This plasma center has so many requirements to get in it is not worth it and most likely you will get turned away for some stupid reason that I swear they make up on the spot because I've never seen a place that makes it harder for you to be able to donate plasma. I went to this place four times did everything that they said brought all the necessary documents and was still turned away after filling out all the paperwork and going through the screening process you would think that they would just tell you t
They lied on me today. As a hard working mother I really counted on this money to get by. But because the first initial visit I forgot to mention a tattoo from over 3 years ago. This last visit they denied me and completely made me feel humiliation. The medic didn't do his job on my first physical and the second time around the other medic did. Not my fault you didn't catch the tattoo the first time around then try to tell me I can't come here anymore. your evening staff is rough and rude. Not referring any
It's a nice place to go. It's clean the stuff for friendly. Just keep in mind do not eat a couple hours prior because your blood pressure will be up... and if it's up you will be deferred meaning that you cannot donate on that day. That's the only thing that no one tells you!!??
So I love this place. Everyone is friendly and sweet and they remember your face and name. They converse with you. They make you feel comfortable. Its clean and tidy. I get in and out pretty quickly. I give 4 stars because they pay about 300 less than some of these other places im seeing that pay 800 to 1000 a month. While it's only in your first month they don't even do that here. I like it so much that I don't wanna go anywhere else but I do wish they paid more like other places.
I've been here three times and they are always quick, friendly and responsive. I have really bad anxiety and don't like needles and they made me feel comfortable. The longest I had to wait was my first visit which is to be expected no matter where you go. Every other time I was in and out quickly. They are always friendly and treat everyone with respect.
This is one of the worst centers I ever been at. The last time I went the nurses who job is it to stick you didn't know what they was doing, they stuck me hard 3 different times in my arm causing it to bruise and hurt for weeks. when they couldn't find my vein they complain about it then said they couldn't stick me come back another day. I was so furious so I asked to be taken off the machine. I just tried to go back and donate and the lady on the phone named Rose She was very rude she didn't even want to t
I went to Saturn Biomedical several months ago as I wanted their payout promotion. I was told because I was on estrogen that I would be barred for 12 months after a doctor signed I had quit estrogen and that is an FDA policy. So I called the FDA and asked. They said that while Saturn had every right to deny me there was no such rule imposed by the FDA. So either they purposefully lied or they are uneducated/ignorant of the actual rules they work under. If they had just told me no, I would have been fine wi
Worst donation place I have been to and I have been to nearly all centers in the central Indiana area. None of the staff focus on their work, they can't stick worth a dime and blame you for their mess up. Get the bonuse from here if you need the $ but don't come back after that.
On the plus side the staff was very nice and professional. On the negative side, they wasted five hours of my time and theirs by not having me fill out a basic intake form like you do at every doctor's office. If they had, they would have known in the first five minutes that I wasn't the right candidate. Instead, I ended up wasting five hours of my time, their staff time and their resources, and took space away from someone else who could have been a candidate. I did the initial consult, took a quiz, an
Staff does a incredible job of destroying your veins with the medical equivalent products act if their are high trained in low echo standards living area. No further human corporate level number to contact about behavior will act if their doing you a half favor. Work ethic and demeanor is off the chart wrong I were just visiting here for 90days from relocating and blames it on my body clothing and or what ever but not nailing the truth about what it is. And says? DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS FROM MANAGEMENT? what p
Nice friendly staff but I just think it's crazy that back in 2015 I got charge with possession of cocaine and never actually got charge with it . I think u guys should do a better job and quit using inmate look up it's other up to date site like my case that will show u more recent activity. they just didn't wanna give me the new donors fee. cuz how from 2015 charges I never been charge with. I will be contacting The CEO or whoever
I walked in as a new donor and i expected to be here all day. No. I signed up for the time i wanted. 9 am. And believe me when i say... It took approx 2 hours to get processed in and hooked to a machine. . The money is cool. The pay off is that you continue to come and i will. I recommend other people come also.
Went from being a very productive and professional place into somewhere I'd advise donors to avoid . I'd go into detail but I'm sure I won't have enough space.
Their horrible and slow. Their not professional it's just as simple as that I been in the lobby almost 2hrs before being helped still not helped because their short staffed and I get that but they need to do better seriously not even being mean just being real. So when they have future new donors it would be better!
Totally unprofessional. I was going to donate my antibodies. Went through the entire process. Made an appointment then they called me to make an appointment. Didn't have any information that I had already jumped through the hoops. Then came in on my appointment day and time checked into. Gave info to a young man who was cussing a couple of times. He then told me to sit. Sat for 45 minutes to be told they lost my info that I had given to the young man. I give it stay wait another 30 minutes for then to say t
I want to say thank you all so much for today. It was my 3rd time donating and I did not react well, I lost conscious after having a successful donation. The staff immediately came to my aid and were extremely kind and helpfull. I did have to go to the hospital. Turns out I have a thyroid issue. If it wasn't for this incident who knows how long I would of went before I found out. While I may never donate again, these people where truely amazing in coming to my rescue and were very kind all 3 times I went in
Dont waste your time at this location ghetto hood rats everywhere and thats the staff. They are never on time with their new donors appointments. Waited over an hour each time i tried to become a patient there. I have already contacted their corp. office. If any one else has expierenced this please do the same. Nothing there will change till some of us do something about it.
Came here Thursday Jul 27, 2017 at 7:45am.... As a first time donor. First 4 times donating.... You get $50. After that you get $35. Allowed to donate 2 times a week... But not two days in a row.... The 2 days you go in have to be spaced out. For example: I came in Thursday..... So next time I can come in is Saturday.. So that makes my donating days: Thursdays and Saturday. Which means the first two weeks the most you can get is: $100 a week from donating. After the first 4 times (first 2 weeks) the m
I come here alot and after today this may be my last time here. I was told to set down at a bed which i did waiting on them to come stick me three other people walk in and they stuck them frist i was here about 15 minutes befor them so i ask the man why was t skipped he told me cause i was on the wrong side. But the funny thing was i was told to set here by their staff. Not saying all the people who work here are rude but the two guys working in the bay i am in are
Worst blood bank to go to. They deferral ppl cause they protein is ridiculous
This place is paying a lot for Covid-19 survivors but it comes with a risk! This place is very unprofessional. Fowl language spews from the staffs mouth as if we are at some sort of dive bar and my husband overheard a staff worker and a manager or supervisor get into a heated argument where racial slurs where said back and forth. His second visit was equally a nightmare. They hooked him up wrong not once but twice causing blood to pool within his arms. The blood began to clot within the hose while the machi
I was a return donor... for the Covid I have no Iron Issues and 2 days in a row they denied me saying my iron was to low. 30 one day and 32 the next day. I know for a fact that they are lying to keep.ppl from donating to acclimate the 2600.00 so you can donate a good 4 times then they will make up stuff and say your Iron is low or what ever to stop the donations. They not really giving ppl 2600.00 they will stop you at a certain point and make up lies to not have to pay out. Don't waste your time with them
Its ok. But they need better wraps to properly cover up the bleeding. They don't give you enough gauze pads, and if you ask for more they want to deny you that. All other donation centers i been to over the years actually wrap your arm correctly with thick gauze pads, that way you're not bleeding all over your clothes.
I am a return donor the front had misplaced my chart i mentioned that i see people going in before me. Jonathan stopped what he was doing and went to find my chart. Very professional he was and i just wanted to say thank you in an aggravating situation.
Been going here on a regular basis since August. The staff is kind and attentive, the business is clean and sterile. Plus the wait is never that long, like the other donation centers in town.
Professional service Clean environment. Staff is super nice. Been going here for 10 plus years
I donated successfully and got my cash. My wife, on other hand was taken in for her physical and questioning and got asked by some guy if she had piercings in some really specific places, even after she said she didn't have any other than her ears. It was way too specific, creepy, unnecessary, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Then she got turned away because she messed up on her intake form, and when they asked her about it, they didn't believe her.
2 of the ladies were nice. That's why I gave2stars instead of one. I waited for 2 1/2 hours Just for them to tell me i couldn't donate due to me having a tattoo. I am beyond annoyed with this place.
I go faithfully, it helps out with gas.Good rate for 45 mins of my day.Drink plenty of water ,no pork or dairy the night before. No alchohol it evaporates the water content needed for a good quick drawl. Just thought I'd give some tips!
The staff is kind, this facility was very clean. They answered all of my questions with care and concern. As I was a first time donor, they were very attentive. In my humble opinion, this facility gets the two thumbs up!!!!
Staff is awesome !!! They make the experience fun and not so boring. AP is the best at what she does and also very fun to joke around with.
I just wanna know if JB still works there . I Used to donate back in 2016/17 and he was by far the best staff there. I miss him and would love to get in contact with him again .
My roommate and I both donate plasma. I go to CSL and he went to Saturn. I convinced him to change to CSL because Saturn's practices are NOT safe. They do not give you saline at the end of the donation and saline is a key part that helps give you back electrolytes and let's you not feel so rundown. Saturn gives you a Gatorade on your way out the door. How is this safe in the least? Gatorade does not provide u the instant electrolytes directly into your bloodstream as the saline does. The saline allows for y
I donate here an it's prob my last time I've ask to speak with a manager an No one has reached out to me ... One of there workers are plan rude to be wanting my plasma also acts like a kid an don't stop this place is as bad as down town I sat with needle in my arm for over 20 mins I was done an there where more then 5 staff standing around poor service only thing good an very good is they r clean
Literally the best plasma place I have been to. The crew is super nice and understanding, front and back of the house! Super clean as well.
The workers here are relaxed and comfortable to be around. The place is very clean, but a little old. Everything is quick and effecient, and they're the only place that pays cash.
Do not go here they lie and tell you to come back because they are low staffed then when you come back wake up early and all they say again they are low staffed and turned me away even tho I barley had gas and when I complained they did nothing if I could give zero stars I would I'm glad I didn't depend on this or anything
This is the poorest excuse for a business. They were offering $325 for plasma donations so of course it was easy money. Almost every time you donate, they bruise your arm from trying to stick your vein. This is the Wal-Mart of plasma centers.
Has definetly gotten better! The staff are friendly, sometimes unprofessional but hey most of them make the time I have to be there bearable. And I like that it is a cash payout.
This is the slowest plasma center in Indianapolis with the rudest male crew. Plan on 2 hours minimum..pack a lunch bring a drink and an extra set of nerves, cause they gonna work em.
The staff is nice and caring i would love to see y'all do more like giving out bonus for so many donation or give more for like on holidays i love coming here i been coming here for a good minute
Horrible experience was told to come at 7 in the morning so I did then had to wait until 830 to even get seen didn't get done until 12 horrible
This place is very clean and the people who work there are very friendly and funny never had any problems when I go in I'm usually out around hour.
My main problem is that they aren't professional. A lot of the workers have bad attitudes and cuss in front of customers. Another thing is they're always changing their hours.
Unprofessional rushing people off the machines just to get off of work being rude and sticking me all kinds of way I will never be back there.
People are great, service is quick and painless and I like that its cash and not a card easier for people that catch the bus.
Took drug test with false positive and instead of retesting me i was perma deffered. Like tonsee policy change on that would make it a better experience
I never had an issue sometimes slow but there good to me!!!!
Lazy staff barely do their jobs show favoritism to ind9viduals and skip them ahead of others who been waiting forvever to get processed
Staff is wonderful a great place to donate very clean
Saturn bio after reading the reviews it's not looking good for you, maybe changes need to be made or a reconstruction in general, but it's not looking good.

Blood and plasma donation center. Staff is very efficient despite of high number of donants.
Great clean place to donate plasma and great people
Great place treat you with respect you help and you get help to win win.
If you have drug conviction they turn you away
Friendly professionals get in and out in about 1 hour average time
This people are very lazy. Don't waste your time
Like the staff very nice ??
They've switched over to cards now ????

People rude Af
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
