Although the staff I spoke to were kind, courteous and professional, it was clear the location was understaffed, not kept up, with bathrooms that stank as bad as a gas station, and located in an area that just felt sketchy. Both the donors and the staff were coughing. Wait times were long even though there were only 6 people in front of me. I ultimately chose to leave halfway through the waiting process, because the vibes of the place felt unsafe for donation. I gave two stars instead of one because Lorrain

"I recently donated plasma , and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and well-organized, which added to the positive atmosphere. I appreciated how they explained everything step-by-step, ensuring I knew what to expect. Donating plasma felt quick and easy, and I left feeling great about helping others. I highly recommend to anyone considering plasma donation!" and melanie she always

Nikki- she's amazing. She honestly the best part of the process. She's very professional and caring. One of the best <3

I've been going to this csl area for many years I'm very satisfied most of the staff are friendly and professional .

Always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Abby is so nice and accurate when she sticks. I've never had a bad experience at CSL

Today I had the privilege of having my blood work and vitals done by Lorraine. She is very thorough everyone at this location treat everybody with kindness and respect all the way from Lorraine Tito Abbey, Sam, Dante, and all the many other ones that I can't remember their names. This is a great crew that's at this location.

Geoffrey goes above and beyond to make my experience here quick and pleasant. Thank you for A1 service.

Jeremiah being a fellow veteran helps me feel safer and calmer. Always feels better having a brother/sister in arms taking care of me. I've only had good experiences here, donated about 10 times so far and plan to continue!

Had an awful experience Thursday. When I was called to the back to be stuck the so called ?shift supervisor? was sticking me she put the cuff on and inflated it. Then continued to do the 30s scrub. As an experienced phlebotomist of almost 2 years, I knew something was wrong. The lady didn't even palpate for a vain she saw where my stick was stuck previously and decided she was going to go straight for that one. When I looked at her funny, she Continued to stick. Only when the needle was in me, did she deci

Amazing nikki is always really helpful and quick. Also helps answers my questions about promotions and things going on

I've been going here for a little over a year now... I've had no true issues from sticks.. ive bruised more and worse from having my blood drawn at other facilities for my normal blood work. Overall I've been happy with the experiences.. only negative is the turn over rate and how long it takes and at times being under staffed

Geoffrey is exceptional and highly professional, consistently ensuring the screening process runs smoothly and efficiently. His dedication and attention to detail make every experience seamless. Definitely someone I'd recommend to others

My center of choice, going on 3 years now. Very professional atmosphere. Geoffrey is fast, efficient and is carrying the front lobby 100%. Always giving service with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you!

Every time I come to CSL Dante is the one that sticks me and he does an amazing job. He definitely knows what he is doing. He is a very nice person and is very professional and attentive. Very respectful and caring!

Lisa was so very helpful with me the first time I came. I was very hesitant. She Made me feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Wait times and processes have gotten MUCH better since the new year. Cat was very sweet and quick with my donation taking care to acknowledge my allergies. Easy way to make extra spending $$.

Miss Lisa has taken care of me & my wife Rachel DeName since she's been there. Always courteous and sweet, and we will go that extra mile to help you. Glad she's there to help us. Miss Lisa is the BEST!!!

This location has always been good. Very nice and knowledgeable people working here but that's not my concern... I have been donating for decades and I have always been at 880 or 900 for plasma donation. Now they have Implemented a new way to pay and it doesn't add up! After the new height and weight rules they are taking now 1090 everytime but you get less money! I'm not the only one who has noticed this but they don't explain that to you when there checking your height and weight. Seems like they either d

I have been coming here for a while. And the staff is super nice. But the nicest one is Lorraine she is very attentive and always has a smile on her face.

Always understaffed and no one knows where they're supposed to be. I have tested high with my heart always here at CSL but I've never had an issue at any other center. Usually in the past they have been able to preform a manual heart rates however test for me as long as my blood pressure reads alright and the heart rate is always on the manual between 87-90 bpm so explain how they're reading my heart rate at 134 bpm on the cuff and refuse to do the manual even though I know that my heart rate is not this hi

I enjoy donating at this location. Everyone is super friendly. Geoffrey always makes sure to say hello whenever he sees me, and that goes along way in making every donation a pleasant experience.

Love Lisa...always attentive to my neeeds. Pleasure to get vitals done by her. She explains affective breathing methods..Please stick around Lisa!!...this CSL PLASMA center needs great workers Like you!??

Employees are awesome dealing with the understaffed and some of the procedures that might take a little bit longer but they're awesome other than one or two staff members as far as the phlebotomy they're great over there the vitals they're awesome Miss Lisa is probably one of the most nicest persons ever so is all of the phlebotomy staff there's maybe one or two persons in the vitals that are not so nice and they do take a little bit longer than usual but as far as an overall experience it can be good just

A nice person and she's very professional at her job and I love coming here everyday I see her she make my day buckle pEmily

I'm very satisfied with the process, procedure, & the time. In donating. Wana say cat, is employer there that always been great with me want to refer her.

The vitals staff are nice. Majority of the staff in the back are very nice. Can tell that they are understaffed now. Years ago it was a lot smoother. It's trying to get that way again

This is a very clean location and the staff is friendly. Lisa really makes a difference here and always go over and beyond to help you and always makes you feel welcome.

C Sl Plasma Donation is an awesome spot for donating plasma. The team there is super friendly and really knows what they're doing, which makes the whole experience way easier. Jerimine, in particular, is super helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The place is always clean and organized, so you can feel good about where you're donating. They really take the time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable throughout the process. Plus, the compensation is definit

Very welcoming and patient with first timers Ms.Lisa made sure I fully understood the process and assisted in my enrollment process to make it easier

This has been my first experience donating plasma ever and everyone at CSL has been incredibly supportive and kind. Special thanks to Emily who helped me feel comfortable while I was nervous by talking to me during hookup to the machine.

Cool place, David, Nathan, Sam, Tito, Emily, Noah, Silvia, Louis ,Jeremiah ,Cat , Ed, and the rest of you guys are always cool. I would be careful getting to CSL if you are not from Longwood, I noticed sketchy locals would follow me in EVERYTIME I went in, so I got a little tired of that, other than that great place. And the Security Guards are chill people too. Thankyou CSL!

Nikki is the greatest ever! She gives love and great advice to me every time that I come. For sure the main reason I always come back!!

I've been donating for many years, at least three, the staff that does work is generally great. That being said they are usually short staffed. Most days I don't have issues, but this is the second time I've experienced this issue, being poked to deep or hard and having the majority of my arm bruise. Extreme pain in the bicep. See photos for reference. We all signed the consent form but is the bruising and swelling really supposed to be this bad? Staff were friendly and nice and told me to use ice. If it ge

I always ask for Jeremiah when I see him! He is always so polite! And I have never felt pain or had any issues when it time to get poked!

Cat always has a great attitude and a smile. She checks to make sure everything is running smoothly to make sure your donation is quick

Jeremiah did a great job. He was polite and I didn't even feel him stick me with the needle.

Nikki-Great person. Fast active and consistent

Came in today for my donation and had my vitals taken by Emily who was very thorough and professional. The staff members are all very kind and have great music taste for the donor floor.

The nurse refuse to let me donate due to having a service dog. Not a condition that affects me donating. Only because I have a service dog even though I had someone in the front watching him.

CSL Longwood is the best. Donating helps save lives and earns money. Lisa is the best there. Always nice , pleasant and informative. Stephanie in the back is great

Jeremiah was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and cared for. It was a positive experience And very much appreciated.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Phlebs are great, Kenny has been helpful and made me feel comfortable any time he's taken care of me when I'm donating.

Been donating at the Longwood location for about five years. Got to know lots of the staff and become friends with many. Always a pleasure to donate and know your helping others.

Great place to donate. The staff is great, i have to give a shout out to Geoffrey, that guy makes your screening process a breeze. Donating plasma is a great thing and CSL Plasma is a awesome choice ??

My first time was at Longwood FL, and even though I didn't donate, the staff were pretty nice and informative. I'm going again soon ??

Cat, is a great phlebotomist, she is really kind and does a great stick; you don't feel a thing.

CSL Plasma , is thee place to be , they have a special place in thee life of those who need plasma and plasma donors alike , it is safe easy , caring and knowledgeable staff , diverse donors from every background and all walks of life. Their app is user friendly , can receive incentives from raffles ( certain locations ) , extra money from referrals , awards for being a frequent donor , and thee best part is that you enable others through your donation to live longer , satisfying lives , it's not about thee

This location is just absolutely perfect. I came in today as an applicant donor. This means I have not donated in over 6 months. Went through the process extremely fast. Not once they told me to take a seat like other plasma centers. In and out within 2 hours for the entire process. Compensation is also great. Compared to any other plasma center, CSL Plasma pays more and they are faster. I swear they are not paying me extra to say this. This location and this company is just that great! Pro Tip: Spanish D

Very very long wait at first but once my concerns were brought to the attention of staff member Kenny, he got to the source of the issue and it started moving right along. Definitely would recommend for donors.

My last few donations didn't pay what they told me. My last donation was supposed to be a $100 per my promotion email but it paid $35 and you can't get through to the number on the card, and they never answer the phone. Very frustrating

I love going and donating all of the staff are very kind and courteous. It's always a good experience when I go to CSL in Longwood.

Jewels is very official and polite. She does her job very efficient and fast. She's probably hands down my favorite worker here at CSL Plasma.

I like geoffrey, the guy from the last desk close to the back! He is awasome! Very down to earth!

My experience with Nikki in reception is always pleasurable! Great staff

Jeremiah is great! Only guy who sticks me with the needle and never ever hurts! Will forever ask for him. ??

Every visit is a pleasant visit and all staff are always professional when providing donor services.

Super nice staff that does their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Ms. Lisa definitely adds that special touch to make your experience above board pleasant.

CSL Plasma is one of the best places around to donate. The facility is very clean, and the staff members are amazing. Thanks again, Lisa!

Saffia was awesome, very professional, courteous, helpful, and she's cute too!!

Always service every time I come here. The lines usually move fast no matter how long they are & the people are attentive

Jeremiah is polite and caring made sure I was completely comfortable before moving on to the next

Sam was a great help to me and I am truly grateful to her. She deserves a raise??

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Updated machines makes donating quick, in my case 23 minutes.

Management needs to rein in on their employees the staff and the donut areas were actually having a contest to see who could laugh and say catchphrases more boisterous than the next one it was an hour and a half of loud voices people standing on top of you projecting their voices across the room to make other people laugh it's just completely out of hand and unprofessional

Cat was definitely phenomenal and did a wonderful job on April 9th 2025 thank you CSL

I'm a lapsed donor and Nikki was quick and efficient with assisting me and my friend!! Great work

I'm really happy ?? for the customers service that's provided by your facility. Everyone is friendly and helpful. ??

Pay is going down dramatically!! I'm a 6' male weighing 190lbs, for the past year I've made $115/week (2 donations.) Now the payout is $102/week (47&55.) Which is roughly $52 less per month and around $624 less per year! So compared to these last 12 months, in 2025 I'll basically be donating for free for 6 weeks. No reason or explanation. For me to make the same money ($115/week) I need to weigh 230lbs, which is technically Obese! I'm not 100% sure what height/weight ratio you need to be for 230 lbs to be c

Ms.Jewels is the absolute sweetest and attentive person here !! Always smiling and welcoming. Also says hello and makes sure me and my wife are good
