You get here early and still have to wait 20 mins just to start the kiosk in the morning. Even if you're here at 5:30 am. Wait times are crazy every day. You will definitely be here for 3+ hrs. And they don't like to change their gloves between people. Pay attention.
The staff does a phenomenal job ?? at what they do , shout out to the staff Dinero and Anna and Cierra ?? always performing in an effective manner. Thank you 138 for all your services and smiles you bring to this experience . Yours truly A. Harris
I attempted to donate for the first time, and because my ID was cracked, the lady at the front desk wouldn't accept it. She said it was against their ?policy? to accept a broken ID.. yet it wasn't broken, it was simply cracked, but still intact. I used the exact same ID in the exact same condition at BioLife last week. It was obvious she took pleasure in making my day difficult. I asked to speak to her manager, and she snarkishly said ?hi hello.? I find it hard to believe someone with such poor custom
Dirty place. Although the majority are really professional staff and procedures, there are Confusing policies for customers. I informed a two separate staff members. The sending staff member I informed only responded with ? I'm talking to my coworker?
Preface: Don't offer me an automated apology CSL its just another sign of how little you all care about your donors. Yesterday was my last time EVER. Its Saturday so staff is actively rushing. Sign I should?ve left was when I got in line and I overheard horror stories of people getting stuck wrong and bursting veins. All the while it being a 3 hour wait because they refused to open a bay. I finally get stuck and I can tell its rushed. It wasn't until the return where it felt off and I had an employee gaslig
Every single time I have gone to this place I've been jerked around for hours then told I can't donate for some petty reason, just now for a bug bite on my ankle. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs and am in perfect health but see obvious addicts falling out who seem to be regulars. I was told today I would actually have to get my place fumigated before I could come back. Wasted my entire afternoon for this BS, and it is always something at this place. Never again.
No one's never at the front desk, phone jus be ringing without any help at all, they only have 15 machines so it takes longer to get in a bed ppl be waiting for hours
Called as a new donor to learn about the process and understand any new donor bonuses. I was rudely told I need to waste time out of my day to come in to be told the process and payment information. No other facility has done this.
I go to the CSL in highland Park and Reonya that works at vital check point is the sweetest! She knows what she is doing, isn't rough when poking your finger and is my absolute favorite at that location! Keep up the great work Reonya!
The staff gets more lazy every time I come here after standing in a long line watch the staff gossip move like turtles Naomi take her time calls the bays and the old lady with the dress Locs Shanice just sad do better half wiping the beds
Great Staff to work with!!!! Also having snacks & water available really shows they care. Thank you all for the great work on the daily basis!! #2025
I went to CSL in highland Park today when I walked in the security guard greeted me everyone treated me with respect they did well today they worked as a team today they did a lot more better than 6 months ago when I was their keep up the good work and I will be back ????
Had a great experience, the sticker Nikko was nice, and she took her time, I enjoy coming here.
Anna is my favorite she is sweet and make me feel calm when Im getting stuck by her
I wouldn't recommend this donation place to NOBODY THEY ARE SO RUDE and disrespectful the lady stood in the back the whole time waited just until I got in the front of the line and told me I couldn't wear the pants I was wearing so I went home changed and tried to get back in my place and line and she continued to give me consistent problems and she continued to run her mouth in the back part they need to hire more professional understanding people who care these people act like there just here to get a che
DO NOT GO HERE. They move like snails, and aren't professional. GO to SOUTHFIELD. Took me 48 minutes to donate, and stood in the donor line for 18 minutes. They also had 34 chairs. This location here, a NO GO. I was there for 5 hrs., and 11 minutes. It only took me 52 minutes to donate. Only 16 chairs open!!! My time is valuable too. Y'all messed up my veins twice, was on the verge of getting deferred. I went to the SF location. I didn't have a single issue. The only reason y'all even have a 2 star is becau
I passed all necessary "educational training" and tests, and provided information and docs to donate plasma including my driver's license and SSN. But, because my permanent address is in Lansing, MI, but I work in Detroit (in the research division of hospital and local state university), and I do not have permanent address here, I provided 2 pieces of postal documentation (with addresses), coming to my temporary address in Detroit. "No, we only accept utility and phone bills etc.." But my phone is "Pay as Y
My name is Janet McAllister, today was my first day after 2 years to donate and my worst experience by far ,I got there and finish the whole intake process, got to the physical exam and everything was going well . Nearing the end of my exam , I started to remove my shirt , prior to this I had on a jacket and a coat (its cold out side) the lady seen the sweat on my T-shirt and said that i couldn't donate till tm , bc im not up to par with their hygiene policy, i said excuse me ? She said there's a smell . N
The staff talks entirely too much Older lady named Shanice took over 20 minutes taking me down because she would not stop talking .
I can't stress this enough: do NOT go to this center as they just hire anybody!!! A couple months ago I came in and I had a lady that was pulling on the needle while it was in my arm as she was trying to adjust it maybe 4-5 times before accidentally ripping it out my arm which caused my blood to go everywhere and that got me differed for 2 months. I came back today to give them another try and after my first cycle I developed a hematoma and now have bad bruising on my arm and am currently in pain. Please vi
I just wanna say I don't have any problems when I come here ?? and they are always willing to help if they can ..Every place won't be perfect but I have NO PROBLEMS with this place and considering it is where it is , it's actually pretty decent to me! Chris and another young lady I believe she is a manager or something she has green hair I think ??????..Both are the best patient and professional ???????????????????
Prepare to wait hours and then be told you cant donate for some bullshit reason. Dont waste your time. Worst CSL plasma on earth!
The workers are amazing and they deserve the respect they give to the people
Sierra is very helpful she's very courteous one of the best
I would like to thank the reception staff for always going the extra mile with not just myself, but with all of the donors and her co-workers. Keep up the great work especially Ms. Seanise
Love Reception, everyone is so nice especially Mrs. Tasha
Ms. Deanna has excellent customer service skills. She shows great compassion and is reassuring to ANY questions or concerns you have. Not to mention how smooth she is with the needle insertion, I didn't feel a thing!
This is the most poorly managed inep group of want to be medical professionals I've ever encountered. While there are exceptions, The majority of the staff is underqualified, completely unprofessional, and consider themselves more self-important than they actually are. They move slower than molasses in the winter and don't give a crap about the patients, the donors, or the company as a whole. CSL is doing their branded disservice by leaving this cesspool open.
Iv been coming to this location for a while. And the staff is always nice and pleasant. Always smiling and doing their job. I love that. And also I want to shout out Seanise J. Iv been going through a lot in my personal life and she gave me the most encouraging words and wisdom. I was so grateful, And shout out to trudyas well. You guys are awesome keep up the great work. ??
THE CSL PLASMA CENTER ON WOODWARD AVENUE IS BS AND MOST OF THEM NEED TO BE FIRED FOR HARASSING PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THEIR CHILD OR CHILDREN.... THEY ALWAYS TALKING DOWN ON ME BUT CAN'T NEVER PAY ME MY RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY TODAY WILL BE MY LAST DAY COMING TO WOODWARD AVE CSL PLASMA CENTER NEVER COME HERE Y'ALL
Best place around thanks to them for picking up the phone for me when I needed them to
DO NOT COME HERE. After waiting for three hours I was told to get an appointment with my doctor to check out my ?swollen tonsils?. Doctor checked me out and verified that was BS, I went back to the donation center, and before I could even enter the building, a security guard confronted me and kicked me out of the building. I went to another location and it turns out they barred me from donating at any CSL Plasma location. Wasted so much of my time with no compensation, and on top of that everyone was extre
Bad stick galore and triflin staff took me 3 hours to donate because no one on staff made sure my connection was good . I'll be finding another location . And the manager dress like club host ?
PLEASE CALL BEFORE GOING HERE YOUR TIME WILL BE WASTED POORLY MANAGED LOW PAID WAGES AROUND THE BOARD I FEEL FOR THE WORKERS WHO SHOW UP AN CONTINUING TO UNDER PAID N CHEATED
Almost ever staff member there acts like they don't want to do there job. This place is ALWAYS shorts staff cause NOBODY else wants to show up to work. I really think this place should require for people to take an IQ test before hiring cause a lot of them wouldn't even be there. The front desk is completely done for. I called up there 12 times and NOBODY answers the phone. Staff there in the screening area spends most of the time talking to coworkers instead of actually doing their job and seems to always
Great place love staff new management exceptional service alil slow bt a great place to save lives
Focused and caring staff. I always have a great and quick donation experience
Kelsey was very unprofessional, I was done for 10 minutes and she knew. Instead of taking me down so I can finish my errands, she was chatting with a coworker. I missed my bus, and my pass expired. I taped myself up and left, I won't be back.
Just WOW! I love this location. So professional, kind and friendly. A lovely experience!! I'm going back just to interact with the friendly staff! I loved Flawless, Allie and Anisa! Thank you for such a great experience.
My experience is always good, Never had an issue, Trudy is Usually my go too person for registration, Great personality great conversation. Just don't look her in the eyes or your heart rate might go up lol but my overall experience is great everyone is helpful and never has an issue when assisting. #13015226
One member of this team that really sticks out is Eddie. He is always friendly, I've never heard a complaint from him and he keeps a welcoming smile his face.
I walked in as first time at exactly wpm and the gentlemen was handling a another person and I didn't receive a greeting and was quickly told they were taking anyone else for the day, with no explanation
worst experience ever i literally was turned away because of pjs yall gotta grow up yall turn people around for the dumbest shit octapharma would never

I had a wonderful experience today Danero is the best lead I have seen at this center he is a no nonsense guy he was all about getting the donors in and out and keeping the team members on their jobs this man is a great lead for this center where there is normally a lot of laughing and joking not today .
Seanise is great at her job...Her smile shines bright as the sun ?. She always has awesome advice and conversation while still being able to do an outstanding job. Thanks again Seanise 13230457
Seanise is awesome at her job, she always has a smile on her face. She very funny and she always shows everyone grace. Thank you again for being a very nice person (00G21MJ)
They close at 6pm from what the security guard says. Not at 7pm as it says on google maps. 6:43pm as this is posted also the phone number listed, advises they close today at 7pm also. They need to update the phone system as well as google maps to show accurate information.
My experience at csl is great, all the staff are polite and respectful, and for Trudy she always give me a reason to want to come back, there never a dull moment when sitting across from her. Her conversation is a must, and she always know how to brighten up my day. 00GH9BC

So I'm coming from Sterling Heights location and I drove to HIGHLAND PARK and they got they information online Google that they close at 7pm but when I get there before that time they tell me they close at 6pm ...well the security at the door saying we been put up signs saying we close at six ..he claim we people don't read.. I say we'll could you get them to change it on google.Google.. he says we as in management can't do that ...Corp has too. He goes on to tell me he been here for 4 years and blah blah b

During my vist at CSL today Latasha Gilbert made my screening process go through without a hitch and at a very comfortable and relaxing pace. After I was seated Deanna followed up LaTasha's amazing performance by sticking me no less than a professional would and making sure I was ok during and after the process. This is a great staff at this highland park facility as shown by Latasha Gilbert and Deanna. Great work!! Pete Hawkins
Seanise was a great help when I came in to be new donor yesterday. She made me feel comfortable, she explained the donation process to me with clarity so I got a better understanding of the whole process and how much time it would take for the overall process. Unfortunately I was unable to donate yesterday. Today to my surprise I was met with Seanise when she called me to her booth to be screened. She explained the donation process to me again with a smile on her beautiful face. Thank you Seanise for having
Seanise was really patient and she gave me some great techniques on how to get my pulse down when I came back for the retake process. Thank you again Seanise I really appreciated your help today. My name is Myra Johnson
Seanise is always smiling when she greets all the donors as soon as we enter the center if she's at the front desk and when she's in booth screening. She's awesome at her job. (003d6zr)
I have been going here for years and it's cool peaceful and quiet. They are understaffed sometimes but it doesn't bother me because I'm never in a rush. The staff is cool with me and just like any relationship you get out what you put into it.
Team leads Daneiro and Cierra are running a smooth floor. Niko is fabulous her energy and work ethic is consistent and clean. Deanna is so sweet and generous great work ethic as well this set of folks are a good look for CSL
Seanise has a beautiful smile and spirit. She was patient while explaining my vitals to me. Thanks again Seanise it was a pleasure being in your booth today. 00DC5G2

a worker said to come at 10 am because they are "understaff" when i did i was told they were under staff when i went to meet up with a friend a couple days later literally it was "we are understaff" and a long line with one worker, this place is wasting people time and seeing how this is already unproffesional i wouldnt trust the needles could be dirty..and funny enough someone allegedly said that the needles are dirty
Seanise thank you so much for your unwavering support I will never forget your thoughtfulness. Your kindness has inspired me to be a better person and to do good deeds for other. Again thank you so much for your kindneess 12752235

Jam is my favorite phlebotomist. She's always friendly, informative and patient. I refer her to other donors without fail she accommodates everyone. Out of all the centers I have visited she is definitely my favorite human.
Always get it done. Thanks boo Seanise and Tasha
Seanise is an amazing employee!! I sometimes have issues donating because of my blood pressure. Seanise talked with me and kept my anxiety down. I credit her kindness (and being a Libra... Lol) that my blood pressure and pulse were in range so I could donate. Keep up the amazing job Seanise!!!!!
Seanise is always smiling and it's a joy to see her and also to be in her screening booth Thanks again Seanise for being such a beautiful person Gregory Morrison 00DVLW4
I would like to thank Seanise for being very patient with me today. She was able to get me logged back into the Csl Plasma app so I would be able to utilize Donor 360. She also helped out with getting my fingerprint back into the system. She great at what she does. Seanise needs a pay raise for all that she does for the company
Trudy was exceptional!! She had the best personality I've ever seen at CSL so positive and sweet!!! Best experience I've had Donor # 10162381
Always a pleasant environment. Efficient and professional staff. Ms. Seanise, Mr.Kris, and Ms. Deanna are exceptional staff members who treat all with empathy and respect.
Seanise (Group Leader) is the best at the highland park location she has the best customer service. Her customer service is amazing she was able to teach me as a new donor and help me understand more than the kiosk could have ever helped me understand we need more people and workers like her because I'm bringing more people to the Highland Park Csl Plasma Location because of her!!
My card is temporarily suspended! Need a new card. Called CSL at highland park, MI - at least 5 times operator NEVER answers! I called the Paysign number & they said to call CSL and get a replacement card. Guess that I'll have to just drive there!!! Whenever you go to donate plasma, prepare yourself for at least an hour or two even. I've personally donated at CSL(my fav), Biolife, and Octapharma. Really great experiences at all of them!!!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
