Well I don't know where to start??maybe another center because you'll spend 3+ hours here even when it only takes you 28 mins to donate. Staff is so slow seems to not really care about the task at hand more donors means more attitudes for the staff. Takes the entire center to do one single task. Currently in line been waiting an hour now only 4 people in the beds because of course machines aren't set up. Not worth it all in the long run here. Hopefully it gets better.

Compared to the other plasma centers I've donated at CSL is the best one

I have donated 62 times. They are a really good Donation Center. Sometimes there are a few issues, but they work through them fairly quickly. I wouldn't be a loyal customer of theirs if I didn't have faith in them.

Donated here for sometime now and it's a very nice and professional place! These people know what they're doing and I'm thankful for that.

THE WORST PLACE TO DONATE EVER!!!! STAFF IS REAL SLOW WITH SETTING THE MACHINES UP BEFORE OPENING!!! THEY TAKE THIER SWEET TIME NOT DOING ANYTHING? THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING SET UP PRIOR TO OPENING SO IF YOU HAVE PRIOR ENGAGEMENTS YOUR GOING TO BE LATE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE slow?THEY ALSO DONT PAY YOU WHAT YOU ARE TOLD.. I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND THE PAST 3!!!?3 DONATION I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE MONEY I WAS TOLD.. I WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO GET $60 TODAY ON THE APP AND BY STAFF MEMBE

Chris, Jackie, Kristen, Shannon and the other employees here are great and made me feel at ease during my donation. Facility was clean and well lit, beds were comfortable, staff was attentive and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Yeah it's easy to see the high review average very good service. Really was easy to get paid today for a few hours of my time, great staff here!!!

These people are unbelievably unprofessional. I donated once. I had an extensive medical review. No one asked me for any additional documents. I went back to donate a second time but was unable to donate because my heart rate was ONE point high. I went back today to donate. I was told I couldn't until I got some letter signed by my doctor to explain my condition and why my weight goes up and down so much. This documentation should have been requested and required before I donated the first time, if it were

Worse plasma center. Very slow no one is ever doing what they should be doing. Lines are always long no matter if it's one person or two they take long. They always have one or two people at the screening and there is 6 booths and always have 3 people poking and are always slow when fixing the beds. Only people who do a good job is Reece and Ms.Darlene

I've only been going here recently after having to leave my former place but I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so caring and attentive. I had a pretty rough exit as my arm bled through the wrapping. I had several people at my side almost immediately to help clean myself and the mess up despite them being pretty busy. I have been donating 10 years or more and haven't ever had an incident like this and I appreciate everyone's help so much.

I'm not one who usually takes the time to do reviews but I do look at them a lot when making decisions. It's sad to see such a great place with great staff have negative feedback from what I can only assume is a salty person that most likely is the root to their own negative experiences. I for one have always had a good experience here and hope others look at all the positive reviews if they are considering donating and not the crazy long one I just saw and got bored reading :/ ...or hey, just go and decid

Tried to donate for the first time at this center and waited for an hour with absolutely no contact or reassurance as to when I'd be seen. I watched over ten people who were returning donors be screened while I waited. I left before I was able to even begin the process because as far as I can tell I was either forgotten, ignored, or would be waiting much longer to start the 2.5 hour new donor process. It's probably a great place for returning donors, but I'm not sure how anyone who is trying to donate for t

Poor management & can not keep employees. Takes 3 hrs to donate. Takes 2hrs to get through vituals and a donor chair. So short staffed that they can have 30 or more donors on the floor at one time. This place can only do 15 smh

I have never been turned away so I don't understand what happened to that gentleman. His experience is so different from everyone else?s and the polar opposite of mine. In fact, my experience at CSL has been exceptional. The staff is warm and friendly and they ?got jokes? to make the donation easy as pie. They are also professional in their approach and their process is quick and smooth. Having a family member in constant need of blood products to treat his illness, donating at CSL makes us feel that we?r

Social security card and ID, along with paper listing my address, phone number and email were left on the front desk in plain view of other patients with no employees around for an hour. I would not trust this place.

Terrible location. They grab your information before doing any sort of test to see if you can give plasma. An hour and a half later and they just kick you out without an explanation if you cannot.

This plasma center is run by one of the most professional and kindest people. I always appreciate when people go out of their way to ensure that I have a pleasant experience in their business. Of course, donating plasma can be scary for a newbie. I appreciate Diane and her staff taking time to answer my many questions.

I adore the staff. They're welcoming and amazing at what they do. I've been donating since last month. I've always been afraid. I dont know why. It's not scary at all! I do something good while lounging and watching youtube on my phone ??

I had never donated plasma before but when I saw the CSL building open, I was curious and googled it. I donate blood fairly often, but the donation sites are often far away from me. So I thought CSL could be a good way to give back that's closer to home. Well I have been back several times already! The center is very clean and they are taking COVID precautions seriously. Staff is super friendly and always answer my nebby questions about the equipment. The process is way simpler than I imagined. I definite

This girl working there was throwing tape, needle covers, on the ground. A worker!

I have shown up 4 different days in the past month and was turned away. First over their freezer failing, than with staffing issues. (Mind you I called prior and they said they were open). It is very clear that the leadership (managing staff) has no experience in operating this type of business. Which reflects to CSL Corporate on the type of under qualified individuals they have operating this center. I look at the other comments that rated this location and have to laugh. Like "It's clean" seeing how peo

My visit was the first time to ever try to donate plasma. I was nervous, but the staff there is awesome and kept me calm throughout the whole process. Most definitely a top notch facility, very clean and professional. They are doing great work down there in Homestead.

I have adverse reaction to donation and notified the staff. They were very helpful to alleviate and make sure everything was good. Downside it can get busy at certain times and take a bit longer.

Would give a five star but they kinda slow far as screening a person I've been coming for about 2 months now and only seen 2 booths open but all the time one screening person and the best screener is Reece n Mama Brandy ? he's cool it other than that clean and professional here I can't com just that one thing need more screen booths open it be a long line and one person 12/11/23 smh okay let's jump into today now yall led me to give a one star ?? and write a review it was cool ?? staff still cool but bab

Very hard to get a hold of a staff member. Just to get a question answered. Very frustrating and now I may have to make a trip for no reason which I was trying to prevent just to see about my eligibility. I will be speaking to a manager when I stop in because this is ridiculous. Do better.

My mom donates here I was going to donate until the lady jacked up my moms arm frfr why is this lady even still putting in Iv?s in peoples arms if she doesn't know how to do a left arm how does this Lynn lady still have a job people should watch this lady this place could end up getting a lawsuit cuz of her jacking up vains I got pictures of my mom?s arm to prove it they really just hire anybody at this point I don't play when it comes to my mama she also broke two capillaries in her right arm before she di

CSL Wilkins Township/Monroeville is the BEST. Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and effecient.

The staff here seems a little downtrodden -except for a few. Rylee(sp?) stands out. She is very polite, very professional, and possesses a downright calming effect. She brightens my day.

I would give them 0 stars if I could I have been there three times total I used to donate at BioLife tried this place cuz it was closer first time I was there blood was all over the floor from them not being able to wrap people up right when they hook you up with the machine they got to keep messing with the needles cuz they don't know how to stick you right the machines are horrible sir their staff is horrible like inexperienced or don't know what they're doing second time I was there they messed up puttin

Even though they are short staffed they are very efficient and helpful with anything and everything that goes on inside CSL Plasma

Ihave been going to this location for a year. I referred someone and they are. Cheating me out of my bonus points. Will never go back

The service was excellent. The staff was excellent. Good job everyone So proud of y?all

Just my opinion this place ridiculous always crowded, low staffing, they treat me and others like we are invisible.

Becky and Rece make the donation experience amazing. Highly recommend this location for the friendly staff.

Very very poor time management be prepared to wait longer than your compensation!

CSL Plasma Pittsburgh is an excellent plasma donation facility. The procedure is explained well and the staff is professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Very slow , they tried to make me take my entire wig off for a picture when they could clearly see my entire face and that I match my ID , when I offered to even push it back they told me if I did not take off my wig I could not donate . Very rude and inconsiderate

Good customer service. Reece is excellent. Very positive spirit and professional.
