Terrible location, dirty, bathrooms empty no tp or paper towels, Gay pride flags everywhere, black employee red hair woman cussing up a storm and saying nword, employees talking to each other wasting time. This location is terrible dirty and ghetto, I just walked out. Usually csl are great..not this one
I been to CSL blood bank since I was 18 I'm 25 I jus moved here 3 years ago I'm convinced no matter what city or state CSL is one blood bank that has lazy workers and unprofessional who sits up be screening people while they're otp im disabled when I go donate there's no chairs I could get there at 8am I bet ion leave out til 1-2 pm this location is a no go if I go to independence ave I'm in there for one hour I could get there at 9 by 10:45-11 im done n on my lil way but CSL on Broadway is very unprofessio
Waste of time for chump change. Wait times are terrible and long and machines never work. Almost everytime I go now the temperature reading comes back fast and says it's high and I'm not sick. Getting tired of waiting for a half an hour for vitals and getting told my temperature too high and come back tomorrow it's not worth $50
This review relates to csl card service, not the donation center or it's staff, which I've always found to be professional, courtious, and clean. . That being said, the payment services are almost as important as the facility and it is very below any kind of standard. I attempted to transfer money to my bank account using the "Expedited" option that assured payment the next day That I payed almost $5 for next day transfer, though exorbitant, was authorized by me because I needed it quickly to pay online bi
I waited in line for 2 hours, and donated for an hour, all to to be ripped off by the card service they use, after donating i went to a store and my card declined, called checked my balance and they took my money and i still owed them 100 dollars for no reason. Went back to csl most of the employees were rude and didn't want to help per usual, and one lady while rolling her eyes and upset for helping me understand why, said well Maybe its because you haven't used you're card in a long time, but thats not t
When people decide to do their jobs, it can be a smooth experience. Other days you wait in line for 2 hours and it gives you plenty of time to remember you can review places
If I could I would give zero stars. I been donating at CSL for about 2 years, and EVERY TIME it's a ?Bonus? they have an excuse. If it's from ?iron too low? or too high. Last 3 times they had one I missed my bonus cuz they had to do a sample that takes 7-10 days EVERY TIME !!! (I'm ex military, had the same diet 7 years. Never had an issue at any other plasma place but THIS location.)Very ironic this ONLY happens when bonus finna hit. Management does nothing about it. This place seems like it's been going d
I've been donating for over a year almost 2, i used to go to the independence location where they 1) get people moving in a timely fashion, 2) aren't incredibly rude, and 3) they aren't so lazy. There's a woman with red hair and glasses who is the biggest perpetrator of the rudeness and laziness. Today the line was so long waiting to get to the beds that the line was so long it went around the inside of the building. Why is it that you hire the most rude and lazy people?
Edit: Guess who got rejected again after bending over backwards to get extra paperwork. Here's their reason this time. Trust I know when there's discrimination involved. My mental illness that has no bearing on plasma. I always have trouble with csl honestly, there's always some imaginary issue of why I can't donate. But today as a new donor I finally made it to the physical after three hours of mostly just waiting around, just for her to tell me that my explanation of what my medications are used for was
First I enjoy this I not only help my beautiful Mother and Dad,But my sister and your family, friend's and love one's.We need more people please????however this place is super clean ??,super helpful staff ????,and I (TRULY)left with a super smile on my face??,My over all experience at CSL plasma on Broadway in Kansas City Missouri should be called super CSL plasma all five stars goes to y'all kudos and keep it up y'all you all are the best ??????
2 stars for today. Now all of a sudden I can't wear my prescription glasses. Because they are shaded. Every time I turn around it's something new. It's not my fought it's not in the chart. The wait it's hellish . Then some power struggling supervisor comes along when it's super busy about these damn glasses. Get some organization. I've been wearing these for a month. Is it jealousy or what. Now I have to a nurse next time. When the B.. only had to look through the glasses. I guess Ralph Lauren isn't excepte
The new machines are garbage they are not faster at all...they have made the overall process extremely longer the last time I was there I was in line for 2 hours and my machine kept messing up and it took me longer than I usually take to donate I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have the whole afternoon free
An empty and bloody sanitizer bottle doesn't seem very sanitary.. this is just one of many examples of how gross this place usually is. All in the same month there were four incidents where there was blood left somewhere. Two of the times it was large amounts no one had even noticed. And thats not including when they leave spots of it all over their lab coat. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms.
This place should be shut down how the staff treat people it's so ghetto and they even curse and talk a bad to patients honestly why is this place even still running
They told me they are a temporary referral for me about something but they went behind my back and made it where I can't donate plasma and all I asked was did u take off the temporary referral off the nurse said I.T. can do it but went behind my back and made it permanent and I did nothing wrong
The CSL on Broadway is everything They are helpful and very polite. Take, Amber and Kendra. They took their time and helped one another fined a good vein so that I could have a good donation. Thank you for caring! Now the other CSL on independence don't care and half of them you can't understand them when they are talking to you.. very rude people I'll never go back there again. Thank you all at CSL on Broadway??????
It's a nice place, I just recommend buying/bringing some headphones while you wait.
Most unprofessional person I had to interact with was the ?doctor? doing my physical. Everyone else was friendly and professional and did their job quickly and efficiently. Doctor, not so much. Made everyone wait. Kept saying worthless things like ?just a few more minutes? which actually means ?it'll be an hour or so while I clown around and have no idea what I'm doing?. Made a rather pleasant experience quite the opposite. Update: ?doctor? is now sitting in her little room with the door closed and ignorin
Mixed bag. Been in twice at this location and both times started with the same phlebotomist and had issues. Missed vein both times, second time I started bleeding on the bed and they had to stop without returning my blood to me. That said, I want to give a shout out to a different phlebotomist who took care of me with compassion and far more skill. Alice is fantastic, if more people here were like her I'd be inclined to give a better review. She noticed that I'd been stuck incorrectly. Gotta say, her blend
I walked in today at 4:20 after having completed the screening questionnaire before arriving. The screening line had nobody in it and went right through. The line for a bed had six people in it. Two first time donors went to the head of the line per policy. At 5:30 I'm still waiting for a bed. This is typical at this location and is my last time here.
April 25 2025 I've been here since 7:10 am and it's 8:45 now and I'm still in the line.
Their customer service isn't that great. I was told I could qualify for an extra new donor bonus. But no one seemed to know what I was talking about. And some of them were unwilling to find the answers I had about this extra bonus. Once time had passed all of a sudden several people knew more about it. This is another place that really doesn't appreciate patrons. Of course there are homeless people that donate plasma for money. I'm sure some of them aren't so nice. Oh and if something goes wrong. They place
I was here for 4 hours today. Due to one person was working in the back named Taylor. I love her and she is such a good sport about it but thee line was ridiculous and long all the way to the check in desk. Thanks to Taylor she got me in and out like it was nothing. She really deserves a promotion or something cause she really does work hard and does it without a sweat. Such amazing incredible lady. I only am giving onestar due to the line and waiting 4 hours total. ??
One thing that I learned from here, is to NOT go on an empty stomach!! The very first time I went was six months ago, and I experienced it all? I was very light headed and felt like passing out, and was very dizzy? come to find out, I didn't eat anything the night before or the morning of and I had gotten really scared to back; I finally went again AFTER six months and ate this time around and everything went well! I had to re do everything which is understandable, and I want to say that the whole staff was
Over 90 mins to get stuck is crazy. I remember why I stopped coming here.
The staff is friendly, however the corporate doctors do not do their due diligence. I am an athlete and have told them several times about my level of activity. They refuse to note an athletic heart rate. I am disappointed with their doctors and managers.
They won't hire any workers its really slow
I was suppose to be a new donor. I would not suggest this location . There was an older black woman that was beyond unprofessional. She gave me an idol threat saying ?I'm not gonna argue I have a 18 year old granddaughter? the manager proceeds to say that isn't a threat and down play how disrespectful the elder lady was. Before she threatened me she was yelling at me and picking , making me feel like I was a low income person. The security tried to help the situation but it didn't help a lot due to the elde
I've honestly hit my breaking point with this place. I've been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but I just can't anymore. All the negative reviews of this place are true!!! There are like multiple staff members just talking around and not caring when there is a long line. Like I always see around 8-10 staff but only 2-3 ACTUALLY working and sometimes not even that. Like I get that they must be pretty tired from being on their feet all day but I went in this morning to donate plasma at 6:30AM!!!!!!
I called to ask a question about donating and the woman on the phone was rude & didn't seem very interested in helping. After we figured out my simple request she hung up on me, who are you guys hiring over there??
The problem is you keep hiring lazy people. Every time I've been here there are 3 times as many employees just standing around chatting with each other while 1 or 2 are actually working. This company should be ashamed. Fire those who do not wish to work, they do not deserve the pay they receive.
Tay was wonderful with helping me have a great donation. If it wasn't for her the one on independence tried to banned .me because they couldn't find my veins. So I went to Broadway and Tay was everything she was professional and she saved me. I will always be grateful to Tay. She is everything and she deserves a bonus.
Waited for a least 20 minutes (45 last time) to get seated there are too many employees on the floor for that to make sense, by that time three new people get in line to be seated. They seat 9 people at the same time only keeping the new donors in order. We time to the best of our ability when we come in so taking people out of order and placing them behind 4 other returning is ridiculous and then to act like we are wrong for saying anything. When you're wrong you're wrong.
In all honesty I really hate that I have to do this because I read the reviews before hand that this place was terrible and I can honestly attest to that .Jackie one of the workers on the floor is an older lady, so I tried to give her some respect just baded on that, but she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and was very rude to me. Unfortunately had to get rude back with her because I don't tolerate that. She callled me young and dumb. Disappointed in this company and will be following thro
Jackie was the worst person I have ever encountered at a business. She was working on the donor floor and was a sour prune. I will no longer support this business because she was so rude. She woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I tried to restart and get off on the right foot with her, but she did not allow that, called me young and dumb. Unfortunately, I got rude right back with her because I don't tolerate that. I will follow through. 1/19/24
So I went today and they rushed to insert the needle. They inserted it on the side of my arm not even in my vein. They then used the other arm and also missed that vein. I was differed for 2 months since they couldn't get the blood to reinsert. I am very disappointed.
This place is trash. They give inaccurate information and refuse accountability. Taking advantage of people in the process. I'll never use this place again and I'm disgusted people like this fail to see the errors of their ways.
Internal fraud/identity theft! CSL Plasma had a new promotion to donors. I hadn't donated since September, but still had the debit card they pay on. I went in march to donate, was told the debit card would still work. After donating an atm said there were no funds. Contacted bank and was informed; a CSL employee issued new visa in my name in Jan, using my identifying information, without noting a reason or going through corporate,. The ?new card? was activated with a pin, and within minutes of me donating,
No complaints against the staff in the back of the house, but the last 3 times I've tried to donate it's been nothing but issues with check in, including being told that I couldn't donate because they couldn't recalibrate the thermometer after it read my temperature at 94 degrees - my temp was obviously not 94 degrees but they wouldn't listen to me and told me I'd have to come back another day while clearly not wanting to be there. I don't do this for the money, I do this because my family has benefitted fr
My detail of my own experience, It's has been excellent. Balance to be a different for the community, also to return as much of the not expire funds that I can receive. CSL Plasma is a good place for donors such as I.
NO STARS but had to hit 1 to publish review. I have never in my entire life donated blood or plasma anywhere. I am sad to say that I chose the wrong establishment to donate for my first time. I followed all instructions and requirements for a new donor. i patiently waited for my name to be called. I waited for an hour and the whole time watched others be called back that came in after me. Being completely ignored, I left. I don't feel like I would be comfortable ever again trying to donate. Giving to much p
The staff at CSL Plasma has always been friendly, and fast. They are very nice people, especially Katie. Everytime I see her she puts a smile on my face and she's always smiling.
I came in for a counseling after I called multiple times this week and it was confirmed that I needed one to donate for today when I got there I was told that I couldn't donate until the deferral time was over by management so I tried to replace my card and ask more about my deferral and when I asked if I could talk to the management that gave me my deferral in the first place I was met with a no and then painted the fee like I was in an abusive demeaning character in front of a room for people and when I t
Honestly terrible worst center around bad parking rude staff ridiculously long wait times bathroom never even has soap
this place is wonderful they have a great team that gets donors through quick and the center is always nice and neat. Everyone needs a raise . This the best center in Kansas City . Good job workers
Been there twice now and both times have been good.. Line moves a little slow but I feel they TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT..!! ????
This is the worst place possible the lines are long then please don't do their job they stand there talking they make you go in order just for you to get on the donor floor for them to take you out of order and let everybody go before you that inconvenience you they never want to make up for their mistakes if you tell them you are trying to lose weight they will send you to the doctor every time you come for your donation visit waste in 30 minutes of your time just for you to give them the same answer you b
the way out's is crazy work why they doing us weird im saving lives i cant even save what they give us
Nurse Martha & middle aged lady with the dreads made the wait worth it! I just loved them. Genuine people that you could tell loved their jobs! The experience made me feel like I did my part to save the life of another. Would definitely recommend this location
Honestly terrible worst center around bad parking rude staff ridiculously long wait times bathroom never even has soap
I've been coming here off and on for the last 7-8 year's or so I have a pretty good perspective on the overall experience. It has definitely changed over the years and for the better I'd say. Twice in the past I vowed to never step foot in this location again. I'm glad I decided to give it another chance though because everthing has improved. The staff are generally more pleasant than in previous years and the whole thing only takes me about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. In the past you would wait at least a co
Lady at the desk was helpful but spoke with the manager lady there she seen me help me find my way to get checked in & half through the process after getting poked & evening doing my questionnaire the manager lady came up to me putting her hands on me stacking equipment off me saying I smell weed?which I know I didn't & if that was the case why didn't she say sum to me the first time then basically assaulting me really think it's bc it was time for closing & I was the last one cause o even had Cologne & ste
On Sundays the office manager only had 2-3 people screening, entered 8:15,screened 9:45, my pulse too high due to the heat and body odors,, one person screened every 15 minutes, including 5 new donors whom are placed in the front of the line. The employees are pleasant considering the number of they screen. The manager should be fired for not scheduling enough screeners. After $125 will return to Bio Life.
This location is horrible compared to the one on independence Ave. The people and this one are rude, very understaffed and can't keep employees there everytime I've been there I hear the works say someone else quit or something. And the people there act like it's a burden to them that we are coming in at all. They are very rude to 1st time donors especially when. They are asking questions and don't understand what to do or the procedures. All in all this location should close down a re work there system. Be
I've been coming to this Plasma Center for over a year and have watched the overall quality just plummet. Lines are ALWAYS incredibly long and it will take you several hours to donate on any given day. They are SEVERELY understaffed. The employees try their best to keep up, but inevitably they get overwhelmed with donors. This is a glaring reflection on the lack of leadership that the managers exhibit. They don't help out in ANY capacity. The poor employees are the one who suffer. I've seen donors become ab
My experience at CSL Plasma Center is always positive. The Center is well kept and the employees are very respectful of there donors. Bring your headphones and relax! The donating process is quick. ??
I had the worst experience I've ever had at their location on Independence Avenue the people are so rude and so lazy I was in there for five hours and only made $20 the phlebotomist I'll put the needles in your veins are only trained by other phlebotomist who are also trained with in the facility they do not have a professional staff or a real doctor on hand. Please do not go there I wouldn't like for anyone to share my same experience but it seems as if everyone there had equally a terrible experience as
I tried 2 locations before deciding to donate with another company. When I went to the independence Ave location, the setup was too disorganized for me to make sense of and no one greeted me for about 5 minutes before I decided to head over to the Broadway location. At this location I can only assume I experienced the most disrespectful and impatient employee this location had to offer. She was very combative throughout the entire process, which I was forced to complete twice due to miscommunication on her
The lines are long always and there is a new staff black female working the front taking vitals, she is so rude, I felt like walking out! I mean she has no courtesy and when she pricked my finger she jabbed in so hard I had a bruise raised underneath the tip of that finger for a week! She is a cold fish, lucky the next trip I was seen by Carlos who is so sweet and talkative he put me at ease right away, the lines were still long though.
So I'm waiting to get stuck to donate and i have my sleeve up to where one of y'all employees can put the pressure cuff on my arm and she asked me to take my arm out of my shirt to where I'm half exposed in front of 4 men along with my husband and my husband can tell im not comfortable doing tht. I LITERALLY never felt so embarrassed and humiliated and disrespected in my life
I appreciate what you guys do, and that you keep a clean facility!! I know the switch has been hard to the new machines but i?m staying patient with you the work you do is amazing!!
I would not recommend a single person to come to this location. I have never donated plasma and I went to this facility with the intentions of donating. The first thing that almost caused me to turn around before I even walked in was the location and parking (small, compact, full of sketchy people standing around, and trash everywhere). So I went ahead and took my chances parking on the street and went inside. As I walked in I was not greeted with a friendly welcome and the building didn't look clean at all
They need to get new equipment, always denying a person saying blood pressure or pulse is to high and it's their old as machines!!
I decided to donate after learning about the shortage and overall need for donors. (This may be long, I hope someone who cares reads this, but I'm not hopeful). I came in and was prepared to spend 2-3 hours at the clinic. The woman who helped initially was friendly to begin with. As the process went on I had marked a question ?yes? and she didn't know how to proceed. She finally told me the nurse will know when I get to that point. As I'm explaining my tattoos she very inappropriately in commenting abo
DONT GO TO ANY CSL PLASMA LOCATIONS!!!!!!!! THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF $20!!!!! AND WILL EVENTUALLY DO IT TO YOU AS WELL!!!!!!!!!! They have a new system where they only give you $35 (used to be $45) for your first donation (regular donor, not new donor) and they are supposed to make up the $10 they took, saying they are withholding it until your second donation, in which they will give it back to you for a total of $55 on the second donation. They kept there word the first time I did this but the second time
I've been coming here for years and the people here are great yes sometimes the lines can be long but nothing better than being treated like a person plus you get paid
I had decided to donate plasma for the benefit of doing a good deed and being able to read while earning additional income. I spent about 4-4.5 hours registering early on a Sunday morning only to be given inaccurate information. I was unable to give plasma the first day because they had to verify that my acne medicine was acceptable. I was told same day that it had been approved and that I could come in the next day to donate, only needing to rewatch the video. After leaving work and arriving at the donatio
I've been a donor here for years. Recently this location has been faced with staffing issues, which has slowed things down a bit. The Quality of service remains A1, so I will continue at Broadway. Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen for your service during these strange and stressful times.
Place is extremely unsanitary and rude. There was a guy today cursing and threatening people in line. Then running from the bathroom and back over 15 times and each time he came back he was tweaking harder. They still let him donate and did nothing for the situation. Took 4 hours to get a seat because staff was just talking amongst themselves and neglecting the donators.
The ladies up front and at the plasma extraction are great. However having to wait for a manager to come verify an address for over an hr while hes outside smoking cigarettes seems rather lazy and unprofessional. Both ladies requested him twice. If he only worked as hard as his staff. Fred i believe. I left after waiting 1 1/2 hrs just for him to verify the address on my mail. Lost a donor today strictly due to him. Outside smoking as i left.
Sydney H. She done impossible for me I have never been able to donate and it might have took a while but I have small veins and it was painless and the only thing that hurt was the tape. She followed all the correct procedures and she done a awesome job. Keep up the good work.
Been coming here for quite a while now. If you are an early riser, the absolute best time to come is first thing in the morning on any day, be in line before they open the doors and you should be in and out in about an hour or hour and a half depending on how fast you draw. I draw very fast, usually about 35 minutes. Want a quick donation? Drink ALOT of water the day or night before and eat a healthy meal. I've heard exercising regularly also helps. I've never had an issue with any of the staff at this loca
I try to take my uncle there today to donate but the police has you guys blocked off and said it was a crime scene I hope everyone is okay. Please be save
Miliana (don't know if I spelled that right) was amazing!!! She was very gentle with me. Understood that I am not the biggest fan of needles. Give this wonderful young women a raise!!! Thank you beautiful!
Most the women who work here are preoccupied with chit chat, barking orders, or trying not to do more work then their coworkers. I feel very sorry for the few that are courteous and helpful. I have on more then one occasion had them put the needle in my arm while not paying attention only to seriously mess up my vein so bad as to restrict me from donating again soon. I do not understand how people who obviously do not like their jobs and do their jobs poorly continue to have jobs. I suggest the location in
Me and My Girl were New Donors Today The Service What Stellar From The Moment We Walked In.Richard The Manager has This Place Running Smoothly The Receptionists (Joy W.)Was Very Sweet and Helpful The Nurse Margaret Was Very Informative and My Phlebotomist Timothy P. Was The Best Stick I've Ever Gotten. Didnt Feel a Thing Clean Good Fast Stickers. I Had To Tell Them How Great The Environment Was How Appreciative We Were Only Location I Will Be Coming To???????
Used to be quick and easy. Now staff blatantly do not care about your time and you'll wait up to 3.5 hours as a returning donor. They don't care about a line. Pretty sad service and I must say I will never come back after donating here for 2 years. Going to try BPL or octapharma.
The staff at this location are very rude. Say you show up and it's too late to squeeze you in.... they embarrass you by being loud and saying " I dont know why yall keep comming in, we closed." First of all, lock your doors then, second of all you can nicely say we are closed without trying to embarrass your customers. These people need etiquette in manners all the way. We wont go there again. Dont need a $20 that bad.
Got here at 1pm it's 2:35 and I'm still in line for a bed . Don't come here unless you got an extra 3 hours to do what should only take 1 hr max .
The wait is horrible! I waited two hours before I was helped and I was there almost 5 hours. Most of the workers have attitudes besides the nurse and a few other higher up people at the center. I don't know how long they train their workers to stick people with needles but it seems as if the lady that stuck me took a 24 hour crash course because they pierced the needle all the way through my vein which caused it to swell and bruise so much I could hardly move my arm and it's day two from the incident and
There at 6:07 and they locked the doors in front of my face I don't understand why it's always a problem when 6:00 hits they want to close the doors on you I really wish that I could really report of this Behavior because it was my second donation and I'm about to lose it which that really upsets me
Very respectful, polite, great customer service care about the donors?.Keep up the great work CSL also a great place to be an employee?. They actually care and you can't find too many jobs like that.
Do not go there they are putting people in danger because they don't know what they are doing they are nervous every time there is only one there that knows what she is doing and she personally told me the others don't know what they are doing I was mis treated by them because after messing up my arm every time I tried when the certain one who knows what she is doing isn't there they blamed me for what they couldn't do when I addressed the matter never go there I have left with oxygen bubble puffed under my
Slow check in the staff in front is very disrespectful will sit and have full conversations with each other while the line is out the door the older lady in front every time I come in and the line is busy she goes on break almost every time and soon as someone walks up to her line she tells them I didn't call you or nope I'm going on break worse csl I've ever been to.
Just not a pleasant experience at any visit that I have made. I am not a rude or even impatient person when it comes to places like this but they make it very difficult for anyone to ?want? to come back. I have been twice to this location and both times have been very unpleasant.
Worst Plasma Place I've Ever Seen ?THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE. the ?$1000 in your first month? thing is a lie- it's actually like $850 (which isn't bad but they should be upfront about that). ?It is unsanitary. Everything is dirty and gross and when they stuck my finger for the pre-screen, they didn't even give me a bandaid, which means there is probably people?s blood everywhere. ?They are disorganized and some of the staff are openly rude and act like you're a huge burden for even showing up. ?they have no p
Either staffing was very insufficient or they were making no effort to get us in. We arrived directly at opening and we're one of the first in line. Yet, they made us wait for long periods of time while others just jumped ahead of us. Not one could give a logical explanation of why we were waiting.
Tanaka and Erika are the reason why I always come to CSL. They are/ do take pride in they're job!!! 5 stars for ach !
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
