will NOT be returning to CSL ever again. this was my first time at this location and they messed me up SO SO BAD! They pricked my first arm, walked off and it immediately started to swell up. BOOM moved to my right arm, swelled up so bad that i started crying. I also got super hot from it. They made this whole scene to stop the machines and gave me gatorade so I don't pass out. Imagine having to walk around in PAIN & these hideous bruises for the next couple weeks. RETRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES MAN! bs is ridicul

I had to take bacc what my review of this plasma center was because of always having a bad experience with one particular person in management every time I come in. If it wasn't for KeeKee and the lady from Africa I would find another CSL, but their energy helps me through. Now the one in management who worked on Thursday 1/16/2025 was rude, disrespectful, and did a very dangerous thing by taking all of the phlebotomist off the floor while donors were on the machines. This needs to be addressed with retrain

The LOWEST plasma center EVER!!!!! I don't know how they have a 4 rating. The employees must do the reviews. You stand in line for NO reason while the employees stand there looking at you while they play around and a only 1 bay is open. People have jobs and don't want to stand in a line all night for a 2 or 3 hours and your donation time is only 30 minutes. And they fire some of the good people they should have kept and the bad ones!!! Plus they don't give bonuses. I'm going to a better center. This is ridi

Im not sure who's in charge in this place but they need to be replaced with someone who cares about other people time. The run the building backwards. When it's not many people In all sections are open. But as soon as it's a full house they only use one or two section automatically making donor's have to wait an additional hour or 2. I went in today the line was rapped around the entire inside of the building 2 full sections was empty for no reason. If it's open seats in no reason why people should be stand

Rude and disrespectful..very unprofessional.. unorganized. Expect a long wait .. folks care nothing about what you have going on after you leave there. They pick and choose who they going to stick first .. eventho you were first before others. You supposed to get treated with respect and folks that work there act like they not employees there ..NEVER AGAIN.

If you're considering donating at this plasma center, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Over the course of four visits throughout my life, I've consistently experienced a lack of professionalism, care, and basic human decency from this location. The staff does not greet you when you walk in?no ?hello,? no ?how are you,? and certainly no appreciation for your time or donation. You're treated more like a number than a person. There's no guidance throughout the process, no check-ins, and you're expected to s

Non professional not friendly staff has no idea what they are doing first time i went it took me 5hrs don't plan on going back!! The African nurse is horrible she can't speak clear she doesn't let you go through unless she wants to i really don't like this place biolife is sooo much better

The African nurse is the worst in the world. She thinks she's a Dr and disputed what a Dr says for her own incorrect opinion. I told my Dr what she told me and we had a good laugh. She told me it's a good thing that I didn't donate because there's so many bad reviews about this place. Ridiculous. Biolife me please

They be on their shit there. Very fast, friendly, and Organized. They even have cracker and water available without having to ask them. I love this location.

Cool environment, nice helpful staff. Let's keep in mind that they are human just like us, if we're upset about standing in a line for a minute imagine how they feel, if we feels as though this donor process is too long imagine how they feel. And I'm not sure about you but after working in a high demand job for 10 hours a day , having to deal with other?s attitude all day and then staying at least a hour after closing to get ready to do it all again tomorrow, yeah sometimes I'd be a little grumpy too. I'm j

This location is dangerously unsafe, they do take precautions with dealing with blood, the new girl with blonde braids do not clean or sanitize work station when she drops blood or moves to next patient, I also asked her for bandage after the poked , no I didn't get one and didn't realize blood drop on the floor and wall, I told staff about the blood

Folks got new machines, should?ve been trained to use them before anybody came in. They move too slow for me. Shawty in booth 1 vital section on 12/8/24 8:00 am got a attitude must woke up on the wrong side of the bed or just want somebody to smash cause she ain?t got a dude or something. I think I'm not coming back to this location again the line is always to the door now at all times of the day. I LITERALLY BEEN WALKING IN AND WALKING RIGHT BACK OUT. 12/26/2024 I got here at 7am!!!!! And I'm leaving out

I really don't like coming to this location is 6 and i didn't know it had been so long b4 the last time so i was a lapsed donor and had to come back the next day cause they closed at 630 its a whole 30 mins b4 closing is not like i was new

Today I had a bad experience with the nurse who was doing the interview, (a black lady with afro hair) she asked me for my social security card I gave it to her and then she asked me for my social security number and at that moment I completely forgot, I told her I didn't remember it and in a very rude way she said I couldn't donate until I learned it and told her, then she threw away the form they ask you when you're a first time, I really don't understand what it has to do with forgetting my number with b

I usually love this place...old lady...white short hair...always rude... disrespectful...

Shout to kekeee. Everytime I come in on her shift I feel the difference and value In time. She gives her all. Kekeee ( short. Pretty long ponytail ). Mrs.Adrian is great worker as well. Thank y?all soo much

Csl plasma I do not recommend this csl I recommend if you are ok with long waits and rude customer service then by all means go to this plasma center I have been sitting here since 7. And it's now 8.30 and I still haven't been seen but they said that the process takes 2 1/2 hours I have been here a sold hour still haven't been seen while workers are walking around putting water in fridges and talking amongst coworkers but have yet to help someone just now coming in I really hope any one who does come here h

I am giving the low stars because this center no longer wipes down the beds after each donor. I visit various centers all over the U.S. due to traveling for my job, but I noticed that this center is the only center that does not wipe down after each donor and occasionally noticed employees not changing gloves before beginning to work with another donor. Why is this center not engaging in good sanitary practices?

Best plasma donation site. Honest and fair. Staff is under the normal amount but they work good together and the shortage is compensated for by their teamwork.

They are very rude and unprofessional at this location. I made two complaints to the manager because of how I was getting treated. Nothing was done at all so I took the next step to call corporate after I made a third complaint to the manager they deferred me which is retaliation and something needs to be done about it. I come in respectful and mindful of others around me. When I go donate I take it very seriously. I asked them to please change their gloves or can you please wipe the area where a previous d

Extremely unprofessional, the whole experience was bad. I was a returning new donor and I feel like I was profile for being white spoke to the manager and felt as though he did not care won't be coming back would rate zero if I could.

Usually pretty nice donating here but the short lady with the locs is very anal n impatient if things go wrong like no flow. She made me very uncomfortable with her attitude and gossipping to other staff smh

Good place just always short staff!!

I wish I could do 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot. This center was the most unprofessional, disorganized, disorderly place I have been to. I came to try and donate blood for the first time. When I first walked in, I was not greeted At all, spoken to or asked for any help. The wait time is long and ghetto. No customer service and the place was very disturbing. I couldn't get anyone to talk to and also was ignored by the staff. The staff continued to not help and was only trying to take old customers. Do N

I love this place. The employees are respectful and efficient. It's a client based facility and very clean I always try to get Sherita as my tech because she's bubbly, and meticulous. She greets donors with a smile and is very efficient in the floor. She always checks back and even waves goodbye if she's unable to do it face to face. God bless you on your journey and thank you.

The Good: They're faster than Biolife by FAR. probably because they have most of their machines on the floor in rotation during busy times. The Bad: The morale is obviously low amongst staff, some seem on edge. I have seen several verbal altercations between staff, and a couple between staff and donors. It's uncomfortable.

Two years ago i was donating at CSL with no issues, i have a known seafood allergy and still was able to donate with no issues since they swap the iodine with a alcohol wipe. This past sunday i had went back to donating cause i had stop for a while and had to register as a new donor which was fine. When i had went to start the physical with the nurse, she basically told me i wont be able to donate at CSL at all cause of my seafood allergy, even though she saw my record that i had donated there before. And

Only giving 2 stars because my first donation was successful. Every single time after that I supposedly had slightly high blood pressure and was deferred 3 times in a row (by 1 or 2 points on my Diastolic). Paper they gave me had to be signed by a Dr (no insurance at the moment) before I can donate again. I called yesterday and was told nothing was on my file anymore and that I could go in and donate. I waste time and gas going up there only to be turned away by the nurse because they need that stupid ass p

Today I met the Ms.Bell, the center manager. She was a laid back down to earth lady who keeps it 100%. She was showing me around the place and teaching me what they do in their facility. I can tell she runs the place with structure and she has no problem pulling her own weight. We had a good conversation about business and work ethic.I don't run into many managers like this anymore. She gave me some encouraging words before I left for the day. I don't know her salary, but she needs a raise. Big center, Chill

Slow workers and they never answer the front desk phone

Observations have led me to conclude that the manager or overseer in this establishment demonstrates a harsh demeanor towards the employees. Initially, I presumed that the employees were not meeting expectations, but it appears that on each visit, the manager is frequently reprimanding someone for adhering to prior instructions. The manager's behavior conveys a lack of respect by treating the employees in a condescending manner akin to high school students rather than as responsible adults. This conduct is

Worst plasma center that I've ever been too the staff are unprofessional, Rude, and improperly trained!!! Don't go!!!

They are so nice and upfront with you. They got you in and out. The crew that have is the best keep you laughing and everything. Keep up the good work from the front to the back.

I discovered this place last year during the holidays. I intended to only go for the season but the process has been so easy and productive I keep coming back. Plus the staff is nice and fun to interact with. Especially Kwan. She made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything else.

Great place to go, the lines were long but the employees move quick. I want to get a Shout out to Ms. Kia, she does a excellent job, she made my experience great she funny and always wears a smile on her face. You can tell she loves her job.

Are they back open? I was there 2 weeks ago and the sign said closed until further notice

Never had an issue at this location. Everyone works pretty well. Mr. David Peas always is on the move, getting things done efficiently and kind when you speak to him. Great worker.

I had an awesome experience at CSL! It was a quick process with no wait time. Sherrita was great to work with. She explained everything to the T and I barely felt the needle stick! She is very outgoing and made my experience fun! Thank you Sherrita && Csl!

My family and I wanted to try out this place. Some mean staff, some alright they act like they hate there jobs. Went through the whole screening process, finger pricked, see the nurse and to the back for donation. To be told my veins were too small thats a first. After being there for hours they didn't even pay me for my time and sticking me. But yet they told me they were going to pay me but they didn't. The place was dirty, medical supplies new and old on the floor. The medical tech with the red g

I love the Jonesboro site. All of the staff are extremely nice and very professional. I have my favorites, but will not name them. They know who they are. Special shout-out today for Ms. Gray, my stick was easy and painless. She was quick and observant of how my veins are. Great job to the staff of the Jonesboro location.

Best plasma donation center! I've been donating here since October 2022! I donated at another center/company (not a CSL location) for over a year prior, I had extremely long waits, I got a bad stick that bruised my arm for almost a month, and the list goes on at that company. Every time I go to CSL Jonesboro I feel comfortable, welcomed, and just laid back. I love the atmosphere from cleanliness, to the amazing staff and phlebotomists, and fun little seasonal decor. There are long lines from time to time, b

They are super clean and sterile, friendly and gentle on the arms with the needles! ??????....????but seriously they're a wonderful group of people and we've enjoyed each experience we've had with them! I hope they continue with the bright attitudes and kindness. ??

They got they samples from me. Because my protein was Supposedly was low. So I Call them To find out when I can come Back the reception picked up the phone. And told me if I come And I have to see The nurse and I should be able to donate same day. But when I got down there. The nurse told me it hasn't. Now the manager trying to tell me that. It doesn't matter what the reception Say The manager tells me that I should ask for A Nurse If you're receptions then didn't know that That's part of they job

A lot of the people have bad attitudes in this place. Most of them don't know how to put the needle in to give plasma. I found out you don't even have to have any kind of degree or training to stick anyone. ?? there is a few of them I can call out for their work that would be Crystal,Heidi, and Michael. They are very respectful and good at what they do.

Well, I thought I was going to go do a "good deed" by donating blood and searched online and came across CSL. When I saw that they actually PAY YOU for donating, I thought ??. Awoke early was there by 7:15 and yes, it's true!!! The staff is amazing!!! The young lady who handled check-ins was knowledgeable, thorough and as long as you come with what they ask you to bring, the process was easy! The nurse who handled my physical, also customer-friendly, thorough and will inform you of the "why" this/that is do

They short staffed the line is outrageous

This location was my first center of donating plasma. I have donated 5 times in less than 30 days because I'm always in and out. I appreciate the consistency because this definitely is a busy center so I know it can be overwhelming for the employees. I have never had any bruising and have used the same arm each time, which indicates they know what they're doing. All though the money when considered a return donor isn't as good as if I were to swap centers and become a new donor, I could still see myself co

Makayka need to be investigated because she turns people down that pass to donate. She literally turned 4 of us down and while walking to my vehicle I heard the other 3 say their levels were right . How does she keep getting away with this? CSL PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER ASAP! Other then that, this is a great facility and awesome staff!

I went here earlier today and my experience overall was very pleasant. It was my first time donating plasma, and I feel as if they treated me extra special because of this. Everything is explained to you thoroughly, and if you have any questions or concerns, they are more than welcome to help you. The only reason that I wouldn't give them five stars, is because it seemed like they were training a new hire and a process that I was told would be quicker online, was much longer because of this. I look forward

CSL sucks!!! Stood in the same spot for 3 hours waiting for the screening. I'll never go back there!! The whole staff is lazy as hell!!!!!

This place was AWESOME! It was my first time yesterday and Let me tell you they're on top of their game! It was clean and made you feel safe. The intake was fast and everyone was all so sweet! I honestly cannot enough good about them! Thanks!

Great experience with my girl Brittany , very patient & genuine. She makes sure your good before , during & after the process. I highly recommend her servicing you

First of all let me say that this CSL is the worst and nastiest facility I've been to. I am a gospel artist/minister. So I lead with respect. But this place is filled with young and immature men and women. They argue with each other in front of everyone. Close to fighting at time. However this morning is the last straw for me. I will not be coming back to this facility. (Ms Marquita) Was very rude, I almost got out of my character. I refuse to let her check me, so they gave me someone else. This just don't

I only let one person check my vitals and she is so smooth. She is very professional & from what I've seen, she is a very hard worker. Nae gives this place energy from the time I arrive to the time I leave. She is very good at her job and looks great doing it. I GIVE HER 10 STARS ????????

I had such a great experience?place was clean staff where friendly and informative just a great experience overall?I'll edit the post on my next visit once I have the names of the staff I interacted with because they definitely need to be acknowledge for there outstanding service :-)

In all the years of going to other CSL facilities. I've never been treated so unjustly. I had an emergency. And they put me on permanent deferral. The management is black run And she has a very nasty attitude. 15 yrs ive been with this same company. I move to Georgia. And this ego thing and how they operate there company. They can keep staff. And employees are rude. No starts. Maybe 5 stars in the past. But great company, jus not this one

An employee was hitting on guys instead of doing her job. She ignored me for over 20 minutes after I was done. Leaving me with a needle in my arm while she was focused on guys. When I spoke out against the employee, the center falsified reports stating I was banned and escorted out the facility due to rued behavior and language. Which I was never escorted off the premises, I never made a scene, I completed my donation and left. But since the employee didn't like that she got called out on NOT DOING HER JOB.

This was a great experience. They made you feel comfortable and made sure you understood the process by going over it multiple times. Just make sure you bundle up because it's a little chilly do to the many machines inside that they try to keep cool.

I suffer from anxiety which causes my heart rate to increase. I try and explain it to the girls that work the screening station but some are so rude about it and just want me in and out of their booth. Shelby and the nurses today were so nice to me and worked with me to relax and lower my heart rate so I count donate! I hope corporate or her managers see this, she made a big difference (as well as the nurses) for me.

This is a Great way to save a life and get money for doing it.My first experience today at this location was amazing. The staff took their time to explain every step. They make you feel so comfortable with the high level of care they provide. Thanks to all of you!

Friendly staff the timing was shorter than expected like 3 hours. My nurse Taylor seems very sweet and like she cares about what she do. I dont see the rudeness people talk about. I will be back

Ms.Chrystal made my first experience in that particular CSL a great one indeed. Cheerful attitude, quick, sweet, and efficient at her tasks. Caring to her customers.if your scared just asked for Ms.Chrystal I wonderful human being.

They great people funny you in and your out. The best one in Georgia if you ask me!??????

A man came in and grabbed 4 masket. All balled up in his hand and he was told to put them all back and only take one. The man was homeless. The staff should of replaced them with fresh and new out. Then I waited at the front desk for over 10 mins. And when a women finally came to me. She looked at me answer the phone and told me to hold on. I am a returning donor and the customer service has tremendously went down sent this pandemic. So rude I'm afraid to allow them to stick a needle in my arm. Who knows th

I just had my first plasma donation experience at this location. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and concerned with making sure I understood the donation process and I was comfortable. I was a little nervous before the procedure began. But They insured me I would be fine. They answer all my questions. They showed me so much concern and care. As far as I am concerned this is one of the best locations to donate. Thank you CSL Plasma Staff for taking great care of me.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this place but decided to go with my own opinion. If your a person that naturally just don't have patience, you're going to have a bad experience, the workers will treat you the same way you treat them, I had a nice experience, I have anxiety and I was very nervous to donate the first time, but everyone who I met that was helping me through the process was great. They answer your questions and find ways to make you more comfortable. I won't be going back to donate again, bec

Security Guard closes and locks the door early before closing time and uses a incorrect analog clock as basis. Leaving donors locked out and unable to donate because he wants to go home earlier. This is bad customer service

Staff was personable and pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They were also quite thorough and informative which gave me greater confidence and understanding of my expectations going into the experience. I'll be donating again.

The check in staff was great and friendly. The only thing I did not like was in the donation area, I noticed the male donors get more attention than the female donors. The females that work there pay special attention to the males. I had to keep calling them over because the red light kept beeping and no one would come. Overall it was okay

Jonesboro has great employees... I am also pleased every time I come in... I love Nea this triage receptionist she is bubbly and enjoy everything about her job!!! If you are having a bad day she will certainly make sure you are taking care of!!!

I just had my first plasma donation experience at this location. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and concerned with making sure I understood the donation process. I got a little anxious during the procedure although everything was going fine. But when I tell 3 nurses rushed over to make sure I was good and not anxious, they showed me so much concern and care. As far as I am concerned this is one of the best locations to donate!!!

Today was my first time as donor. It was a longer process than what I expected. They have to check your vitals, and the staff was quite busy. However, Richard, the nurse, was very thorough in explaining the donation process. Once I got the actual process started, Danni explained how the procedure will take place. He was very good at finding the right vein. He only had to stick me once. ??

My first time ever donating. I was impressed how it all was very organized. Step by step guidance, friendly staff, very clean, easy processing and they kept me very informed during the whole process. It took a lot longer than I anticipated, since they had take your vitals and all that good stuff, but really it was a great experience and I got to save a life!

I've been donating here since 2016 and I can honestly say this place keeps getting better and better. Yea Yea Yea, of course the first time donor process is extremely long, but it also says it takes 2-3 hours for new donors. I haven't been donating for all those years straight.I just go when I really need the money. I actually just went recently haven't been to this one since corna hit. And they are very well staffed, making sure everyone is safe that comes in and out of the center. The warmth of the welcom

This is my review of my personal experience at CSL Plasma (Jonesboro,GA) with Ms. S. Mckoy, who demonstrates the following attributes: -She is the personification of impeccable professionalism as she guides you through the donation process. -She exudes confidence in her field liked a highly experienced medical professional. - I was at ease as I observed her demonstration of knowledge and competence during my interaction with her.

I love this place. I have been doing my plasma donations since June. I have enjoyed the experience and the people that work there. I've had 2 slightly bad experiences. ALL people AREN'T people persons! My overall experience has been absolutely awesome.

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and NASTY worker named Ebony needs to find another job and not in ANY kind of Customer Service setting. I am a college student trying to get extra money and I'm not a fan of needles to begin with. I asked my VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL lab worker named Cherita for something to squeeze as I donate and she THANKFULLY made me a ball when the RUDE and NASTY Ebony questioned Cherita about making me the ball and came and SNATCHED it out of my hand. You heard me, YES SNATCHED it out of my

Tameka was great today, she stuck me perfectly!!! I was in and out (44 mins) when im normally there almost 2 hours because of my thin veins. Her stick didn't even hurt? she's definitely an Angel lol? I normally walk out with my arm sore from sitting in same spot forever ?

My CSL experience has been an interesting journey. Life hasn't been kind and this has become a source of income. And for me, it can be a bit embarrassing. In becoming a regular donor, I've been able to observe the staff, and Brandon is one that stands out above the rest. He makes every effort to speak to the donors and ask them how they are doing? He goes out of his way to establish some semblance of a positive connection with a lot of regular donors. For me, he takes the embarrassment out of donating. I b

Nasty place don't know what there doing go to bio life way better cleaner and professional got hematoma from them bc they didn't know how to put the needle in I highly recommend don't going there they don't even wipe down the chairs like bio life does not worth the money not worth the risk I recommend bio life u get more money there anyways

Some staff are very unprofessional. THEY DONT CHANGE THERE GLOVES AFTER EACH DONOR and some of them use profanity like they are not at work. They always complain about they are ready to get off work and they show it. Overall some days are good and some days are horrible, I guess it's depends on what staffs are there.

This has been the worst experience today. Thus place is always slow but this is just ridiculous. Waited in line for an hour. Currently sitting in a bay bed for an hour with out being hooked up to the machine at all. Still waiting and all I see are employees cutting up and socializing with each other. Why is management not taking care of this issue? Currently looking for a corporate number to complain too.

Staff has been doing a great job at not letting the lines get to backed up as of lately and also, Heidi, Ka' veonshay, and Mr. Williams always keep positive attitudes and makes donations fun.

I went into this place to donate. They are slow at moving people through the lines. After waiting, they wouldn't draw my blood because my blood pressure was too high. My blood pressure was to high because the nurses or whatever they're called kept walking by asking if I've already donated. You want me to sit and relax to get my blood pressure down but you people keep walking by aggravating me so I wasn't able. My wife went to donate and they said she wasn't able to donate because she had a child back in the

I've been donating plasma for more than 5.years at several plasma centers throughout Atlanta, GA. I was very hesitant about going to this CSL Plasma center because of its location. I was very surprised that the place was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. The staff members such as Heidi, Sherita, Ms.Spring and the rest of the sataff are very professional and friendly and they take the time to make your donation process very comfortable.

Michael Teal is the man! friendly, professional and understood my deep and rolling veins. Keep up the great work Mr. Teal ??

This is one of the best centers in the world. Im akways treated with excellent customer. I wanna give a shout out to one oustanding employee (Mr. Zach). He took his timsticking me abd it didnt gurt at all. WONDERFUL JOB.

I feel as if anyone that says anything good about the staff or overall experiance at this location, must be an employee. They are slow, I have never been in and out in under 3 and a half hours. The staff are very curt. I asked simple questions and the staff did not help me in a curteous manner at all. One of the people that stick you (she is real dark skinned and ugly, bumps in her face and on the skinny side with long braids and a terrible attitude) was attempting to drum up business by inviting people t
