If you wanna donate, do it early in the morning. If you go in the afternoon/evening, you get dumb morons who will screw up the needling process and blame the machines. Morning crew is the best while evening crew has essentially been a gamble Everytime. Photo below is 2nd screw up. Overall this is my 6th/7th screw up on my arm.

This facility is very nice and quite large. The staff is always nice and professional. I love seeing the many different personalities! The prices have changed for new and return donors. They have gone down. The parking right in front of the building is very limited, but there is a parking lot right around the corner that is for guests and donors. The parking directly behind the building is for employees only, so don't park there.

I was forced to give one star as I did my check in everything was fine march 5th but when I got to the part where I am suppose to donate the lady was so disresputful and rude she had braids with what looked like blk and pinkish shoes , kept laughing would not fix my machine on camra the entire time pointing and lauging , I did not leave till pass 11am I went in wt 8.30 and it was slow . Had a great experience at CSL Plasma! The staff was professional and welcoming, making the entire donation process smooth and comfortable. I was helped by Christian or Edwin, and both were fantastic. They made sure I was at ease and checked in with me regularly. I barely felt the needle, and the whole experience was stress-free. I definitely recommend CSL Plasma to anyone considering donating?it's a great way to help others, and the team there really knows how to take care of you.

No customer service, no one wants to work . The African American girl has the nastiest attitude I ever seen. No manger or supervisor to found, when you ask for one , they look at you like you don't speak English.

Ive been on the phone for over 4 hours trying to resolve a technical issue with them and this is 5th call due to the fact that every time someone gets on the line to transfer to a supervisor once getting a hold of one to be transferred to a dial tone. This is preposterous. As long as you don't have any technical issues the center in homestead is great and so are there people there. Please don't reflect this on the center

Not sure what all the cranky reviews are about. This is probably the most professional center Ive visited and ive been to them all. The difference is that they are NOT understaffed here, there were 4 people doing the blood tests. Line went by super fast. Great management here. Money loaded right after the needle was taken out.

Dirty facility, reception techs don't even know what they are doing!!! You have people holding 16-17 gauge needles and never went to school for phlebotomy!!!

Omg, this place is horrible, be prepared to be here 4 hours... there's 100 employee parking spots outback....but 2 employees working, HIRE MORE PEOPLE....so many people need jobs, either lower your hiring standards or pay more, do something, this makes no sense....line going out the door to parking lot

The Staff & associates at CSL Mowry were all quite nice, and the management was excellent & efficient. Karla & Justine both helped save us a load of time, and my son & I are very appreciative for their combined efforts. Went back today and they are back to normal it seems..after being understaffed and had to close for some time. They have great new employees and a nice little blonde new nurse she took the time to take care of me with running my vitals when she didn't have to. They all work hard and show they care. The place is nice and all need to be toned in to the same protocol. The first time I went the turned me away on some clause about my weight that I didn't see on the site or on the video they had us watch, if so I would not have wasted my time. I came again and brought my son. We have to walk to get there about 8 blocks so he was a little sweaty, and she sent him away saying he needs to bath, that he stinks basically. I've been going here for a year now. Today marking my year anniversary with this company and I have to admit i really didn't enjoy it. They have dropped pay to 47 dollars and now I've noticed the staff lying about blood screenings. The lines are usually long and the people doing screening and taking you off machines take their sweet time without a thought of your time schedule

Professional and courteous staff and well-organized space, with clearly labelled signs to help you find the next step. I found everyone was patient with me, and I really felt cared for by staff who know what they are doing. They treat donors like garbage and we are just donors. Not all of us come to make money on donations. The level of respect and professionalism towards donors is bad. The managers running around hiding and not watching what's going on on the floor. Leaving me on the machine while raising my hand for help. And the worst of it is the conversations that would be have between staff and donors. Especially the Hispanic Women with Glasses on the Weekends. She cursed me out and acted so Unprofessional.

Just found that they are keep part of the donation payments from donors and saying that they do this to keep you coming back and give the money back on the 5th and 8th visits to make sure you come back..this place sucks and I hate coming here...

I have been donating plasma in this center for more than a month, there is not enough nice things to say about everyone that works there, they are caring and kind, plus the center is extremely clean. The phlebotomists are not only trained but gentle too. Never had a problem with them, they'll make sure your are healthy, so if your concerns are about if they'll take the plasma even if it's a risk, trust me they won't, I was referred for 24 hours because I had a small bruise where they drew the blood from. This place far exceeded expectations of my visit there. I assumed it would be a positively average visit to donate plasma, and was floored by how interconnected the staff was. I felt like I was spending time with old friends during my steps preceding donation, as well as during. Human beings to talk to, connect with, and converse with honestly made this whole experience a very enjoyable way to spend my time whilst contributing to the matter of saving lives. 100/100.

This is my third experience at the CSL Plasma. Today, I was brought under the caring of a worker named Andrea, who made an error with transferring my blood into the machine next to me that was supposed to separate my plasma from my blood, and, into this clear tube connected to the machine. She put the needle in my arm, and I lied there as blood was being taken from my left arm, with no plasma being transferred. After a while, I was finally noticed by a different doctor, who tried to help by pushing the need

Every one always standing around and talking instead of working . There's days where the lines are so long and they don't even acknowledge you and just stand around talking especially the ones in the front checking vitals.

Today I went there to CSL Plasma in Homestead and I was denied a chance to donate in order to feed my son. They informed me that because I had a small cut on my elbow from falling off my bike I couldn't donate. I live in the Keys, an hour away from this place. I forgot my mask. Im not driving back home to grab one. So I asked if I could have one. They wouldn't give me one so I could donate. I guess it cost too much for their budget. I thought these places needed people to donate but with that treatment it seems like no one is really needed at all.
