It's been about two years since I've been coming here No issues up until recently. For starters Management has changed & it's obvious there is no sense of any type urgency all across the board , Two they have new machines which from my understanding take longer to break down and set up which means longer wait times to get on the donor floor. Finally Went in today even though my gut and my body have been begging me to stop going I went in stood in line just like everybody else then for a donor who WAS not a

I've been coming here for the past few years and is by far is one of the best plasma centers. It's a seamless process most of the time. During peak times, you can expect to wait a little longer but the staff do everything they can to ensure donors are in and out. Staff has always been friendly. Reading through the reviews I was like? because I have never once seen an employee have a bad interaction with a donor.

The service was too slow. A no. They gave a feeling of trust and no cooperation. I'm a little unhappy with the way people are served at the site. I think it could be improved, as this is both to help the people receiving the plasma and the people who are going to the headquarters. The staff should be evaluated to ensure they are working properly and serving people as directed.

I will never return to this location. They destroyed my arm by fishing for a vein. Senior Phlebotomist? How'd they even pass the sticks test? The image is after a full day of healing. Don't fish for veins. I might just sue, my arm still hurts.

Unprofessional and self righteous staff. Go anywhere else you can. It's a company wide disease. Some centers pay more. Even if it is less money you will be extremely happy you didn't go to CSL! The only reason for a star at all is because It has no option for no star. GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT CSL! ANYWHERE ELSE!

Recently went to the center a couple days ago. I was a new donor and they guided me through every step of the process. Obviously you should ensure you've read ahead about whether or not it's right for you, but even if you don't they are very informative about the procedure. Of course, it was a little scary the first time but everyone was kind and helpful. The actual donation took 30-40 minutes, though I was there for two and a half hours since I was a new donor. When I went in (early in the morning) there w

Terrible service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. THE WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS. 2 hour wait before being seated. Doesn't matter if you get to clinic before they open and your number 1 donor, you can still be waiting an hour before you can even donate. System down with no information to tell us. They say it can be back up in 10 minutes 1 hour 3 hours from now. This plasma clinic is dog water poured on a dumpster fire. Pure garbage.

Two starts for certain staff members who actually act like they want to help. Upon signing up you're told $100 for the first five visits but what they don't tell you is if they decide to change their prices, it affects what you signed up for. Inform donors upfront and let us decide.

I've been coming here for a year now, and with these new machines they got, the wait time is now ridiculous!!! I waited in line for an hour and 25 min just to go back to the bay. This is not acceptable, at all!!!! People come in here during lunchtime and you can't even get into the chair before your lunch is over! Ya'll have to change this or I'll stop coming here all together. Nobody has time to be here for 2hrs or more every time they come!!

I don't know what day people are going, But everytime I go, they're super nice, super quick, and really take care of you there. Definitely recommend going here for plasma donation.

More toxic customer service!!! I arrived a lil after 1 on Sunday because the site says arrive 90 mins before close to be a new donor. I told them I drove 30 mins and could they please accommodate me. Carmen got an attitude and acted like it was my fault when she told me they were short staffed and there was too many donors ahead of me. Just as she said that they all were taken and there was one as we were speaking. I was literally confronted by Carmen when I told her I wanted to be a first time donor. She w

Donated plasma here around year 2020 when the economic shut down happened because of virus Covid-19. My job closed down & I was struggling with my bills. I resolved to sell my plasma for cash. It was $800 back then but now it's only $500. The recession of 2023 is really affecting Gwinnett & there isn't any job around Duluth city hiring for permanent. $500 is $500 & no one is just going to hand you cash. Anyways, a person has to be at least 110 lbs to donate plasma. After 6 months, your record starts over ag

Taja the receptionist was so rude. I've literally never experienced such service at CSL. She didn't say hello, when she asked to see my arms I showed them and she responded ?one at a time? rolled her eyes then said ?yall show your arms the same way everytime not sure why you're confused.? That was the first time anyone has told me to do it one at a time. Regardless The center was closing and I could sense that's why she was aggravated and giving me a hard time when I have done nothing to her. It's too many

As of a month ago my experience at csl has changed. Went from 45 minutes- 2 hours AT MOST, to waiting 3plus hours. Faster donor experience where?

Extremely long wait time . At minimum a hour to a hour and a half . Manager and staff laughing as if it doesn't bother them that they have line from the donor floor to the nurse Office. Horrible experience.

I've been there 2023 and kept getting apologized too cause I got poked 3 times on left arm , then we swapped to my right arm and got poked twice and was given some galls, and bandaid, had to play doctor on myself and while needle in my vein finally...wild experiment....I was better off sticking myself and drawing blood ...

It's getting. Ridiculous to get there. And wait more then an hr just. Get to a machine. Better start looking for another place to donate .

I have had the best experience here at the Riverside location of CSL! It is a blessing to be able to do my part in helping others thrive and survive! The staff are always friendly and helpful - especially Jackie, Silvia, Kevin, T.T., Tempest, Jeff, and Keisha!

Terrible customer service. Almost every visit, staff up front are having inappropriate conversations on top of donors, or just too much convo to where it prohibits their work. I actually got told, "we aren't robots, we can talk." Alot of folks don't appear to have good work ethic. Some are great, it's mostly the newer staff I see that are rude. Unfortunate.

Sticking with my review. Even if you try to mind your business, the special ones will try to elicit a reaction buy pulling on your limb. Even if you show you don't intend to sign up to the mask they are wearing, the few will be passive aggressive with retaliation. They treat you like you need to come here and get poked by people who don't enjoy handle their attitude and throw them out if they feel any sort of way/about you personally. There are few consistent people that do their jobs perfectly fine. But i

What bad service. That staff is the worst there is, the lady at the reception. He didn't want to answer because of the language and the worst case is that he speaks Spanish just like me and the service shows that they don't want to work. They send to donate to another company. You can see that racism. Really unprofessional. They shouldn't have staff who don't want to work.

I'm trying to donate but the doctor that has to go over my sample has had 3 family emergencies the last 3 weeks and doesn't come in to do his job

The staff is always friendly, especially Jackie! The process is always quick. 8:30 a.m. seems to be a great time. In and out within an hour.

I only recommend if you coming up to your FIRST 5 times after that don't. You will be low balled. You can expect to wait 1-3 hours in total just about everytime. Even expect to have BOTH of your arms picked at on multiple occasions for one donation.

Had a way better experience these past two times than my first. The staff in the front were way more professional and friendly. The phlebotomists were all awesome and weren't sluggish or complaining. Big shout out to Kevin because he always goes out of his way to keep his donors as comfortable as possible. I'm glad they made the turn around they did compared to my first visit. Thank you guys for making this as smooth of a process as possible!

I love the Lawrenceville location they are fast and friendly. Donating is a great way to make a little supplemental income and they have raffles for giveaways and bonuses!

Yes my experience was great thanks to Brittany .who made me feel comfortable and was super nice but the rest of the staff was good too?

This location the workers seemed nice, but this location needs major adjustments. I feel that workers lack a sense of urgency, organization skills, and time management. The fact of the matter is I waited for almost 2 hours to be taken to have my blood drawn. When the lady at the desk told another person that it would take 3 hours til he could b seen I just left. The workers also mixed up the order of multiple people waiting.

They didn't want to help me because they don't speak English very well and I lost my appointment. They sent me here from Stone Mountain because they said they had people who spoke Spanish and the lady who speaks Spanish didn't even want to help me or translate for me. Terrible service.

Most of the time they are really great. But lately (about once every two weeks it seems) especially if they are busy I deferred for one reason or another. Or they send me back to the nurse for the same scars on my arm that I have had for well over a year now. Today I was deferred because the girl tried once to take my temperature and she said for some reason it didn't work so she had to defer me. (This one has never happened before and I am guessing because they were so busy she just wanted to get the nex

They are very unprofessional. They act as if they are so confused or don't know what happens next. They like to have conversations with their co-workers instead of doing their job. Told me to come the next day, i came the next day they wasted my time and GAS. Customer service is terrible. Why do I have to tell you I need help when you saw me walk in there and stand at the counter clear as day. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

Got called out (not in a nice manner) on more than one occasion regarding the use of coupons whose usage and timing were simply just misunderstood. Why make a big deal about it; are you just so bored with the repetitive nature of your job and have nothing better to do that you had to take it out on someone? It hurts to feel singled out / targeted / blacklist-threatened / even pursued and the coupon grabbed from me. Don't forget what's more important are the patients who do need this plasma and not your p

Never had issues with donating until i came to this center. I ended up losing blood and was deffered for like 2 months and missed out on like my 2nd and 3rd donation because i was poked wrong with the needle. I don't understand why it is allowed to hire people with NO medical background, they can pluck anyone off the street and give them a needle and tell them to insert needles into people trying to donate, i still have a bruise on my arm from April 2024 that's how bad they messed my arm up

Staff are kind and professional. Smooth process clean center. Just wanted to add that I've been coming here for about 4 months now and this center is very consistent and efficient. Even if or when there is a wait the staff does an excellent job getting you in and out.

My husband and I transferred from Gainesville and the first time we walked in we could tell a huge difference. The whole staff is a lot more friendly and knowledgeable. They don't give you the runaround if you have a question or concern. Highly recommend this place

I just love this location it's the best. Staff is respectful, quick efficient, do what they do well and have wonderful bedside manners. It's an extremely pleasant atmosphere Whoever is running this particularlocation needs five stars as well I came from a different location that was not as proficient at what they do. It takes a little over an hour to get here and I have no problem with continuing that just because of how great everyone is

Was referred and visited the Lawrenceville location only to be told that they were not accepting new donors. I went early morning and they were only letting people donate that already donated in the past. Very weird since they advertise for new donors and say they give referrals too. I contacted their website but heard nothing back from them at all.

This is the only location I have been too and mostly everyone that works here is wonderful. They'll answer any questions you have, they try to remain happy even with the whole place packed, and I've never had a bad experience that wasn't quickly resolved. Some staff members aren't as nice as others but you can recommend who you like to set up your donation. Kevin Long is the absolute best!! He remembers regulars names to give that personal touch and is the sweetest member at this location! Tt is also very p

The staff is great, I get nervous with larger needles and they make me feel comfortable and ask if I am okay every time. The wait times are typically reasonable and the donation process is super easy. Definitely worth the money!

Been going here for 2 years now. Good clean now. Ups and downs in the beginning but much better now. The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because the nurses call out quite a bit. So what does this have to do with us? Well they cant take in customers unless the nurse is in. So if you get there before the doors open to beat the crowd it doesn't matter because you have to wait for the nurse who calls out a lot. Now the rest of the staff is great but for some reason everytime i get the chance to come in early

This Place is Pretty Efficient! To me they do move pretty fast and my donation times here are unmatched too just a few other places I've been too in past. Also Nurses are great with the needle sticks. Haven't had a restick at this place not Once ????

CSL Plasma is a great place to donate. You are constantly kept informed of what is currently being done. Privacy is kept private and respectful. The staff is always attentive and friendly, readily available, and helpful to answer any asked questions or concerns. 5 out of 5 for the greatest staff and the most pleasurable and calm donation experience I have ever had.

Akim and Tim are both always so helpful and respectful.I always have a good experience here. My only complaint is the Line and the fact you have to stand in line for so long. We need chair, after a long day at work. But over all it's a great side hustle.

I hadn't been here in 3 years and I was beyond impressed. I was immediately taken care of, everyone was so sweet, and I can't tell you how much it warmed my heart to see familiar faces! I will absolutely be returning and referring.

I went to the one in Tampa fl Adamo drive , they lady that stuck me wrong & injured me lied and put a stuff in my profile & got away with it ,I live in GA now and the center here said they added a bunch of things ,I was touching the machine , face timing I don't even have face time on my phone when i called to get it corrected it was Stephanie & another manager that was worried about sticking me wrong && never fixed , so now I can't donate be Adamo office lied on me. They are unprofessional & wrong for how

My visits here are honestly hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is extremely rude and sometimes they're very kind. Most visits the place appears short staffed, but the important aspects are kept up. The place is always clean. Even if the staff is rude they know what they are doing. I have been deferred a few times and I would rather be sent home than pushed to donate. I have seen the staff have to deal with some unruly people and I have a level of respect for the staff managing the stress of customer service.

Great place. Linette is amazing she definitely has experience. I highly recommend CSL to everyone. You will feel comfortable and they answer your questions. Also the machines they have work faster then the other plasma donation centers so your time Is cut in half.

I have been donating at this center for about a year. The employees are always friendly and courteous. The building is always clean. I have no doubts about donating here. One of the vital technicians, Tonya, always tells me about any special promotions that the center is doing, even if it's not advertised. This is the best place I have found to donate plasma.

The amount of time from check-in to getting called to one of the donation bays should not be a 1-1.5 hour wait (early morning visits). There are at least 36 donation lounge chairs but only a little over half are utilized with two Phlebotomists working the floor (three if we're lucky). It's similar to Walmart with 12 check out lanes with only two lanes open. The number of people in the wait line has been ridiculous on the last few visits. May reconsider donating as it's not worth 2-3 hours of time spent du

Excellent customer service and I did not have a long wait. It is always clean and the staff really knows what they are doing from the intake to the phlebotomist to the nursing staff. My favorite thing to see is management jumping in and helping out to make sure our wait is short as possible. Thank you CSL Lawrenceville GA

Great operation! The staff is friendly and professional. The process is efficient. They care about your time and always get you in and out as quickly as they can. And there is the added bonus of being able to help those who really need it.

The staff are great from taking vitals to getting to a bed to donate. They are always concerned about how you are and feeling. Constantly checking to see if you are good. They also noticed when you haven't been in a whole. I also like that the app tells you how many ppl that you helped by donating!!!

Great experience here each time I walk in. The first session was a little nerve racking because of the questions and nurse visit. After that, it's been a very enjoyable experience. The staff are always friendly and very professional. They laugh with you and the other staff, so you know they enjoy their job. Very clean facility. Quick kiosks and check ins. Money paid is immediate before leaving the facility to a Visa card. Great experience!

They are always friendly, it's always very clean , everyone shows up to work making sure wait times are reasonable. It's just one of the best experiences I've had donating plasma. They staff I'd friendly managers know what they are doing unlike some other closer plasma centers we choose to drive further to come to this one!!

I have been coming to this location for three plus years and I haven't had many bad experiences. There are phlebotomist here that have been on the team for years with magic fingers. The triage staff are always so pleasant. Thou because this location is a hot spot expect 1-3hr for donation... before covid could get in and out less than 1 hr. The facility is clean and does not have an odor.

The staff is friendly and they really do try to get you through as quickly as possible but also take the proper steps to explain to (especially new) donors what is going on. The physical examination is detailed but necessary. The nurse was nice enough to check om me while donating bc I had a slightly higher resting HR.

The late afternoon/evening staff this past Wednesday (5/22/19) was absolutely refreshing! They were ALL fast, professional and polite. My 2 previous visits were unpleasant as there were mild complications. I will be sure to go on Wednesday evenings ONLY providing it's the same staff.

It is a friendly atmosphere from the time you walk in the door until you walk out. If I had any questions they would answer it or find some one who can. The managers has been very informative and very patient when needed information that they needed to call the 800 number. The staff is very professional. ????

I have not been to any other donation center and I don't plan on it. Everything you need is HERE. Professional, comforting, and easy. The employees are amazing and I've never had any issues with anyone here. Love how Kevin gently does his job hooking us up to the machine. ????

I've been coming here for a year now and I love it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The first time does take awhile when you first start out but after that first day you're in and out of there. I will always recommend coming here to my friends and family

I've been going to the CSL plasma on Riverside Drive for the past month and I'm impressed with how the people working there manage to handle so many donors in a professional manner. There is one person in particular that really cares about sharing her knowledge with her coworkers and how much she cares for the donors. She is kind and caring. I look forward to all their support.

Turned down 3 times for high blood protein. Workers always seem to have an attitude with me. Disappointed that I won't get the cash, but I won't miss getting poked or wasting gas.

I've been coming since 2020 after I got COVID. Everytine I come the staff is very professional, facility is clean and they work in a fast and timely manner. They know my name when I come in as if we are all friends. I've never been anywhere else nor do I can to. Thank you for making this process as stress free as possible.

Always so clean!! Staff is so polite and. Respectful!! They try their best to make the donation process as comfortable as possible and most important everyone well trained and focused on the task at hand.

The actual donation aspect of my visit went well. No discomfort and I was done in less than an hour. The customer service and professionalism though is not the greatest. They are understaffed all the time with three screeners but one appears to be a floater between that, the front desk and maybe back office stuff because they always disappear after doing one screening. The lines are extremely long and slowly moves. I understand that you have to wait until a seat becomes available but why not have seating in

I went to the Riverside location and they were absolutely fabulous! They explained everything that was going to happen. It was my first donation and I will definitely be back. The staff was so nice and the whole experience was fabulous.

My experience at cls plasma was a breeze. Actually it was quite pleasant. I didn't expect to be in and out in such a short time. The staff is very pleasant and informative. If I would have known donating plasma was that simple as it is I would have done so a long time ago. It's probably one of the best ways I've ever helped others. I'm glad I came and looking forward to coming back to donate again.

The people are alot nicer here and faster than the Gainesville location. I will never go back to the Gainesville location again. I would rather drive the extra miles to have better service. Thank you to the staff and management. Keep up the good work.

I have not been to any other donation center and I don't plan on it. Everything you need is HERE. Professional, comforting, and easy. Tempest is amazing and I've never had any issues with anyone else. Kevin is the man Also! ??

The worst facility and the nurses are disrespectful and on the donation floor I have seen them not changing gloves and dropping needles that are being used on donors I would have highly recommend them but I was disappointed and called a liar over and over again so to those who follow me and respect the fact that I'm a local guide for Lawrenceville GA and Gwinnett county please find other donation centers....

I am a first time donor and have heard many horror stories about the process but I have to say, I am so glad I chose CSL Lawrenceville, GA as the location to donate. Everyone is so friendly and polite. The LONGEST it has taken me from walkin in to walking out has been 2 hrs and that was my 1st visit which is always longer. Very please.

My original review from nearly 2 years ago just doesn't do this place justice, so I'm editing it to add a few more details. In a nutshell, CSL Plasma Lawrenceville has an extremely hard-working team who are all so very friendly, caring, attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Even though I can be a big problem at times (which I am truly sorry for) they always do what they can to help and make me feel comfortable so that I can have a pleasant and successful donation experience. Although all t

The staff here is awesome. The manager Domonique went above and beyond to explain the process to me. It was refreshing walking into a clean facility with a helpful staff. I appreciate her and the team at Lawrenceville.

CSL always gets me in and out. They are friendly, thorough and gentle. It's a ?well oiled system!? I've had a couple instances where I started to feel faint, they quickly tended to my needs and got me feeling great again. I started donating plasma for a little extra money. I've since learned how Much it helps others and feel blessed to be able to help others in this way.

We love coming to this location. Always super clean, managers know what they are doing. It's always fast and everyone is always nice. I prefer this location over a much closer one !

I have been coming to the Lawrenceville csl for almost 3yrs now, I've gotten to know most of the employees, they are very kind & friendly & caring. They make the process very easy. Christi Grace

Sylvia is my FAVORITE!!! Her smile illuminates atmosphere has a beautiful spirit. She is really friendly and wants the best for everyone she deals with. I've seen Sylvia train the new employees and is EXCELLENT at it. I can tell that she is passionate and focused and takes her job seriously. Diquita is very sweet and efficient. Very professional. She gets the donors in and out very quickly. I dont have to be worried about Being skipped over, her memory is immaculate!! I love coming to CSL lawrenceville. Jac

Everytime i come here, it is clean and the staff is friendly. They always do their job and if i have an issue, it is always quickly resolved. I like how they have different promotions and will continue to come.

The staff at the riverside location are all wonderful employees. That make you feel comfortable whether you're a new donor or someone who comes every week. They're very professional, productive & friendly. I prefer the riverside location & its staff over any other location in Georgia.

Today was my first time donating and it was a great experience. Everyone I met was professional and pleasant. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. The team also seems to have a good time while doing their jobs which is refreshing to see.

I been donating for years. It seem on Friday less staff and long wait. I got there at 7:30 and I didn't get called back till after 8:50. This is the second Friday I came that it was taking them to long to call patients back. They only had two phlebotomists. If they know how it will be on Fridays they need to have more staff on Fridays. ITS RIDICULOUS!!! They need to have more staffs like Kevin that can get patients in and out

I've been coming for a year now and the staff is great! Would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, or anyone who is in need of a little extra cash while helping out others.

If i could leave less than one i would. Three people there actually seem like they care and enjoy the people part of the job and 2 i only met at my 3rd donation, which was yesterday. The others act like theyre in highschool still. Lazy and dont want to be there. Literally i have a scratch on my arm from a tree, id gotten plenty before and onew i was fine, but they said go see the nurse. She took one look and said "what the heck youre literally fine" like just waisting time for nothing, then i come in for a

The facility is very clean and pleasant. The staff is efficient and very nice. I never have to wait very long for vitals check or donation. Much better than other locations I have been to.

Great place to donate. I've always had a great experience everytime I've came. Plasma has helped save my son's life when he was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease. So thank you to everyone who donates. I do recommend this place it's one of the best. Keep saving life's.

I like the facility but the vital sign check in moves way too slow for the amount of volume that comes in daily it should not take almost 30 minutes for 6 people to be checked in at the vital check point it's crazy?.

The staff are nice but they know 20 or 30 people are gonna be here even before the doors open and they have 2 people checking vitals..... ridiculous...if I could give a negative 5 star I would!!!

Worst place ever. No organization skill at all. You will be standing in line all day while vitals staff continue to talk about personal stuff not pertained to work . Some staff are incredible while some staff are just horrible.
