You get here early and still have to wait 20 mins just to start the kiosk in the morning. Even if you're here at 5:30 am. Wait times are crazy every day. You will definitely be here for 3+ hrs. And they don't like to change their gloves between people. Pay attention.

I attempted to donate for the first time, and because my ID was cracked, the lady at the front desk wouldn't accept it. She said it was against their ?policy? to accept a broken ID.. yet it wasn't broken, it was simply cracked, but still intact. I used the exact same ID in the exact same condition at BioLife last week. It was obvious she took pleasure in making my day difficult. Every single time I have gone to this place I've been jerked around for hours then told I can't donate for some petty reason, just now for a bug bite on my ankle. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs and am in perfect health but see obvious addicts falling out who seem to be regulars. I was told today I would actually have to get my place fumigated before I could come back. Wasted my entire afternoon for this BS, and it is always something at this place. Never again.

Called as a new donor to learn about the process and understand any new donor bonuses. I was rudely told I need to waste time out of my day to come in to be told the process and payment information. No other facility has done this.

I go to the CSL in highland Park and Reonya that works at vital check point is the sweetest! She knows what she is doing, isn't rough when poking your finger and is my absolute favorite at that location! Keep up the great work Reonya!

I can't stress this enough: do NOT go to this center as they just hire anybody!!! A couple months ago I came in and I had a lady that was pulling on the needle while it was in my arm as she was trying to adjust it maybe 4-5 times before accidentally ripping it out my arm which caused my blood to go everywhere and that got me differed for 2 months. This is the most poorly managed inep group of want to be medical professionals I've ever encountered. While there are exceptions, The majority of the staff is underqualified, completely unprofessional, and consider themselves more self-important than they actually are. They move slower than molasses in the winter and don't give a crap about the patients, the donors, or the company as a whole. CSL is doing their branded disservice by leaving this cesspool open.

They close at 6pm from what the security guard says. Not at 7pm as it says on google maps. 6:43pm as this is posted also the phone number listed, advises they close today at 7pm also. They need to update the phone system as well as google maps to show accurate information.

I have been going here for years and it's cool peaceful and quiet. They are understaffed sometimes but it doesn't bother me because I'm never in a rush. The staff is cool with me and just like any relationship you get out what you put into it.

My card is temporarily suspended! Need a new card. Called CSL at highland park, MI - at least 5 times operator NEVER answers! I called the Paysign number & they said to call CSL and get a replacement card. Guess that I'll have to just drive there!!! Whenever you go to donate plasma, prepare yourself for at least an hour or two even. I've personally donated at CSL(my fav), Biolife, and Octapharma. Really great experiences at all of them!!!
