Edit: No I will not call you, you STILL have my number on file. Call ME. Thanks for further proving my review. You had no trouble calling to check in the first time, when you were still pretending to treat me well. I'll also add in the fact that I was yelled at and I wasn't allowed to do anything with my hands during the video, making it very hard to retain the information for someone with ADHD, and the fact that one of your doctors acted very discriminatory toward me for having bad teeth. This location is

Cornelio is arrogant, condescending, rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Ive had a few interactions with him, and the time he had me in a closed room was very creepy and asked inappropriate questions and made irrelevant statements that had nothing to do with donating plasma. My son came in with me to donate, and we had the misfortune of having him at the front desk. Complained that they were short staffed and may not be able to process us. Then he went away, and came back to inform us that he thinks h

I recently visited CSL Plasma for the first time as a new donor, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The phlebotomist had difficulty finding a vein, resulting in both of my arms being punctured and missing the veins. This led to significant discomfort and bruising, which was not the kind of experience I expected as a first-time donor. I understand that finding a vein can sometimes be challenging, but I felt the situation could have been handled with more care and professionalism. Its a g

I watched the staff sit and chat for 15 minutes this morning rather than open the center at 7:00am when they're supposed to. Hilarious. Most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered out of all 6 csl centers I've been to in various states, lazy, carefree, disrespectful and short with donors. Whoever is the center manager should feel like an absolute joke. I've seen centers not have a center manager and they still were more efficient. Take the job seriously or quit! Update: I was deferred on Friday 10/20 f

Friendly staff and they try their best to get you through quickly and do a good job of it. Shout to Noah one of their long time employees...great guy and a professional member of their staff!

Update your hours, I went to what I thought was the only place open on Sunday, a 1 hour 45 minute trip, to find out they had just updated them by posting a sign. Not very helpful in the year of our lord 2025, friends

I come 2 times a week and never have had a bad experience. New machines are awesome are so much fast. Wait times suck but if your a regular like me you already know that. Nadia, Maria and Fantasia are the best. My favorite team for sure. They get the job done and have smiles on their faces Everytime.

The reason why is because you have rude worker, Here some of them are nice but you have a staff member name Maria who is a white Mexican with glasses doesn't like certain people an she very rude an harmful towards your arm an I have made complaints an call an even call the direct corporation but yet all I get is I'm sorry, Either you fire the person who being rude towards staff, Also to the customer we the people deserve better treatment instead rude workers an being treated us as slave

One star is a current rating. In the past it would have been a four. Staff is great but short staffed and over worked IMO. Improvements could be made with processes in my observations. Major management issue not having enough staff. I've made over 30 donations. Recently walked out after waiting nearly 2hr checking in and waiting in line? 8 ppl still in front of me. Used to be 1hr5min best, average 1hr30min in and out. Sad and frustrating. May move to competitor that opened recently that does appointments.

Wait times of around 3 hours and with no seating. People started bringing in chairs and those got banned. No clue why they force people to stand for their excessive wait times. Twice now I've showed up and they were closed during normal business hours, with no posted reason why. I'm not willing to waste this much time anymore. It's faster to drive 14 miles to a different center than wait here.

Been a donor here for a year. The staff are mostly okay they could be a bit more professional n nicer . They have lowered there compensation unfortunately. I do want to give a shout out to Patty She is the absolute most sweetest lady!

I donated here for 2-3 years. Unfortunately the staff has mostly gone down hill. The new machines are awesome and faster than the old ones but my last several attempts at donating I was waiting to donate longer than my entire visit previously. Previously i'd always arrive around 7 am and be out in under 2 hours, my last visit it was 845 the line hadn't moved to get anyone out to donate in 15+ minutes and I still had 4 people ahead of me meanwhile there was not even a full section of the floor in use when I

Used to donate at the Vancouver CSL center and was hoping to start donating at CSL again. This center was a waste of time (3.5 hrs) and the staff - who are no doubt stressed from being severely understaffed - misplaced my new donor slip and took care of 3 donors who came in after me. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if they weren't rude and ignored me twice when I asked if something was wrong with my paperwork. I don't want to be the person who tells people how to do their job, but I've donated at 5 oth

I've been donating here for the last two years. Over the last two months the staffing problem at this location has gotten out of control. I have had to walk out of donations almost a dozen times during this time period Because I've had to wait over two hours in line just to get to a donation bed. It really is devastating both for me and for the lack of plasma I have the ability to donate. I understand people calling out, but the problem has not been effectively addressed and I unfortunately do not have four

Currently rating as a 1 would normally be around a 4. The wait times are out of control at this location. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and turned right around and walked out. The amount of people not just waiting in the back after screening to get in was insane let alone the number waiting to e screened. It would have taken 4 HOURS OR MORE AND THEN I STILL MAY NOT HAVE GOTTEN IN. The management of this facility obviously sucks because they are loosing good employees left and right. Everyone looses he

This one tech missed my vein completely then tried to get it a second time partially hit. Another tech finally came by when I said I thought something was wrong and the machines were beeping. She pulled the needle completely out then hit the mark. The entire operation doesn't feel that medical, more like a business.

Good people. Process takes time, but these folks are hospitable and do a great job!

Worst experience ever. My first time donating plasma ever and some lady names Margaret messed my arm up so bad I couldn't donate for over two weeks. Sucked because I only donated to save up some extra money for vacation and ended up not even being able to save anything because she messed my arm up and I wasn't able to donate for over two weeks before my vacation. THEN!!! After she messed my arm up she gave ZERO instruction for how to take care of it at home. So it inevitably got even worse. Went back in for

My wife and I enjoyed going here to save lives and making some extra cash. However, I do have a complaint that managers and staffers should know about. A couple of times that we've donated, we noticed that one of the staffers in particular ?Maria? had been controlling to her fellow staffers about not talking to the processors staffers, which would happen to be their fellow coworkers. And she herself had been talking to the processors, and I don't think it's fair for her to tell her coworkers to not talk to

Upon walking in I was greeted nicely. The wait was longer than I had intended. However as a first time Donor, it went very smoothly. The staff was nice and helpful. They made sure I understood everything and to answer any questions if I had them. Being that it was my first time, all went well and smoothly. The medical staff while donating made sure to check on me and helped me when I was feeling overheated and nauseous. Overall pleasant for my first time donating!

The whole process is beyond slow. 1hr to get to the check in counter. 1 & 1/2hr to get through the line and I still have to donate. 3 hrs.. 3hrs to donate. This is atrocious. All for 50 dollars. Csl really needs to fix this. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again. There scales are never properly calibrated jumping and lowering 10 lbs weekly. Customer service never responds or fallows up. If you question anything the staff will refuse you service. People start going to biolife.

These waiting times are absolutely unreal, 2 hours minimum. Especially for not having a seated waiting area and not allowing folks to bring their own chair. I'd rather go to the DMV than endure this.

The longest wait and completely under staffed. Be prepared & plan to spend 3 hours of time. If you are close to Biopharma or Octapharma check them out.. perhaps they are better staffed.

Most of the time during my visits my experience was great! The staff is very nice and personable. If you are planning to donate the wait is relatively long, but overtime I found some good times to go that weren't so bad. I had some minor issues there but nothing major worth noting. Overall a good experience.

They use Low Staffing as an Exucse to avoid getting new patients

Second Saturday in a row where they just did not open. No notes on the entrance, nothing. I even called the day before and asked if they were still operating Saturdays and they said yes. But I go in this morning and am told they're closed and given a useless voucher that's only good for 24 hours; they won't open again til the following Monday FYI. Used to like this place but now I'm just wasting my morning trying to donate here.

Decent half the time but don't recommend going on early Friday mornings. Not enough staff and they don't let people waiting in line know until the supposed open time. It has gone downhill, recommend going somewhere else.

My first visit was 08-25-2023. The staff was very professional. Very good care. They made sure that I thoroughly understood the entire process of donation and made sure that I was comfortable. They were very patient with me through my questions which was important to me as this was the first time I have ever donated. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and will be returning.

Had a solid first visit and enjoyed most of the staff I interacted with. I've donated at another CSL and another company as well and I'm glad this has been one of the better locations I've been to. The wait is long, but really, none are short. I was set up and asked if I had questions about the process multiple times to check in. Considering that I hadn't been to CSL in over a year, it was great to have some refreshers.

Experienced helpful staff throughout my first donation and they were clear on the process, what was expected and the risks associated. The overall time it took for new donor screening and setting up account was fairly decent for the multiple steps needed around 30 minutes, physical exam and donation went smoothly but did take around 1 hour which is the expected amount of time for a first time donor. It was a good experience.

I am super frustrated lately, this location advises they are under staffed every time I come in? I am a returning donor and already in the system, they have told me 3 times it takes about 3hrs (it has never taken that long for me) and each time I was told I need to come back no later then 4, and when I do they are short staff and wouldn't take me? I was pretty frustrated and finally a gentleman decided to help me and moved me through quickly, as it was a quick update to my information that was all the same?

I wasn't sure what to expect going into CSL, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a first time donor so it took longer to get me into the system. You're greeted by friendly staff the second you walk in (and good music) and they explain the process thoroughly. It's a lot to get through on your first visit, but I'm told it's quicker for future visits. Staff is knowledgeable, kind, and even funny (I dealt with Justin, Avery, and Sean). While hooked up to the machines staff is constantly checking on donors. My

I would give negative stars if the system would allow it. This business functions off of people who are desperately in need and who have to literally sell their blood or rather their plasma in order to get the payout. On my last visit, there was a problem and the machine started to return blood directly into my arm rather than my vein. They addressed it quickly at the time of the occurrence, and when I left, they told me I could come back on the 20th, which was hmm, 4 days later, fast forward to the 20th an

Staff was friendly, respectful, and provided clear communication throughout the new donor process. At the end of my donation I started feeling a bit uneasy so I got a staff member?s attention and they attended to me right away to ensure that I received the care necessary to feel comfortable again. Only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because the process of getting enrolled as a new member is very long and could have been cut shorter if the mandatory questionnaires or informative videos were made av

My experience as a first time donor was excellent. The reception staff were friendly, and got me in very quickly to the process. The instructions were easy to follow and the information given was thorough. The medical staff was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and very friendly. I told the donor floor staff that she deserves a raise lol. The donor floor staff was also helpful and very friendly. She helped me understand concerns I was having about the proc

A very interesting experience. I was a little nervous and I SO appreciate Cornillio sticking through the process to chat with me while I was working through it. Especially when they had to use both arms and there was some strife. Appreciate the bonus, keep in mind for your plasma to be used for medicine you have to go in twice that was motivation for sure. I don't think I'll go in all the time but maybe once in a while.

I've gone here multiple times in the past, I hadn't been in almost 2 years and had to go through the new donor process again. And everything start to finish was professional, friendly, fast and efficient. I would totally recommend. Hey plus your helping people learn phlebotomy how cool is that!!

I've been to all 3 CSL plasmas. I really liked Vancouver, I got used to the people there. Then being in Gresham, the staff wasn't the best. And the experience was horrible. But coming here it's amazing. Just down the road from me and the staff is fantastic. Very understanding and they check up on you and joke around with you. Pretty awesome place to bell

Forgot I was there and had me sign in 3 times

I had a great experience at CSL Plasma. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the intake folks were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to donate plasma. Here are some specific things I liked about my experience: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and well-organized. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my conce

Honestly was a little nervous going in but the friendly staff and beautiful interior made me feel alot more comfortable. While it took a while i feel as if the compensation you get is very fair for the time it takes. Very clean and professional would definitely recommend!!

The wait was long being that it was my first time donating! Overall nice and helpful staff. Donation was overall pleasant besides getting overheated. That being said, the staff were helpful to get me feeling better and made sure to check on me.

Look: it's luck of the draw as to whether you're going to get poked incorrectly and bruised because of it. I have a friend who's been hundreds of times and estimates she was bruised about a dozen of those. For me it was on visit # 11 today. Felt a little off until the first return cycle, when it became downright painful. Next thing I knew there were staff all around me fanning my face. Apparently I had fainted so spectacularly that the woman hooked up to the machine across from me was *also* having a panic

If you are going to donate plasma for the first time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. you have to arrive at 8 am just to be seen. We went there at 2 and they STILL wouldn't take us, even though everywhere we looked it said 1-2 hours first visit. It is not crazy to arrive 5 HOURS before closing and assume you can be seen. They either need to hire more staff so they can process more people at once or they need a disclaimer on their website. While the employee was nice, it's still disappointing that we drove out (30 mins a

Staff was super friendly and very informative. The only complaint I would have is as a new donor it took nearly 4 hours for me to get through the whole process but I understand why it took that long they have a handful of new employees that are currently training in the new donor process so just be patient with them and they try to move as fast as they possibly can sometimes it just actually depends on the donor how talkative they are and/or how fast they can get through paperwork. But after that first init

It was all a great experience! All the staff members I interacted with were nice and helpful. I was well informed about the whole process which made it easier for know what to expect. I would recommend this to anyone who is able and willing to give plasma!

Very nice and helpful staff. The process went smoothly and I was happy to know that they accept walk-ins for new donors. Everyone was very kind and patient with me as I learned about the process and prepared for it. The phlebotomy team especially impressed me with how prompt they were in helping me with any issues during the process. Very good team and place to donate, thank you!

Clean, well-run and the wait time between vitals check and venipuncture is usually pretty short. The staff are friendly and efficient and show their care for donor comfort and they keep the entire process easy, safe and rewarding for all.

I have long had anxiety around needles. CSL staff were caring and supportive throughout the entire registration process and my first visits that my anxiety has disappeared entirely. They are knowledgeable to my every simple or complex question and made me feel wholly taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism is consistent!

I have been coming to this location for many years, they use to be pleasant, decently quick, and fair compensation. But the last 5 years or so have been absolutely awful. The staff, or lack there of. Are always "understaffed" you would think they would want to get you in and out in a timely manner, but they just don't seem to really care all that much, they have probably experienced pay cuts, which reflects in their service. I have been to one other location in vancouver and they had less staff and were twi

Been going here for years. Staff are friendly, helpful and informative without seeming "robotic" or insincere. Phlebotomists are talkative and friendly but not intrusive like some other customer service places i've been. What few "problems" i've had, like with donating, were out of direct staff control but they worked with me to resolve them anyway, and they've addressed all my questions and concerns seriously, with a smile. No complaints after 3+ years.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you're a new donor, you'll want to make sure to arrive well before noon as the process is long (3-4 hours). After that, if you follow their projected wait times in the CSL mobile app, you can find a time that is less crowded and be in and out in about an hour and a half. Overall, they are very professional and will patiently help you through every step of the donation process.

Don't go here! I just wasted my whole day to come here for nothing! Took an hour trip on two buses just to get told they don't have enough employees to do a screening and to come back tomorrow. I called ahead of time and was not told that I had to be there by a certain time or I couldn't be helped! Absolutely no consideration for people or their time. I am beyond angry right now

Having to stand in line waiting for a donation for over 90 minutes is unacceptable. This particular location is a mess in regards to staff and communication. I know of several staff and a nurse that quit and went to work for BioLife, unfortunately very far for me to travel. It's very uncomfortable for me to stand for this long and everyone, counting 16 in line, is frustrated and very uncomfortable and stressed as well. This used to be an ok location to donate, but definitely finding another even if it means

Going to CSL in Hillsboro is a great experience. They are kind, patient, clear and concise in guiding me through the processes. I was very nervous my first time and they didn't rush me through anything, patiently answering any questions or concerns. I worked specifically with Carlos, Danni, and Chen..... all of you are amazing! The facility is clean and everything and everyone are very professional. Would definitely recommend ??????

I have only been there once, but my experience was pleasant and the staff were kind. What I said above is still accurate, but I did this review as an incentive to get a small amount more money and they have not followed through on that even though I did my review and gave them 5 stars. So I have decreased my rating to 3 stars since the staff are still kind but the incentive is not given.

Busy, I went again today , I made a mistake on the questionnaire and I was brought back to make the corrections, no problem. Then I was taken out of line 3rd from the front to have someone else go over the corrections. She said I had to go to the back of the line after being there 45 minutes already . I walked out!

Every customer response to complaints are all cut and paste. They don't care about you. Dont go here. They may even hurt you. This is not a medical facility. This is a farm. Stay safe. Avoid.

I have donated plasma, with a different company, and CSL made the new Donor process smoother than they did! It was quick, easy, informative. It took me a total of three hours (Including my one hour of donation on the bed) the first time donating. Highly recommend!

It was my first time donating plasma and I had a great experience. I came later in the day so it took a while to register me there as a first time donor, but that was my fault. I started to feel sick during the end of my donation and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Couldn't ask for more friendly and professional people!

Patty is ultra rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend coming here strictly based on her attitude. Go to BioLife and get more money for your time in a cleaner, more professional environment.

Very good first experience here. Staff are friendly and informative, despite the very high influx of donors. Feels like there's a constant rush of donors coming in so wait times in the afternoon are high - but the mornings are more lax. Medical staff made a comment when I kept looking at my watch about whether I was in a rush, which I thought was a little rude. But medical staff were otherwise professional

The process was easier than I thought it would be. Expect long wait times. Friendly and helpful staff. The phlebotomists were extremely patient and accommodating with it being my first time donating plasma and me having a hatred for needles. They kept asking if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. For first timers, I recommend drinking lots of water before going in and bringing a sweatshirt or blanket. It's cold in there. Clean facility, nice staff! Wish some of the donors were more respectful, but

I came in as a first time donor after contemplating donating plasma for well over a year. Admittedly, walking in to the CSL Plasma on TV Hwy my nerves did rear back up a little bit and I did not know what to expect. But pretty quickly I was engaged by reception staff and told all about the process, then I met my evaluator and physical who took me through the entire process which made me feel comfortable and actually Happy during the intake process. All of the staff from the front door to the phlebotomists m

I've donated at a few different locations, but this is the best by far. They are clean, fast, and professional. They are well trained, and seldom have to make more than one try to place the needle correctly. The staff is friendly, and I enjoy donating here.

Waited 2+ hours for them to open! Get your shit together!

Some of the staff are extremely unprofessional and when you have a complaint they have a buddy system. I have horrible anxiety and sometimes I just don't want someone who has been rude to me to touch me at all and when asked for someone else to poke me I got attitude asking if I had a problem with them. Way to trigger someone's anxiety right on the spot, really appreciate that. Never coming back here again.

This Plasma center has very kind employees. My first time donor experience was actually very pleasant and did not take as long as I thought it would! Justin was great and literally had to do ALL the check-in jobs. He was kind, funny, and very efficient in getting me through the whole process! Second visit took a little while, but it was because I came in the afternoon when it was really busy. :-)

The process was pretty quick. However I was super cold almost the entire time! I recommend bringing a blanket when you donate! The reception staff, LPN, and the floor staff were nice! And it allowed for a smooth process.

All staff were very kind and welcoming for my first visit. I felt safe with staff and all were very understanding about my disability. Helping me out with my walker, to and from the plasma station. I look forward to my next donation. Being disabled, it feels great to be able to help others. Thanks for the opportunity CSL Plasma!

Very welcoming and friendly. I would give a four star but my experience once I went on the donor floor wasn't the greatest. The woman barely explained the process to me, which made me concerned because the machine kept beeping and no plasma was being collected. Turns out the needle was inserted too deep and she had to come back to adjust it. This caused a bruise on my arm, where the needle was inserted. Overall though great staff, and will be going back to donate more.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews for the place, but frankly they all seem to be from people not familiar with the donation requirements, or people just upset because their own body reacted poorly to the donation, which the center staff can't help. The center is always clean, with the exception around the beds... The staff tends to throw things toward the trash can and miss without cleaning up throughout the day. Other than that, I have no complaints. Yes the wait can be long, but that all depends on wha

The check-in and donor floors are clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and diligent in helping donors through the process and keeping the site a welcoming and safe environment. There was a reasonably short wait time, and the staff were efficient at keeping the process moving for all of the donors.

I am a returning donor at the Hillsboro location. My experiences have always been pleasant. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The facility is very clean and every step of the process, went smoothly with no complications. I would definitely recommend this place, to new donors!

Staff are friendly and the facility is pretty clean and comfortable. For most people this is a great place to donate.. Their exclusion criteria are very specific. If you have any anxiety about needles or medical environments, don't waste your time.

The staff were all very easy to talk to which helped going for the first time feel more relaxed. I recommend going for your first time at a slow time if possible because there is quite a bit to do at first but I will be going back!

I enjoyed my first visit to CSL plasma. The staff were professional and helpful. They gave me free crackers and Gatorade. The most painful part of the process was the blood test, surprisingly the needle in my arm didn't feel 10% as bad as the finger prick. The staff really made sure I understood everything there is to know. I will be coming back ASAP

I haven't donated plasma in 4 years so I had to redo the new donor intake process. The whole thing took my 2.5 hours and there were three do it's ahead of me, so I was pretty happy with that! The workers were friendly and upbeat. It's nice to be able to sit and do your own thing while making money and making a difference!

I genuinely felt very welcomed and not once was lost or confused during my whole visit. Everyone was very sweet and made me want to come back and continue to donate! Only thing I would say is to be sure to bring yourself something to keep yourself occupied on the floor and blanket as well

Went to CSL Plasma as a first time donor. The staff was very friendly and encouraging. They offered water and crackers before getting started. I'm sure everyone's experience is different, but I had very little pain after the procedure was over. Took a little under 40 minutes after getting hooked up to the machine that extracts the Plasma. I definitely recommend it!

I recently was a first time donor so i was kinda nervous, but staff were friendly and professional. The process is a bit long but thats whats to be expected when its your first visit, so I did not mind. Also that shows how thorough they are for the safety of the public.

Excellent staff and friendly, helpful attitudes. I received a 5 star treatment to feel reassured while donating plasma for the first time. I wish I could remember the names of the staff who did such a great job. They deserve recognition!! Thank you staff!

They pay well, but the process is slow.

The new donor processing was kind of long but what I was expecting. Informed consent and sanitation/ sterilization are their top priorities from when you walk in the door to when you leave. Their donation pay scales are very clear and when nice that they offer bonuses randomly throughout the year just because. I am 32 and never have donated anything before but the way I have been guided through their process I feel silly for not having donated sooner. If you decide to become a new patient edge out half a d

First time donor! I had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and professional and the process was pretty straightforward. The wait was a bit long, but it made sense as it was my first donation and the intake process is longer the first time around. Looking forward to donating again in the near future.

The plasma donation site/center is phenomenal. The entire center is clean/neat which makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. Not only was the entire process for my first time donating plasma a breeze but the entire staff was professional and had an incredibly upbeat attitude. I definitely didn't get scared off and run away on Sunday. This staff is AWESOME.

This was my first time ever donating plasma and everyone made it a great experience! All staff I interacted with were attentive, kind and caring. The whole process was much better than I was expecting and I am excited to return and donate more!

Been donating regularly for a year now. There is obviously a staff shortage and some of the existing staff show up late and are lethargic while working. I usually have to wait in line for 2 to 3 hours. There is no incentive to provide timely service as the people donating desperately need the money. Management absolutly need to make some changes and things could be much beter.
