Don't come here, they steal your bike and they don't respond in a mocking and sarcastic tone that they tell you to go to the police to report it, they don't show you the cameras to see who did it and today, March 8, 2025, they avoided me for two weeks because the temperature was 100 and I'm telling you that I just took a shower with cold and hot water, it's very hot outside, they didn't take anything into account. and they steal from you at the beginning they give you $100 the first four times then they giv
If you wanna donate, do it early in the morning. If you go in the afternoon/evening, you get dumb morons who will screw up the needling process and blame the machines. Morning crew is the best while evening crew has essentially been a gamble Everytime. Photo below is 2nd screw up. Overall this is my 6th/7th screw up on my arm.
This facility is very nice and quite large. The staff is always nice and professional. I love seeing the many different personalities! The prices have changed for new and return donors. They have gone down. The parking right in front of the building is very limited, but there is a parking lot right around the corner that is for guests and donors. The parking directly behind the building is for employees only, so don't park there.
Just a friendly reminder: a company cannot legally keep an incident report from you if you experienced an accident, particularly if it resulted in injury or illness. OSHA (.gov) regulations require employers to maintain detailed records of workplace injuries and illnesses. Have a great day.
GENERAL REVIEW: The negative reviews on this donation Center scared me originally. However, many others donations had worse. I took a chance at this Center and it was worth it. The staff that works here are amazingly patient and kind. I was immensely surprised at the patients kindness as well. FIRST TIME DONORS: It was my first time at this Center and I can see that the regulars who come here enjoy this Center as much as I did. The patients were very nice to me telling me I was in great hands, while I was
Ample parking. If needed there's a guest parking lot around back.
I was forced to give one star as I did my check in everything was fine march 5th but when I got to the part where I am suppose to donate the lady was so disresputful and rude she had braids with what looked like blk and pinkish shoes , kept laughing would not fix my machine on camra the entire time pointing and lauging , I did not leave till pass 11am I went in wt 8.30 and it was slow . Then when it came for me to be unhooked she kept laughing . I will be calling corpt . People like that should not be worki
Had a great experience at CSL Plasma! The staff was professional and welcoming, making the entire donation process smooth and comfortable. I was helped by Christian or Edwin, and both were fantastic. They made sure I was at ease and checked in with me regularly. I barely felt the needle, and the whole experience was stress-free. I definitely recommend CSL Plasma to anyone considering donating?it's a great way to help others, and the team there really knows how to take care of you.
No customer service, no one wants to work . The African American girl has the nastiest attitude I ever seen. No manger or supervisor to found, when you ask for one , they look at you like you don't speak English.
Horrible service to keep you on hold forever and nobody answers go to another plasma place this one's no good
I've only had great experiences, very informative easy process
Ive been on the phone for over 4 hours trying to resolve a technical issue with them and this is 5th call due to the fact that every time someone gets on the line to transfer to a supervisor once getting a hold of one to be transferred to a dial tone. This is preposterous. As long as you don't have any technical issues the center in homestead is great and so are there people there. Please don't reflect this on the center
Not sure what all the cranky reviews are about. This is probably the most professional center Ive visited and ive been to them all. The difference is that they are NOT understaffed here, there were 4 people doing the blood tests. Line went by super fast. Great management here. Money loaded right after the needle was taken out.
Disappointing Experience with CSL Plasma ? They Need to Do Better I've been a regular donor at CSL Plasma, but lately, my experiences have been incredibly frustrating. Every visit, no matter the time of day, involves an excessive wait?just to get vitals done, you're looking at a minimum of two hours. Once you finally make it through the vitals check, you're then faced with another long wait to get to the donation area?easily another two hours. The only part of this whole process that's quick is the actual
Great place and employees! Definitely recommend.
This Place Is Highly Unprofessional & They Do Nothing To Change Their Internal Issues My Husband Donated & Suffered A Severe Hematoma & Had To Go To The Hospital To Be Sure There Were No Blood Clots In His Arm Even The Doctor In the Emergency Room Was Shocked When We Contacted The Facilty About This Issue They Pretty Much Blew The Situation Off And Said There Is Nothing They Could Do About This So They Are Allowing Someone Within The facility To Draw Plasma From Someone Without Either The Proper Traning Or
Clean and organized. They greet you upon entering. Helpful professional staff makes donating quick and stress less. Highly recommend.
First time ever donating plasma and I was attended by the best customer service I've received in a long time. Everyone is super friendly here and very knowledgeable. From the quick, easy, and very welcoming interview with Kevin whom it was such a pleasure to meet such a friendly and welcoming soul as my first time here. I was a little nervous for my first donation but Kevin was such an easy to talk to individual, It made me feel calmer. To my vitals check in with Maria who made me feel comfortable and infor
I have been coming for 6 months and Ive never had a bad experience. Sometimes its slow, somewhat its not, its not the employees fault. It just depends on the day. Good people. Good service. Worth it to make the bonuses.
Dirty facility, reception techs don't even know what they are doing!!! You have people holding 16-17 gauge needles and never went to school for phlebotomy!!!
I rarely review but I had too. This place needs to have their employees reviewed, reprimanded ,or fired. Please someone who's in charge review your employees. One employee will say this is apart of company protocol but won't give you exactly where it says that and the other staff will try to cover for the individuals. A lot of stuff here seems shady and off and there's favoritism amongst the donors. Please review your employees and calling the numbers provided to report rarely does anything. Literally in
Omg, this place is horrible, be prepared to be here 4 hours... there's 100 employee parking spots outback....but 2 employees working, HIRE MORE PEOPLE....so many people need jobs, either lower your hiring standards or pay more, do something, this makes no sense....line going out the door to parking lot
The Staff & associates at CSL Mowry were all quite nice, and the management was excellent & efficient. Karla & Justine both helped save us a load of time, and my son & I are very appreciative for their combined efforts. The entire process was made simple & fast, it was all thoroughly explained and nothing happened until I felt comfortable & safe.
Great staff , especially Wendy, faith ,maria, Leah, Iran,Marily and may may also sharline
It could be better there are other CSL plasma facilities with more promotions and benefits so if this one... is not doing it for you guys recommend you can visit another CSL plasma facility that has better promotions either than that the stuff is great just the managing is not doing the right moves to keep donors interested in going back Best of luck CSL plasma.
Went back today and they are back to normal it seems..after being understaffed and had to close for some time. They have great new employees and a nice little blonde new nurse she took the time to take care of me with running my vitals when she didn't have to. They all work hard and show they care. Sharleen is Awesome and shows that she cares. This place is great.. keep up the good work??????
The place is nice and all need to be toned in to the same protocol. The first time I went the turned me away on some clause about my weight that I didn't see on the site or on the video they had us watch, if so I would not have wasted my time. I came again and brought my son. We have to walk to get there about 8 blocks so he was a little sweaty, and she sent him away saying he needs to bath, that he stinks basically. We both showered before we woke out the door everyday and this was a flat out insult no mat
I had a very good experience, the staff at the front desk was friendly. Berta and Maria were very amiable. Then on the donor floor Ms. Lymary attended me very professionally, she explained the process to me and was gentle with my thin veins. Ms. Lymary checked on me often until I finished my donation, she was very caring. TWO THUMBS UP!!!
Place always busy the staff is kind and try to help move things along fast. I need to get in contact with head quarters because they ppl not paying out the qualifying bonus when referring people ! Why ? I'm hurt
I've been going here for a year now. Today marking my year anniversary with this company and I have to admit i really didn't enjoy it. They have dropped pay to 47 dollars and now I've noticed the staff lying about blood screenings. The lines are usually long and the people doing screening and taking you off machines take their sweet time without a thought of your time schedule
I advise all to avoid this center at all costs. I simply can not wrap my head around the fact that they are still operating with no investigation whatsoever into information they were told. The employee we spoke too simply went into defense mode rather than to listen to what we were saying. In my opinion, I think she felt her job was at stake if what I was saying was true, or she assumed we didn't know what we were talking about. Bottom line is she did not care about the lives of others though. I can not d
I never write reviews ever but today really got to me because of one person that works there I would love to give a 5?? but I have to make it a 3 just because of him but dont get me wrong I love this place and everyone there. But Only thing I don't agree on is the bonus payments are ridiculous just because my wight is 132 I only get $35 while everyone else gets 50+. It's not my fault I'm a small person. Then the bonus for the month good once every 6 month. They want to be cheap by doing raffles knowing it's
Long line, only 1 person working. Passed me for the bruise they caused last time I was here, had to do the screening process over again, but before I did the 2nd screening, after sitting down and waiting again, they sent me back to medical again, for what I don't know. They should really have people who actually care about others instead of a paycheck.
There is literally nobody here they walk past me like I'm not here and I've been sitting here waiting for an hour and a half search pore staffing.. someone called to talk to the manager and as she is standing right there the other staff member said she was busy... So if they. Lie about that what else do they lie about Horrible... And information of patients smh so wrong
Professional and courteous staff and well-organized space, with clearly labelled signs to help you find the next step. I found everyone was patient with me, and I really felt cared for by staff who know what they are doing. I thank Charlene especially for her attention during the donating process - she is kind and professional. I feel grateful for finding this center which is closer to where I live than others, and I look forward to coming back!
Every time i go i have a wonderful experience and the treatment beautiful thank you
I was a first time donor and I found the staff to be professional, polite as well as courteous, considerate and competent. In particular, an employee named Alissa was very impressive.
Homestead CSL PLASMA has been an overall great experience! Special thanks to Katherine, Juan, Berta for there excellent customer service as well as the staff drawing the blood ! The place is very clean too! Which is very important! Great job Homestead CSL PLASMA
They treat donors like garbage and we are just donors. Not all of us come to make money on donations. The level of respect and professionalism towards donors is bad. The managers running around hiding and not watching what's going on on the floor. Leaving me on the machine while raising my hand for help. And the worst of it is the conversations that would be have between staff and donors. Especially the Hispanic Women with Glasses on the Weekends. She cursed me out and acted so Unprofessional.
Just found that they are keep part of the donation payments from donors and saying that they do this to keep you coming back and give the money back on the 5th and 8th visits to make sure you come back..this place sucks and I hate coming here...
I loved this place at first but there is NO URGENCY TO MOVE THE LINE ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND THE STAFF IS NICE FOR THE MOST PART BUT THE URGENCY IS NOT THERE!!!
This place used to be great. Due to upper management?s lack of support and professionalism the good employees have left. I have personally seen how their manager (I don't know his name) had treated them or spoken to the them. I have not gone back since.
This is most unprofessional place there is I've donated twices in this place and they blocked me from donating because the people her don't know how to find veins or do there job they leave bruises on you the poke you constantly the pop your veins time and the managers are super unprofessional when you tell them about there workers poking you over and over they don't care but they fast to block you from donating horrible . They teach them phlebotomist here non them have certificates they just learn as the
The place is always clean. The people that work here are friendly n really nice. Overall everyone and everything is excellent. Good job to the csl crew. Keep up the good work.
Fast service and great customer support services
So this place is ok there are some who do their job and don't make you feel like your inconveniencing them (even though they GET PAID TO DO THIS) what I don't understand is if your so miserable than find another job there are multiple people in there that just don't want to be there and it shows for one the guy with the long beard and golds he's made me bruise twice they had to stop my wife?s donation because he did a terrible job and it wouldn't draw or return. Then there's Andrea who is just rude picks an
While the kiosk works much more efficient than other similar businesses. The staff is much less so. They walk past you and don't acknowledge you until you go up to them
I have been donating plasma in this center for more than a month, there is not enough nice things to say about everyone that works there, they are caring and kind, plus the center is extremely clean. The phlebotomists are not only trained but gentle too. Never had a problem with them, they'll make sure your are healthy, so if your concerns are about if they'll take the plasma even if it's a risk, trust me they won't, I was referred for 24 hours because I had a small bruise where they drew the blood from. Th
2 hour plus wait time it's actually unheard of. CSL do better.
This place far exceeded expectations of my visit there. I assumed it would be a positively average visit to donate plasma, and was floored by how interconnected the staff was. I felt like I was spending time with old friends during my steps preceding donation, as well as during. Human beings to talk to, connect with, and converse with honestly made this whole experience a very enjoyable way to spend my time whilst contributing to the matter of saving lives. 100/100.
There are quite a few employees here that make donating a very pleasant experience, especially Ligia. She always radiates positivity and genuine caring. It also doesn't hurt that she can hook up your IV with very little to no pain at all! Thank you Ligia, you are appreciated ??
This is my third experience at the CSL Plasma. Today, I was brought under the caring of a worker named Andrea, who made an error with transferring my blood into the machine next to me that was supposed to separate my plasma from my blood, and, into this clear tube connected to the machine. She put the needle in my arm, and I lied there as blood was being taken from my left arm, with no plasma being transferred. After a while, I was finally noticed by a different doctor, who tried to help by pushing the need
This used to be how I felt.....Love the staff....they are like family at this point ..always professional and clean....but with all the staff changes the REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!!!! I WAS DEFFERED DUE TO A "NEW EMPLOYEE" NOT KNOWING HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF WHEN MANAGEMENT PROMISES TO CALL YOU BACK THEY NEVER DO!!!!!
Super great staff. They are friendly and helpful. They have tons of patience for the individuals that come to donate. I recommend this place to any first timers.
I like this CSL plasma location. The staff is very efficient. No long lines. Security guards always greet me. The whole process is quick. Medical personnel is very attentive.
I like the staff they are kind and work well. I feel very comfortable and enjoy my little time while there.
Front desk employees are very rude and don't Care about the people . Faith the front in manager is very rude and walks away when you talking . The black heavy set security never does his job and has a very nasty attitude been coming there over two years don't think I'll ever go back .
This place is Worst then going to a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY CLINIC. 1. the facility lacks cleanliness. The outside and inside are not sanitary at ALL ! Especially the check-in station their incompetent staff dont even properly sanitize the stations properly and hundreds of people use those stations a day . That's a Super Covid Hazard. 2. The staff is a complete joke , their beyond unprofessional and incompetent. They have no background knowledge in health care , CSL plasma hires Radom people from the street th
Horrible experience it was my first time as soon as I walk in I notify them that sometimes there's trouble with finding my veins Maira tells me oh don't worry they are good at what they do I was in there since about 10:30am the whole process took about 2 and a half hours maybe more instead of them having someone check my veins to make sure that I will be able to donate I complete the registration they take me to the back I lay down for literally 20secs and they tell me that I can't donate all of this could
I would like to write that my experience with the staffs first of all are great people They know how to preform they duties The facility stays clean I mean I don't have anything bad to say about CSL Plasma A100%
Like the environment the staff where very friendly thought the process would be longer but it turn out to be great I definitely would highly recommend them thank you.
Pathetic..nurses...they are liars.omg..every time they took blood they hurt my Son he has bruising for days after donating..they promised My Son bonus...and they dont keep they word the director and the nurses is the worst...no good...close this location ..i had to make complaint to corporate..and they are now investigating them...how do u work at a plasma place and u or your staff dont know how to take blood ....what goes around comes around..period
Professional and quick process. Staff is helpful. New donors skip the lines. I recommend donating early in the morning. Use their app to make extra $ Use my code if you are a new donor LFL5HJK8KB
Every one always standing around and talking instead of working . There's days where the lines are so long and they don't even acknowledge you and just stand around talking especially the ones in the front checking vitals.
Most of the time the experience is great! It is a bit short staffed at times. The staff, though, is so friendly and caring!
Haven't been here in 4 months and they did a great job today. Management is exceptionally great ??
This is a wonderful facility. The faculty is more than accomidating. The receptionist are efficient and very polite especially Wen and the donation process is the quickest I've ever experienced
On holds for almost an hour and line was buy for another hour tried calling more than 25 times
Most friendly people working here. Place is very clean. Highly recommend my friends to come and donate here.
I've been going here for a year and never had a problem.. nice staff.. quick and easy
First time going dont think i will be going back...I told the lady my left arm dont have good veins but she said that she found one soon as she put the needle in my vein exploded she quickly wrapped it up and put ice by the time i got home my arm was bruised very badly.
This was a great experience because of Kris. I was here once before and I didn't complete the process. But this trip Kris was a complete dear.
Hi CSL Plasma associates Andrea and Miriam did an excellent job took a few pokes both associates came together get me donating plasma and saving lives made possible.
Claire and Isabel are amazing? they are attentive and amazing and have great bedside manner!!!!
Saving lives first why you make a couple of extra dollars is good too but the experience in general is one of a kind with so many more benefits all the while feeling like a part of the family
Today I went there to CSL Plasma in Homestead and I was denied a chance to donate in order to feed my son. They informed me that because I had a small cut on my elbow from falling off my bike I couldn't donate. My son hasn't eaten in 2 days and I refuse to go back to the streets and commit a crime, but what got me upset was I have been a regular there and I have seen numerous people come in with worse cuts than this little scratch on my arm and still be allowed to donate. The Male Hispanic nurse was non symp
I live in the Keys, an hour away from this place. I forgot my mask. Im not driving back home to grab one. So I asked if I could have one. They wouldn't give me one so I could donate. I guess it cost too much for their budget. I thought these places needed people to donate but with that treatment it seems like no one is really needed at all.
First time donating, was quick & easy. Staff were great & professional.
Do not go here, do not waste your time. The entirety of the staff there is unprofessional. You would be better off going to some run down donation center and still be done faster than this place. They need to close down permanently. They are understaffed for a reason.
The staff there are awesome would recommend anyone who would like to make some money while helping save lives
I went there yesterday, Staff and Doctor were efficient and helpful on the initial visit.
Wasn't crowded...always clean...I will be coming again. Come again on a Wednesday wasn't crowded at all. Great service
They play to much over here and they leave you laying there until they're finished laughing, cursing and talking about things that have nothing to do with their job . Absolutely disrespectful and loud
Everytime I come here I have the best experience the staff go above and beyond thank you.
It's a great place. Staff are kind and always ready to help
This place is freaking awesome dude.I rated your service a 10 keep up the good work.
This place is great and the staff is great too..I would totally refer people I know and it's a great cause.. Thank you -Leewonna Storr
Kris was a great help and very patient. I would recommend any who's interested to come to this facility.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
