I feel like with the brand new machines that take about 30 minutes for the whole donation really makes me wanna come back also staff is really nice!!

Don't go there! Equipment always breaking and the pay sucks there. Some of the staff is nice but overall two thumbs down. Don't support them at better off at biomat in mcallen or something

The operator does not answer the phone, it would save us alot of time and gas money if the operator would at list answer the phone, so we're not turn away once we show up to the plasma for whatever reason.

THIS IS NOT THE PROPER UBICATION up date GOOGLE !

(Translated by Google) It is a shame that if they know that most people work all week and when they can donate it is on the weekend, they only have 2 people to serve and one spends more time holding the file than what is in the machine to donate and it has to take more than 2 hours to be able to donate, that without counting the line at the Hidalgo Bridge, it is getting worse and worse (Original) Es una pena que si saben que la mayor?a de la gente trabaja toda la semana y cuando puede donar es el fin de se
