Great location, I wanted to highlight the staff at the hazel crest location - everyone works extremely diligently and does their jobs very well. They're efficient and use team work well and very pleasant to interact with. Whenever I'm hooked up to the donating machine i'm always asked if i'm okay and comfortable. Very clean facility as well. Some of the staff that has gone above and beyond are Jay, Sarina, Tony, Phelisha, and Schyuler. These folks make the donating process that much more efficient and painl
Great location! I am always out of here within 35-40 min. Staff is amazing and works efficiently. Especially Mary whom does the pre screening. She's always positive, has an easy going attitude and answers questions when asked about my screening. Her ability to remain friendly and approachable while being detail oriented is a major asset to the team!
I've given plasma 3 times but will not return. The service is okay except that I've noticed on all three occasions, even with the person working with me, that they do NOT change their gloves between patients. This is really outrageous and dangerous. just think about how easily it could be for them to transmit only God knows what between patients!! the health department needs to do a unannounced visit. totally unacceptable!!! i hope someone from management sees this and immediately RETRAIN your staff.
In the front vitals Mary is always so sweet and nice no matter what time you see her, she makes me feel like family. And I love seeing Kiarra Buie in the back because then I know it's going to be a fast moving line, she is always on top of the back and always kind no matter if it's the beginning of her shift or the end. Great staff!
Everyone was so nice, kind and attentive. Nurse Felicia was the coolest young lady there. She explained everything to my understanding. The whole experience was pleasant
The things I've seen and heard the staff say and do is a shame. Some of the girls are rude and arrogant. They have a serious superiority complex or either on the brink of a mental breakdown. The last time I stepped to sit down was the same girl who called me out my name. She said, "hell no" got up and walked away like a child. The guy who recently came back from vacation threw you under the bus. Says you don't do anything about it and go to great lengths to cover it up. Little do yall know I give most my do
Kiara was amazing, very professional and polite. She got us in and out! This is my Favorite technician, always sticks me pain free! Makes the process easier overall!
Deidra is doing a fantastic job! I've been coming here off and on she is the best sticker i have seen in away. Shevis confident in her abilities and she eases the tension. Its others that do great as well, I just dont have their names. I really appreciate the staff. Nita was sticking and she paid me out. Just a great staff.
Terrible location. The sticks are always painful and the wait is ridiculous. The staff is so busy fraternizing and joking amongst each other they are not focused on the donors. The Caucasian lady(she didn't have a name tag so the only way I can describe her)tried to move the needle around in my arm! Super painful.
Kiarra is always a pleasure to be around, she come with good vibes and a smile when I see her. She always on point when she on the clock and you bound to get a laugh in too. She knows how to improve somebody day
Kiarra is such a very hard worker she great at what she does always have a positive attitude never had any problems with her when it comes to sticking
CSL PLASMA in Hazel Crest is a friendly and professional location. The process is generally quick and simple. All of the employees are very engaging and approachable, especially the intake crew Diamond, Jasmine A., and Malik R. The entire crew (and Kiarra!!) on the donor floor are also exceptionally excellent!!
My experience was smooth the whole process was easy and Mary Lott was super professional and answered all my questions and even sung the bears superbowl shuffle lol
Been coming here about 3 years now All the staff I consider cool friendly family I mean everybody has a bad day so you can't knock them for that Tell you what you got to have patience when you come to this place though if you don't have patience you shouldn't be going there other than that the best one I have ever been too
I also would give zero if I could. I started going to the Bradley location a month or so ago. All good experiences. Figured I would switch to Hazel Crest since it is closer to me. I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was. They would rather talk to each other than pay any attention to the clients. No one had on name tags except the girl that did my intake. Her badge said receptionist but yet she did my finger stick and vitals. The needle hurt once it was in. They backed it out. Still hurt. She took
Shamika is my absolute favorite tech to see whenever I'm here. She always takes great care of me and is just delight be around! 10/10
kiarra buie is very polite and amazing her customer service is outstanding and her phlebotomist skills is untouched CSL NEEDS MORE OF HER here in their establishment i thank you for her patients and understanding she beautiful and awesome

Had a great experience with Mary Lott. She was very friendly and made the screening process go by smooth and quick.
I'd like to give my unwavering approval of this CSL. As someone who has been coming here for at least 5 years and gone through other CSL plasma (shout-out to the CSL in Calumet Park) the Hazel Crest location is the best of the best. I've always self safe and welcome here as everyone is always friendly and professional. Diamond and Jasmine A in particular in front are always very good to us donors as well as Angelica who is bilingual. Even as a newcomer or during checks all worry or discomfort is quickly ass
Mary was very attentive as well as very clear with her instruction when checking me into the center today. I really appreciate her work.

I went here and kiarra B and Lisa J gave me the best service and made my visit very pleasurable.
Absolutely unprofessional, I thought I was in th streets. Dancing to sexy red and talking about the patients right in there face. Absolutely appalling. I give no stars.

Randi does an excellent job at everything she does she's basically the heart and soul she makes everyone comfortable and relaxed.
Vivian makes you feel like family and tells you like it is, lisa jackson us very nice and quiet and is willing to help as long as you don't get on her nerves lol, jasmine is very sweet while she checks your vitals and eases your nerves over the little trick, diamond helps to make sure you're not standing in line as long as well as taking care of your needs when coming from another center and last but not least with her loveable laugh you have kiarra who's pretty good at making sure that it is not as painful
Ma Vivian is a ray of light she's always happy and smiling she makes you feel welcomed and always says thank you
Mary is the sweetest most patient person there .My guy and I love her .She deserves a raise ...
I had the pleasure of being screened by Mary Lott. She is very courteous, professional, and efficient. A keeper!
Mary makes every time I come welcoming and friendly. I look forward to seeing her when I come
It's been a few occasions where I have been left in the chair, ignored for nearly an hour after donating. People are off at a distance, rolling their eyes, making faces at strangers for no reason. I'm there to donate not hate. If there a serious prejudice or bias that can't be maintained, then working in public jobs may not be a good choice.
Im just here to say Mary lott keep being you keep the good vibes and energy flowing through your job I love and appreciate everything you do
Shamika is also another welcoming and friendly face I encounter when I visit CLS Plasma. I appreciate her hard work and attention to detail.
Great location, five star review to the staff, even when it's busy , the employees work hard and fast to get to the next donor.

I enjoyed my time at CSL, the service was professional fast, but efficient and the employees were nice. Mary
some staff members are good twice I have problems last one lady was rude couldn't find my vein I took pitchires blood on my arm from moving it around never had it I middle then was blaming me cause her incompetence hurt from being moved around so much I even tried to show her were it was but blood made it hard to see haven't been back since and I only did it to help nice to pay me for it but not worth it unless there trained better in manners and where to put it in
Mary was very helpful and quick and she has excellent customer service skills

Mary was so nice and sweet in does her job well & fast
Mary was so professional during my vitals. Very nice and polite to everyone
Malik was great at screening me he didn't take long and was very nice and professional
I got vaccinated for hepatitis and forgot when I did my intake before plasma donation and now they say that I'm banned from donation permanently,I think that is so unfair to me and all the people that need life saving plasma the management has there priority's messed up plasma is not personal it saves lives one mistake should not effect donation F- for this one Hazelcrest.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Turned me away because I had dry cuticles considering it an ?open wound? & Said the FDA had strict regulations?.so I looked into it, nothing in the FDA regulations for donating plasma said anything about it. Only if a wound was continuing to bleed/pus. I think they turn anyone away because they don't want to actually do work. It's easier to sit & get paid than actually do their jobs. Went to a different plasma center to donate and had no issues being able to dona
Mary Lott is great she dose her thing love going to her ??
Kiarra does the best sticks rarely hurts when she stick me
Thanks to mary she kept me calm and relaxed through the CSL screening process

Vivian listened to me and knew me by name. She was quickly able to painlessly stick me and got the procedure moving quickly. I had a few high pressure alarms do to pumping during the return ( me not paying attention) Kiarra and Lisa were very attentive and quick to clear the alarms so that I spent as little time waitin
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
