Today, I went to this location after they wouldn't answer my calls, nor was I allowed to leave a message to receive a call back. So, I take the bus to the train station and arrive over 90 minutes later. I'm greeted by a lady at the counter, I let her know I had donated in Texas previously, but now I am here in California. She asked me to sit and wait, so I did for several minutes. She came back, asked me for my ID, then asked about my address. She said my zipcode isn't on their list, & she was confused abou

A great place to earn extra cash and helping people with immune deficiency! It will take up to 2-3 hours for first time donors to get processed..its a bit time consuming but you will really feel that CSL is really serious in regards to the safety of their donors and patients.. They provide you some snacks and water to get you hydrated before the donation process ???? Lastly, placce is very clean and all staff are friendly and very helpful!

Terrible. They always defer you. The staff will bruise your arm and then the next visit they'll bruise your other arm. They get your blood mixed in with your plasma and then youre deferred for 56 days. They suck. Go to Oakland plasma. At least their staff is competent unlike this place. I would give Zero stars if Google let me. Never coming back again.

I've been here 3 times already and the location is always very clean and the staff very friendly. The only complaint I would have is it takes a while and it's not even the actual donation. The nurses can take a really long time. It's either they are not tech savvy or there is only one of them etc. I get told the next time will always be faster but it has not so far. Hopefully next time.

September 7th. I arrived at 1600 and was turned away saying they were short staffed. They don't close until 1800. Poor management to say the least. LC Davis fix this! I rode on a motorcycle from Daly City for an hour in traffic and was offered a ten dollar card towards my ?next visit.? As if I'll come back after the circus that I just endured. Keep in mind, 5 ?workers? were all in front. Can't say I recommend.

Do not go here! Wait is long (they are very understaffed), information told you on the phone (if they pick up at all) is inaccurate, management is very unhelpful and rude.

Worst plasma clinic I have ever been to, terribly managed, employees either unhappy, unorganized, or had to do too much. First time I came I had to leave because my proof of address was not good enough (I have used non-USPS packages at plasma places before...) ended up going on a hike nearby because I took BART there. I had recently moved back to the area and was living with my friend so I didnt have any bills with my name, etc. Came back another time. Convoluted process to get me in the chair because I h

Sometimes donations could be very troublesome on their timing. I don't know how many times I stayed in line for more than a half an hour to an hour just for donating plasma it's ridiculous Management should hire more people and pay a lot better.

The center was so clean and tidy. I saw them cleaning and sanitizing their respected areas (even the waiting areas) every 2 hours. I love the way they make everyone safe from any communicable disease. Every staff was so friendly, helpful and professional during my whole process. I was very nervous at first, just hearing all of the possible side effects during or after donation. Once I sat down and actually went through it, it was a breeze. All the staff made me feel very comfortable and made my first t

Ahmed, raised his voice to tell me to leave my walker at the front of the facility far away from where i donate plasma at the back of the facility. I'm disabled and cannot stand for long periods of time or my knees give way. When i use my walker it gives me the support i need to walk through each station of the facility and with long wait times everywhere i don't want to fall. He came raised his voice, humiliating me in front of all the rest of the donors and his coworkers. It is a health risk for me to be

Unorganized and slow. Wait times are most I've ever spent at a CSL. Expect to be there for over 2 hours even when they are slow. I waited an hour while there were empty stations available. It's like this every time I come. This is my 4th time. Twice I was unable to donate. Once because wait was hours long. Once because they couldn't find my veins. They had to stick me in both arms.

everyone here is very nice and professional. the center is clean and comfortable. i love this location. this is a great company. i also really love the free water. [they have snacks too i just love water] speaking of water , the more water you drink on a daily basis- the faster your donation will be.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They have taken the time to get to know me and other folks who come in. This a great way to help save lives and make a little extra money. Make sure you keep track of your bonuses/rewards. Sometimes the system doesn't automatically give it to you, so I've had them manually insert them a number of times. I wish I was still receiving $125 per donation, that was helping me out a lot, but now I average about $112 total as long as I donate 2 times a week plus the occasi

Don't go to this place. They missed my vane 3 days in a row and dug around in my arm causing me bad pain . Been donating for over 18 years and never had this many problems till I tried this place . Go to octapharacy

Had a horrible experience with the person at the front desk and the staff on the phone. I was made to feel unwelcome and as if my questions where an inconvenience to them, I recently lost my hard copy identification and they would not except a digital photo i traveled very far to come donate and was turned away as if i was some vagrant, ive been a year round client at the las Vegas locations for close to a decade I understand i dont have my hard copy but even welfare and police will except a picture on your

I am a return donor whose original location was Stockton. However, I recently moved back to San Jose and so I went to the Hayward location as it was the closest one to me when I gave them my new address, which is an apartment complex. They told me that in the system it says the apartment is a drug rehab or halfway house or something like that. I explained that is not the case at all. I showed them on Google maps that it is an actual apartment complex and they looked it up themselves and can see and stated t

Poor experience for first time donor, intake process was unorganized, many people showed up in the interview room that suppose to be private, made me uncomfortable. Had struggle with one of the intake staff that inputted my first and last name backward and she kept asking about my race because i need to choose one, but none is correct. The other one tried his best but kept going out of the room asking the manager for simple questions like piercing etc. This probably can be avoided if they have more profes

CSL Staff is always friendly and caring. I always feel so welcome when walking in and the process is simpler after the first visit. Quick and easy way to get cash and save some lives! 10/10 recommended trying

Always one phlebotomist and the phlebotomist thats working on 01/31/24 closing shift is very slow. Takes 20 minutes to stick one person . I used my express pass to get to the back and she sticking donors that came to the donor floor after me. Make me consider to going back to octapharma. Atleast they have a staff even if it's ghetto

They changed their business hours but left the signs with the old hours on the front still and on the site. They put a small sign while all other huge signs and online says ?old hours?. Completely wasted my travel. Was suppose to close at 4pm and changed hours to 2pm. Updated, I go faithfully and I enjoy the entire staff. Mistakes happen and they definitely fix them.

For the love of all things do not come here. Almost all the good phlebs and managers have quit and those who tried to improve this poorly run place have been fired. They don't respect your time, they have no customer service and they treat us like numbers with no consideration. Management is the absolute worst I've seen at any company so far in 2024. They screw up so bad that good donors w good veins get deferred (can't come donate for months) because of their poor communication and short sightedness. Their

I love this center! I've donated at 3 different CSL Plasma centers over the years and worked at one. This location is the nicest and cleanest I've seen, as it's only a few months old. The staff is helpful and professional, and I can't wait to return and contribute more to producing life-saving medications. The new-donor process is easy. Bring your ID, SSC, and proof of address (if different from the one on your ID). You'll be greeted by the staff, and they'll explain the process to you. You will watch a vi

3 times I come here and they turn me away because there Short staffed due to staff call offs .I understand there under new management but they need to get rid of Absent employees and hire people who actually want to come to work.I waste so much gas and time coming out to this place SMH

A great experience considering it was my first time donating plasma! Highly recommended ????

I had an amazing experience today at the hayward CSL Plasma location. All the staff were amazing, helpful, and made me feel comfortable and confident becoming a donor. My process signing up was easy and the workers were there to help me every step! During my blood work staff were engaging in conversation with me and it was lots of laugh and lots of smiles! I will be donating regular here & love that i have a supportive team !

First time donor last week, process was simple. They have to ask health history questions and run some tests to determine eligibility. That dies take some time, generally between 1 to 3 hours. But I hear that the subsequent visits are a lot shorter so I'm looking forward to going again this week!

First time donors get 125 for first 8 donations couldn't be anymore rewarding than that. The staff are super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Not only do you get rewarded for donating more but they also have raffles and stuff.

Called this place not to long ago , l'm not sure who I spoke to ,or what his name was .sounded so "off the street" .."wus happenin" you tryna donate cuz? " was yo zip code.i explained my living situation and the guy started to sound a little off putting.Decided not to follow thru I felt like I was going to go to some sketchy alley way in hayward and give up my blood for a couple bucks . no thanks l'll try elsewhere???????

I would suggest prospective donors give Octapharma a shot before here because they PAY MORE, are organized and are just on it. The donor floor is unorganized and have long wait times to get stuck, then at the end of your donation while a needle is stuck in your arm you'll wait for other donors to get stuck, making the time in center even longer. Some staff are unprofessional with what they speak about and are so talkative that they work much slower. Also, if you're somebody with a lot of tattoos/piercings t

The staff here is professional and considerate. I enjoy coming here, I have been to Octo....it's ok BUT CSL quality of service outdoes the competition. I will continue to give since the process here is done in timely manner and I know my donations make an impact.

Appreicate the friendly staffing. Winderful clean environment. Super Awesome!?? they provide they're "Clients" with snacks & refreshments before, during or after our donation. It really helps bring your body back just before you leave the donation center.

I've been coming to this new CSL location for about a month now and I can honestly say that this location has the friendliest and most professional staff. The facility itself is clean and calming and makes you want to come back to donate again.

Overall experience is great. Employees are knowledgeable, attentive, and nice. I can't complain. Donate plasma and help those in need and get some cash in the process. Sounds like a win, win to me.

Horrible place, they really make it as hard as they can and obviously don't want you to donate blood, worse business experience I've ever had

Sydney and JD are so awesome. Very professional and excellent at her job. I will definitely be returning and referring my friends

We came here twice and they ?couldn't? serve us. The only thing we did was waste time. They give you an ?Express pass? that is useless.

A decent place, with great pay for the first 8 donations, theres always a decent sized team in the donor floor making sure everyones donation is going fine, as well as drinks and snacks in the front for before and after you donate, as well as checking if your body is healthy enough to donate. Be sure to drink enough water maybe about 16oz at least before donating though!

Very clean facility, friendly staff, and just a smooth overall donating experience. Staff are always on high alert for your safety, very professional.

This is a great place to donate the staff is so nice friendly and very helpful and very clean and sanitize well. I enjoy coming to this location ! I recommend this place and your first 8xs u get 125 !

The staff are friendly and help make the whole process more pleasant. They are fully staffed and have a large capacity. It's an efficient process.

First time for me donating. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made the process a very smooth enjoyable one.

Great Staff, makes you feel welcomed. Very clean place, makes you feel safe. A great way to help save a life or make a life livable.

Amazing. Quick and friendly staff. It's always a pleasure to come. Almost 100 donations and counting..

This place is cheap instead 100$ first few visits they only 100$ first 2 visits and 75$ 3rd then it's 65$ and 55$ that's hardly something at octhapharma it's 100$ first 5 visits and 75$ every visit after it's a lot plus at this place they are super strict and irritating if you leave to get your phone after registering you can't donate plus if you answer something wrong it's a long process to see the nurse for one wrong answer on kiosk at octhapharma they fix it right away and you go donate I don't like this

The process was smooth and easy. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. I will be coming back to donate again!

I love donating here I wish the prices were higher but the people are great if I was amazing and every time I go I have a good time even though I hate blood and needles they make it bearable

As a first time plasma donor, I felt supported and informed every step of the process. It did take a bit longer than I expected but it was clean, comfortable and well-staffed.

Very clean place, VERY nice workers. Pretty smooth in and out experience. Been here about 8 times now

Friendly, helpful professional staff at this (Hayward 541) facility. Impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The free snacks & beverages are a nice touch.

My first time here wasn't too bad?not bad. Staff seemed positive and helpful??positive vibes ??

Great way to make some extra money. If youre a new donor, you can get bigger payouts for your first 8 donations. New Donors use code LFL5HJK8KB for extra $

The customer service in this facility is excellent and very professional. The staff from front desk up to the donor floor was very professional and friendly. Definitely a great place to donate plasma!

Perfect stick on small rolling veins!! They listened to my concerns and did amazing especially Yesenia and the front desk.

Always extremely professional, very little weight times, and our seven days a week, wonderful location

Great place very friendly and helpful folks, also clean and speedy process . Will keep coming back .

Horrible place to donate if you want your time wasted this is the place to be. if they don't like you they trick out the blood pressure machine to deny you. Zero stars!!!!

I am a frequent donor here and I highly recommend this place if you want to start donating plasma. They have great promos, the staff is very friendly and patient, and it's always clean!

Place is managed so badly they need an armed guard lol

CSL Plasma is greatly organized donation center to earn some extra cash. There are a friendly group of staff waiting to assist everyone?s needs during the process.

Irresponsible place. They stopped getting donation suddenly. After my last donation (4th donation) they set up another appointment and when I come to appointment they told (even without any blood test etc) me they will not get donation. They told they will call me but its never happened.

Staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are very clean and equipment new or doesn't look old/used

Great Staff and the head manager named LC is an awesome dude

Friendly staff! Made sure I was comfortable through out the entire experience.

Loved the hygiene, the professionalism, and on top of all, they truly cared about my safety

This place is skimming off of the poor. Why on earth is my blood worth less money after my second visit? The more you come the less you get payed. It should be the opposite

Very nice staff very perfessional make you feel very welcome....

Love the environment and the safety the follow. Great place for easy money
