This place is the worst place ive been too they will not hesitate to make you wait 2 hours before you donate there dirty just overall messy theres tis one worker that workers here she will stick you mad hard in the arm so watch it shes kinda bald like this???????

Absolutely terrible staff and even worse management. I was deferred (after a 3 hour wait) for self harm scars the attending nurse was extremely disrespectful and judge mental. If they're not careful they'll leave themselves wide open for a discrimination lawsuit. Avoid this place like the plague.

So I went to donate plasma a few days ago, but I left because when I had got screened, the CSL associate said I had to see medical but she didn't state why. I was kind of in a hurry to donate and get home to get my son off of the bus, I didn't know what reason I had to see medical so I had to leave to get my son because I wasnt going to have time to wait on medical and donate. So anyway I came back today,I had done my questions on the online questionnaire so I can just walk in the CSL office and scan in. It

6/10/25 845a, im not sure what this place allow but what I seen this morning was Highly unsafe and slack! Rocky the phlebotomist was checking several people in and helping others out at the front desk, not one time did she change her gloves until I kindly asked her too, why is it OK for her to keep herself safe but possibly transmit germs or infection to others!

At first i thought donating plasma would be an easy way to get some extra cash so why not? Big mistake, when you first start the process takes about 4 hours total, they are all over the place. First donation, the people working don't know how to stick you, it isn't supposed to hurt but at first it hurt like heck, then someone else came over to ?fix it? and proceeded you wiggle the needle in my arm a bunch of times which cause a huge nasty bruise then processed to bruise the other arm. An hour later they sai

This is the third time now I've been rejected for a first time donation I do NOT have a history of drug abuse or any disqualifying factors like hepatitis or HIV, however time and time again they look for reasons to deny people and vet out anyone they seem to be unworthy aka a hassle or anything that makes their job slightly more difficult, I was declined the first time because I lived in a boarding house in Durham and willingly if not ENCOURAGED a verification with my landlord and a drug test to verify myse

Dirty blood all over the place they don't change gloves when checking people in, someone stuck me 6/12 evening shift blood splatted every where ruining my jacket idc if it was a mistake how do you get blood out a jacket, the health department need to come make them clean up before someone catch something my blood drops was everywhere

Rocky has been amazing in this journey with me. While checking in she has made me comfortable when I am nervous. I watched her train multiple new employees. I also watch employees will go to her when there where questions. She an awesome employee and CSL is grateful to have her

Ms Margie is a absolute sweetheart. So polite and professional. I have issues with my pulse and usually end up defered. She took her time to give me tips and calmed me during my second try so I would be able to donate, that extra time and consideration was above and beyond. The staff works hard to get everyone through for how busy they are. Good plasma location.

Drove all the way fro 45 mins and due to a system error due to the fact we were to far out . They wouldn't see us , couldn't tell us over the phone before we drove all the way here !!

I've been coming here for a couple months now and I can honestly say that I truly like coming here. The staff was always friendly and respectful towards me. Especially Christian, Icee, & there's one more girl that poked me today and I didn't catch her name but her vibe is always on point I love her. She's so sweet I went back and she told me her name is Bri. If I ever came back here to donate it was because of the amazing staff. Yes there is a long wait so if you don't wanna wait or you have something else

Of all the plasma donation centers in Greensboro, this would be my last choice. Only if for some reason I couldn't donate anywhere else would I return here. They have the worst referral and points program. It is loud and dirty, and most of the intake staff are very moody. The wait is way. Just stop by and walk through the door and you'll understand. Definitely avoid this place

If you have to go to medical, you might as well leave. In the month and a half, I've given plasma, I've had to go to medical 3 times. The first was just for the initial physical, but my first visit was over 3 hours long. The second time I had to go to medical because I was bruised from donating the time before. I didn't have to wait quite as long that time, but I still waited just for them to tell me I couldn't donate. This time was the last straw. I waited on medical for an hour and ten minutes. When they

Spent the last 3 hours trying to become a new donor. Was sticked twice and told to "come back tomorrow" because of some system issue. Y'all need to train your employees before implementing system changes. Very frustrating. EDIT: IT GETS WORSE!!!!! Was able to donate. 2nd time they deferred me because I went to the ER 2 months ago for alcohol withdrawal. WHY WAS I ALLOWED THE FIRST TIME??????!!!! What a nightmare

Rocky does a great job screening. She follows procedure and got me to the donor line in a decent time. She doesn't let others distract her and she focuses on the task at hand. She's a great receptionist

Terrible, on my 2nd visit I was stuck too deep by an inexperienced person and when it went to return my blood it pumped up a golf ball sized lump on my arm. Goto ADMA biocenter. Off w Wendover. They have newer machines and more experienced staff

I LOVE my CSL ladies especially at reception. You can't go wrong if you get lucky enough to have Rocky or Holly or Penny you're guaranteed to have a great experience. No need to be worried about getting stuck especially if you're lucky enough to get Anna or Christian or Dwan Aissatiu than you're guaranteed to have an excellent experience. I HIGHLY recommend this location

I've been to a few different donation centers, this one has the longest wait time by far. Expect to be in there 2 hours at least. Those 2 hours will bring you back to memories of waiting in line in the middle school cafeteria. Everyone else in line is so loud, like they're trying to talk over one another. There will be a few having a phone conversation that they want to make sure everyone else in the building can hear. Others will be watching videos or listening to music with the volume at max. It's very fr

CSL in Greensboro is the absolute worst. I went here today to donate and one of their employees accidentally deferred me for the day even though everything was fine with my vitals and my protein. CSL needs to do better because due to their employee?s negligence, I am not able to donate and they get paid to make mistakes which I've heard they do quite a bit. Very disappointing and do not recommend your services AT ALL!!!

One week ago and I had a bad stick and developed a small hematoma and was deferred until I saw medical. Couldnt get my blood back and had to wait 5 days for the bruising to clear. I came back and the Latino supervisor woman with the blondish money tail had hooked up my machine,I got stuck by Christian this time and he sticks very well. I got a minute into my donation and the machine started making a grinding noise like a brick was in it. The supervisor woman set up my machine wrong so again I couldn't get

My husband is disabled. He's handicap visually impaired and he scraped his head and was told he could not donate after all the wait time all that he passed every test that they gave him I think is very unfair because he's visually impaired and you know they don't see you so sometimes they might scrape something or do something it was a small screen and they told him that he cannot donate until it heals so I'm very disappointed with what happened there today. I feel like they discriminated against him becau

This is the worst CSL I have been to. I'm an over the road truck driver the staff here is very rude and unprofessional. The phlebotomy staff are the slowest I've ever seen. There was some confusion and miscommunication at the front desk and Eden said there?re just in training. There should be a staff meeting and everyone should be on the same page. Hopefully in the future there are major changes and improvements.

Hi, I've been a donor for plasma for years I believe in helping and also to be able to get a stipend. I just left from talking to the doctor and I told him receptionist told me the wrong date for my bonus. He said It's out of his hands. I really don't believe that because he just stated that he changed the policy. I believe the policy is in place for everybody and the establishment refused to go back to this place. Everyone establishment.

This is the worst CSL I have been to out of 5 states and 7 locations. To make it worse the new machines work faster than the old ones but the process is made even longer. Staff walk around like it's a Sunday morning stroll with nothing to do. Expect to wait 2 hours before experiencing the actual donation process. Before only two bays were being used and now with the new machines it's about one bay spread out between the two. Definitely either going to switch centers or stop coming all together. Donating is

It's frustrating to admit, but Precious Stevenson is one of the most biggest bullies there are. She selects who she wants to pick on, and you're lucky to be a favorite. She doesn't speak when you sit at her booth even when you speak, multiple times, she's very aggressive to even the nicest people there, talks to her coworkers like their scum, and overall makes the experience terrible. When speaking amongst other donors there, she is the common factor of putting people down, and making the experience horribl

If you decide to go here for cash, make sure to lie if you've ever been to a Dr or dentist and say you've never taken ANY medication because if you say you MAY have taken a Tylenol years ago then tou just waisted your fuel and 4+ hours of your life. I hate to say it but LIE to this inconsiderate business!!!! If you happen to go cause your tight on finances.

Christian Brandon did an excellent job at my visit today. I had been several times b4 and no one could seem to get my vein in my left arm. He did it with no problem and he was very professional and polite. He most definitely deserves a raise! Not to say anything bad about any of the other staff. Just have to give credit where credit is due. Thank u Christian for making my donation a pleasant one!

As soon as I got in the building the person you have at the front desk was talking to me very unprofessional and disrespectful. It wasn't even what she said, it was how she said it. I left, I didn't want to be bothered with that attitude. The first person that a person meet can make or break a business. I'm not gonna let anybody talk to me wreckless. I can keep my life saving plasma to myself, I don't have to help, nor hurt for the compensation.

Wish i could give 0 stars. I've been going here for a few months now and I usually go in the afternoon, but the first time i go in the morning the whole environment was different. The lady at the booth i got called to gave me an attitude, but there was no greeting or positive customer service from her. She looked at me like i was an alien. It's 10am there's no need for all that extra. If you hate the job so bad, get a new one. I definitely won't be going back, done donating plasma. Good customer service is

Great staff!!! Precious,TJ,Andre, Jeremy,Mrs.Shelia,Ms.Jen, Ms.Penny,Ashley,Mrs Elaine,Mrs.Irene. lots more!!! The best staff. Can't remember everyone name but definitely remember faces. They are the sweetest staff. It's more like a family. Definitely go here. I do faithfully!!! Awesome love you guys keep up the good work ????????????????????

Staff is very unprofessional.I wouldn't recommend coming to this location..You will definitely be there for at least 6 hours or more. This place sucks..I highly recommend going somewhere else..

Spend longer than needed in the chairs because the plasma machines keep malfunctioning. I keep hearing they are sorry for the inconvenience, but that's not enough as I run a business and have more important things do. Today I stepped on a scale and was humiliated when the rep asked in a rude manner how I lost over 20 lbs since my last visit. She explained that I was 264 the last time here and 242 today. I explained it's possible the scales are malfunctioning. She took me to several different scales ands eac

The assistant who helped me get my blood pulled, Christian (long dreads) was very kind, professional and informative throughout the entire process and was very caring, he made me feel safe and human. He deserves paid time off and a raise for going above and beyond!

I got turned away today because my temperature was 99.7. I just came in out of the heat. The compensation used to be worth it. I don't know now. Plus, the same person is the one who fails me most. As soon as I see her, my pulse skyrockets.

I had took a break from coming here for a while cause staff had a nasty attitude bad customer service but a couple days ago i decided to go and donate i was treated and welcomed soo good by a new staff member she greeted me soo well and kept me updated and she was like that with all the people that was over the the front where i was I forgot her whole name she told me but i know its yonna literally all the people was bragging on how polite and respectful she was wasnt able to donate the nurse was till terri

One of the worst donations facilities I ever been , they do not have sense of urgency and are pretty low staff or maybe the staff isn't sufficient enough ! Don't get me started on the misinformation giving to you before you get exam in the medical room versus after ?? If it's your first visit expect to be 5 hrs there ! If it's ur second or third about 3 hrs there ! Ps: if you get a woman by the name Irene you in big trouble she do not know how to put a needle in!

I was a regular donator up until May when the machine was set up wrong causing me to have to stop my donation without getting my blood cells back. I was deferred for 53 days and unable to donate because of THEIR mistake. I received NO extra compensation and they acted like it was business as usual. Upon returning once my deferrment expired, i went to medical to get it cleared. The lady plainly told me she was new and wasnt entirely sure whAt she was doing. She figured it out, cleared my deferrment and sent

This place is a scam just like the rest of them. They ask you if you currently taking medication, and even though you say no, they will judge you if you have taken any type of medication at all in the past. I think the only people that get money out of here are the ones that are lying about something. No offense but the clientele speaks volumes. They are located in the hood for a reason.

My experience with CSL plasma was more than satisfactory- the workers were extremely nice, patient and helpful during my first visit, and the facility was very clean! The phlebotomist who helped me during intake, Eden, was very polite, and the worker who gave me my physical, Tara, was very helpful and even waited for me outside the restroom to ensure that the rest of my donation process would run smoothly. Thank you for your professionalism and smooth-running services!

I love donating plasma . Bri from DST is wonderful and I love her . She's good and helpful

I had a great experience with CSL. Thanks to Ms. Raven for giving me a follow call.

FAR BY THE WORST OF THE WORST IM A NEW DONOR BEEN HERE SINCE 9 AROUND STILL SITTING HERE after 1 extremely long wait WITH NO PROGRESS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THE PEOPLE HERE ARE EXTREMELY SLOW AND SHOULD DEFINITELY BE CLOSED THE STATE NEEDS TO DEFINITELY COME IN AND CHECK ON THIS PROBLEM tr? to do good for the better of people and by donating and it's pure hell

Terrible customer service. They don't care about customers at all nor value the customers time. I have been here 3-4 times and have been turned around each time for a different reason (after waiting hours to be helped). Bad establishment, save your time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I WAS THERE OVER 5HRS ONLY TO BE TOLD I COULDNT DONATE BECAUSE I HAD A LITTLE SWELLING IN MY ANKLES!!!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOCTORS! IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT OTHER PLASMA CENTERS. THEY EXAMINE YOU AS IF YOU WERE SEEING A DOCTOR AND THE PERSON WHO EXAMINES YOU IS NOT EVEN AN RN LET ALONE A DOCTOR. IVE BEEN A NURSE FOR 26YRS A LIL EDEMA HAS NO EFFECT ON THE DONATION OF PLASMA. I SAW 3 PEOPLE I KNEW THERE DONATING THAT ARE ADDICYED TO METH AND COCAINE THEY SURE DIDNT MIND LETT

Love coming here very nice people always checking one me while donating . Roxanna was great would love to have her every the time ??

I went in this past Saturday as a first time donor. Everyone I met was friendly. The staff was competent, warm, and efficient. I didn't feel the needle stick at all! The chairs were comfortable with storage for your things. The ambient temperature was good. I recommend bringing a coat or a blanket because when receiving the last return of my cells, the saline made me a bit chilly. If you have never donated before, I recommend this place!

This is a friendly location to donate as far as the staff! I only come here! Update a year later...Well I still believe this site/company is the best but this site has got to get some help. The best staff are leaving very quickly and that is making it difficult to stay a donor here! It's more so bc we have to wait just for vitals for over an hour. Sometimes were here overall 4 hours just to complete the process entirely! It's not bc the business it's the lack of staff. However, the staff mostly is still gr

Had a smooth experience here! Just moved from Charlotte, they helped me get my location changed quick and Eden was super sweet helping out up front, Ashley went above and beyond in the medical exam and actually cared more about my situation, and Aissatou made me smile and made the donation part easy. Also every site I've went too I've asked for a colored armband gauze, and she made sure to get me pink instead of tan! Thanks everybody

FIRST I WANNA SAY SHOUT OUT TO MISS DOM SHE WAS GREAT THAT DAY SHE JUST LEFT FOR BREAK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHENANIGANS It's a good center all the staff are great maybe need new machines , a lady who's been there forever told the lady to spin the machine with her hand to make it work because it was vibrating loudly and was drawing slow because the bowl wouldn't spin , I was deffered for 56 days because of the broke machine, it wouldn't return my blood it's two ppl I don't recommend you let touch you that's

Kaitlyn was very nice. She got me in and out and I didn't even feel the needle.. THATS A HUGE FLEX!! definitely satisfied with my experience today!!

They need to fire Irene immediately. For years I've come in here and there's an attitude on that lady constantly. I'm here today early Thursday morning, the front of the house is completely packed. In the back they only have 2 ladies sticking, supposed to be three with Irene especially with her being the shift leader. For 2 hours I have been in line she has not done anything!!! She will look at the line that's waiting, huff because she doesn't want to be here, then mope to the back room. She is lazy, disres

Awful place with racist staff, who most were standing outside smoking pot. Had my green card as my ID and the guy at the counter accused me of making the ID myself. Like how else would I be in this country....

Arrived today to support my Fianc? who was donating. I asked if I could sit with her through the process. I was told no, but I was welcome to wait in the seating area. So I took my seat, and began reading quietly in a corner. About 90 minutes later an armed security guard came in as asked myself and the other two people in the waiting room what they were doing. One gentleman said he was donating. The other nice lady said she was waiting on her son. I explained I was waiting for my fianc?. I am then told tha

I'v e been donating plasma for over a year at CSL on Randleman Greensboro NC...the nurse over there is weird I came in today after not donating in a few months at CSL Plasma Center What does being diagnosed with Edema in '2014' have to do with me donating plasma today 9/28/2024 I could not donate after waiting over there for 3 hours, The short white lady...suppose to be a nurse, seems prejudice to me, towards black people....she ask me a million questions...asking me to sign a consent form for my doctor I h

The worker doing my blood work gives me a attitude for no reason and sent me to medical again. The first time for literally nothing. This time way under of a quarter inch of a tiny bruise, they waste your time(send you to different departments everywhere )even when its slow... Moral of the Story save yourself self time and peace of mind and go to Burlington Csl Plasma they know what their doing over there and super friendly and fast convenient. Literally every time I go to csl greensboro here which is almos

This is the most unprofessional place I have encountered in my life. My fast cash was not loaded onto my card and no one knows how to solve it. I left message after message spoke everyone in each department. I even spoke with a supervisor because his team member was being rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service!!!! I still have not heard from anyone but it's ok keep those points and your money. U will never get me or waste my time ever again so unprofessional. DO BETTER!!! and u supposed to be saving

The nurse was thorough. The workers had me stand in the line because fingerprint didn't work but was able to sign in on app. The worker who helped me had me laughing She made the long visit pleasant. And more tolerable.

Slowest place ever doctor is slow got 8 people just waiting to see medical and ain't no one in office just playing around wasting people's time

Been going for about 2 years now and while most days I don't have any real issues, the staff are very unprofessional and it hasn't changed. They swear a lot, are cold, and most workers on the floor don't know how to fix anyone's problems, they just stick and unstick. I had my saline return stop and after asking a lady to help she mumbled that she cant, then yelled out something, and then i waited 20 minutes and nobody even looked at me. I finally asked someone else and she literally just pushed one button t

First, most of the staff are good at what they do. The problem is when you ask 4 people to handle the job of 6. The wait times are getting to the point that if you have a life besides donating, then your out of luck. The overall experience at the Randelmen location right now is very bad.

They try to get you in and out there is only two ladies at Vitals they I try to get Jennifer and Penny and there are three ladies on the donor floor that I will let stick me if I go in the morning. One is Alex and the other is Jakayl and Kayla they are so sweet and funny. They pick and cut up with you and they make sure if you need something they get it if they can. When they have a line or need help the management need to get off their butts and help and not just stay in their office. They know they need h

Really it should get no stars at this point. If every time you go its outrageous wait times, sometime for no reason that means your doing something wrong. The so called manager that's there now rarely ever comes out to assist with anything just sits in office. I believe it's just trashy management no real skills, knowledge of Wat they should be doing. Go ELSEWHERE PLEASE... And on another note the Spanish looking manager they used to have would give snacksor drinks when it was going to be long justfor app

I went through the entire process, about an hour and a half just to be told because I have bug bites that are pretty much healed that I can't donate. This has never been a problem at any other location, and they seen me at the beginning of the process. If this was going to be a problem they could have told me earlier. Total waste of time (I didn't get paid for my time), I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

Most horror stories here are true. The vital machines are not maintained, thus showing 3 days in a row that my resting heart rate was 130+, after 3 days they defer you to see your Dr. After showing them that they were using the wrong cuff and bringing in my own heart rate monitor to show my actual heart rate I am now deferred until I have a drs note to say I am fit for donating plasma. The actual staff that sticks you; I honestly do not think that they are properly trained. Many times you'll see people th

I have already contacted corporate on this place. I took my brother with me who couldn't prove when he got his tattoos. The manager shannon told him to find proof and he could donate. He did and they still refused him when they are the ones who told him to get proof. I also complained to shannon about how her staff was talking about my brothers business to other staff members because I was donating while all this was happening. She did not care she cut me off everytime I would talk. The employees are very v

Eden Rose talks to much during the donor screening process which holds the line up you shouldn't have to wait over an hour for vitals especially when they aren't that packed

I visit this location often, the staff always greets me with welcoming arms, smiles, and urgency. I feel very comfortable with the professionalism displayed throughout the staff including management. They are fast! I am very busy and am never am here long. I loooooove that! Any questions that I had, they were more than willing to answer for for effort. It really means a lot to know I am cared for. The center is clean, organized, and provides for a safe donation. The staff is always attentive in getting th

Absolutely unprofessional and overall not worth the money in comparison to all the discrimination and negative experiences I've had here. Staff is problematic and rude. They love to talk about others amongst themselves and have literally no sense of urgency, it's almost like they aren't tryna get off work their damn selves but complain 24/7 about how they aren't being paid enough. The GM of this facility doesn't care, either. Don't come here if you're a transgender person or a person in the LGBT community

They are not sanitary very unprofessional and they don't wipe down the beds. They don't change they gloves they don't follow the protocols as a plasma place should they are very nasty and unsanitary in there. The AC barely blows, even though it's a whole bunch of germs in there they do not wipe anything down, including the table after you get up they just called the next person. Y?all better go to biolife bc THIS CSL IS NASTY

WEDNESDAY (2/14/24) WAS MY FIRST DAY DONATING HERE AND I CANT EVEN LIE . THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. HONESTLY THE BEST PLASMA PLACE I BEEN TO EVEN DONATING IN CHARLOTTE , NC . I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYBODY. CHRISTEAN IS THE ONE WHO STUCK ME AND HE IS A GOOD PERSON AND THE OTHER STAFF THERE WAS ALSO IN GREAT SPIRITS. LINDA AND ASHLEY IS ALSO A GREAT PERSON . EVERYONE THERE WAS ALL TALKING AND IN GOOD SPIRITS. I COULDN'T DO NOTHING BUT LAUGH WHEN THEY LAUGH. THIS IS A GOOD PLACE AND EVERYONE IS VERY RESPECTFU

Just waited two and a half hours just to leave. They said i had to go to medical after waiting an hour and a half in line for vitals then waited another hour to be seen by medical. They called two people in ahead of me even though those people were after me. After that second one for called in before me i left biggest waste of time. Tried to come three days ago and they turned me away because i had a little bruise on my arm. Absolutely ridiculous

Don't come here simple. Long waits because ?understaffed ? really people walk around doing nothing or just moving slow. Don't stick you properly you will get spasms in your arms long after donating. That never happened to me at Biolife out of the 8 months I donated there. Came for the bonus but its not WORTH IT . Online said $1000 come in and get $825

Today I gave plasma, normally everyone is very nice , but today as I was giving plasma I drank some water, I had in my purse, I didn't know you weren't allowed to have water, while you gave. No one ever said anything and I have had it many times before . If I would have known, I would not have had it. Two staff members yelled at me from another bay. It was very rude and disrespectful. All one of them had to do was come over to me and tell me , it was not necessary to yell from across the room . My only comp

The only person that gets it right every time is Christian. Everyone else is a hit or miss. They can't hit the vein and bruise you which disqualifies you. They have banners on the wall which exclaim what angel heros you are. Every single time I was made to feel like a drug user looking for cash for their next hit and the workers really don't care. Horrible place. It is located in the armpit region of Greensboro.

This location is so unorganized. I personally witness them tell someone over the phone to come and donate. And when the person got there. They told her should couldn't donate due to her name change. But here the thing. One of there staff members entered her name in wrong..over 4 years ago. So now they want this lady to waste more time and gas and pay for a marriage license printout.

Kind and friendly staff! Knowledgeable, considerate and most the time quick with setup and take downs! Compensation usually fair and punctual. I'm on donation 137 over the last year and will continue to return weekly!

Do you like your arms to be swollen? Come here they will completely miss your vein then stick your other arm so you're in there even longer. Maybe they will miss the vein in your other arm if your lucky. Also wait even longer people they cut all of the staffs hours in half that people forced to quit. Utter garbage thank you CSL

Lack of communication: due to my travel time I called twice ahead of time at 1pm and again at 1:30 to ensure I could donate at this location, I asked if I need to schedule or book an appointment or time slot I was informed I just walk in as a new donor I arrived hours prior to closing. I finished up my other appointment, ate, and headed over arriving at 2:45pm... (I've never been turned away because ?we close in two hours?)...with ample time to complete the initial process as I've done this many times with

Wait times are becoming unbearable? They aren't opening on time. You have people not showing for work. We shouldn't be standing outside while it's raining waiting for them to open 30 minutes after they are suppose to be open. We haven't seen any new employees working at all in the last few months. You are literally here for almost 6 hrs?. CSL the company should be ashamed that one of there locations could fall so far?.honestly this place outside of the workers isn't normally this bad?.but there isn't any hel

They have hired more people and the waiting time is alot better. Staff is professional, polite and care about getting you out of there ASAP. Fun experience for me and easy gas n food money for nothing

Today they were understaffed and had people sitting in the waiting area for love 3 1\2 hours with no exam, no kiosk training, no examination. Just sitting, suggestion: make sure under all circumstances you have a full staff, other than that these people are nice at least

The new line set up is way off and needs to be corrected ASAP. You get penalized for doing your questionare on the phone. I've waited for 30 mins while multiple people who do the kiosk in person walk right by me in an opposite line. 2 lines is fine for the questionare but there needs to be a single line to the vital checkpoints. They are asking for fights and arguments which I've seen already with this new setup and it's just going to get worse.

Some of the staff is fine others are rude. If you are disabled don't waste your time. We are treated less then others. They do not care for our needs. Even though we are giving OUR TIME and OUR PLASMA! Otherwise, it's fine. Cleaning is up to standard. (Not speaking in the way of masks)

They cant seem to keep good professional employees. Every time I go I have to deal with disrespectful, loud, unprofessional employees. Today some girl with a horrible weave named KENNEDY literally told me to shut up and get out when I reminded her she didnt pay me out. She clearly doesn't know how to conduct herself at work. I'm not your friend I'm a patient so act like it. She needs to be fired!

BEST PLASMA CENTER EVER! CSL Greensboro's staff is so kind and helpful. It's absolutely amazing how they work together as a team in such a productive manner. If you're looking for a plasma home, CSL Greensboro should be your choice!

Let me just start by saying I don't understand why people are complaining about CSL. I mean you don't have to come if you don't want to. Nobody is forcing you to come for that $40 or $20. Also don't ever expect to spend no less than a hour and thirty minutes there. I think that this location is understaffed. Whomever makes the schedule doesn't take bonus days into consideration. Towards the end of the month they should have more phlebotomist scheduled at once. That's when its busy because people are trying

Well where should i begin. I have been donating over a year and the employee turn over here is extremely higher then a call service which is considered to be the highest business in losing employees. Word of mouth is the success or failure to a business. And honestly i feel that this company doesnt care as long as people contine to apply for the job that lets keep in mind you need no certification to work there and donors keep coming whether they really depend on and need the money or extra money for a g

Absolutley horrible service... Wasted 5 hours of my time on my only day off without any compensation. Completely ridiculous.
