Jackson, Mississippi 39206
It's a good place and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Very clean with the a/c always on chill. Thx CSL
I appreciate CSL Staff but their manager the light skin mighty mouse looking lady with the glasses is the worst at running the place. She should be the last person in charge. She had to have gotten the job based on her being here the longest and it shows. She comes off as rude and unpleasant. I think her title has gotten to her head. I hope they reevaluate her for the job. I'm sure there is someone better for the position!!!
My wife and I love CSL. The staff at the Jackson location is amazing and caring. Always happy and cheerful!! Ariel is my favorite. She has been the one to stick me the past several times I've been in and I have to say I barely knew she stuck me!!
225 center is the best center I have been to. Keep up the good work staff and crew members. I highly recommend this center for anybody to visit. They are fast and clean and enjoyable to be around.. Thanks again CSL center Jackson Ms Northside Dr..love to see the beautiful women faces especially Pinky ??
I have been going to the plasma center for a long time I quit going bc I moved after a year I went back the staff is very helpful and got me in as fast as they could and in time frame I was told from beginning. I really appreciate this place and friendly and professional staff. Alot of ppl don't like it bc of they do their job like they are trained and by law set forth
Some of the staff here are great but others really need to learn how to treat people like human beings. Some members are NOT welcoming. The openly mocking and gossiping about and clearly profiling/discriminating against certain guests, enforcing some rules but completely ignoring others. It's extremely frustrating and difficult not to be able to respond appropriately to disrespect because you don't want to put yourself further on someone's bad side while youre in such a vulnerable, defenseless position and/
Everyone at this location is super friendly and knowledgeable. They never stop. Always working hard and ensuring we are getting stuck in a safe way. Really appreciate all the long hours and hard work they put in while also maintaining a kind and professional manner. Every other CSL I've been in had been a rather awful and long experience, but not at north side. Lovely people.
This is the most ghetto place ever! Everytime my husband goes, they treat him like a drug addict. When he's done his arm looks horrible! The staff is rude and treat people with such disrespect. I suggest everyone start going to immunotek. If I could give this place a zero I would.
The nurse Julie I believe is her name is the most rude and disrespectful person there. The other staff members including the manager are the best hands down. But she definitely gives them a bad look.
Very polite and clean! I've spoken to many people here as a new donor and they are very understanding and polite. It feels personable and not robotic, makes me comfortable to ask questions as needed and have conversation
CSL on Northbrook can"t ever open on time. A lot of times they stand around not doing anything accept talking and nothing else. U have several that have a attitude problem. Last week I donated here and a place on my left arm that was caused by one of the workers, and was told I couldn't use my left arm. They think everybody is dumb. Not to mention they tell more lies than the Department of Veterans Affairs does. Read the FDA regulations on donating blood.
Go to a different business, if you can. This place is in a terrible part of town, and doesn't have an appointment system. People mob outside in the morning, waiting to rush in like a zoo. I had been going there for over 2 months, before they falsely flagged my donation for being slightly pink, and told me I couldn't come back. The staff and managers are rude and unprofessional, routinely show up late, amd causing the location to open anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes late that I've personally experienced. A way
Such an amazing place to donate.beautiful music nice, fun ,easy going happy people..Keyonna aka Keke is the best, she is so terrific! Very genuinely nice person!personality is great.made my visit extraordinary. Very nice place to donate.i have no complaints
All I cam say about that location is unfortunately my veins were to small to donate but the staff I talked with 5 different nurses and they were all complete angels absolutely the nicest people I've dealt with in along time all the nurses were super super sweethearts down to the security guard who was female and I feel bad because I was gonna give her a shout out but I'm horrible with names anyway she knows who she is and so do the staff I dealt with personally I was doing it for money but it's actually som
Everybody is always so nice and they really take in interest in the community members who are donating.
10-04-2024 I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS, PROCEEDED TO THE BACK TO FURTHER THE PROCESS OF DONATING PLASMA. AFTER A SECOND CHECK OF MY INFO, NURSE PROCEEDS TO STATE TO ME "DUE TO THE FACT MY LOCATION OF RESIDENCE IS CURRENTLY 355 Livingston ST JACKSON MS, (smelter for women) THE F D A :FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO SERVICE US BECAUSE OF DISEASES AND SO FORTH, ONE DISEASE NAMED WAS " MAD COW DISEASE" ) THIS IS ANGEL BROOK CARRAWAY: all tru & correct statements. SYNOPSIS OF THESIS
One of the most unprofessional and rude environments you will step in. The ladies who actually go through the process of sticking you(donating part) are really nice and respectful, however the ladies who work the prescreening booths are the rudest, meanest and unprofessional people you'll meet that whole day. No one actually seems like they want to work here and what person would entrust another person to stick them with such a nasty attitude? For some people it already is a stressful process but to be met
This location has pretty much turned into a joke. It takes forever and after working to receive platinum status (you are supposed to be able to skip the lines as an earned perk they now won't let you!!) After years of having platinum status people jump me (which was their earned right!) I still have to wait. Many of the staff are rude and more interested in doing the bare minimum then doing their jobs quickly and efficiently to get people in and out. Also notice trash in and another inside garbage cans whic
This a great place of business love the workers here they Treat the patients with kindness and respect
The staff is very clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. I notice they work as a team to get the job done.
This location needs to really get better trained staff. Everytime my husband goes in they mess up his arms And leave him with huge bruises. The staff needs to be better trained. I would recommend going the extra mile to the one on Ellis Ave
This is one of the most horrible plasma places I've ever been. All the staff members have a smart mouth 24/7. There very slow. Ellis Ave is the best one in Jackson,Ms. So to save everyone a ticket from jail find another center.
I love the staff. Everyone is friendly and engaging. I laugh and have fun every visit.
This is a amazing place the staff here treat me with all the respect and keep a smile ? on my face why im donating been a active donor for a year and five months. I love this csl plasma location ...
Employees are always alert and ready to work also respectful just a great place to donate and appreciate!??????
By far the worst experience i have encountered with csl and im from wisconsin, but they were oversstaffed but still the wait time to get on a bed was average but ince your on the bed it take someone to hook everything up for 20mins and one of them hooked everything up wrong on my machine so somebody else fixed it saying i would have been ill and not to mention there scales are rigged there is no way i was 156 and dropped to 146 in a matter of 3 days lol im suprised your place is even up and running
Everyday I've tried to donate they're closed because of ?system issues?. I think that is total BS and they are just under staffed. Dr. Keith Stokes makes too much money to have such a poorly run location. I was turned away from donating once because of a mark one of their practitioners left on during a previous donation. I also know that CSL plasma locations in other states make more than $100 per donation. This company is taking advantage of poor vulnerable people of central Mississippi.
Fast, Easy Process. They make you feel very comfortable. They are also very nice.
The staff and center floor manager are the best in the city...Hands Down.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I WENT THERE 9AM JUST TO BE IGNORED FOR THE FIRST HOUR AFTER BEING TOLD TO SIT. THE 1 NURSE WORKING WAS NOT NICE AND SEEMED AS IF SHE WAS ABOUT TO HAVE A MENTAL BREAK DOWN. THERE WAS A MAN PUKING ALL OVER THE BATHROOM THAT NEVER GOT CLEANED UP. I AM A NEW DONOR AND WAS TOLD ID HAVE TO WAIT AFTER MY PHYSICAL AT THE END OF THE LINE AFTER THEY TOOK 3.5 HRS TO DO SOMETHING THAT COULD ONLY HAVE TAKEN LESS 1 HR. MANY PEOPLE HAD WALKED IN BY THEN AND THE LINES WERE NOT MOVING AT A
I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location or even the other 1 on Ellis Ave CSL really needs to shut both locations down the staff is rude and filled with untrained people who don't know what they're doing and not to mention both locations are in areas where crime is very high so I would not recommend anyone go to either one.
Hi, they are awesome they get you in and out. Very friendly
Friendly staff ...nice, clean....my first time they made me feel comfortable and kept me informed...
It's truly trash how this organization went from giving a $50 incentive to a $25 incentive. It takes too much time, energy, and gas to only be given $25 for a donation.
They are very slow and careless i stayed in there for 4 hours which it takes a hour on Ellis I had to call someone to pick my kids up they need a better staff
How is a donor post to believe that a person is doctor are nurse. Call aus
The staff is great , so friendly and hard working
clean and sterile facility. Pleasant helpful and efficient staff!. Plus u get paid to help save lives!! It's a win, win!
The girl that does vitals would rather play than do her job. They need real help.
They are sooooo niceee CSL Nawfside
So unprofessional with a speaker playing music loudly I can hear it over my head phones
I love this place everyone is so friendly and nice this is the best plasma place to donate at .
Beautiful people working here
The best experience hands down
They know they sxck. ??????
Staff is very organized, professional, and on top of everything. Very clean facility.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
