CSL Plasma Lawton, OK

The worse ever! They had 100 people standing in line at the front and the employees were standing back there laughing and talking. One employee took a break when it was just 7:30 a.m. and they open at 7 a.m. I mean they have enough staff, so I'm not understanding why it's more people at the front than the back. They seen a bruise on my arm that's been there the last 2 times I went and told me to go to the nurse. I sat there and waited on the nurse for like 15-20 minutes when I could?ve been already donating

I have donated at centers across 3 states and never have I experienced wait times like at Lawton CSL. Been donating here for almost 2 years. Expect 2+ hours each visit. Expect rude and disconnected employees. Expect them to hire and replace their best workers with new trainable underqualified employees on a monthly basis. There are decent people working here but the company allows phlebotomists with shaky hands to stick you and new phlebotomists that hurt you or bruise you to continue sticking. I would not

Anytime I call this establishment no one answers the phone. I've been donating at CSL for over ten years and any other facility. Whether it have been in Denver, Colorado or Tulsa Oklahoma. There is always someone at the reception desk to answer the phone. Which is the case for the CSL Plasma Donation facility in. Lawton, Oklahoma.

First time donating today and the experience was great! Like many I contemplated donating plasma for safety reasons. But after getting thoroughly screened and seeing how buisness is conducted, I'm confident in the staff at CSL Lawton. Building was clean and everyone was friendly. The place does get busy so the earlier in the morning you can go the better! On the first visit you are screened, you conduct a brief physical and they check your blood, you also have some consent forms and a brief video describin

The amount of wait time is ridiculous long line just for vitals w only one person doing them. They be having alot of people just sitting around laughing when we sitting n line for over a hour jist for vitals. Apparently nothing changed back n here today nd the same slow black lady doing vitals again been n this like for over a hour just for $45 makes no sense!

They jacked my arm up pretty bad. This has never happened to me until yesterday, I told the guy who stuck me with needle that it felt weird and my arm was tensed up like it was going to explode. He said i was fine an I disagreed ... I asked him if I should stop an not donate. He suggested I was fine.. Then my whole arm got huge swollen afterwards and i can't move it today ata all without it hurting... I got pics tp prove the bruising. Also hospital paperwork showing what results are .

GRIFOLS PLASMA IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA they are friendlier cleaer and they pay way better and have better incentives CSL really hasn't changed at all since back in the day they are still the bottom standard center

Went in because I wanted to donate. Told that I wasn't allowed to donate because apparently I had "dairy". That "dairy" was eggs. Apparently they need new staff because eggs aren't dairy. Get your facts straight woman. You try being poor for once in your life and see from others perspectives

The people are super nice and professional - love the workers?? BUT the wait times are insanely long. They have you make appointments on the app, but that means nothing because everyone can schedule the same time. With an appointment, I waited 2 hours standing in line and then another 40 minutes to donate. I have other commitments on my time so this is too long. The other plasma center in Lawton is much more efficient at getting you in and out - there I'm in and out in usually 1 hour or a little more.

Got in at 7:00 everybody I was with got to donate already and I'm still waiting for a nurse to get a stupid color wristband anybody can put on for a bruise

This place is an absolute joke. They'll punish you and send you to the one nurse. After they're the ones who can't stick properly. I hate myself for having to need to come here... I have been donating for quite a while at first it was great the staff was nice they was gentle as possible but once I became a regular I know this money will start going missing they start lying about how much you're going to get and the deferring people for no reason and 100% out of nowhere would not recommend for the Long haul

August 19th I went into booth four for preliminaries. Samantha was my intake person and I can't express how completely rude she was not to mention rough like she has a problem with me personally. It felt like an attack and a little pinprick on my finger felt like getting stabbed because she was so rough. She obviously cannot keep her emotions out of work. And I'm finding it does no good to talk to the manager because employees like that are still there.

It was very busy people had attitudes but yanissa and the other woman that was sticking. There were only 2 of them did a well job of being professional and very kind and Patient. These kind of workers.No matter what kind of day we have here makes us wanna come back

I had a scheduled appointment as a new donor this morning. I did everything in the app as requested, I get there, wait 8 to 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges that I am there. The lady checks me in on the computer, hands me a book and tells me to sit down on the benches and someone will be with me in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I'm still sitting on the bench. Most of my wait there were no donors in line. I left a note with their book and walked out.

They are just amazing. I wouldn't even pay attention to that 3 star because they deserve a 5 star.They are always so understanding and sweet. The people who stick are just as gentle and kind. They always give tips to help get through the donations quickly and I've witnessed people get sick out of no where, they always make sure you get better the best way they can. One of the best CSLs I have been too. Very quick, smart, and respectful. Never had a problem with giving plasma. And I'm always in and out within an hour.

I been going for a good minute then couple weeks ago some rude black lady deferred me for having a 110 pressure then she told me to wait 15 minutes and don't leave the building or I will get deferred and I was at 105 then she ending up deferring me they are usually cool about this an let me proceed anyway but all the sudden they want to go by rules. I drove in hour and I needed the money too, $60 down the drain and my time wasted. Definitely not donating again at none of csl plasma center again.

They have one of the rudest front desk staff and managers I've ever encountered. There are never enough employees so you'll wait forever. If you have to see the nurse you'll wait even longer. The staff from the very beginning was amazing. Myesha (sorry if I misspelled that) was phenomenal at the check-in. Thr phlebotimist who did my vitals was awesome as well! These liars told me I would be getting $100 the first 5 times I donated. I donated for the 3rd time today they only gave me $50 and told me they changed it. Okay, well I started/signed up when it was supposed to be $100 for my first 5 donations. I certainly won't be lied to!

You go here to help other people, the staff here at csl run this place like a prison. They show no compassion and treat donors like criminals. When I made a concern, nurses tra and Amy banned me. I wasn't rude, or anything. I donated two times and have a scar the size of a cigarette burn where they kept blowing my veins and scraping around too. Not worth the mental, emotional, physical abuse and anguish.

If there are 3+ people in line you can expect to STAND in line for about 30 minutes AT least.. the rooms to check vitals are ALWAYS empty, there is NEVER more than 2 staff checking vitals. AND not to mention we have to listen to the staff member carrry on unnecessary conversations with the donor and take up a lot of time that could be used to get more people in and out.. once you get passed vitals it's not so bad but there needs to be more staff members up front checking. kinda ridiculous to stand in one sp

There is pros and cons at this location. Sure the staff is friendly and some of them do plasma right but there are a few problems to address. One is wait time... It takes a hour to 30 minutes at times because they keep just two doors open at a time which to me is incredibly stupid. Was permanently deferred due to medical issues the doctor says I have even though having a physical with my primary care stating I don't have said condition. This supposed doctor evaluated me over the phone basing a diagnosis without seeing the patient. Will be taking my business to biomat.

There is no sense of urgency. I understand there is safety and precautions that take place, but they just stand there and talk to each other or the guests about their personal lives. Two of them were talking about how they messed up 13 times today when sticking people.

Yesterday was my first day donating and I can say I was quite nervous. However the staff at check in were quite nice and it really helped me get through the initial screenings. I have a love hate relationship with this place. Sometimes the wait isn't worth the reward. It Took almost three hours to get out today. Last time, it took two hours to get to the booth part. I didn't donate, because I have a job and i thought two and a half hours was enough time to set aside. The staff is nice, however have to ask them to change their gloves, they go from patient / donor to next donor as well as machines and equipment without changing gloves or they visibly soiled. Only positive I can say if you strapped for cash and trying to make extra money and don't mind needles it away to make a few hundred bucks a month, their payment has increased considerably durning the pandemic!

The staff was very friendly and yes if your a new donor it may take a little bit longer than usual. The lady that stuck me first was very supportive and uplifting, i told her i was scared of needles. She did great.

Yay you get money, and they have a process which is nice to get done quicker, but there is no way I have to tell each phlebotomist before they stick me to change their gloves because slapping hand sanitizer on them and continuing to work with gloves you stuck 5 people with is not sanitary!

I went to donate as usual on my normal donation days. Everything was fine except my heart rate was up by ONE point so I received a "re test" slip to come back in 10 minutes. My husband & I came to CSL to donate. As soon as we entered the door we were greeted by a man with a filthy mouth who was allowed to stand at the front counter & curse like a sailor.. He was so loud that it made it almost impossible hear, much less concentrate on the materials we had to review before donating. Then a woman enters who was yelling at someone over the phone. We have been in line for 4 hours! It was finally our turn & a man jumped in front of us. I bet I do not come back ever again.

Stood in line for an hour and a half to let 3 people get checked in from 13 to 10 in 1h now line is 16 people if you wanna donate you gotta waste your whole day just to get checked in at the vitals

Everyone is so kind here. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but not always. Sha' tara (i probably spelt that wrong) and Steffan are the two best at sticking the needle in. I hardly ever feel it. And they are both so sweet. I definitely recommend asking for one of them.

It takes WAY TO LONG to get seen. Most of the chairs are completely empty and yet the line is around the corner and staff laughing and talking with each other leaving us standing for hours. I was told that CSL plasma was working on the wait times to get seen. The wait times got better for about two weeks. Obviously that was short lived. I waited over an hour to be screened only to find out the donation line was twice as long. Today i walked in and there were more then twenty people in line. Which. Is seven more then my last venture. Wait times will cost you donors.

Don't go to Brittne she will mess your arm up and no one will do anything about it. She double stuck my arm with the same needle and kept digging in my skin with it. She should be fired for not knowing how to do her job right.

Was kicked out for giggling during intake. was told I had to take this seriously and couldn't laugh because I could die. I answered with, why would I want to spend my last moments all serious and scared if that is the case? Was made to feel shamed and guilty for asking questions during intake. Was told I was rude. Finding humor and redundant questions seems to disqualify you from donating plasma. Life isn't highschool and you're not a teacher, you're a mean nurse.

They have 4 bays but only use 2 of them, why!?
