I had a good experience with staff and cleanliness, and the timing is always quick. I appreciated that people were friendly. I was defferred TODAY because three weeks ago a lady put scotch tape on my arm and then ripped it off. It created a bruise. She also caused bruising at the insertion site, and isn't a very good stick at all. I asked that the scotch tape not be used anymore and that I have a latex/adhesive allergy and the medical tape used before was fine. The nurse made such a huge deal out of this a

Kind souls here Clean place. The workers deserve raises. Never really had any issues here besides patience at times. Getting deferred sucks however that's on me. Chill and cool people there. 100- donations in, never had a issue. Worth the visits. Thank you.

The employees are sweet and hard working people the only reason I return. They're warm friendly hard working and take pride in they're jobs. Beyond that the corporate side bismal to deal with along with the card service. They manipulate the staff and customers. They offer bonuses till they're over booked then take them away and want you to wait extra for less money then hassle you with card fees. I'm slowly edging away from anything like this.....

Waste of time. Take you through all the steps and hold a cut with a bandaid on it against you. Don't even try if you got any kind of bandaid on. My spouse has had both arms blown out on numerous trips. He hasn't been in a while and they did it again today. They told him wait a few months before coming back. You blow his veins up no matter how long we wait. It's time to just quit donating plasma. Obviously they don't need it. Since they turn away perfectly fit and healthy people.

Everyone is nice, except for the nurses and management. I went in to donate plasma on Thursday, May 16th, and I was sent back to the nurse because of scratch marks I had on my arm from my cats. Upon examining my arms, the nurse, Ben, saw a little bit of sunburn and proceeded to freak out, calling in a second nurse and claiming that I was deemed illegible to donate ever again unless I either bring in a doctors note or the sunburn goes away, then Ben started acting rude afterwards up until I left. UPDATE: He missed over a whole months worth of donations going back and forth to the Dr's to prove he was medically cleared to donate. Somehow the results of the first blood tests to prove that the "Dr" there was very wrong weren't enough. Been a happy donor for 4 years. No more. The past few months I get the same phlebotomist who constantly leaves bruises, leaving me ineligible to donate until it heals. I gave her the benefit of the doubt (shes very sweet), but after awhile, I started protesting to the staff, including the nurse. Nothing was done. It went ignored. Staff is very friendly. The lines are much shorter than surrounding centers such as akron or canton, and the facility is well kept and clean. I will admit they don't have the most experienced phlebotomists, but they seem eager to learn and appear to genuinely care for the donors and do what they can to ensure a pleasant visit.

There is always something with this place. It is clean and there are some awesome employees (Heather, Dan to name a few). I have only ever been to this facility to donate, but I will say it is very clean and sterile. The employees are very friendly and they were extremely helpful when I went for my first time (not knowing what to do). The process on the first time is around 4 hours but after that it usually takes 1.5 hours tops unless you go during a really busy time! It's easy money and it helps people which is always a good feeling! 10 out of 10 would recommend to my best friend!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient group that is attentive to the donor's needs. I've had good experiences here. The donors are respectful to each other here. The staffing to donor ratio seems adequate because the wait times are very minimal. I'm usually in and out relatively quickly.

Very rude staff, except the Phlebotomist. The front staff treated me as though I were under arrest! They do not listen, and so everything took so much longer than it should. Fire the short brunette in ponytail who was there on Saturday, September 24th around 1pm. She is vile.

TaJaya is awesome in the blood draw room, as it being my first visit I was a little anxious but my process was easy and she left my only arm I can work with (due to tattoos) with no bruise and I left feeling like nothing happened! Everyone made me feel comfortable here

I been going to Csl in Kent for about 2 years now. I have seen a dramatic change. When I was first going I went twice a week the staff was well put togther and moved quick and accurate. Everyone got a long great. How ever I have noticed a lot of change last atleast 6 months and I dont go as often. Staff are now quitting or getting fired and as a result I am constantly seeing new staff faces. This place is not good to its employees not like it use to. Enjoy watching people stand around instead of checking people in to keep the line moving. A lot of people in there acting way more important than what they are. Watching 5 people talk to each other right now, I know at least 4 can check people in. No wonder the line is stupid here constantly.

Every member of that staff is friendly... when I go in, they remember me and chat and ask how I'm doing. They are VERY clean and very careful, and if they prick you wrong (which can be inevitable based on your veins) they make it right and make sure you're comfortable. I recommend them to anyone that asks, especially as a college student that tends to be wary of needles.

I was excited about making $100 for the session. Everything was fine until they asked me what gender I was born at birth. I'm trans mtf so my gender I WAS ASSIGNED at birth was male. This was the first issue. Issue number 2 was that I had to answer if I was a male in a relationship or a female. For obvious reasons I chose female. Stay away from this place they have no clue to what they doing. They aren't trained enough to poke you with a needle and there machines don't work properly. This place will make you get a blood clot. They were told several times there is problems here but they do care about you and your health. You truly are getting hooked up by a stranger they hire off the streets that have no idea what they are doing. This is a warning to stay away from this place.

She confirmed with another employee that I would be on the old donor fee schedule. After donation, I was told my fee was $40-something. The staff is very friendly, and make you feel comfortable. They kept asking if I was doing ok, and it was my first time there, and I was still in and out within an hour and 45 minutes. Compared to Akron that was 4 hours. Donating time was about 45 minutes. They are very clean, and I will be going back there from now on. They give u a pay card that works instantly. Too many times they stick that needle in your arm ? miss their target pull it out and go in again! Painful ! I just want to say. I've donated blood regularly in the past and although I know it wasn't the same thing I figured it would be cool to donate again and get paid. Hard times brought me here, but it was overall a pleasant experience. First time donor, and staff was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I also began to faint and they immediately brought me ice packs and fanned me until I was done donating and I was compensated. 5 stars.

I enjoy coming to this location to donate plasma. The staff is friendly and, even though there are no TVs, the music is catchy enough to keep you entertained if you forgot your head phones. On a side note- another way to entertain yourself is to race the other people donating. If you get a stress ball and squeeze it to a quick rhythm while the machine is extracting (not when it's giving your blood back- that's when you rest) you'll be out of there in no time!

Be very careful here. The staff are untrained and they will tell you that your blood tested off on something for intentional deferal during your bonus week. You are unable to speak to anyone in their corporate office for concerns. Several HIPAA violations have been reported as well as reports to the State of Ohio Health Department and FDA. You're safer donating at a different facility.

I went last year and got deferred for 1 year they said I could come back. I called to see what day exactly they said I was deferred forever. The front desk lady was rude and disrespectful put me on hold while I was in the middle of talking. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ive donated plasma at several locations over the course of years. This location does not have tvs to watch. Staff is generally slow despite lower numbers of donators compared to their akron location. Ive sat more the once with no flow awaiting adjustment to be given attitude and my low flow be blamed on not pumping. Ive witnessed a lot of attitude from phlebotomists. For someone who has been to all of the plasma centers in NE Ohio: Grifols, bpl, bio life, including other csl locations, this the best facility. Phlebotomist are precise with needle placement, staff is friendly and long lines are moved in good time.

This place just gets worse and worse. The staff hates there jobs and they treat the patients that way. No since of ergency. Always seem to be short handed. Probably another company that doesn't pay there employees enough to give a @&$!

Wost donation bay staff EVER front staff was good but in the back they are deliberately lazy. I sat wordless in a half empty bay being ignored by the staff too busy socializing to even setup my machine although i was the only one there not already stuck. LESS THAN ONE STAR

Ive came here over 20 times in the past few months and they have hit or miss service some employess are consistently nice but sadly not the ones that work with the people or on the floor. Sad that people try to donate to help others get plasma and even put a little money in their pocket but this place wants to make it difficult and hard to do so and its sad completly sad

Clean, and most of the employees are nice. Sometimes if it is really busy they may stick you fast and it won't draw as efficiently as it should.

The staff is hostile to each other and they don't all follow the rules for promotions two weeks this month I didn't get my ticket for September's drawing last week I thought the pregnant phlebotomist was going to kill the fat blonde phlebotomist they screwed me out of 20 dollars last week too

This location is the best plasma donation site I've ever been to. Very organized and efficient. Friendly staff for the most part. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

This is the cleanest, quickest, and overall best plasma center I've been to. Regulars can expect to be in and out in 90 minutes or less during off peak hours.

A worker let my blood spray like a water hose from a tube on my pants. She hid from me the rest of the time. The supervisor was kind enough to pay the cleaning Bill only because I approached him.

This place is such a scam. The rig the results so you cannot donate so they do not have to pay you the bonus for the month. They said my pulse was 103 I knew that was not right and immediately went to a pharmacy to have it checked and it was 83. BEWARE THEY SCAM YOU AND DO NOT EVER WANT TO PAY YOU THE BONUS!!!!
