Y'all this place is GREAT. The facility is clean and the staff are wonderful. Had a great experience with Kia today and every day she has taken care of me. I had an infiltration and she explained perfectly and patiently what that meant to me as a donor. Both ladies that took care of me deserve 10 stars. The pay is good too. If u want to help others...donate here!!

I had a positive experience during my donation. The customer service was warm and welcoming the crowds were limited and the lines moved swiftly and efficiently. I want especially think Makia I shared with her needles were the hardest part of the donation for me; and she was especially kind and talked to me during the process and certainly helped ease my anxious feelings!

This place will withhold money, as the youngish black lady with glasses who works in the back had mentioned the ability to ?manual pay? customers. I was told they would not try to help me receive proper pay. Don't waste your time. Great Phlebs, horrible compensation

On May 28th I went in to donate. The facility is nice and clean, with nice associates to accest you quickly. Donna had done my stick. She was very good which helped me get done in 26.36 minutes. Thank you all for being so nice and good at your job.

I would like to shout out Rebecca on the medical side of the facility. She makes every visit very comfortable and fun. Shes always ready with a joke and takes care of questions or issues that I may have with speed and care. She's the reason I keep coming back.

MAKIA did such a good job. The first time I came it was about one and a half hours of needle in me and moving needle and trading arms only to not be able to get red blood cells back. Next trip told her about the problems and she stuck me once and was done in 40 min. She is the BEST!!!!! I ask for her every time now.

I've been donating for a while off and on there (since 2023) and recently started back up as we need the extra cash. There was a nurse there that I hadn't seen before, her name is Rebecca. Seriously the nicest nurse ever. She even had small talk with me because those physicals can be a little awkward for me as I have social anxiety.

Christina did a great job with my stick! Jakayla is awesome and always does a great job but she wasn't there and I have a "tricky" vein so if you don't really get it right the first time....not to take anything away from others because Candy is great as well as Tiffany but Jakayla just knows my vein !I'm hit or miss and I was glad that she was able to do as Jakayla does! The front staff is amazing as well Jay and Codi are always polite the other donor techs that works the floor Caleb ,Darrell, Toya . Ms

went for my first time and made $100 then started making less everytime. then i come back and they say im now a new donor and i have to start everything over again. I got excited because i thought i would get $100. they paid me $30 for 2 hours of my time and now i feel sick at work. i would only recommend going 2 or 3 times then quit amd never come back.

I donated once 3 years ago and it caused the computers to have a seizure but the ladies who helped me, particularly Nurse Rebecca were amazing. They made sure to keep me updated and apologized profusely for something they really had no control over.

Great Place, Great Staff. Rebecca Bruce (nurse) was very informative and kind. She and I had a great chat and she was thorough and very professional.

Jill is the best poker and other then that her personality is very heartwarming she really friendly?? when I started giving plasma she was the one that got me me wanting to come more! So big props to her

So, I had a high heart rate at one point when I went to donate so I got deferred. I came back with doctors notes saying I was good to donate with a normal heart rate. They saw I have schitzoaffective. I was told due to me being ?unpredictable? I can't donate there. Not because of the medication I'm taking but because of my disability. Everyone I've talked to about this believes it a dumb reason for me to not be able to donate. It's ridiculous that people can't donate because of a mental disability even if t

I was always taught the only people who donate plasma is drug addicts. Well up until recently I've never had to do this kinda thing but the price of everything is going up and we gotta eat. I get denied because my protein was cloudy. What a joke they have never failed me for that before they have just told me to watch what I eat but crazy thing is I know someone very close to me that goes here weekly and he has to take 3 blood pressure pills just to even get his heart rate under control and even sometimes t

the staff and management at csl plasma are racist now i dont usually go around throwing that out there all wild however yesterday i went in to donate plasma went through the entire proccess and was in the back waiting to get stuck when i was told to follow this supervisor back to the front now keep in mind i have only been close enough for the two staff members to smell if i had an oder and i was told by said superviser that there were several complaints that i had an oder well lets clear things up one only

The staff needs guidance. Being next in line for 20 minutes is insane, especially while watching the employees talk and joke and not do their jobs. I've watched 5 people be disconnected and leave but I'm still waiting. Maybe management needs to get on the floor and make sure the staff is doing their jobs. There is a tall slim black guy with a pointy beard and heavy set woman, haven't helped a single donor since I've been standing here. 20 MINUTES! Maybe I should apply, I could definitely stand around and

I love the fact that it's family oriented here coming into the establishment. There was just so much knowledge and information about black history and I love the fact that CSL sharing information/history to the patients that's coming in. It shows the diversity within this company. The staff is amazing. They all do such a wonderful job from the time you walk in the door and you're greeted by security from the vitals crew I know I'm all by name they're all just wonderful and great and you know they're just gr

I would like to thank Nurse Bettye, and nurse Rebecca. They were so helpful, courteous, kind, and professional.

Slow wait!! It would benefit everyone if they hire more people! Like seriously no wants to spend all day in here. And there is a section of the room where seats are completely empty that they use but don't. It would speed up the process opening that area up. The workers talk more than work and 75 percent of the time they're so slow to get to you

The wait time are moderate and the staff is very friendly. If you're lucky enough to have Latoya help you, then know it's gonna be an easy visit.

Caleb here at CLS plasma is a solid sticker great with donors and always makes me feel comfortable. Always ask if I need anything before tending to the next donor. Kind and considerate. A1 employee, great job cls you got a keeper.

Staff is very helpful and kind ms.rebecca the nurse is very polite and helpful. I am pleased with my experience!

Jakayla cook was absolutely amazing for real I'm not just writing this to write it or for her I felt absolutely no pain when she stuck me and the continuing service she was beyond what I would have expected for service from a plasma donation center great job Jakayla and great job CSL for the hire of this employee I know for myself I appreciate the job well done and know that others in the future will most definitely appreciate having lucked up and gotten her

Staff is always nice, and their nurse Rebecca is awesome. Great energy and clear communication!

I've been donating specifically at this center since 2019 and have always been treated with respect, kindness and equality. I am Caucasian (female) with Caucasian family that specifically donate at this location and the narrative that is being created by some reviews are just disgusting and untrue. The employees here and management treat everyone equally with respect and dignity. I have seen donors get disrespectful, angry and even use foul language to staff because they have to wait or because they didn't

Ms. Rebecca is always friendly and helpful. Sweet lady despite being short staffed.

i don't ever write reviews but i am because i almost didn't come because some of these reviews scared me. but honestly everyone here was great. i keep seeing reviews about racism against white people on here, but i truly don't understand it. i felt very taken care of and everyone i encountered was so kind and professional and even though i was nervous, they made me feel seen. Jay, Jillian, and Mills (i was unable to catch her name but it's what her mask said) are all notable mentions because they all made t

Deshaunta is sweet and nice one of the best phlebotomist she handle people with Care. Could not ask for anybody better??

Not worth the pay at all pay has been the same but the cost of living is going up. 50 for the 1st donation then 60 for the 2nd. Too many rules but they yap their jaws too much. make you sit there sometimes for 15 or so mins after your machine is done waiting to be taken down all while they can call people back and keep sticking them. Wait times are ridiculous. Rarely any bonuses. Pay definitely needs to be raised to atleast 75 for first and 85 for second. Crazy you can pay for the employees to travel to the

Rebecca was amazing. She helped me with all my questions.

If you try to get a job here DONT! I called the landline to the staff (0) and a woman picked up the phone just to tell me wait and put me on hold. As I proceed to wait the phone hung up and as I tried to called again I kept getting a deadline tone. As of today, when I try to call I still get no answer. Not only was the encounter plain UNPROFESSIONAL, it's very RUDE to do someone who's willing to work when multiple reviews show the place is UNDER STAFFED. Avoid this place for the sake of your time nd patienc

Kia is amazing I never feel her even stick me.

They will continuously find a reason for you not to give so you will not meet your rewards. For $50 you will spend around 2 hours if they let you give. I drive 45 minutes for them to always have an excuse.

This place is absolute trash. The staff cares more about efficiency than your health. The new "vibrating" machines are painful, and their response to complaints is dismissive. It's disheartening that this is their ?normal?.? -Racism is live and well.( I see other reviews saying they don't get this treatment. If you've only been there a time or two please don't speak on this subject this is for those who've been there for awhile to see these people in their element...Not them faking for new donors) - The di

Ms. Tiffany is the best sticker at the facility. Someone give that woman a raise. ??

????? Warning ??????To much drama. Every staff member talks behind each othes back, in front of the people donating. High turn over with employees. I've donated and 5 times and my money has not been on my card at the end of the donation. I've had to call or come back to this location to get my money pushed through! The manager acts if this isn't problem! So unprofessional!

Do not recommend this location. Donor waiting area involves standing in line until a spot is opened up. Staff seemed irritated and their attention was divided between the donors they were processing and the people they were socializing with. When I personally was finished with my first donation, the person removing the needle from my arm dropped the bandage and allowed me to sit bleeding while he continued disconnecting the machine, I brought this to the attention of other staff members and all they did was

Rebecca and everyone does a great job cps plasma is the best plasma center.

CSL is a great place to choose if you're considering plasma donation. All the CSL staff present themselves to be very professional, attentive to all donors and very well trained. I have had a great experience every time I've donated. I never have to worry about them not paying attention to what they're doing. They all present themselves as highly trained professionals who want your experience to be pleasant, quick and as painless as possible. Thank you CSL

Toya on the donar floor was great she was friendly and stuck me well

Wow oh wow. I delete my mean review!!! I go in to donate today, EVERYONE from the time I walked in to the time I walked out,,, was just so cool!!! I've never saw a place that changes like that fast, people checked on me, the manager gave me a compliment, not that it matters, it was just really good vibes. I didn't see the lady from the day when the ?weird stuff? (we gonna leave it like that rn) happened to me. It was like literally walking into a completely different setting. I dont know, I'm never after p

I love coming to this location to donate! The screening process is usually fairly quick and the staff is always inviting and kind. Ashley is one of the staff who always makes me feel comfortable/asks me about my day, while we are doing the screening process. There are several other people who are normally on the floor that are always nice as well! Please keep up the good work!!

They lie to people about the amount of money you're going to get and have a bunch of invalid excuses as to why their other employees lie. You can even show them it written down by THEIR EMPLOYEE and they will still screw you out of the money owed. They're very dishonest people!

Staff is uneducated on service dog laws. I was forced to get screened twice because they HAD to put in the system that I have a service animal, despite my dog not being related to my physical health. I was there for almost 3 hours at my first donation due to this. And they even asked me for documentation on my dog which is illegal. When told this, they said they're a German company and that law didn't apply to them. This is incorrect and again illegal. I informed them of this and they dismissed me and told

Another bad decision buy corporate to take away our points I had 920 points I was two visits away from collecting $10 and now y'all did away with the point system all that time and effort to collect those points goes to waste and lowered our donor fees definitely not the right decisions to keep us coming back

I just had to leave. Literally I've been standing in line since 7:40 am and it's 8:30 now. I was next in line while Literally 4 people jumped in line in front of me. I understand that people want extra money but 90 percent of the people are drug addicts looking to get a fix. The staff has no motivation or high gear. They was just moping around like turtles while there was 20 people in line to be screened and 20 waiting to be sat down. Then they said that the pay was going to drop and no more bonuses. It's n

Staff is very friendly and polite I enjoy coming to donate and Daytona is very patient and great at her job

This company has a few terrible staff here. This location is racist. DO NOT MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ANY PERSON HERE to the number you google or are given. They will Permanantly ban you for complaining and following up. They will make up an excuse to ban you because they will not properly investigate the complaints and get dropped same day. They are short staffed so will always back their staff, rude or not. Properly trained or not. This place is not about the donors at all. Bad business and no one to make th

. 0 stars period. Wow. This location is bad. More than 1 problem with staff towanda had it out for me. Idk if she's racist against white girls but everytime I return and she's here its a problem. Horribly rude staff employed here. No not all. I actually like a few but Tamera I'd very nasty with the way she talks to people. And the management backs her. They will not properly investigate staff misconduct and close investigation without even reaching out to the donor. This is the closest plasma center to

They still aren't open on Sundays corporate needs to address these problems and reopen on Sunday

Out of the 7 times I've tried to donate at CSL Gastonia I've only been successful twice. I'm disabled and use either crutches or a wheelchair because I had a accident 7 years ago and my left leg has problems. Regardless I passed their physical and was told I could donate. They make you stand in line without providing chairs which will make your heart rate be elevated when they check your vitals. I tried taking my wheelchair in one day and they told me I couldn't donate because there was no room for a chair

Terrible customer service. I called down there to ask a couple simple question answered the phone with aggravation to the answer. She seemed irritated that I called. I will be seeking my business elsewhere. I personally don't recommend CSL because of the terrible customer service. The phone call occurred this morning and the having to stand in line to have a bed ready. I've stood for 45 minutes at times.

Donated today 30 minutes before closing time and was still treated very well not like I was annoying coming so late. Thankfully I wasn't the last person there and donated quickly leaving at 7:10 but I appreciate the staff still being respectful when coming in the last 30 minutes. Shout out to senior phlebotomist Nate who stuck me today and giving me my fastest donation compared to last time taking nearly twice as long.

My arm was literally bleeding and the machine ringing over and over. I can hear the staff say I am not getting it after I tell them how to stick me and the way the was doing it hurt really bad I got differed for being upset and I heard the staff call me a bum just because I had holes on the bottom of my shoes cause I have to walk. They treat people who are unfortunate with disrespect we still bleed the same at the end.

I appreciate everyone at the CSL Plasma in Gastonia off of 321. Everyone is amazing all their jobs and roles matter I appreciate all of them. They are amazing but a huge huge shout out to Candace. She is amazing. If it's ever your first time doing this I would definitely ask for her. I trust her so much I can't say enough about Candace and the staff there. All of you guys are amazing and thank you for everything you do. And Candace your smile lights up the whole room. I appreciate you. I wish everyone the b

If I could give zero stars I would. I have donated 19 times and went to start donating again after about a year break since my work was very busy. I just started helping with my grandson and times like these could use the extra cash and donating plasma helps people who need it and also gives me some extra cash to help my family. I have no medical problems that would prevent me from donating. I see my doctor around 4 times a year just to keep on top of my health. I started getting headaches in the spring of

The workers are amazing! They are overworked. This past Sunday, I waited over three hours. It was ridiculous. No one said they were sorry. Today, I'm waiting again because they ran out of equipment. We were told someone was bringing equipment from Charlotte and it would be an additional 45 minute wait, and I've already been here an hour. No compensation was offered either time. It may be time to fine another place.

This place is a joke... Kenny the so call lead tried to tell me i didn't listen to something and i did. He made me listen to the 15 min cd player 3 times!!! This is the absolute worst place ever!!! Then im trying to update my profile so i dont have to listen to it and i can do everything regularly they talking about they dont know how to change it.... what in the world what sense does that make

I've had only positive experiences here. Due to short-staffing, yes, you may have to wait in line to check in and then to get to the donor beds. Expect to spend about 1 -1/2 to 2 hours total time here. They pay well, so the wait is well worth it. As the facility is scrupulously clean and the staff is professional, polite, and friendly, I plan to continue donating here for as long as they are here.

I went prepared to #1 freeze and #2 wait. However, I did NOT expect to be there 6.5 hours on my first visit. I would have easily been there closer to 4 hours had they not had to do a few vein checks in front of me. After those and the last person for a physical in front of me were done, the person doing the physicals was told to take lunch. I asked if I had left at that point what would I have to do if I came back and was told I would have to start ALL OVER.. I agree - all people should have their breaks

So far this place has been pretty good. The staff are a little direct at times but always professional even though the center is almost always understaffed when I visit. The vampires also know what they are doing too so they certainly are on a better track than one of my old doctor's offices.

My experience at this location has been very pleasant. I'm greeted with a hello or good morning ands smile! All the staff are very nice and friendly. And I'm thanked at the end of my donation every time! Keep up the good job CSL Plasma Gastonia!!

I don't like the fact that new donors get to jump the line because this causes the rest to have long wait times regardless of what time you arrive. I have also waited up to 30 min every time for the nurse to finally come over and see me to approve my donating because of bruising. What takes these people so long!?!?! But other than the time consuming factor everyone is pretty nice.

So this place use to be the go to as they were local and fast. Now they are slow as hell, limited on machines they been waiting for machines for months now and nothing, can't sit anyone unless the machine is set up smh. What got me posting this today is the fact that they wanted me to let a newbie stick me and I requested someone else and was told that we are not able to request anyone any longer, the person that was new on sticking had no prior experience and was forced to start sticking sooner than she wa

Not usually fully staffed. & if they are staffed the other employees are engaged in conversation amongst each other instead of assisting customers. Be expected to be there all day long. I use to donate in Charlotte which is a busy city and even being there I managed to get in and out less than an entire shift. Definitely convenient if you need some extra cash but other than that truly time consuming & a burden to get the cash.

Always friendly and professional. Such a quick and easy way to do good.

People need to realize this is an OPTIONAL place, for free money. So many people are stuck up in their own little world, they forget that this business helps sick and dying children. And it seems that all these reviews just care about their own time and money. If you don't like it, don't come back. Be patient... You're saving lives and getting paid for it. This isn't a walk in payment option to fall out too.

I've used plasma donation for nearly a year, as a way to earn some extra cash when needed. I switched to CSL because their location was easier with my work schedule. I only ever made it 2x. The first time, the guy stuck me wrong and they weren't able to get my red blood cells back to me. I was NATIONALLY deferred and unable to donate for 2 months. I went back after my referral period in attempt to collect my new donor bonuses of $100. I was again stuck incorrectly and left with horrible bruising, then told

I really enjoy coming here. I love the people here. They are very hard workers. Jauna and Lisa and Angel and Meg are the best. They keep a check on you . They always makesure you okay. They are very good at what they do. And I think that they deserve a raise. It's very hard to find people like them. So I hope y?all take that in consideration. I come twice a week and I have got to know what kind and caring people they are.

I am completely disappointed in CSL I've never been so disrespected at any plasma donation center I've been to 2 other centers with awesome treatment. I was turned down due to a small scar on my arm because I'm a war veteran and I sustained an injury the size of a dime and my son and wife were also told they were too late to donate even though we arrived 15 minutes before closing but they watched as 3 people behind them were allowed to donate this place has a definite racism issue with Caucasian people I ov

Absolutely recommend this place 10/10 I had a great experience shout out to one of the employees Jakaya was so caring and helpful she needs a raise ! A superstar

The facility is always clean, staff is friendly and the money from the first 8 visits was wonderful. It has always been difficult to take blood or plasma from me. My veins are deep and hard to stick. I want to say that Tiffany and Ty (I hope that's her name) have always completed the task, without pain or bruising on my part. Another thing I have noticed is Tiffany is always on point. She is leadership material. She hustles on that floor, she's assertive, funny and has always had such a positive attitude, n

CSL PLASMA at 1519 S york rd in Gastonia NC is a great place to donate plasma. The staff are super friendly and respectful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while donating. I highly recommend anybody to donate there. Much love to the entire staff.

Lexi and Tiffany are so sweet and awesome when sticking my small veins!!The whole staff is wonderful. Just wish CSL could give a little higher paying donations and hire more help and new machines for this awesome staff!!!

This place is...not great. Everyone wears the correct PPE and it definitely SMELLS clean, but everything LOOKS dirty. The employees are also questionable --- some of them are comically bad at inserting the needles to draw blood and so unserious, the machines seem old and make really concerning noises. They have pretty good payouts for new donors, but for regular donors, it is less than Biolife...I think if I keep donating regularly I will probably go back to Biolife in Charlotte vs coming to CSL Gastonia.

This place is just a way to feed the fetenyl and drug addicts in Gastonia! It's just making the crisis worst and giving them a easy way to make money! I don't know anyone who isn't on drugs that goes here and donates! If it wasn't for this place I could have been had my family member in treatment! And so could a lot of people I knows family members!

Appreciate you guys Latoya Galloway and Jakayla Cook you guys Rock

This place is a damn joke, they will allow drug addicts that are clearly high when they come in to donate but will turn away someone who has an anxiety disorder that is managed with prescribed medication from a doctor because ?they? don't feel it is safe, smmfh what's not safe is allowing drug addicts to donate plasma that is supposed to help save someone?s life! Not worrying about someone having anxiety! So just know if you are an addict this is the place to go to get free money to support your habit! No d

I like the location and the staff is really great. My only issue with them, is that they bruised my arm pretty bad during my last donation. Then tell me a couple days later that I can't donate because of the bruise they gave me. It was also my last day to collect my frequency bonus. So I'm out the $80 I would?ve gotten had they at least let me use my other arm. Other than that no real complaints.

I usually donate in Charlotte and have experienced A+ service there. Gastonia location makes you wait until an entire bay is empty to sit down, why. Usually over an hour standing with many empty bays I could be sitting in, like Charlotte does. Friendly and professional but staff who aren't sticking people should at least look busy because while I'm standing waiting an hour and 75% of the staff look like they are on break it is frustrating.

I went there and got there at 7 am Was there for 5 hour's. Had my physical they asked me what medicines i was on and i said my asthma inhalers and they said it wouldn't stop me from donating we sat there and extra two hours for them to tell us we had to get papers signed from the doctor first. After we was already in our seats to give plasma. Didn't even pay us for their mess up. Worse place ever! I won't be going back. That's what you get i guess for trying to help people. I wouldn't even gave them one sta

Patrice is very professional, curious, and very easy to talk too. She made my donation feel very easy. I am very happy to say, I am very happy to donate at this facility!

New amount. $125 1st 8 donations. Understand. First time donating will take bout 3-4 hrs. Paperwork and blood testing takes time. Bring a coat, it's gonna be cold. Eat before you show. If you don't your blood can clot during process. Good luck and be safe.

Need to work on people skills and basic decency. Went in to try and register as a new donor and was totally ignored by the person up front. Walked away 3 different times while I tried to get their attention to find out what I needed to do. I won't go back. I walked out and drove to Grifols and had a far better experience.

I can't even lie, the people that work at this establishment are for the most part nice people, with good attitudes, and a somewhat decent work ethic. With all that being said there are flaws in every system. I attend CSL on a regular weekly basis with no issues, as I take very good care of myself. Long story short after attending for a long while now (since the day they opened), today I was banned from donating at the establishment. My last visit I was approached by an employee asking to see my wrist watch

These people are rude. After telling them I don't know the name of my back pain pills so they cannot proceed till I do and I said okay, then she Ask me if I cannot read after telling them I accidentally clicked the wrong one and didn't realize, she then proceeds to ask the same question 4x after repeating myself twice I got annoyed and they ask me to leave my girlfriend is still in the building they tell me to come back another day. Today 9/8/2022 after 3 days I go in go through the processes just to find o

This place is full of it. Went to donate last week they didn't want to try to get plasma. Someone yelled come back in seven days. When seven days arrive, I went back and they told me something else. If there was a zero. That's the score I would give this place. Because off of one failed attempt the place Determined that my Veins weren't Suitable to donate plasma. When in the past I have donated plasma in the before.

Everyone is always so kind and welcoming! Beverly is the best and I enjoy our conversations while she does her job wonderfully ??
