I've had a great experience at CSL Plasma. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes the process smooth every time. The facility is clean and well-organized, and they always explain things clearly. I also appreciate the compensation, it's a great way to give back and earn a little extra. Highly recommended if you're considering plasma donation. ??

CSL Plasma in Laredo is a great place to donate. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and professional. They make you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you arrive. The center is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run, which makes the donation process quick and smooth. What I really appreciate is how the team takes time to explain everything clearly, especially for first-time donors. They're patient, attentive, and seem to genuinely care about both the donors and the mission behind their wo

Been to other plasma centers and by far I've had a better and faster experience with CSL. The only downside is The donation rate is less than my other experiences. Very clean facility and courteous staff. No negative experience so far.

As long as you are healthy and don't have it as your main source of income you're fine, there have been issues that don't make any sense or were directly caused by them that kept me from donating several weeks. Over all a good and easy way to get money, with staff that are impartial and professional.

The atmosphere is inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to return.

The staff is friendly & kind. The service is great.

All the staff is great and amazing, everything is always smooth and running except when The staff member Jackie is the one screening you or just near by. She always in a bad mood and looks like she hates working there. Maybe she needs to find another job if she's so miserable and making every donor miserable there.

Wonderful staff and so helpful thank you csl.

Pretty rude some short guy with a limp yells at everyone instead of going up to them. Not professional at all.

Better vibes, faster machines, great staff

Great service! Very attentive

this place ain?t it, some staff members are alright and other staff members just seem like they don't even like it or are just bothered by donors. Would not recommend people to come to CSL in all honesty. Better off going to Ked Plasma or Grifols

Staff is very friendly. I have been to some other places in town but CSL is by far my favorite. 5 stars if the compensation would be a little more competitive

Great staff clean environment

Y'all got great people, responsible people, people open to a good chat, and most importantly look after your health.

Great. Very Professional ??

Easy process friendly staff

Staff is always friendly just my last experience for the physical wasn't the best the person doing the physical was having trouble finding the correct spot for my knee reflex and she literally hit me on the knee with little hammer more than 100 times until they called and said it was okay to pass me like that it took almost an hour just for the physical and my knee was so sore afterwards

I have never been rude to a staff member. this lady got upset because I told her let me know. When you gonna stick me . She began with sorry and stuck me i moved thinking I was in her way . She said next time don't move.... What? Your being rude. She replied...What I am 53. Spoke my opinion. And I'm not rude. Not at all. Doing this for years. Someone needs more than a banana and coffee for breakfast. Maybe she was Hungry ??. Prayers people clients keep you in a job.

Great environment and great employees

Excellent service excellent crew

Great place to donate! :) re

I would give this place negative stars if I could! F this place! Worst donation center in Laredo by far. I feel sorry for anyone who comes here. They need to train their staff better so they know what the hell their doing. Ruined my whole damn day. Didn't care that I had a family either.

Good team fast, Friendly, helpful answer any questions and help you have a great experience and visit. And Melly helps everyone run smoothly good team leader<3

I'm going to be honest and say it very clearly. My previous review for this place was not a good one. I posted that review while I had an issue at the center. Well this place is one of the few places that actually treat you with respect and are friendly and kind. I'll have to admit though that for New Donors the pay is great, the pay for regular donors is way to Low. O well it is what it is. Respect Honesty and staying loyal to one place are the most important things that one needs. Thank you CSL let's co

I was waiting in line to get my vitals checked and iron, and I heard a the receptionist lady say ?Quien Sigue? Meaning ?Who's Next? and i walked up to the spot and she in a very rudely way tells me you have to wait it the line and I replied ? Oh I'm Sorry I Thought I Heard You Calling Who's Next? And she very rudely repeats I have to wait in the line and well I replied back the way she talked to me and I Told Her ? Yes I Know I Need To Wait In Line but i Heard You Said ? Quien Sigue? ?Who's Next? I didn't

Very bad service this is my last donation here!!i was disrespected at most by this employee named Jose Hernandez also by the "manager" Erika. At first Erika was the one who connected me to the machine but since it was time to close and they still had 2after me so when she proceeded to poke she started grabbing my arm so brusquely and i asked her politely if she was mad her response as an excuse was she didnt want to be touched so thats why she grabbed my arm the way she did,ok i replied properly then at the

The personal treat you nice .they explain everything right so you understand everything how the process is .they are friendly.

I had a lovely conversation with Claire during the donation process and Daisy during vitals was also awesome !

Hello. I'm a donor #287 Laredo Tx. Nice staff front to the back. Customer service ?? and well recommended. Raul V.

Very clean and well managed, I have donated at other CSL centers before and im glad to see consistent quality. Donation was fast and easy, staff made it a very comfortable process. Will be staying a CSL donor.

This plasma center gives you very little $$ for return doners. They also have dumb policies. I am missing out on my second day payment this week due to a tiny cut on my finger. Very unfortunate they are losing me as a doner because of this. WILL BE RETURNING TO BIOMAT.

The tech marked my profile to indicate I've recently received a vaccine. I've never received any kind of vaccine. Not COVID, not a flu shot. Because of this imaginary immunization I've been deferred for 4 months.

Everything was great

They are very helpful and answer any concerns and doubts we have.

Good place to donate
