I had a pretty frustrating experience at CSL Plasma. I did the online check-in, which seemed convenient, but when I arrived and went through the in-person check-in, I had to wait in line for over 40 minutes. When I finally got called in, they couldn't find my information in their system. It turned out they had canceled my check-in because I was directed to the wrong part of the facility. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time. The staff needs to learn to communicate properly. There was absolutely zero se
?I had an amazing experience with Chateau Ayer?s aka Moe. The customer service she gave me was smooth & Outstanding!!! She made feel extremely comfortable considering it was my first time!?she explained everything thoroughly!!??I was so pleased with the service I had to write a review?!!!?Everyone was so kind from the beginning to the end!..They went above and beyond to help me! I'm excited about saving lives, so thank you for a great and outstanding service!!!
I'm am writing this because I am truly disturbed and scared by my experience at this donation center. I only donated because I work for a medical company that buys your plasma for the actual treatment of patients in need. I will share my experience. The first donation the machine malfunctioned and I wasn't able to receive my return. I was given a Gatorade and an apology. I was not upset and felt fine health wise afterwards. I felt that everyone that I interacted with was kind and caring. 2nd donation wa
I've been donating plasma for years and tried every location in Palm Beach?but for the past 3 years, I've stuck with this one for a reason. The staff here is absolutely amazing?always friendly, professional, and they really make you feel welcome. On top of that, their machines are top-notch. After the pre screening, I'm usually in and out in about 33 minutes, which is a game changer. I've been to other spots like the one in Royal Palm, and sometimes it felt like I was clocking in for a shift with how long i
The team at this location has been stepping up for the donors! Thank you for the hard work and focus! Red flags this week and last week. I suspect fraud and stealing personal information at the corporate office. Strange actions from the accounts services last week. Now being forced to use specific emails!
I just left CSL in Greenacres FL. I was shocked that I was only given $50 for my donation when I have consistently received $65. Nothing changed in ny health screen, still over 230 pounds, bp is normal, temp is normal, everything normal. When I asked the nurse about this I was told that it (the money) varies from day to day. What!? All the fee schedules hanging on the walls and the app shows I should receive $65. Do I need to call ahead and ask what the days payments are going to be? Or is this because uppe
Literally walked in before I donated and very clearly asked will I get the same $100 payment as the last time my new donor fee. She says yes sir your are good until the 29th of this month. I donate and only get $80. Now there showing a paper with my weight even though they didn't tell me that before I donated. Tbh I'm not gonna get into the whole weight thing it's all a sham and these companies are cartel that prey on the people at the bottom. There needs to be more regulation on the payments the donors rec
I believe it's necessary to acknowledge the staff at this location! The times I have visited regardless of the volume everyone does there best to assist you with a smile and a solution. It's always clean and bright! Shy is just one of the great employees here but she goes above and beyond to keep a smile no matter what ! I would recommend this location for you !
Always clean, staff is polite, the pay is good. The only negative about the Lake Worth location is that it's always busy. The Riveria location is much less busy.
I have been making plasma donations for over 10 years to various centers and this by far is the most pleasant experience I've ever had. The center is clean on the smaller side gorgeous and the staff is unremarkable. The wait times are minimal and the pay is just as good as anywhere else. I really don't wanna share this because I don't want an abundance of people to come, but I felt it necessary so that the staff could receive recognition for a job well done.
This center was so clean others that are near them are not so clean. IF YOU HAVE A HARD TIME DONATING ASK FOR A SENIOR PHLEBOTOMIST, CC. SHE WAS SO GREAT HARDLY ANY BRUISING AND KIA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE FRONT OFF AND ERICA INE OF THE CENTERS MANAGERS WAS SO HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED ABOUT MY ISSUES. GREAT EXPERIENCE, PLASMA SAVES LIVES??
Lady was extremely rude on the phone. Whoever it is when you press 0 to talk to staff at 1:35 on Monday. Sounded like a blk lady? Extremely rude?
Shyann has a wonderful, joyous personality. She knows how to make me smile or laugh, all without loosing her professionalism. I enjoy coming to the Greenacres location because of all the friendly staff. Keep up the good work everyone.
I have been donating plasma for the past 3 years. This is the only place I donate. Terri is the best at what she does. She is the sweetest person. Shy is awesome as well. Keep up the good work. Happy holidays.
Was about to donate until a young girl confronted me about me not seeing her or look when I'm reversing. (her words). It was a heated confrontation and that same person donates plasma here, so I will have to look for another place to donate.
I am a new donor and very pleased with this center for care and the cleanliness. Everyone is friendly but I want to recognize SHAYANN. She is sweet & bubbly. She helped with my first three donations. She deserves to be recognized for great service. Thank u team!
I absolutely love this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and answer all of my questions. Rj is always a delight to see, he makes each visit that much more fun and smooth. Rita Is wonderful as well, always very friendly and helpful if we ever need. The staff really to make this location perfect. I have referred many to this location and will always continue to do so!
I love coming here ppl are very friendly and always have great energy... My favorite person is sheyenne Aka lil bit she deserves a 5 star plus more
Just as rude as the one in Riviera Beach Manager just nasty telling me I shouldn't be donating which I have been donating for the past two years almost how dare she open her mouth like that to anyone very rude then tell me I should go back to the other places I've been before that's crazy because I can go anywhere I freaking want
Slow. Just slow. Doesn't matter if there's a lot of staff working or only a few. Employees standing around or moving slow with absolutely no regard to the donor's time. I've been coming here for years and it's actually getting worse. The staff joke around with each other which is fine I guess but not at the cost of working like a snail. Currently waiting 15 mins to be disconnected.
As a loyal donor of plasma, I've been to a few different locations and by far I stay here at CSL Greenacres. I am welcomed at the door and as I walk out I always get a have a good evening, I do come after a longs day work. This evening I was waiting in line to get vitals checked and out of the donor area comes out a woman screaming out loud, that why she had to wait so long, now everywhere you go there is a wait, that's why there is what is called patience. As she was screaming and belittling all the emplo
Rita was amazing knows what she's doing great customer service amazing amazing amazing!!!!
Most, not all, employees here are lazy and work as slow as possible. Currently there are 3 employees in the donation room holding up the wall while others work. Then there are another 3 employees preventing the front counter from walking away. While one person does intake. So from my count, half the staff are doing NOTHING. I am hearing about their personal lives. Been in line for 15 min. I would take pictures and video but that isn't allowed. WEAK LEADERSHIP has employees doing what they want, which is NOT
The staff was very energetic and happy to assist and answer questions. I don't like needles and it was a very painless experience. I will be donating as frequently as I can
The way I was treated at this facility today was absolutely unacceptable. I have been coming to this location for 3 years while working as a line cook. I have come in with bruises, burns, and cuts and never had an issue donating ever. Today I came in to donate and had the tiniest cut on my right wrist, mind you I donate from my left arm every time, and they told me that it needed to be scabbed over without even looking at the scab that was clearly there. This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable and I
Will literally tell you your getting 1 price and after donation will tell you a lower price. Was told today that for my 4th donation I would get $75, had them confirm it in the system. After i finished donating they said I get $50 and theres nothing they can do about it. Spoke with Sue from management and she was unsympathetic. I do not recommend this place without written confirmation of the amount you'll recieve.
The staff here is great, EXCEPT for the assistant center manager. I am currently sitting in the out patient center after i donated plasma. This is the resting area for people who have donated or people waiting for someone donating. Shes telling me im not allowed to sit here and make sure im good after donating my plasma. It bothered her so much i had my phone on the charger. She was very argumentative and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It's unfortunate now i will be speaking to her boss when i come i
They do ah great job here everyone is mad coo and friendly you should definitely slide Brandy is one of best
I've been donating here for quite some time now and it's been amazing. Up until they hired the (blond Barbie ) who used to work at octapharma she used to run around that place like she was at a social gathering there could be ten people in the chair waiting to donate she's be busy talking about her social life one day she approached me in a very condescending manner demanding that I get off my phone ! I responded that first of all respect doesn't stop at work do not speak to me in that tone please secondly
After 3 visits where I was declined the opportunity to donate, and being given different information each time on how to correct the issue I will bring my business elsewhere. My time and meager travel resources were wasted by the staff here, each time being told the age old line "I'm sorry but it's the system and there's nothing I can do" Sure is true, there's nothing anyone can do when you don't actually give a damn. Shameful.
This is the very first time I'm leaving a review about a Plasma donation center, I had visited many. The CSL Plasm 3961 Jog Rd B, Greenacres, FL 33467, started well when they first opened, but now is following the same course of many other plasma location center. And so what happened is that I fractured two toes at work, but I didn't need either surgery nor medication (painkillers, etc), so I didn't donate for 7 weeks, after 7 weeks I'm still was wearing a boot, but I'm feeling great. I did the questionnai
The first 2 donations were done very professionally. This time was very unprofessional! I knew immediately when she stuck me that something was wrong! I told someone and they kept moving the needle. I'm in pain now so they take it out. She told me they would try the other arm because they couldn't find my vein. I have never in all my years had any phlebotomist try to dig into me to find a vein that even I can see! I was concerned and said maybe I should come back! I was reassured the other arm would be ok.
Very nice staff, good system and easy to get in and out.
rude security guard. I will not donate to CSL anymore
Nelson was really sweet, gentle and beyond educated on what he's doing, he was able to calm my nerves before donating. Tina was also really nice and professional. Lou at the front desk is always on top of things and makes sure any concerns are handled. Thank you morning crew!
Awesome environment and friendly staff always a pleasure chatting and socializing. Shout out to Shyann always a perfect stick ??
The facility is nice but the need for expedited but efficient service is completely non existent. It is well known that most people come after work and this is most likely your busiest time of day. One would expect the facility staffed accordingly and management jump in to help the process. I count 2 ppl training and others standing around with 20 people line with 1 person at intake. There is no drive or apologies for the wait. Yes we know it's busy, but atheist try to have speed and customer service. Do b
Do not come here they tell you you can't awnser the phone inside tells you to go outside then cancels your appointment claiming it's protocol but never has mentioned that before, they mess with the payout. Do not go here if you don't want to waste your time, also I saw the lady who is at counter wipe her nose and keep the same gloves on, very few people here are polite and professional, but most are not and just rude.
If I could give this place a zero star I would there are a few good people but most are unprofessional, they don't change gloves after every patient during screening that is just carelessness. I hade a guy putting my needle in who was obviously aggravated throwing stuff onto the machine was rude and made me nervous when he went to put the needle in and I got a positive hep c result back on a plasma test and was freaking out because that's impossible ,so I had full blood work done by my doctor and turns out
Quenna and Sonya and Shi Ann was, great careing loving techs. Great customer service. Also on December 29, 2023 Mrs. SUE assistant mangoes was very nice n kind like always and showed patience, great customer service.
So I'm going to give the 5 stars to the phlebotomist on the donor floor. Today I was done donating and 3 Managers with white coats on walked right pass me. I had to wait for one of the phlebotomists to finish setting up and sticking a donor for her to come and get the needle out. The management need to go back and read their SOP's. As far as stars management gets 0 ??
This place looks nice, but once you walk in, the staff is sitting around, gossiping, eating, doing anything but attending to new patients. I walked in, referred by a friend, at 1:20 pm. I was told I would be seen in 20 minutes. It is now 3:22 pm and now is when they are starting the screening process. I will update as I go on. But as for now, don't come here unless you have absolutely nothing better to do with 3-4 hours of your day
Terrible place no one has a sense of urgency as they watch your machine beep when your done donating nurses at the front all seem to have an attitude and don't want to be there management does nothing but walk around and doesn't even get involved when there's an incident only good working employee is Lou will never return back there as long as there open and they force you to sit and wait till their done removing all the tubes from the machine as you watch all this nasty stuff get pulled out the machine nev
Very clean and nice staff. I've donated at ALOT of different CSL locations and this is one of the best. Nelson G does a great stick and all the phlebs remember me and talk to me each visit. Screening staff could stand to be a little quicker but overall great place to donate.
Everytime I come here the lines are always ridiculously long and I understand there's a high demand but why have so many employees doing nothing and only ONE working. CSL you need to do better with your employees, I'm sure you don't pay these people just to stand around and gossip. Why hire employees who are not certified to complete the necessary procedures. Do better.
I arrived late enough that I exited after closing time. Only after I walked out did I realize that my umbrella was still inside! When Robert (aka ?RJ?!) came out, he went back inside and retrieved my umbrella, just as another downpour was starting! This is an example of how the personnel get to know the donors and friendly relationships are formed. I've been coming here through the months of June and July, and I've always have a great experience, from extra care on my first visit to RJ going back to get
I wanted to donate for a good cause that could also help financially. Came here to be treated like a junky and wasted 3-4hrs out of my day. The staff is rude and completely NOT understanding. Makes me realize why I NEVER donate. Thank you for making my sister and I feel like druggies and idiots
The place is very nice and clean. As soon as I stepped in I was helped by one of the girls, b4 the process started they informed me that it will be about 3-4 hours bc they were busy and there were a couple more donors ahead of me, They all very professional. I like that they gave me little estimated time maybe not accurate but at least i know I wasn't forgotten while all that waiting. Although they were understaff and donors seemed to be given them a hard time the 3 of them handled it pretty well up at the
Nurse/doctor Catarina attended me. First she pierced me in my left arm and kept inserting and adjusting the needle causing a bruise. She then pierced me in my right arm, despite knowing I have thin blood vessels. I did notify this to her in the beginning. Once the process started, and I felt some discomfort and pain. I notified the attendant that I can feel some discomfort and in my previous visit doctor Sonya had reduced the speed of the blood return which is the ideal case. On this he said the machine did
So I've donated at CSL for years and never had a problem. But I moved and the Green acres location is the nearest to me, and it's nothing like the other CSL locations I've been too. Super slow, almost 3+ hours every time I've been there. Not worth it. And they refuse to pay out for referral bonuses. Like why lie? Maybe it's just this location. But honestly. They can keep the little money they give. It's not worth the time anymore.
I have been coming here for the last few months and out of all the plasma places this one is definitely the best. Quick, efficient, and everyone is very friendly. I'd like to also shout out Nelson who helps draw the plasma, always very friendly, very polite, and it's really good when it comes to the work from what I've seen.
Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at approximately 5PM I walked into the Greenacres CSL after a full day of work. I anticipated a long line and expected to be there well after the closing time of 7PM. To my surprise, there was no line to the initial check in. Then after the pre-screening, I walked around to wait for a donation bed and only had 1 person in front of me. I already knew at this point something was up, something was different. When I got called to the donation floor, I witnessed a well oiled machine ope
The place is clean, But they are so slow? It takes about 20 to 25 min between donors to start donating blood, They don't pay much $50 each donation (for more than 110lbs) But it takes sooo long to do it, two hours and more will take you to get everything done no matter the tine you get there, really slow!
They're always friendly and pleasant. The wait isn't too bad. The phlebotomists are amazing. Nelson and Amara are my favorites currently, but there are always more every time I come in that are gaining my trust. Sometimes it's so busy in the center that it's best you don't have anything urgent to get to right afterwards because sometimes you'll have to wait in line to get checked in. And sometimes you may have to wait in line to get to a donor space. Sometimes going early is your best avenue of not having t
Make sure to bring to forms of ID (ID and Social, the originals no copy) they have a system that doesn't work looking up your social and if they don't find you they will send you back home. I was being helped by Mel (no help at all, unprofessional) and she asked for my ID them told me to sit to watch a video. I went through a whole process waited an hour there and when I got to a lady that was, taking her time, but actually doing her job (Brady) she told me they can't see me bc they can't find my social in
Been coming here since around the beginning of opening. Used to be very efficient and professional, not so much anymore. They seemingly hire employees that make them look bad and damage their business and they don't care. Whomever is running HR needs to tighten up . there's quite a selection of places to choose from these days. Bye felicia
I've had better overall experience at this location than the other location where your thick skin and multicultural street smarts might come in handy. I got blocked from donating there because they overheard me talking about my #vanlife trip. They said I couldn't donate cause I ?lived in a van? even though I showed them my current residence information ?? calling the customer help line helped clear it up. You just need to be calm cool and collected and kind ?? I like being friendly with the staff and other
Shyann is absolutely amazing and so outstanding is her job
Front office people are ok, but once you get to the back it's a different story. The staff are more concerned to chat to each other than pay attention to the donors. Have a concern? Good luck getting their attention. Once you are in the chair they don't check up on you.
I had the most professional and had working staff I have ever experienced. The staff member "Ty" was going above and beyond to fulfill all patients with care and efficiency. I will come back because how professional she is
Nelson is one of the hardest worker at this facility. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Best team lead. Anyone that says otherwise is just petty
I come here twice a week and the staff is awesome! Very clean environment. Shout out to Nelson G. for always being kind, efficient and professional. Real MVP right there. Best plasma center I have come across. I've donated at quite a few and they just don't compare to csl plasma.
I've been a CSL Plasma donor for a while now, but recently I have been going to the Greenacres location. This center is very clean and although sometimes there could be a bit of a wait, the staff there tries their very best to deliver a speedy process. I want a shout out to the phlebotomist on the floor they're doing a great job. My favorite is Nelson he really does a good job in providing great customer service.
I felt super welcomed here as soon as I came in ?? The front desk/medical personnel were great. Once I went to the back to donate I was helped by Nelson G, and he helped me feel comfortable as well ! This is definitely my preferred location to donate now. Thank you to everyone for helping me feel welcome ??
Nelson stuck me again today. Always a great job. Never feel a thing. Always personable. Greets you by your first name. A class act all the way!
This is my first time donating. I called and spoke with Brandy. She was very polite on the phone and got me seen immediately once I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and professional, even Lou.
The phlebotomist was terrible absolutely butchered my arm then on top of that had the worst attitude and was literally rolling his eyes about me to another person that was in the bed next to me. I was embarrassed so embarrassed and tbh upset because I was really uncomfortable with how he was moving the needle all around my arm. I never leave reviews but I had to cause I honestly don't think I've ever had a worse experience at a business ever!
Watch out for the bate and switch bs. They claim to give you points to refer people and when you do, they say there no longer doing it even though the app says they do. SCAM
My first experience was AMAZING as a 1st time doner. I met Ana who gave me nothing but genuine laughter, happiness and joy. We shared intimate moments that brought me positivity. I also met a beautiful Goddess name... I forgot but she's Haitian. She did my physical. She made me SOOOOO comfortable and gave me great advice on how to maintain myself on being healthy. I forgot who poked me that day but it was a HORRIBLE experience but I forgave her because it was her 1st time poking anyone with a needle; she
Very friendly staff easy steps to do lots of beds for donating and it's nice to do something good for somebody else
What a total waste of time! I'm a regular donor and come on Tuesdays and Thursdays but not anymore. I get here early at 9am and there is already a line. My pulse was exactly 1 point to high instead of rechecking it in the 15 minutes they want me to wait in the line again for all the other people to go through 1st, Not gonna happen, and definitely not fair as I was here at 9am. So already 40 minutes in and not screened yet, so I'm leaving, and not coming back. I'm already done with my new donor bonus and sti
I went to donate a few days ago. I'm usually a hard stick for any needle but Nelson got it on the first try and I have to say it was the most painless needle I've felt, he explained the entire procedure to me and made me feel comfortable, not just him but the entire staff there is really nice, they answer all your questions.
If I can give a zero I would. Absolutely unprofessional and clueless. They have people sticking that literally are practicing on people. EVERYTIME there are a lot of people they mis stuck with 2 bags of ice on their arms. Worst part about it I see them laugh all the time when this happens. If you get hurt there good luck!!!
Wait times are so bad? no excuses when they have beds free & 10 + ppl waiting. Everyone on the floor is just standing talking. Do better guys??
Clean location good staff. I've have donated twice. Bring a jacket it's cold inside
I have bad veins..always have...they are just hard to get to. The first two times I came though I was able to give they had a really hard time with me. Today I went in and Shakira got it the first time and I was in and out! Thank you for making it such an easy experience today!
Really comfortable and welcoming but what made my experience exceptional was the phlebotomist Nelson G really made my experience and welcoming one with his excellent venipuncture skills and has displayed a very exceptional relationship with each donor
Horrible place. Tried donating 2 times. First time only donated 1/4 of the bottle. Needle went though vein cause it wasnt put in right. Causing a huge burse that lasted 2 weeks. Gave them another chance and didnt give a drop this time. Inserting needle hurt so bad and keep hurting. I told them to take it out. Not worth the money. This place seems like the people working there came straight out of the guetto with no training. Ive dontated at every place in palm beach and CSL is by far the worst. Will never g
Donated plasma for the first time today. Had no idea what to expect. Very impressed with professionalism of staff from the minute i walked in and cleanliness of the center. Tyronza was very thorough explaining process and needle insertion was painless! I'm actually looking forward to my next donation.
When you don't pump enough the machine sends a vibration into the cuff and it's a horrible sensation. I can feel it rattling the needle in my arm. They're needs to be a way to turn that off
Very clean and the staff is really kind and professional. But the waiting lines are way to long!! We have to wait for hours, especially in the afternoon to donate ! Unbelievable that people have to stand on their feet in front of a door to be called in! This place needs more staff and machines ! This company will lose a lot o donors soon !
The phleb Nelson is my favorite! Best technician always gets my hard to reach veins with ease. Very communicative & customer service oriented as well. Will be back!
Thought this was a good place but turns out there just as greedy as the other places now there not giving us the 100 for the first 4 visits like there supposed to like they advertise they wait until you donate then give you half your money and say they changed the pay scale smh stay away from this place people they are grimmy people here now ! How do you short donors who are literally giving there blood for others smh disgusting!
I have extremely hard veins nelson was extremely pleasant and made sure to take his time to draw blood so that he would not have to stick me more than once. I had a very pleasant experience.
1st time here for this location. You folks are so efficient. Nothing like the one in Margate. Quick, clean and professional.
Robert has horrible customer service stated I was out of line when I stated a fellow employee wasn't doing a good job and I always had a issue with that person every time I donated but not to mention he str8 talked smack about another employee an made a inappropriate comment about my arms to me in a sexual manner
Quick and easy as always!! Staff is always friendly! Robert rules!!
Very nice place brand new and clean. They do a good job and are quick. Tina is very lovely, shes very welcoming especially when taking your blood.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
