I completed the new patient video and sat down to wait on the nurse. 45 minutes later, asked if I was sitting in the correct place, they confirmed that I was. I told them I had been waiting for 45 minutes after the video finished and was just making sure. The lady who checked me in said ?you haven't been waiting 45 minutes?. I checked the time when I finished the video and I had waited in the waiting area exactly 45 minutes from when I finished. I left because of her response.

UNFRIENDLY! UNPROFESSIONAL! DISORGANIZED! I went there on May 29, 2025 for the first time, about 2 pm. I explained that I wanted to give my plasma. The person at the front desk had the upper part of her body lying on the front desk, was extremely unfriendly and not even trying to smile. I was obviously "disturbing her". She asked for my ID and SS card, went "to ask" in the back, came back a while later and told me to sit down and wait. That's what I did. In the meantime, a few other people came after me and

No managers present in the facility employees in the back do whatever they want. The process of getting to the back extremely long the younger workers do not care. They need a manager on site at all times in the back so that the flow of the plasma center will move efficiently I've been to thousands of plasma. This one is the worst plasma center I've ever been to and it's small.

They don't pay enough. Not enough working staff and rude but they pretend to be ones not wrong or at fault and so when you had enough of their pity nonsense they put an act, stare at you with dirty look to tell you to leave right after. I am learning more each day not to put myself in a position with these type of people with stupidity low iq levels or even give into their ego trip. My first visit was ok, but no one told me to drink a lot of water the young lady didn't say much at all lack of patience to complete the process. She said I can come on the next day. I did go back the next day then I'm a day early.

One of the most degrading experiences I've ever had in my life. They checked the front, back , and sides of my arms then sent me to the see the nurse because of a hair dye stain?!? I was dying hair earlier that day and didn't even realize some of it got on my forearm. I could barely see it. I've been donating at this facility for over a year and have given in the neighborhood of 50 - 100 donations. I don't understand the negative reviews some folks have left. The staff have been great: kind, professional, and friendly. If folks can't wait an extra moment while the staff are changing their PPE or having a moment for themselves, that's on them for being impatient. This place is very unprofessional. They make you wait in lines forever they take people in front of you they need better staff they don't ask they can skip you they say they can it's very rude not to ask . They need to work on better performance professional here

tyler is an absolutely legendary employee and a wonderful phlebotomist. when i began to have a reaction during donation, he noticed before i did and kept an eye on me since i insisted i was okay. when it was apparent i should end early, he was very quick to spring into action mitigating my symptoms and ending the donation. he was so quick, professional, knowledgeable, and calm throughout the entire process and didn't make me feel as if i was a hindrance on the donation floor staff. absolutely struck by his

I had a very weird and bizarre experience at this facility, and only donated two times before it became apparent this was not the center for me. During my intake, one of the staff took my ID and social security card out of the room, for no apparent reason, and I had to ask a member of staff upfront to intervene. OK, first off is my first time doing this listening to everyone else I thought I would have a bad experience but it wasn't. It actually was a very pleasant experience and I didn't feel no pain. I did not get dizzy. I did not get weak. It worked out so, hopefully I can be a time a week person so fingers crossed, but it was clean in there and the woman Roslyn was very nice and knowledgeable

It's like they don't want you to donate here, specifically Elizabeth was the worst. I drove 40 mins, brought my ID and papers. I called over the phone and let them know I didn't have my SS card but I had a paper with my last of my SS on it they said that's fine, and they can look me up by SS. When I got there they said no, then I had to prompt to ask if she can do the lookup. She said she wouldn't do it because the SS matched my address but not my name - what? So then another employee said I can use my W2.

The overall experience was good. Everyone was pleasant. The only complaint I have is that I am disabled due to arthritis in my back, hips,shoulders and neck. Otherwise I am healthy. There is no accommodation for someone who can't stand for an hour in a line.

This place is awful! The workers are rude and slow. The nurse who examined me was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me more than once. I won't be going back.

It's a fast process once you get on the bed very energetic and wonderful people

First time/new donor. New walk-in process was simple, thanks to the wonderful and patient service from multiple staff workers, along with Rosilyn and Chi! If you are looking for a clean and communicative place to donate plasma in the area, this is probably one of your better bets.

My experience at CSL was wonderful Jasmine and Chiquita was so comforting to me. She made me feel good and safe about donating. Every time I come in they ask how my day has been and my family. They are so knowledgeable about how you feel. They are my favorite workers.

I donate here twice a week every week.!! The staff always goes above and beyond with professionalism and making the donation process as easy and simple as possible.!! Jasmine is always an absolute joy to talk to and interact with during the check in process very professional, quick and accurate.!! I don't know if I ever have had such a pleasant visit, the greeting at the front desk was very easygoing and very nice staff. Very hard-working staff and made me feel very comfortable and a nice easy visit and also I got educated so mu so much.Very clean environment and I have never had search a visit for a doctor's office anywhere!

All staff was very nice and professional. Especially the phlebotomists. A little lengthy but to be expected for the 1st time. I would be a little more comfortable if there would be less talking in the donor area. After all you are putting a needle in my vain, I would like a little more attention paid to me. All in all a pretty good experience.

Most of the staff are professional and nice. The last time went, I stood waiting for over 20 minutes while the only person working at the screening section had a long chat with her colleague and a male client. There was just me in line all that time and I eventually quietly walked out and deleted their app from my phone. It was uncomfortable and I won't go back.

This location is not near as efficient as the Westbank location. On the Westbank I'm always in and out in 45-60 minutes. This location takes anywhere from 75-100 minutes despite my donations always completing in 30 minutes or less. There is so much unnecessary waiting regardless of time of day. Staff is friendly enough but always distracted by their endless side conversations and I always feel like an afterthought when they forget to communicate with me. I've been coming here for 2 months. This place is very professional and friendly. You're in and out. The transaction is well directed. They inform you about everything needed. There's monthly bonuses and prizes you can win. Chiquita and Fatima are the best workers. The music playlist always hits as well.

For awhile, it was okay. But the last few times I've been, they have not stuck the needle In correctly. My veins are deep. When I tell them, they still mess up and I'll have to be re-stuck? my veins in both arms are bruised. I now get bruised every time I go there. I get deferred almost every time? I have to go weeks between donations to let my arms heal? I'm done with this location?

Machine stopped returning RBCs after the first cycle, so I asked someone for help. The manager walked over and adjusted the needle, resulting in immediate swelling around the area of the needle in my arm. She then completely ignored my swelling arm, the fact that the machine was still beeping and showing an error, and proceeded to just walk away. I thought she was going to get someone to help me, so I waited a minute before asking for help again, but its turns out she just went to do something else entirely

Best CSL Plasma location!! The long lines and wait times can be a pain, but the staff makes you feel so much better!! I love everybody that works here! Jasmine, Tyler, Bri, all of them!! There's not one person that I've come in contact with that has been rude or unpleasant and that really makes a difference to me!

Overall the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the first time donor process took over three hours before I even got to donate. I had prepared for 2.5 hours based on the website suggestion and other reviews. It was just over 4 hours total once donation was complete, which was frustrating. Hopefully future visits will go faster.

The nurses and staff were so friendly and accommodating even though I asked SO MANY questions. The whole process was very smooth, and felt tension-less despite my deep fear of needles. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

No reason you should have to stand in line over an hour for vitals check. Seems like policy on bruising or a scratch on your non donating arm change depending on who checks it. Does not pay nearly enough for a donation to save a life. Need a lot more help to keep the lines moving

I returned after not donating for longer than 6 months. I was told I could not get new donor fee and I would get regular donor fee. I was told that I'd have to complete a new donor full intake that would take 3 to 4 hrs. So I would have only received $45 and would have to do the whole process for that amount. That's obsurd! An elderly woman that was working behind the counter wasn't being very nice towards me so I walked out. I've been donating Plasma for years and feel these Plasma Centers are robbing us!!

In general CSL was clean and once you make it through to the doner section the staff was very friendly. Tyler and Corrine made my visit worth while.. But the front desk was not so friendly. I was the only one in line and I had to wait over 5 minutes before I was seen while they were laughing and talking with each other.

Yesterday, I went to CSL Plasma to donate for the first time and sadly did not have a great reaction to it. I didn't eat well enough beforehand, so my body couldn't handle it and had to stop. The guy who helped me was named Tyler, and he was fantastic! I quickly felt weak, dizzy, and started sweating. When I raised my hand for help, Tyler saw me and hurried over, even though he had just checked on me. The staff/phelobotomaists here are all very friendly and helpful! I was nervous for my first donation, but the nurses reassured me throughout the process, fully explained everything, and were patient to answer all of my questions. I had a great donation experience and felt that every step of the check-in and check-out was handled kindly and professionally.

The men?s rest room could be a little cleaner sometimes, & the staff could have more of a sense on urgency when hooking up & dis charging donors. many times i?ve waited 30+ mins before/after donating simply because the staff were not prioritizing doing their jobs.

My experience at csl plasma has been wonderful. I am greeted by name when I walk in. Jasmine is always positive and diligent. All of the of the employees at csl are wonderful. Always a wonderful experience.

I've donated plasma at both Kenner, LA location as well as Hayward, CA. Great people working at both and the procedure is quite simple. Using the App to check in makes it streamlined and simple and by giving, you're changing the life of someone in need ??

Donated for the first time and was really pleased with how everything went! Took about 3 hours total to get through everything but everyone was super friendly and kind. The donation itself was actually the easiest part. Make sure to bring something to keep you warm and something to keep you entertained because you'll be in one spot for 50 minutes and there's no dozing off. Looking forward to coming back for my next donation.

The physicians were very helpful and answered all my questions. Despite the being a handful of people ahead of me when I arrived, I did not wait long. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable while I was there.

Yesterday was my first experience. Not sure what I expected but was definitely blown away. The staff was all very friendly. Everything was super clean. They cleaned constantly. They explained everything well step by step

They cap you at 55$ but if you have to stop going because their staff messed up your arm and vein and take time to heal ,you lose money. The red head will always find a way to sent you home and won't let you see the vitals monitor. Most of the people that work there are very friendly and easy to talk to if you need help. I went here to donate for the first time at this location but changed my mind . I watched for a minute and I did not like the way the receptionist was talking to the regular donors I assume , I could not get her name but she wore glasses and had burgundy dreads . she was very rude even if those donors were regular I did not think it was professional . The staff is always new and unexperianced. They have completely new staff every 6 months. They refuse to change gloves in between client. Please be careful you go for $30 and end up with AIDS because there company is to cheap to let the employees change gloves.. I had to argue and be told they don't have to change gloves. I came from out of state, so it was easy to have my donor info switched over. My online questionnaire didnt submit right so I had to go back to the kiosk, but the staff was really helpful and sweet about everything. Now take a look at how busy it is before you go.
