CSL Plasma Las Cruces, NM

I sold my plasma for the first time here and my experience here at this CSL Plasma location was great! All of the staff were kind and polite. The paperwork was easy to read and the the health screening process wasn't complicated. Sabrina the nurse was extremely kind and helpful with answering any questions and concerns I may have had. Overall a great experience!

First time donor with CSL and plan to continue at this location. Doing the pre enrollment prior to arrival is awesome. Arrived at 7:00am and people started trickling in around 9:00am. The service was very professional. Facilities are kept very clean. Staff was extremely helpful with assisting with getting enrolled and providing information for future visits. 10/10 Highly recommend this location!

This place used to get you in and out in less than a hour and thirty minutes. Now it's over an hour and 20 minutes just to get to the donor floor. The workers are slower every time I come to donate and the line gets longer every time. Expect a 2 plus hour wait and however long it takes to donate on top of that.

100 for first 5 donations is a lie and if you do the math given after 5 donations there's still no way you can make the 700 they claim you can make a month. Wait time is ridiculous as well if I could give 0 stars I would. FALSE ADVERTISING

Hello!! I came into donate today and it was absolutely amazing, the staff are exceptional and very friendly but one staff in particular stood out to me the most! Sanjuana Beltran always makes my visits as amazing and seamless as possible, she goes above and beyond to stay alert and urgent all the while tending to the donors and delegating the flow of things! Her sticks are never painful (considering the needles are the sizes of toothpicks) and always ensures mine as well as other people?s well being are up

I went for my first time donating plasma and the process to get started was very efficient and easy to do. The staff was very friendly and patient with all my questions and thorough in explaining the process. One other MSA?s (Medical Support Assistant) who assisted me was Mark and he did an excellent job with my physical health check and going over everything while providing professional assistance and a comfortable office setting. The whole CSL Plasma centers team is amazing and do great work.

The staff continues to be positive and professional, working in an efficient manner. They are very pleasant in their interactions. I appreciate the hustle of Chanel especially. She has lawyer talent he time to speak to me even if she is not handling my donation. Very professional.

I always get great service! The best up front is Vanessa by far! She always has a great attitude and is very sweet and professional. In the back JC, Sanjuana, and Shauna are all amazing! I have tough veins and they always get me and don't mind me asking for them.

Always a good experience, minus when they are understaffed and have to wait forever. Sonia is very attentive and respectful of how her stick felt. As a side note to the higher ups. It is public knowledge that CSL reported nearly 3 BILLION DOLLARS in net profit during the last year. That being said, lowering your donors compensation is a FANTASTIC way to lose your entire donor base, especially considering that you could EASILY pay better and not even notice a decimal point change on your profits. I've been donating twice a week, for two and a half years. From the vital checks and nurses to the techs and the beds, every step is worth every dollar. Speaking of the techs, Chanel and Sanjuana are professional and thoughtful. Maggie is definitely a boss but secretly another kind soul. They are all perfectly professional and care for your health and comfort. If you're considering donating plasma, the process to get started is very informative and the CSL staff is eager to answer all of your questions.

I recently visited CSL Plasma and had a great experience. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and professiol. Chanelle came out briefly and made sure I was comfortable, providing helpful information on which ATMs to use and which to avoid. I have to say it's always a great visit when I come in to donate. In majority of my donations I'm either being poked by Merlinda or Chanel that of which they both have light hands and a gentle touch. Sandra closes everything up by wrapping me and have a closing conversation which when I leave is a great feeling knowing I was being taken care of.

One of the lady's was very loud and rude could've been more professional. Especially for something minor.

Since my 15+ years of donating I have always been able to request certain phlebotomists that I trust and takes the time and care to sticking me. Today I requested Chanel because she's great when sticking me. The floor manager came and said that in the future I cannot request certain phlebotomist unless I am a hard stick, which is ridiculous because I don't want just any phlebotomist sticking me because many are new or are in a hurry and they're not very careful or gentle when sticking me. Stacey and chamberline are probably the quickest in reception(though everyone seems to be quick and extremely friendly). The phlebotomist are the best (especially sanjuana and sonia). ive gone to one in el paso and california and i can say best expierence.

They have a special way of making donors feel confident in them and very comfortable. Management, they'te making you look REALLY good. They are quite the imptessive assets to CSL. This place is very understaffed and overworked. The leads and management team do bare minimum to keep this place thriving. Phlebs are tired and the females that run the floor have really bad attitudes. I do not recommend this place as a professional atmosphere for plasma services.

Out of 13 donations, only 4-5 of them have been positive experiences. At first, I was told that I was flexing my bicep, and that I wasn't hydrated, which is why I was feeling strange pains in my arm. It was difficult for blood to be pumped. Come to find out, they were pushing the needle too far in my arm. The lead was the one who figured that out and she told me to ask for her whenever I visited. On 2 other occasions, when the lead wasn't available, two other phlebotomists were able to insert the needle

Staff was so helpful for my first time and everyone was so friendly! Everyone was a great help for informing on this process and the MSA, Mark, was a huge help for me and my friend!

Sanjuana is always very efficient and cheerful. Also Destiny is very friendly and gentle. Clean facility.

I went to donate a help save lives and was discriminated against for my amputated finger, which is a 17 year old injury. I have been a donor for a long time and they never said a thing. Until a certain medical staff member decided she didn't like me for whatever reason. She decided that my missing finger was an issue, among other things that should not have and never did have any impact on my ability to help save lives.

Vanessa was very polite and professional. Always very welcoming.
