The physical and the on boarding process is done in a room right behind of all of the staff without a door. Clear violation of privacy and it will clear the staff could hear and I also believe reacted to my answers to questions. I feel violated and we be contacting csl and complaining. I've been to different plasma centers and this is the first time I wasn't in a private room for these type of dealings. In regards of medical check/history and private questions.

Things have changed.... That statement is still true, but I must say times are good at the Landover location. I'm an original and it's some new faces and some remaining, but Landover CSL overall mission to providing a good donor experience I'll admit has never changed. Was super busy the other day and y'all did a A+ job handling it. Glad to see the high level of performance and execution.

My experience here at CSL Plasma is always as wonderful as the first day I walked through the door. The front staff (Leslie, Faith and Dianna) Our amazing host! I like the friendly faces and the atmosphere. Got to give it up to Joy and Amara, as they are a quick stick and have me in and out of here in no time. I truly try to recommend my fair share of people to come to this location. Management definitely stay on top of this game! Debbie, Mario, Mia, if I didn't shout you out apologies I don't know your nam

Very unprofessional they don't come in until it's time to open it's always long waits nurse is always late n every week their opening three hours late I will not return this is very irritating and im extremely annoyed with the service no one wants to do anything they take forever jus to set up the machines then their always under staffed I do not recommend this place

Great experience at this CSL! The staff is friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable during the donation process. The center is clean and well-organized, and they take all the necessary precautions to ensure safety. Plus, it's a rewarding way to give back and earn some extra cash. Highly recommend.

The staff's friendly and knowledgeable demeanor contributes to a comfortable and clean environment for donation, outperforming nearby establishments. Mia's exceptional talent and light touch make her a customer favorite. Thank you for the warm reception.

So I have been to a few spots with csl this spot is my favorite. The staff here is very kind, helpful and really nice. The cleanliness here is unmatched. I went into a competitor site and just walked right away. Seriously if your nervous the staff here is very kind.they will help you every step of the way. From management to the helping staff this spot is great.

The center is immaculately clean. The staff are not only friendly and efficient but extremely professional. This facility is new, so all of the equipment is hi- tech, it takes me less time to donate here than at any other location . 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend.

Been coming here since they've opened. I've been to probably every plasma donation spots in PG county. Octopharma, Biolife and even other CSL locations. What makes this location different isn't that they have the fastest machines( which they do. I don't think I ever been in the chair longer that 32 mins.) No No No. It's the staff. No matter how rough the day is or what time of day it is they always have a smile and it's not a fake smile but a very welcoming smile from day 1. The managers are very engaging.

The ladies that keep this facility running are just amazing. They ensure that the entire donation process is as easy and painless as possible. And they truly do care about their patients well-being I've seen them deny a few people For their own safety

The staff at the Landover, MD location are a wonderful group of individuals. They are very professional while still maintaining a excellent bedside manner. CE is one of my favorite technicians.

I was not able to donate due to being anemic on three occasions they claimed my iron levels were low. After taking medication before my visit. It's the people that do the health screening that are deciding who they're allowing to donate. Out of the four times that I've been there. I've seen nothing but snickering when it comes to the nurses upfront that are supposed to be working. Gossip does exist in this environment and that is the reason why people are not taking their job seriously. Walk in and see them

The Landover location is unbeatable. The facility is nice and very clean. From the receptionists to the Phlebotomists to even the nurses have made this process smooth and easy for me. I don't necessarily indulge in the finger pricking but it's tolerable because they're not rough. I can never get use to the needle in my arm but I give this location it's props. I have never had to be stuck twice to find a vein. Thank God. Nurse Ratisha was very polite on my initial visit. She was very professional and she en

First time donating was today . Staff was nice and stayed productive . The intake process was about a hour . Nurse K has GREAT ENERGY. You get educated, make a change , and make some money in one day thanks to the amazing staff !!

I've had a positive experience donating at this location. The staff are friendly and the machines are quick. They also provide snacks and water after donation and for new donors before they donate. I encourage new customers to donate at CSL Plasma Landover for a positive experience.

I had never donated plasma before and the people at this location made it such an easy and welcoming experience. Great people work here and they keep it light while still being completely professional. Have nothing but good things to say about this location.

Always empty, thus quick service. They also use a different machine than the District Heights location that moves a lot faster. You're in and out in about 20-30 mins faster. Staff is slightly more pleasant than the DH staff as well.

At this place they are too busy talking to greet guest. I walked in everybody chatting and staring at me like are you going to speak or stare. I spoke they still continued to talk, okay. Anyway a lil while into the process they said my heart rate was too high, okay. So I had to sit for 15 mins. They didn't say I had to stay in the building. I didn't know, they didn't say anything when I left out the door. It's their job to know all the rules I don't, just the basics for the questionnaire. I come back in 15

The place is typically empty which would be a good thing, but everyone I've encountered here severely lacks communication skills and empathy. Some are friendly yet I'm under the impression that the entire team is in training considering how many mistakes were made. For example: they ask multiple times if you have allergies. However, the phlebotomist was proceeding to give me exactly what i'm allergic to. If I had not been paying attention and stopped them then I would've suffered an allergic reaction. Must

The idea of donating any of my bodily fluids is very unsettling, but from day 1 the CSL Plasma family in Greater Landover made me feel right at home.
