Customer Reviews

Everytime they have a new employee test me or stick to draw, I end up having an issue. I've lost money because those employees were not trained, properly. I did notice, they have not stayed at this location.

Pretty nice location and the staff is very friendly. This location just upgraded all their machines, so it's nice that donation time is much faster now.

After donating i had a huge painful lump in my arm after the donation. I simply asked a male staff was this normal. He literally blew me off. I ask other staff was this normal. I was somewhat in a panic. They sent a nurse to me and she said no this was not normal. Ok, they gave me an ice pack let me wait 15 minutes and the lump and pain decreased. I complained about the employee that literally blew off my concern, I asked was the guy autistic to the nurse. No one answered. I came back to donate 2 days later

I spent valuable time preparing for my first visit only to be told to leave to go eat breakfast. Apparently they don't need donors and I won't go back

Kevin is amazing, the whole staff is entertaining, engaging and professional. The new faster machines are the icing on the cake. I have more time to donate and can't be happier with this location !

Coming here for six months twice a week every week and because someone drug a needle through my arm earlier this week they asked the staff to find a vein while standing and they said I don't feel it and told me to leave until the bruise they cause is gone. How are you doing to look at someone you've personally drawn plasma from five time and say I don't feel your veins? Also I've never had them check my vein only visibly look at my arm that isn't bruised.

Great Staff. I consider them my friends. Always someone complaining about having to wait. Business does not move at the speed of your personal disaster. After initial donation you can be out of there in about an hour. Other donors crying they are slow. They are not. They are above par on speed. The Cry Center is two blocks down on the left. You can donate your tears there for extra pats on the head.

The hospitality and kindness given by Meighan and Nevaeh in the screening booths is above and beyond any and all expectations. They give the biggest smiles and make you feel so comfortable. Both are extremely knowledgeable and the bestest!! Totally worth the 40+ minute drive to this location instead of the location 8 minutes away. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I started donating plasma just a few months ago and have been consistent ever since. I am blown away by the staff?s kindness and care for donors. I really appreciate my early morning donations with Alex and Amanda. They are a dynamic duo. They work together very well to get us early birds hooked up safely and efficiently. There are not many places that still have ?good customer service? so I am thankful for the folks at this donation center.

The staff here is so nice! They're warm and welcoming and professional. The facility is very clean. One staff member, Nika, in particular was really amazing while I was visiting. Full disclosure I am not an easy stick and I have very few tiny veins. She was so sweet and patient, didn't show a bit of frustration. Made me feel super comfortable. She did end up having to stick both arms which is not her fault at all. I bruise super easy and despite being such a difficult stick thanks to her professionalism an

This location of CSL has the best staff. They are fun, attentive, truly caring, group of people. I would especially like to recognize, Alex, Kristen, Raven, Pam, Mary, and Tonisha. There are others but can't think of names right now. They ho above and beyond to get to know the donors. I like that they call me by name. You guys rock.

I always have great experiences when I donate here. Amanda, Brent, and Alex are always nice and very welcoming and make everyone feel comfortable. They also know what they're doing and make it easy to donate. Highly recommend

The Staff at CSL494 is amazing. Always very friendly and professional! I've been donating here for almost a year now and have always had a positive experience! Yes, there are reasons you may get denied to donatethe day you go in, but those stipulations are in place for your health and safety. I highly recommend!

Denee was very kind and helpful throughout the process. She even called the next day to check and see how my donation went and if I had any questions. The phlebotomist who helped me was very kind and informative as well.

They are absolutely horrible and should not be trusted they messed my arm up and it's been two weeks since I've been there an still can't move it, I had to go to a specialist for my arm and have to have surgery just for my muscles and vains. The guy named Mike is a self righteous arrogant prick and is so full of himself it's not even funny..... He has absolutely no brain for one, and for two is extremely unprofessional and lacks the compassion to even be in that kind of field. Oh and don't tell anyone that

I hate that I see negative comments about this place. I've been coming to this location for almost a year n love it. I have other locations that are closer to me but continue to come to this one. The staff is amazing! Kristen, Tracy, ronni, Katie, Alex, Patti etc. They are always so friendly n always make sure u are good while donating. Missy is amazing. I went yesterday and a girl was feeling ill and started hyperventilating. Missy talked her thru all her emotions while trying to keep her calm down. They e

I have a been a couple of times to this place and my experience has really been great. The staff so far that I've encountered have super friendly and very helpful. They are professional I'm doing their jobs. They may joke around with each other to lighten up the mood or to just make the day go by. I can understand that. They are very attentive if you need something or if something is not working properly. The wait time is long but there are always quite a few places. They keep it very clean. Overall a reall

Do not recommend! Had me there for over a hour and a half and deferred me over a medication that's not on the list that not a blood thinner or a antibiotic it's used for addiction been on it for 9 years now..NEVER a IV drug user and told them that ... came home went on american redcross website They said this medication should not be a problem in donating. Crazy mind you they pricked my finger and made me wait and answer lots of questions took my fingerprints just to turn me down but if your a actual drug u

I've been here multiple times it's slowly declining, get there early you will be in and out. But my last 5 times new phlebotomist can't hit my vein. The last time they made me feel like it was my fault. He dug and adjusted and left a knot on my elbow and was sore for 2 weeks. I feel like they need more training . And also if they miss they have to try again . Like If you miss your telling me you have to put me through that again .

I always have a pleasant experience here with the staff. On my most recent visit Audrey was very kind during the screening process. I always look forward to coming back.

Could use an upgrade on pretty much everything. Had a worker asking me personal questions about me being transgender while I was donating.. felt trapped and like my privacy was being violated considering there were 4 other people listening in.. not cool.

First of all, I was really nervous about doing this at all. I went to the Colerain office first due to the reviews. But a friend from work told me the office on Dixie Highway was the one she went to and they were really good. So I went with her and had a great experience. That is a good location for me. Minutes from my house. The nurse told me about a medication I was taking that helped a lot. I did not get the same info from the other Center. I had Jess the first time and Nika the second. They both were so

Nika and Alex are good souls, everytime I come in they know every donor by name. I also like Amanda and Steve and all of the screeners. The only negative thing I would have to say about this place is the fact that I've been coming for a while I've helped almost 500 patients I was a platinum donor for a long time and recently I am now a silver donor again because of changes within the facility and it changed in January very displeasing and disappointing I feel that once a person becomes Platinum that they sh

I haven't been coming here long but I absolutely love the service and the hospitality at this. All the nurses are so nice but the two that stands out the most is Audrey, and Denee. They are so nice and professional and they keep me coming back

Great place! Great staff! Quick $$ plus your helping those in need. I been doing this for 9yrs an love it. Donate in Hamilton an Chicago an the system the same. Beautiful experience.! Update March 14 2021 Horrible unprofessional place, hate them with all my heart. What they have changed to a sick violating center just outrages. Had to update and now i understand why some people rank it a 1star. I understand now! Had them ranked 5stars but now 1star an exposing how they operate. I will be suing this place

A mostly friendly staff and usually a short wait time for return donors, so overall 4 stars. The place is pretty clean, and the staff is usually pretty good about upkeep. If they would compensate you a little more and get rid of that one or two employees they have that are generally poorly - natured when dealing with customers, I'd give them 5 stars.

Staff is great, even when the line is long! Roni and Alex are top notch at what they do!!! I would recommend donating at least once, you'll get hooked on it like I did!

I absolutely love Kyle and Brett that are great at their job and absolutely hilarious? I enjoy coming here after work and being around all the staff but Kyle and Brett are awesome?

They simply don't give a damn. I have been to this facility about 15 times and not once have I left without feeling like I was mistreated or put in a position where I couldn't ask for help or any kind of assistance without an attitude or some form of remark. This week, I attempted to donate plasma as I have been for the past 3 months. I was turned away because I have a bruise on my dominant arm (which was caused from the phlebotomist moving the needle every few minutes because my draw was slow. The sad par

Tracey was amazing reception tech , 8 star her

This place is a joke! You go in and have to wait in line for ever don't matter what time you go had 5 people in front of me they other day and still took 1 1/2 hours just to get to the screening booth and I think the dead squirrel I passed on the way in had more personality and a hell of alot more friendlier than the intake person I had but it doesn't matter which one you get their all rude! And then you get to back just to wait in line once again because they could give a care less they have to be there so

It was my first time, shouldn't have been surprised places like this take advantage of the poor. (There was a lady there named missy) who was terrible. Bigger lady must?ve been mad at the fact she missed lunch, not the way you treat your customers ?missy at csl?. Terrible try another plasma center not this one.

Just waited TWO HOURS in the waiting room to be the VERY last person taken back, even though I arrived before others. Only to be told that I couldn't donate because my ID that THEY CHECKED WHEN I ARRIVED isn't valid. I'll gladly drive 30 mins to the next center before I ever step foot back in that location again. Waste of time, and no compensation was made for THEIR mistake.

Used to be a friendly welcoming place.. returning doner and was rudely greeted by Pam. Yall need to do something else with her if you wanna keep the friendly environment alive. Do a personality test before u just hire anyone!

It's sad to see but this location has been on the decline for a long time now. Little by little, the veteran screeners and phlebotomists moved on and there has lately been a constant churn of newer, sometimes less skilled employees, leading to issues in getting a good stick or getting hematomas. They've also all but eliminated any perks for being a loyal platinum donor. First they got rid of the fast pass screening line where you wait to be screened, now they've gotten rid of the fast pass line in the back

Nika is always friendly and welcoming, as well as professional and efficient. Many staff members make the process of donating a worthwhile experience.

There are a few things you should consider before attempting to donate. First impression: I think I just walked onto the movie set for the vampire movie "Blade". Total rat race. People moving all over the place. My blood pressure went sky high just from being anxious about all the people and high stress environment. Total assembly line. Get them in, get them out. Second thing to know, they will take every bit of your info (social security card, drivers license, finger print, DOB, address etc). They will

So I went twice location was clean and the process wasn't long to get started, but I don't reccomend it because the phlebotomist was kind of rude over my veins. They were assessed twice. After attempting both arms and blowing a vein the clearly frustrated staff told me I was deferred like I had purposely cheated them out of something when it's supposed to be a donation? Just be warned if you're a hard stick that they're probably not going to try very hard or be polite.

I love donating here. Almost all of the staff are friendly, professional and personable. There are some downsides to donating and the biggest downside is that sometimes, you will have to wait up to 3 hours. It's hit or miss but it happens. The second is a Hemotoma. I experienced this for a first time today. Although this is not a major issue or life threatening, it can be a little inconvenient with the bruising. Overall, donating is awesome. In July, I was able to bring in $455.00 (8 Visits) from my visit

CSL staff is always fast and friendly. The pay is a little better than other plasma places too. Highly recommended.

Bret is easily the nicest person. Always kind and personable and very relatable, he's a great asset to the staff.

Brent Amanda Meeka Veronica and many others are awesome i love the positive energy each time i come.Derrick the manager has this place in great shape!

You're more likely to find an unskilled nurse or crabby receptionist than anything good at this CSL location (that's not to say there aren't good employees just very few and far between if you were thinking about coming before, don't?

Donated regularly here about 10 years ago. It has gone downhill. There are so many little loopholes now they can disqualify you. Luckily I live fairly close, but if you're making a drive to this place, I'd consider somewhere else.

it's a nice place to donate plasma when it goes well, but somewhat regularly i'll be sticked by rookie employees multiple times while they try getting my vein, and end up with a bruise that keeps me from doing my second (higher paying, i should add) donation that week.

The staff spends most thier time talking. They are not quick to respond to anything. They treat you like second class. The management is ok, but if you get disconnected early don't expect to get paid out. Clean facilities terrible staff

Tonisha, Amanda, Savannah, and Steve are my fave! But I have never met a staff member I don't like here !

Went in as a first time donation. Everything was fine till I took off my hat and my side of the head tattoos showed. I've had the tattoos over 20 years, I've donated at other places with out cause. They said oh it's a face tattoo. No they aren't if my hair was grown out they wouldn't have even seen them..... what a waste of time.....

Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and genuinely seem to care. They also offer free Wifi, and there are TV's all over to keep your attention. The only downside is the length of time it takes to donate. The actual donation process only takes 40ish minutes, but if there are a lot of people waiting in line before you it can take 10 or more additional minutes.

Favoritism is bad here. Everytime i need something or i need to get unstuck the staff member, Mercedes completely ignores me and acts like i dont exist. Her boss has talked to her in the past about it but nothing is ever corrected.. They refuse to discipline employees. The employees will joke and say its impossible to get fired.

I got banned for just mentioning another center cause I wasn't being treated fairly. There was a woman named raven who was plan rude. Also gotta realize csl works for big pharma. So that's why they don't pay that much. I believe a bottle of plasma sells for around $3000 dollars so just keep that in mind

First time will take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours because they have a screening process: physical, learning video and literature you need to read before donation. 9 am to 11:00 is a very busy time. Have a late breakfast and go at noon! It is well worth it to help others and make some money at the same time! ???

You stand in line dor about 10-20 minutes before you get to the back where you want another 20-30 minutes. The workers seem to be more focus on chit chatting with each other then doing their job. Its always just on sticker.

RUN as fast as you can away! 7 hours of my life just to donate for the 1st time. The place was freezing cold, none of the employees were in any hurry to process people. I have a huge hematoma, complained that the needle hurt, one girl checked it, said she would be right back then never came back. Finally someone asked me if I was ok. She checked the machine and the needle and took it out. They wanted me to stay so they could put my blood back in me, NO WAY I was going to let them stick me again. Horrible ex

Most staff are very friendly and sufficient. Sometimes wait time is very long. They now have a dresscode no sleep wear no sweat pants i dnt like the no sweat pants as I love wearing sweat pants some days just for comfort! Donating plasma does take sometime but its extra dollars and in the end is saving lives!!(drinking water and staying hydrated helps with a faster donation)

Great place to earn extra money

Great staff. Clean facilities just wear a jacket it can get cold. Machine are quick as well.

I've always gone to CSL plasma and always had a great experience. Until after 18 years of donating they kicked me out for life because I didn't explain to them I went to jail for 3 hours! Screw that place, make sure yall check out biolife plasma in middletown! They pay more and don't invade every inch of your privacy!

All the staff is so friendly and nice they make it the best experience possible I wish I could shout them out but the whole staff is amazing

Computer system is slow and so are some of the people that check you in. Pick wrong computer and get wrong person and you can have six extra people in front of you. They need to give numbers at doors so it is truly a first come first served setup.

GO TO BIOLIFE- THEIR PROCESS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE MANDATED, ALWAYS INFORCING PROPER PROTOCOL AND RESPECT FOR CLIENTS. This place is ran like a high school. They literally let their employees screw around with the clients and defer them and add things to their chart that have no validity. This particular location is in the ghetto of Hamilton ohio and majority of their clientele are drug users or previous drug users who should not be donating in the first place. A lot of the staff is also from the area and

Friendly staff. Most remember my name n have a nice chat while doing their job. All ?? crew

CSL Plasma 494 is a great place to donate plasma. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and they play descent music.

Ms. Mary made sure I got the most money possible! Amanda made sure the needle entrance was pain free! Thanks you guys

They tell you one in terms of proof address or residency then expect you to do another. They punish you for being honest with them. They act as they have more authority than they actually do. In short they are full of it and they need to get over their false sense of authority.

Sometimes the wait is long, but overall it's a good way to make some extra cash. The building is clean and the staff are mostly competent and amiable.

Management is the worst ,don't waste your time. Nice nasty staff with no regard for people and time.

This are the best center I been too ms Pam and Ms Tracey our wonderful person and does a great job

Updated machines, friendly staff

So we tried this place I've been here before and they didn't give me a problem this time they want two mail and ssn which is fine one of the mail did have the blank envelope! The paper shows the date name and address we didn't have a blank envelope so we had to drive an hour back home bc the ssn other mail and I'd wasn't enough and the lady was rude and cut me off a terrible experience take your service somewhere they do not care about you here unfortunately:(

Angelica, jazmine, nika, Ronni and the crew are amazing and really know how to make the whole experience so easy

The First and Only plasma center I've ever patronized, I've seen continuous improvements combined with informative and accommodating staff members. I have recommended the plasmapheresis process to many people over the years.

Some staff could be a bit more friendly. Other than that I haven't had any issues. I would recommend this place to friends.

Staff is nice if you start out a new person you get $60 first time and 2nd and 3rd 40$ then 70$ then you start out between 15$-20$ then 45$ and sometimes you get bounses and they have bouses each month of so much added on to your 8th donating of plasma I believe plus what ever you get that time

Alex knows what he's doing... He should be the lead and he should get a raise he is awesome ?? point blank period

Very clean with a very professional and caring staff! My husband and I have been coming here for years. :-)

Does a good job. Plasma is a well needed item. More people should go. Tell them I sent you.

Mostly friendly staff, clean and efficient. Easy money for a couple hours a week, and it feels good helping people who need the medication.

Very nice and friendly. Alex makes the whole experience fun and painless

The best CSL location we've been to, Delhi is the absolute worst, Colerain has a long long wait.

Amazing service and very nice workers every time I come in ???kyle is the best ?

Very pleased with services here! Staff are all friendly and services are as quick as can be I suppose. Never had a bad experience here!

This place is horrible!!!they treat u like a nuisance like your ruining their day by making them do their job!!!a job they wouldn't have without u donating by the way.they leave u on the machines long after ur last return they goof around an play to much instead of work they dnt care about thier donors at all only them selves very unprofessional!!!

Very friendly staff, and when Alex sticks me with the needle I don't even feel it!

I go here quite frequently and have never had an issue..the people and the service is great..they make the time fly by!

Always clean and professional. Staff is very welcoming.

The entire staff team is amazing I can only hope other plasma centers are the same ????

Alex did a great job, very friendly professional.
