Although the staff I spoke to were kind, courteous and professional, it was clear the location was understaffed, not kept up, with bathrooms that stank as bad as a gas station, and located in an area that just felt sketchy. Both the donors and the staff were coughing. Wait times were long even though there were only 6 people in front of me. I ultimately chose to leave halfway through the waiting process, because the vibes of the place felt unsafe for donation. I gave two stars instead of one because Lorrain

Had an awful experience Thursday. When I was called to the back to be stuck the so called ?shift supervisor? was sticking me she put the cuff on and inflated it. Then continued to do the 30s scrub. As an experienced phlebotomist of almost 2 years, I knew something was wrong. I've been going here for a little over a year now... I've had no true issues from sticks.. ive bruised more and worse from having my blood drawn at other facilities for my normal blood work. Overall I've been happy with the experiences.. only negative is the turn over rate and how long it takes and at times being under staffed

This location has always been good. Very nice and knowledgeable people working here but that's not my concern... I have been donating for decades and I have always been at 880 or 900 for plasma donation. Now they have Implemented a new way to pay and it doesn't add up! After the new height and weight rules they are taking now 1090 everytime but you get less money! Always understaffed and no one knows where they're supposed to be. I have tested high with my heart always here at CSL but I've never had an issue at any other center. Usually in the past they have been able to preform a manual heart rates however test for me as long as my blood pressure reads alright and the heart rate is always on the manual between 87-90 bpm so explain how they're reading my heart rate at 134 bpm on the cuff and refuse to do the manual even though I know that my heart rate is not this hi

Employees are awesome dealing with the understaffed and some of the procedures that might take a little bit longer but they're awesome other than one or two staff members as far as the phlebotomy they're great over there the vitals they're awesome Miss Lisa is probably one of the most nicest persons ever so is all of the phlebotomy staff there's maybe one or two persons in the vitals that are not so nice and they do take a little bit longer than usual but as far as an overall experience it can be good just

I've been donating for many years, at least three, the staff that does work is generally great. That being said they are usually short staffed. Most days I don't have issues, but this is the second time I've experienced this issue, being poked to deep or hard and having the majority of my arm bruise. Extreme pain in the bicep. The nurse refuse to let me donate due to having a service dog. Not a condition that affects me donating. Only because I have a service dog even though I had someone in the front watching him.

Very slow very unorganized they dont care about their donors its like a high school in this place everyone is just lolly gaggin around the doctor had nine ppl waiting 1 hour plus to be seen to do pysicals takin her precious time they dont care about your time or if u got a job or have aomething to do later that day i will not be coming back and i will def leave a bad review everytime i think of my horrible experience at the csl plasma in longwood

This location is just absolutely perfect. I came in today as an applicant donor. This means I have not donated in over 6 months. Went through the process extremely fast. Not once they told me to take a seat like other plasma centers. In and out within 2 hours for the entire process. Compensation is also great. Compared to any other plasma center, CSL Plasma pays more and they are faster. I swear they are not paying me extra to say this. This location and this company is just that great! Pro Tip: Spanish D

Very very long wait at first but once my concerns were brought to the attention of staff member Kenny, he got to the source of the issue and it started moving right along. Definitely would recommend for donors.

My last few donations didn't pay what they told me. My last donation was supposed to be a $100 per my promotion email but it paid $35 and you can't get through to the number on the card, and they never answer the phone. Very frustrating

Management needs to rein in on their employees the staff and the donut areas were actually having a contest to see who could laugh and say catchphrases more boisterous than the next one it was an hour and a half of loud voices people standing on top of you projecting their voices across the room to make other people laugh it's just completely out of hand and unprofessional

Pay is going down dramatically!! I'm a 6' male weighing 190lbs, for the past year I've made $115/week (2 donations.) Now the payout is $102/week (47&55.) Which is roughly $52 less per month and around $624 less per year! So compared to these last 12 months, in 2025 I'll basically be donating for free for 6 weeks. No reason or explanation. For me to make the same money ($115/week) I need to weigh 230lbs, which is technically Obese! I'm not 100% sure what height/weight ratio you need to be for 230 lbs to be c
