Some days are definitely better than others here. It's always festively decorated during holidays. Being a regular donor, I trust the procedure and most of the ladies on the floor are good at what they do. Plus the place stays pretty clean, regardless of traffic. It's a more satisfying experience than some biological services that I've been to in the past and the WiFi is strong.
Line is incredibly slow. They say they got new machines that are faster, but they are in fact not. Waited in line with 3 people in front of me for nearly 2 hours. To be giving a part of your bodily fluids to help someone is not an issue. They make about 1000$ on one bottle of plasma. I got paid $25 for donating. If people are willing to give their fluids to save a life, I feel like we should be paid more. Just my opinion!
I love the CSL Plasma center on Parkway in Jackson Tn. The staff are always friendly, the center is always clean and the fact that every time I donate I know that I'm helping someone somewhere is priceless. Also they have giveaways and center promos to earn extra $, and who doesn't like extra $. I wish I had more friends who weren't afraid of needles bc you get 5,000 point which equals up to like 50$ for every new referral. So overall it's a pretty solid place to come to especially if you're looking to do y
This place sucks. I was told by manager WENDY if I don't like waiting in line 2-3 hours I can go somewhere else. So I did. I went to DB PLASMA beside Kroger. Best decision ever. All you do is make appointments online. I make my appointment everytime after I donate for the next one. I made $100 my first donation and $70 2nd thru the 12th donation. After that I get $40 and $70. And I'm only in there every donation like 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours tops plus I get to sit down.
Everyone Is very respectful and nice , especially Ms. Nicole she always smiling even if she's having a rough day and the experience is very good and fast I love the environment
On Friday April 25th at 3:04 pm I attended CSL plasma center for donation and after I finished working on a vehicle witch is what I do for work an the workers there treated me as if I was a peace of trash on the streets this was the worst I've ever got treated in my life didn't nobody won't to stick me when I was called I laid up on the bed an still it took them a minute to even get to me they started on the ppl behind me didn't nobody I mean nobody won't to get to me even the manager guy that was there at
This place is a joke they pay people nickel and dimes for your Plasma when they make $400 to 1000 Per bottle and now they are paying people Less for Their plasma $30 to $35 You might get lucky and get 40 Because I got new machines in I really think they need to pay people a lot better than that because if I wasn't for the people that donated they would not have a job are a Business to make anything I'm up for saving lives I really am but I do thank the can do a lot better when it comes to the people
It was my first time donating. Shelby karena, Aubrey and my technician who's name I didn't get. helped make the experience easy. Would recommend. - Christopher
The staff were very indifferent, unhelpful, and rude. I wanted to sell plasma for the first time, and now I'm having second thoughts. If they're all like that, I don't think I will.
Ms. Shelby is the absolute sweetest ! She showed that she is caring and provided answers to any questions that I may have had. It was a pleasure meeting her face as soon as i walked in and that really set the pace here!! It's neat here. The staff is just lovely for the most part. I would recommend this place as a very nice place to donate! I actually love how the recurring members return and the staff welcomes them with wonderful conversations and they have a beautiful rapport here.
My time here has been very family base.... I feel as if I group with most of the staff here. Everyone nice and professional at all times but every now and then we laungh and joke. Out of all the staff Codi has made my time here easy wit her caring personality she always made me feel safe.
This is absolutely the worst CSL facility I've visited. I've donated over 100 times. Waited at the front desk for a simple transfer from another facility for 30 minutes, full half hour, before anyone spoke to me. When she did she took my info, said I was good and walked away, but I still couldn't login. 20 minutes later someone finally fixed it. Waited in the screen line 15 more minutes. I arrive at 11:15am and it's now 12:35 and there are still 4 people in front of me in the donor line. No apologies no cou
The staff is really professional and kind. They always make donating easy and when it goes wrong they have a solution. The medical staff is wonderful. Especially Shannon, she was helpful and nice the whole time. She informed me about the donation and things I need to do to donate properly. She was understanding and really try her best to get your inform donors how to be great donors
Great interactions from everyone I met , would most definitely recommend coming here over any other plasma place great staff , Shout out Ms Carroll she's the best !!
Staff is super nice and helpful. Great rapport with clients. So many are my favorites .. Carol, is the sweetest on a very consistent basis. Never seen her be any different. Never had a bad experience here. Under staffed yes but they get the work done. It helps alot of people so my hats off to them for the work they do.
The place was alright it was my first time donating they rewarded me even though I threw up, but they helped me a lot and cleaned me up and made sure I was okay before leaving.
Darien is the best sticker doesn't hurt at all he always makes me feel comfortable & has great conversation #Darien is the best
They only have 6 beds operational. Expect to spend 4+ hours in line, and that is only if you come at the best times. I imagine the standing in line is over 6 hours for those who come after that.
The entire experience was great. I was so nervous and unsure as a new donor and the staff were eager and quick to put my worries at ease. And shout-out to Shannon. Shannon was great, her desire to give me all the information and advice to make sure I understood the entire process from beginning to end and was completely comfortable was unmatched. She was amazing, and I will definitely be returning to your center because of her!
You guys are the best, you make sure everyone is well taken care of before they leave. You make sure everyone is comfortable. Employees are simple just very nice and polite. I love how everyone works together as a team should.
Poked me in both arms. One arms she pulled out and pushed in multiple times. Ruined my new donor pay could come back next time cause she bruised both arms. Place is a joke. Update. Was promised 50 extra on next two donations. Refused to honor. Lied to face. Have a recording off what they said. Idiotic manager. Will be talking to a attorney.
I always look forward to donation days every week! I love the staff! Most know me when I walk through the door & always greet me warmly with a smile. Maurice, Darian, Randi, June, Nicole, Aubrey, Hailey, Carol, Ms. Annie & Shannon & several others are a pleasure! Any issues I've had have always been resolved to my satisfaction. The center is always clean & I'm usually out in a timely manner depending on how busy it is. I've been a CSL donor since August 2018 & I look forward to many more years of helping sa
I appreciate everyone at CSL, I've never had a bad experience. I especially love Hali she has always been so sweet and she knows how to stick where it doesn't hurt. If I had one thing to add it would be the wait time is to long at times and it would be nice to have a seating area for the long waits. I'm disabled and have severe knee and back pain and can't stand for long periods of time. Thank you CSL.
Shannon and Karena are Great, Amazing, and Outstanding Professionals. If there were more people like them not only here at CSL plasma, but also in the World, it would be and much better place. Always curtious, professional, and nice. Very knowledgeable and just Great people all around. They always put me at ease and make my experience that much more enjoyable.
If you're looking for a little extra money in your pockets, while also helping people out that rely on life saving medicines and research, you should come on in here. The staff are very professional and courteous. Shout out to Ms Melissa, she really good and highly qualified. And that saying a lot since I have rolling veins, which makes it tricky to stick me. Tell them I sent ya if this convinces you to donate here.
Best in the city right now u hear me thanks to ms Carrol for being nice and good attitude every time I come in thanks
I love when I come here they make me feel comfortable. I and I also love the way they are gentle and every time I see Shelby, she is so magnificent to me and Darrell Carol and Mac and mr. Maurice
I've been coming here for about 6 months now. All the staff members are very good. June O always has a smile on her face even when it's crazy. Easy money
Great experience every time I go. Highly recommend. Nice women that work there and are will to help u understand the process. One of my favorite employees is Coby but every one that works there does a great good .
I got there before the doors opened still had to wait over 2 hours before I could get my vitals done and was still turned away. There were over thirty people waiting as well and the staff didn't care at all. They were short and rude to anyone that asked questions. One of the girls took 20 mins after the doors opened to come out and took at least two bathrooms cellphone breaks. If I worked like they do at my job I'd be fired.
Excellent experience! The staff is super nice and they were gentle and took great care! It was very clean too! Shannon, the nurse, gave me great tips too!
Overall good experience. Except my Phlebotomist turned my flow down because I was squinting my eyes bc she thought I was drowsy. Didn't ask me if I felt drowsy or anything. I said what!!? I'm not drowsy. Then I asked a different one to turn me up and she barely turned me up. I figured it out by asking a different one. Also I wish yall would let health conscious people with good blood flow and good electrolyte content not be required to take the saline and the anticoagulant. This would bring in more donors.
Got there before they opened Monday 10/7/24 and was standing at the door when they opened it. There were just a couple of people there to donate and they took them straight back. There was no one waiting in the lobby at all. A lady told me they would help us in just a few minutes as we were new donors. Then another lady came out and said I'm sorry you'll have to go sit down and I'll get to you in a couple of hours. Even her coworker seemed shocked and said well I didn't know that. We left and went down the
Decent crew some may have a attitude more then others but they are good at there job but for the ones they don't I really appreciate you all but it's a good place to go to Nicole is great never change up thanks and Shannon is awesome nurse very nice??
I have been coming here for two years it wasn't till today where I found myself very nervous and uncomfortable and it's the first time I am saying something this janea girl doesn't know what she is doing she has stuck me a couple times and she doesn't know what she is doing and the crazy things she com back and move the needle around and it really hurts I have only been terrified to stick with her. She is nervous unsure and rough and it shows... Shout-out to management love y'all ... also Gabby the nurse th
Really nice & neat place. Shelby that sit at desk for screening is amazing and does fantastic job I think she the nicest one here. Overral I haven't had not one bad experience at this place
Waited in line 1 hour 12 people in front of me for vitals check . 4 still in front of me still in line. They only have 1 person checking vitals. 9 people behind me . 4 seating in lobby. This my second day here. I spent 2 hours yesterday just to renew my card. This is awful
Shelby was very nice and informative . Shannon has a very lovely heart as well as sweet. Carol that did my hock up was gentle as well as very sweet. Thank you guys for all you do.
Hali is awesome, she always takes care of me and when she sticks me I barely feel anything, all the staff are awesome people they all make the experience so much better!
I had an excellent experience! It's very clean and the staff is super sweet. Shelby was fantastic and made the process so easy and fast! Thanks
Been going for a month now this was gonna be my 5th and last time coming to get my bonus for being new and Aubrey got rude for me having my phone then jabbed my finger so hard when she took blood to test it sprayed across the desk and then proceeded to tell me my iron was too low. (It was 36 and it's supposed to be 38.) I drove a hour here and the rudeness and impatience from her was unnecessary promise the next time I come back I WILL not let her check me in.
Great way to get some extra cash and help others. Love Shelby! She's super friendly and will get you in and out quick!
I love CSL Plasma in Jackson, TN. The first day I was there, Shannon Laine was very helpful for me. She handled everything for me and has continued to when I've had questions about anything. I highly recommend this place.
Worst place ever!!! Management and staff are beyond rude and disrespectful. If you go here you are a fool
Always love the way Carroll interacts with everyone. She is the best. Shelby is an awesome screener very nice.
The phlebotomists, Codi, Hali, Carroll and Gabby ,at CSL Plasma on N. Parkway in Jackson, TN, are very friendly and kind, as well as very good at their work, they always make sure that when I'm donating that all they equipment is working properly and the needle is on my arm correctly while im donating plasma. They are a wonderful staff and friendly people.
Staff is always very friendly and courteous, always enjoy coming to this location! Honestly can't pick out a favorite staff member as they are all very nice!
Ms. Shannen at CSL Plasma on 834E N Parkway in Jackson, TN 38305 deserves a 5-star review for being amazing while I donate plasma. She provided the best service and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend this location for plasma donations. The staff is incredible and the facility is always nice and clean. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Additionally, donating is a great way to earn some extra cash while saving lives!
First time here and all staff was friendly especially Shelby and Shannon they were wonderful!!! I give them five stars alone ????
First time donating today. I had a great experience checking in. It took a while, but Bria, Nicole, and Aubrey (or Audrey?) were doing their job diligently and quickly. When I was done with the donation itself, I started to have a reaction to the citrate which was pretty bad and scary; however, Tyler, Annie, and Nicole (again) did a great job at taking me out of the reaction and keeping me grounded while I was spasming and having a panic attack. I'm really grateful that they acted quickly and Tyler knew exa
Everyone here is so kind. They make sure you're comfortable while donating plasma. Especially Hali, she's always so sweet. I will definitely be donating again.
This place great it's quick and the process is normally close to painless,my favorite members are Carroll and Destiny,I know I was supposed to pick one but they are both so great I couldn't pick one
Waited outside in a line for them to open, then stood in a line for a hour for them to take vitals. Then on my turn, I got skipped by some guy who walked in and had a ?skip the line pass. 1 person checking vitals out of 5 booths. Pack a lunch and a snack you're going to be there all day. I will never go back.
Giving plasma here is a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and you are made to feel comfortable. Carroll is excellent and makes you feel at ease.
Carroll at CSL Plasma deserve a higher wage in my opinion, they are always si sweet and smiling every time i go to give blood, Carrol, megan, and Hali are doing wonderful work!
The staff here is always kind and courteous! They work hard and put you first! I definitely recommend them as your plasma center! Thank you to every on the team, I truly appreciate all that you do!
Great experience. Carroll,Hali, estiny did an amazing job . With the whole process made me feel safe and comfortable ??????
I left a very harsh post about CSL in the past. I got so tired of the floor staff at that time which was about 6 months ago being soooo unprofessional. Some of these women were bickering, laughing and horse playing. Being lazy. One guy cried a river and was mad at me because I walked in and got angry. THANK GOD you all did something different because it's all new people on the floor who are training but we're very receptive and kind. To the horse players. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking fre
I there is really only one person I let stick me Cody and Hailey there attitude is on point and they're well respectful and well mannered and was trained very well

I go to the Jackson TN location. I have donated 20 times and so far so good. My favorite employee is Carol she gets my vein every time.
I done been here 3 times this week having to wait to be seen over 3 hours each time only to be turned away. I would give it zero stars if i could. They need more workers ASAP!!!
I have a very good review for csl. however it's very hard to reach anyone by phone Today took a hr in line. Would help to have more than one tech doing the screen. I have a bad knee and use a cain to walk.today the 19 of June very good results
Great place. Friendly workers CARROLL is the best?. Clean environment. Just may have long lines to wait in.
whenever Ms.Codi sticks me she does a great job, never hurts and always makes sure i?m alright.
Center is clean and tidy. Staff are great though look a bit overwhelmed from being understaffed. Wish they were open later more nights through the week.
This place is a joke!! Wait for hours, while all the employees are just sitting back talking instead of doing their jobs. Even more so the nurse that saw me because she didn't even know what she was doing
The people were very friendly and professional.
This is the only place I will donate! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and know what they are doing! They always try to ensure I have the best visit possible!
Carroll is a wonderful phlebotomist & does a great job! She is very personable as well
Carroll is the absolute best! Always in good spirits, calm, patient, kind, very sweet!! The best!!
They only have 4 machines working

One of the worst places to donate at smh
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
