had a great experience!!! ??

Gwendolyn did a great amazing job very nice and respectful and kind thank you for everything you do for me

Lauren is amazing! She gave me a squeeze ball to make my blood pump quicker

Great place to donate. Abby is always friendly, professional and makes quick work in getting me in and screened. I've never had any issue donating here. If you are interested in donating definitely give them a try.

Brian v by far the best and lightest sticker definitely deserves a bonus or a raise definitely my go to every time I come to csl plasma of off 4200 South fwy

They reduce donor fees every year, they're unprofessional, I was in the middle of screening when 2 women that should've been screening other donors came to my booth and started gossiping about someone with an attitude taking my screener attention away from doing her job! CSL is the worst plasma center of them all, no matter the location

Not sure if I came on a bad day, but this place is very slow. The employees do not move with urgency. There's a security guard for some reason and I have never seen one at any plasma clinic before. I won't be coming back here.

I went to donate and I said yes this is my home and then said I'm a truck driver so I'm kind of home less time and she said I'm homeless. I showed 50 documents of my address. She had a mole on her nose. Very unreal... I had everything and one lady did that. HOW many others have she done this to. I would like to report to the authorities but they had a bigger white lady come out for ads or something said nope won't do it even showed insurance. Nope unreal.

Abraham is always so helpful. He walks through every step professionally

Love This place! Julian C. helped me with my situation while I was in the middle of my donation and he realized what happened and was swift to helping me out Thanks Bunches. Patricia Rodriguez appreciates you...

1st time going but a great experience. Employees make you feel at ease!

abby is a great screener. shes quick and very friendly. she gets the job done. you guys need more like her.

Everytime I come to donate, this one specific person ALWAYS ALWAYS treats me with respect, she's extremely kind, friendly, very energetic, and just all the way around a great person!! Quanna makes my donation experience a delightful one!! She will even go out of her way to make sure she sticks me even before she either goes to lunch is off for the day, I greatly appreciate her for ALWAYS doing that. If anyone that works for CSL Receives AN AWARD it definitely needs to be Ms Quanna!!!

Isaiah Roldan and Brian Ventura make the visit and the process comfortable and easy, those 2 deserve a raise..

Quanna very polite clean and neat works fast good job

Tisha was so helpful and informative ?? thank you, Brian thanks for your positivity. Manager Guy with the glasses ?? and Cool shoes was extremely attractive ?? and helpful. Sorry Jermaine dude you're awesome and but when it comes to optimism I think Brian has you beat.. but stay positive guys thanks for the communication.

Malissa .R Was really kind, fast, and gentle at unhooking me at the end. Had a great conversation about food. Made my experience here Enjoyable.

Thank to Laterrica Williams for being kind and making my experience comfortable. She had great customer service and was very helpful with assisting me. From: Perry McAbee

Quanna was very helpful & did an amazing job, great personality and very energetic ... something we all love is an upbeat person and she is just that.

Gwen ,Cynthia, Ana p and abby are great at customer service and always make me laugh,10/10 I enjoy the experience

Great team, but Mr. Mike is the best with the poker. They also have a great leadership team. I had a few bumps when i started, but they attended to my needs and concerns and since haven't had any other issues.

This young lady named Crystal was great. She stuck me without any pain. She smiled the whole way. She made me feel comfortable the whole way. I believe she needs a raise or promotion.

Jimmy was very kind and attentive. He is the only person that has ever finger stuck me and not hurt. ??

I'm at CSL S.Frwy in fort worth, The phlebotomy usually have problems sticking me the first time. Alot of adjustments follow. This time my man Keleaso nailed it on the first try. No pain......absolutely magnificent!!!!!!!!! Give my man a Raise$$$$$

I would give a neg star if I could. Some of the staff was amazing Mimi for one but one of the nurses there has the worst disposition I have seen in a long time. I am a MTF trans and I am will use my real name for this review because I pray their corporate officials see this. My name is Harold Nelson preferred name Ivallia League and the nurse's name is Anna. I was having an issue with 2 spots on my arm due to shaving and this nurse came up and was immediately hostile and after I asked her multiple time to p

Amazing nurse she was awesome as well as my visit

Quanna and Miriam were very helpful and friendly and Miriam did a GOOD job at sticking me today Quanna is always very polite and is a EXCELLENT lead

I would like to say Brian is an incredible sticker he always gets me on the first try and I've been told I'm a hard stick so shout-out to Brian ??

Staff is really friendly. It is clean and they helpful to answer any questions or concerns you have. So would recommend the Fort Worth location

Kielani Urias was the representative that assisted me and she did a great job!

Today I went to donate and was met with terricka she was super sweet my last donation was rough and terricka made sure this visit was different ! She was super gentle with me and gave some helpful advice to make donating more comfortable for me , she continued to check on me throughout the donation all while still assisting other She was super knowledgeable which helped ease my stress ! So S/O to you !!!!

Bri had great customer service!

I've donated all across the U.S and this is by far the worst csl location I've ever been to and I've donated in the straight up hood. They will find any made up excuse not to accept you. I will never go back here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed Brianna she was very polite and kind and made my donating experience worth it

Quana always so efficient, energetic and good costumer service. She knows her stuff I feel no discomfort when getting sticked.

Ms Melissa and Ms Quanna, are some of the BEST women to have hook you up to the machine. Needles make me nervous so it's important for me to have some one give a good stick, ask for one of these amazing women to help ya out!!!

Quanna was great she stuck me and it was smooth didn't even feel the needle go in. I recommend her

Staff from intake through the donor process were the best

Well let's see , waited 30 minutes to be screened....not terrible for here. Back was clear but still an hour before hook up .....mainly because they hook up people who sit down after you first, and employees if they sit down after you....guess it's who you know order. Had my machine stop and beep beep beep so after they unhook 2 more people then they swing by and push a button and the machine starts ..couldn't do that before you spent 10 minutes with other people .took 2 seconds .and unhooking don't expect

To whom it may concern CSL plasma to begin with thanks for hireing the most professional, responseble staff particularly Meme whom greeted me by name this morning, Naomi and Melissa R, very attentive taking care of me today and others I noticed as well.Secondly I've been to a couple of other plasmas center's before however I'm only comfortable with CSL because I'm treated and observed others treated with dignity and respect and though I and others are riffraff at times your staff never missed a beat making

Quanna is very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this center. Thank you for your great service.

CSL employees are always on top on their game. I have made thousands of tax free money and consider myself The Golden Arm Lady! It's always just an hour away if I am needing gasoline, car insurance and car inspection money if I could not donate, I would not be a Mary Kay Independent Sales person. I have helped women at CSL and given them a 2nd or 3rd job when CSL was not enough. Seize the Day ..Golden Arms!!!

This is most facility has the most rudest techs. Some employees are nice but they really don't care how or where they stick you and when you have issues they talk crazy to you then defer you from there after brusing you up.

Quanna great person excellent customer service..Melissa R always has a smile and greets when taking ppl off

Melissa r was very courteous and very prompt on cleaning spilled blood on the floor. she is an important part of the CSL staff.

The best place to go! I have been to different plasma centers, and I will stick with csl. Clean center, friendly staff, great environment that makes u look forward to coming into the center..(other than saving lives of course ) lol Thank you CSL team, yall are awesome!!

Adrianna was a great free spirit woman who keeps a smile on her face and on mine she deserves a raise

The staff is very friendly. I was in and out less than 1and half hour.

I really enjoyed Brianna she was very polite and kind and made my donating experience worth it

Melissa R was very patient and always kind..Mr Mike is also awesome!!! Darriuas. Is ALWAYS AWESOME!!! He knows his job!

Lauren is rude and racist won't be coming back to this location

Kelesio gave me some of the best customer service I received at a plasma center. I was a new donor and the whole process didn't take long at all even though there were 5 people ahead of me.. But when it was time to donate Kelesio took great care of me and I didn't even feel him stick me and he was great with everybody in his bay as well.. When I come back and he is here I will request him..

I love my phlebotomists, they're caring and know me by name. This is true...I love hearing "hey, Miss Jodi!!" Abby(intake), Jocilynne & Qannah were amazing today....thanks ladies!!! Brian and Isaias are wonderful phlebotomists, as well....so personable....worth coming to THIS center!!!

Abbey is a great person she nice in always keep a smile on her face amazing personality with a beautiful face to go with it
