I was refused service here because they have switched over to the new machines and the CSL where I usually donate Has not. I find it frustrating to be refused service because they don't want to go through the screening process for someone who isn't a regular donor there. That isn't the excuse they used ( saying it would cause a conflict in the computer system for future donations, which was debunked by the manager at the facility where I usually go) but it's clearly the extra work they didn't want to go to

When I got back to the donor bed they started my donation and all of a sudden they acted like it was something wrong with your equipment and sent me home. There was two employees that kept pulling the needle in and out of my vein when it was already properly secured. I'm really disappointed in your employees behaviors. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. I was told by your staff on 3/14/25 to come back Monday to donate, when I attempted to sign n via the kiosk it was unsuccessful. The manager Susan

The staff are friendly and professional and the actual donation process is quick, however the place is probably miss managed since sometimes it takes 4 HOURS! In other places it only takes 1.5 hours maybe 2 at the most. They also don't have chairs in the back unlike other donation centers. I know two people who's first and last donation took over 5 hours

I have had to redo my review on this location. When I first started going here, it was great. The staff was friendly, and my first 8 donations were great. I even got my husband to start donating, but he ended up having a bad reaction (his fault for not preparing right) and almost passed out. After a couple more weeks of donations, I had a technician who had helped my husband that night stick my arm. Her demeanor was fine until another technician told her it was my husband who had the reaction. The look on h

I can see a common pattern in the reviews of CSL Plasma and that is the waiting and getting turned away for something silly. You would think the managers would recognize that and fix the problem. They have the rudest front desk staff I've ever seen and they don't mind wasting everyone's time and gas. I've been to this place 5 times now as a new donor and still have yet to donate even once! Get it together CSL and DO BETTER!

Carol, Megan. And Tina made my day. These ladies are more than knowledgeable and accommodating. I truly appreciated the time I got to spend with them. Will definitely return. Thanks again, Ladies!!

I posted a feedback comment regarding poor donor service from management and some staff on the corporate website, and it was funneled back to center management to be addressed. Why would those at the center of feedback concerns be trusted to handle the issue. Online reviews dating back YEARS have cited the same concerns, and nothing has changed. Foxes guarding the henhouse.

I've been a donor at CSL for over 10 yrs. At first, the visits were good. Gradually over time, certain people within management started to change for the worse! (She who will not be named) is very rude to not only the donors but her staff as well! I do feel there needs to be a mandatory meeting for the Head person in charge and they should be placed under a 90 day observation! Clay, Tequila, Brittany, Ms. Carol, Nicole, Ms. Lori and Mr. Harvey are THE ONLY REASONS I RETURN! These employees show compassion a

I went in with my mom to be a new donor and they said I couldn't wait inside the lobby they're very rude disrespectful and a very unclean unsanitary asked me to leave said I had a behavior referral that I couldn't donate there told me that I couldn't stay very disgusting place

Excellent place to go and help others by donating your plasma. Right now they are paying $70 per visit for your first 4 visits as a new donor. They get you through as quick as they can, but on your first visit, do expect to stay about two and a half to three hours for the entire process. They even offer you a "jump the line" pass for your second visit because they understand the first visit takes some time. If you download the Free Coupons app, you can agent an extra $5 your first visit. Money is given t

I will not be returning as almost all the employees are very rude and hate their job. There was one nice girl. Got in trouble for a bruise on my arm that THEY caused 2 days prior and was told to leave because I walked out to my car for my drink while I waited for my pulse to come down. Also, they won't take hardly anything for proof of address so you better hope you have a utility in your name and not your spouse. Y'all lost 2 good donations today.

Everyone here is professional and friendly apart from their janitor, who is extremely confrontational and has a serious anger problem. He takes great offense to anyone who DARES to come within five feet of him while he's doing anything, even if you're just walking passed him and you aren't in his way at all, and goes out of his way to make an ostentatious display of his displeasure by rolling his eyes, sighing loudly, and folding his arms while you take 0.5 seconds to walk by. He even had the nerve to mouth

This place is a first come first serve location. I used the app to make an appointment and apparently did not read the fine print. As I was told when I arrived that there are no appointments. Even though I received a reminder for one. The person behind the counter was not the most pleasant person and this location is not in a great area either. I was told to return on Monday at 7:00 am and wait in line not promising I would be seen that day. I am thinking the surrounding area residents are there fir

Came in looking forward to donate. Mondays are busy as I imagined, but I was brought into a screening room, worker then came in on the backside of the entry to bring me out of the room then told me to stand in the hallway to wait for a door to open. They did and other people went in not attending to me. They seemed upset when I asked what I was supposed to be doing as they didn't know where I needed to go either. Extremely disorganized which is horribly disappointing due to their friendly staff. Do not reco

First time ever giving plasma. The location manager (short blonde hair) was extremely rude. Kept the experience to myself until my next visit when a woman seated next to me complained about how rude the same manager had been to her. Mentioned it to the nurses and they tried to tell me that the manager is not rude, that ?she's just straight and to the point.? No, as someone who works in hospitality, this woman is unprofessionally rude? That just negates my experience and someone needs to check that lady

Great way better then any place I have been

The manager is so incredibly rude! This was my first time donating. She mistakes me for someone else and told me I don't have to do the questionair because I already did it. I politely told her I had not done it yet. She insisted, in a very rude tone, that she saw me just now leaving the kiosk, so I gave the attitude right back. And I told her that I noticed how rude she was being to everyone including the backup they sent from Columbus, or wherever, to whom she very rudely asked "can I help you?!" And when

Nurse failed to do her job on initial intake and make down all my tattoos. 5 months later they defer me for it?2 times a week for months and nobody said anything..then all of a sudden perm ban..awful place with SOME awful people. Not everyone tho.

I've been donating at this center for almost 2 yrs. I was deferred once for a high heart rate. I had just gotten off work, and wasn't surprised in the least. I've not had any negative experiences with any of the staff. I think they're all knowledgeable and very good at what they do. They've all been very friendly with every visit. Sure, you can sometimes tell if someone is having a bad day, but they don't direct it at the donors ever. I don't know the names of all staff, a huge thank you to Carol, Clay, Lau

Unreasonably slow. 70 minutes before even being stuck. And absolutely no excuse. I used to go to Lexington and it was way superior. Understaffed and the ones there moving as slow as possible yak-yakking.

Outside of time and certain days it's been great.the people are great, great customer service the workers are respectful and considerate majority?s of the time. I've been coming to this place for a very long time now. Best experience with: clay, tekila, manager jasmine dude with dreads that be in the side room, Brittan

I am so grateful that I came here. There's no comparison to other places around town. I can't say this enough. They have positive attitudes, they're friendly, they'll go out of their way to answer whatever questions I have or had. They thoroughly explain things (Sir with the rewards, etc.) They have rewards that can turn into actual money (just extra for going). I've seen people at establishments twice a week for a year and wouldn't acknowledge me on the street if they had to and these guys sure would. I'

New to donating plasma. After the long 3-day weekend I was slightly dehydrated and had a reaction during donation. The nurses and staff are very compassionate and showed care and concern. After they returned my red blood cells, I felt much better and after a few minutes and a Gatorade I was up and on my way. I learned that it's not the water you drink the day of your donation that's most important, its the water you drink the day before, make sure you heavily hydrate 24 hours prior to donating.

I have donated in the past & decided to refer a good friend of mine to CSL, they had a terrible experience as a first time patient. I'm super regretful that I sent them to this location. They left before they even completed the donation process due to staff being so rude and slow. I can't say I'll ever refer anyone else again in the future, or be back myself. Staff was just standing around gossiping about other staff for long periods of time. They turned away other new potential donors because they claimed

Don't do many reviews but they deserve it. They really know what they're doing, and always friendly service. I haven't had any problems and I only can say good things. They conversate with you if you want but if not they will leave you be. They are attentive to checking and making sure donator are okay. I haven't been coming long but since my second experience I've come back 2 times a week. Thank you guys!

I called the CSL in louisville to check my status and a really rude woman got on the phone and start telling me what I needed to do rather than calling the center. She disrespectfully said you should get the app on your phone and you would not have to call here. then she put the phone on hold and never came back on the line. I tried to call back but the line was busy so she obviously crowded the phone lines so that no calls would come through. you ask yourself if you want to be treated that way by a person

Had been going for 3 years and bringing my scooter which I use as an assisted walking device . It usually disuades people from talking to you to and from places on the move especially places where money might change hands . I was asked not to bring the scooter back which I use as an assisted mobility device for arthritis . Anyway . . . I haven't seen too many others with walkers or wheel chairs . They have access but uhm . . . 3 years . . . So anyway we resolved the scooter issue for now . And

I Choose this facility over the others for the workers tequila, Brittany, clay it truly makes a difference to me over the $. But these last 2days I'm not sure what's going on here lines so long waiting for well over an hour just to get in the chair and it's ridiculous that people are having to waste several hours of their day and CSL isn't compensating their donors extra for their "Time". It has always seemed like a management problem I know their isn't an I in TEAM! IF YOU HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR OVER AN H

The staff was very rude and slammed the door in my face when I simply asked him a question. Then I turned in the binder and was talked over and told to sit down again and again. I left because they treat everybody like criminals

A lot of negativity can be said about this location, but the people are great. After 3 years donating, I have come to know many of them, and most of them are truly nice. Sure, the location is outdated, when compared to other places, but the money is too good to pass up, especially when I donate twice a week and average $5k+ a year. Will definitely give a shout out to Carol, Clay, Holly, Stacey, and countless others that make each visit welcoming. You guys are the best. ????

Not a bad place for quick cash but be sure to show up early. If they are busy, or it is close to the end of the shift, the staff tends to get very rude. In fact majority of the staff aren't friendly at all. I stood in line for 2 hours for $50 and Its hard to stay calm while being stabbed by a phlebotomist with an attitude. I understand the frustration and all, but don't take your issues out on your patients. And especially don't complain about having to do your job when there is a line of people behind yo

It used to be earn up to $800 for the first 8 times of donation. Why would they make it less now?

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who can easily access a different place. The employees argue back and forth with each other they also pick and choose who they will send back. If your white I've noticed and been on the receiving end of being turned away 3 weeks in a row for high heart rate only to have the nice lady Kara check my rate and it be 60 or 70 standard to donate. One of the only professional people there who is honest and helpful and one other older African American lady who was pleasant b

Don't let the girl with the blue/green hair stick you. She'll mess up your arm, and they'll blame you and you'll be permanently deferred. This place sucks anyway. Fo anywhere else, if you can.

Went through the whole process, got to the physical and was permanently deferred for taking Suboxone. The literature as well as online said that taking this medicine would not stop me from donating. In there almost 4 hrs for nothing. That's what you get for being honest I guess. You get sober and stay that way for years and still get treated badly.

I started going here first place I had went to in August of 2022 only a few people there could stick me and I mean like 2. Then they started messing with me bad and I quit going in November. My boyfriend stayed there and I would take him to donate. One day one of the workers upfront who checks people in didn't do her job right told him his heart rate was to high and two mins later called him back up to do it again instead of letting him wait. He went above her and got someone else so this lady proceeds to v

Rude as hell. When I came in with my mother, we were clearly speaking in English when they rudely asked if we spoke English (in broken Spanish). They then asked if we were US citizens. I know it's required to have a SSN, and to have the rest of the documentation, but the way it came across after that first exchange was so rude and condescending... And honestly racist. Also CSL plasma does have an app, but don't bother downloading it, because although the app on the Google Play store is official, the place

Staff is too busy talking about what to have for lunch or sports or taxes and not giving their patience the attention they deserve. If you drink plenty of fluids and have to use the bathroom, you might have a long wait even if your finished

I've come back to this place for the last 3 weeks just trying to donate for the first time. First time I was on antibiotics and was told to come back as soon as I finished them. Second time I was told that they HAD to know what the antibiotics were. Third time I was asked to bring a receipt for antibiotics. Today brought the receipt but was told they stopped taking new donors (5:45p). I understand the caution but with all the "testing" and the fact that I've been finished and been off of them for at least t

All the staff is amazing and very social with anyone that comes in. Also, all the staff is well trained before being able to do any task at this facility. Amazing management. Very informative on anything that needs to be known.

Got there when they opened and had to wait 3 plus hours to donate i won't be back

Im not much of an outside person, I'm an introvert but coming in this plasma center makes me feel safe; the employees seem very careful and thorough during the donation procedures; i come in about every week and nothing alters, I'm glad I'm save lives through this center.

Not a great place. The lines take forever no matter how many people are there they are always understaffed. I used to donate in Cincinnati and the CSL was in a strip mall and was new and clean and very efficient. In and out pretty much. They have armed police here and the building is old. That is not necessarily a bad thing but what is bad is how long you have to wait. Unbelievable. I used to donate twice a week in Cincinnati you could get in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half but

I have not been here in some time and was a regular, I was considered a new donor and had delt with John the nurse that did my assessment. The building it's self was a lot cleaner then before. John was very professional, helpful and proficient with the whole process. I went on a Sunday morning and clients were seen at a good pace with very little wait time. This has always been a great way to help ends meet and help somebody. Thank You to all the staff??

It was my first time ever donating plasma and I think it went really smooth. It did take me about 2 weeks to get in but that's because they've been super busy. Everyone I talked to was very nice and happy to answer any questions and Cathy was the one to hook me up to the machine and she was very gentle and friendly.

The older white women working there stood around and did nothing while my roommate and I sat there for 2 hours until a nice lady finally helped us. The elder white women were very rude when I asked for help and treated my roommate and I were dumb. I just got a lot of racist energy from the older white women that work there. I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it. Not worth the covert racism displayed by these aging white women. If I could give negative stars I would.

The workers there are rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also if you are white you will be treated differently and with 0 respect from the workers. When I went there , there were two black women at the front counter who from the start were very rude for no reason. Do not come here go to a different one.

David & Brittany deserve raises for sure , they work so hard and are so nice . Diane & Lisa are definitely the backbone of the place ???? cool place to donate & catch up on gossip. 10/10 recommend as long as brittany or david is on the clock . or lisa. or diane. ??????

NEW DONORS PLEASE READ*** What an experience here at the Louisville location was told that I couldn't donate due to my address not matching or some other bs. To top this whole experience off this lady in the front (clearly doesn't know how to do her job) asked me for my driver?s license and social (no problem) 5-10 minutes goes by and she comes up with the ?manager? to ultimately tell me that I can't donate here; but prior Misplacing my social security card (luckily for her finding it). Terrible terrible t

I would put 0 stars if I could. This place will waste your whole day no matter how early you come, workers are lazy and will make you feel like your progressing but to only make you wait 3 more hours and still get no update. Ask light skin lady for an update and she ignored me while walking past me with food. These people don't care enough to do their job, don't be like me and waste your whole day here. I could?ve easily made the money they would?ve gave me in the time I wasted here. I got here at 10am and

Everytime I'm here it takes hours. Or they ask you to wait while they fix a problem. I stopped coming for 8 months and came back to see the same thing. So beyond frustrating they can't seem to staff their location. I walk in and am the second in line and after 20 minutes they add two people in front of me for VIP, (understandable) and then another 3 new donors. Hard to keep donors when a simple visit with 2 people in line turns into 2 hours

They deserve zero stars. Had the same employee jab me 3 different times. Bruising my arm each time. Them had the nerve to blame me and my veins, EVEN THOUGH every other person has done it for months without issue. There manager is a legitimate Karen. With the blonde hair and haircut and everything. A total unprofessional that does not care about the patients they serve. Even if they pay the most. I would never set foot in here again

I haven't been back to this place for 3 years. I quit going there mainly because of the long wait. I tried going back but it was still the same old same old.as I was leaving a man standing outside told me about optipharma plasma. A much better place. And most of the employees use to work at CSL go figure.I first started giving for the money but when you give for the cause plus a extra bonus it makes you feel better knowing you are helping those who need it ?? ?? ??

Just had my first visit, out of about 10 visits to other facilities, this was the best.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The workers have really bad attitudes and always come up with an excuse on why you're not ?eligible? to donate so they don't have to work. The only TRUE real worker there, I think her name is, Cashay. She's so sweet and genuine. The bathrooms are ALWAYS out of soap. It's supposed to be a sterile environment. How are your workers able to wash? Not to mention, any time you have a question you'll either get blown off or told to ?hush? and never get answered. I will NOT be back

I have to disagree with the negative reviews. I visited this location on 10/22/18 as a first time donor. Every staff member was friendly, and knowledgeable. I got in at 11:30 and was out by 3 which is not too bad considering I the waiting time, screening procedures, physical exam (short), drug screening, orientation, and plasma withdraw. I did get dizzy since it was my first time, immediately notified the attending and had 3 people take care of me. Overall a great experience, I would recommend going here.

Was told first time donors take about 2:30 hrs to complete the donation process. Got there at 10am was only acknowledged to watch a 15min video then was told to sit and wait for my name to be called. Sat there till 2:30pm and they were not concerned with me at all. Just asked for my ID back and left. Never wasting my time here again.

This is the absolute worst location to go if you are a new donor. I waited 30 mins to even get signed in, and was there for a total of almost 3 and a half hours waiting to get through the whole process just to be denied because my heart rate was too low. I've came on a Monday morning (it was packed!) and on a Wednesday morning which only had 3 people in the lobby and they were still so slow! This location is understaffed and uncoordinated. If you are trying to donate blood here, especially for the first tim

Always understaffed . Tried to donate today . I do have to work . Got off a lil early just to go . They couldn't see anymore new donors . Well then I can never do it because my weekends are taken by my granddaughter. I think new donors should be able to make appointments. Takes them forever anyway !

They be playing way too much in the screening line. They will sit there and talk while people are in line, then once you go to the back if the good ones are there, then you get in a chair soon. Just like the front, they have no sense of urgency to get you in and out. Some of the people are nice and try to work to get you in and out, unless the boss is there making them move you could be there for hours. They need to move quicker

The ONLY place I'll donate plasma in the city!!! You just have to be patient and you'll see everyone actually treats you like you matter and they care compared to other plasma centers. Have some patience and an open mind you'll have a wonderful experience here trust me. I never have issues with the wait time and I've been donating for over two years. They best way to get cash out from your card without being charged too much is cash back at Kroger, Walgreens or anywhere that do cash back. But in my the best

Long wait times no less than 3 hours. Some of the staff is friendly. The standing in the lines is hard for me due to 4 spine surgeries long time ago. Seats would be helpful. They can improve by having one or two working the front desk and calling out names for the next person to enter into the booths.

Worst place to go! I have been given wrong information every single time I've gone! The ladies in the front are particularly rude. They were severely under staffed, causing me to wait over an hour just to get the initial screening done. Then when I finally was seen I was told that I would be permanently deferred due to some imaginary policy by the FDA. Well I researched this policy and it doesn't exist. Then when I went to call to ask for the manager, I was rudely told that I couldn't be told her name. So u

So I donated my plasma for a weak 45 dollars, an ATM rips me off. The ATM number is inactive. The card used by csl has no dispute transaction and the person I spoke to won't undo the transaction. Csl won't pay cash and I'm not selling my plasma to give $20 to some rich pos. I won't be donating here again. In fact I won't donate anywhere that doesn't hand me cash. I got the ATM receipt and there's cameras all over the store. Look into it I'm not lying. Use a card company that isn't loaded with bad reviews or

This place is ok. But the staff is rude , people that donate smokes marijuana.. before giving .. plus this place is and every place is a damn shame to call saving lives . I am a nurse that works in a ER that's what you call saving lives. Donating a blood saves a life .. donating organs saves lives .. it's sad the plasma being received from some have drugs , marijuana in it .and another thing you can't sit in the if you do not donate but you ride with a friend and still can't sit in there but if your boy

This place is hit or miss. Depending on the day, it'll be pretty busy and take a while or you'll get in and out within the hour-- the thing is, it's still unpredictable what it will be like. I've never had any problems with the sticking process, the phlebotomists usually do a good job in this respect. The staff are generally respectful but there are some who waste time, causing the whole process to take longer for everyone.

Took 4 hours as a first time donor. Front desk staff need to spend less time goofing off and more time working. Also the person taking my blood couldn't get the needle to stay in and when it popped out and started spraying blood all over me and her said, ?I don't think this is for you.? Um excuse me I am a college educated man that does no hard drugs. They should be grateful to have someone like me walking through their doors. It's not my fault they can't do their job right. Only upside to this whole ordeal

This is a terribly-run center. If there is ANY reason you cannot donate, the staff will wait until you have been waiting for 2-3 hours for them to tell you you are unable to donate. Don't bother asking to speak to a manager, either, as she is unprofessional, incompetent, and condescending. The workers are not friendly and are unaware of how to speak to their clients in a respectable manner. I don't understand how this center is up and running.

Worst plasma donation center ever. Incredibly slow. And insisted on doing things there way instead of listening to someone who has been donating longer then half of them have been a phlebotomist. I'm trying to help you out. Plus y?all can't even provide a band aid. Get it together seriously

This place is terrible. I walked in and asked a regular donor what I needed to do as a new donor. He pointed me toward the new donor waiting area. No one was at the desk. So I had a seat. There was no sign in sheet present. After about 30 minutes, a Black woman with glasses appeared. I pointed to myself & said I haven't been here before. She seemed to blow me off & went about her business, conversing with the male police officer on duty. After 1.5 hours, a new donor advised me that I had to sign a green cl

Kat is totally unprofessional and has a major attitude with everything she does. didn't want to help over the phone, and didn't want to help inside the clinic when I went in. told me the address on my license wouldn't work and neither would my friend's address even though I reside there. she had a attitude the whole time.

The process to become a new donor is ridiculously long. I got in at 7:45 am and by the time I was done with everything it was 1:15 pm. They are severely understaffed here. Now the employees that I did interact with were absolutely wonderful! Just make sure you plan for the extensive processes if you are a first time donor.

I went in today and the lady doing my screening had the buggest attitude taking my vitals. She rolled her and acted as if she didnt want to hand me the equipment. I asked for a redo for my temperature because i failed it by .4, and thats when i asked to redo it because i had been out in the heat for a while and she told me no, almost smiling at it. I asked to see the manager and the manager Cassie told me the same thing smiling and flashing her badge at me as if i was wrong for asking. Poor customer service

Some of the time the process goes smoothly, the other times the wait time is lengthened because employees are too busy yelling at each other in front of donors. It's very uncomfortable to have to deal with their office drama. Some of the employees are kind and great at their job, but the way the center is run is very unprofessional. I don't ever mind having someone train on a new skill (like finger sticks for blood checks) but when the test is done twice incorrectly by the trainee, the trainer should t

I've called MULTIPLE over the span of three months, and have been told every time that they couldn't schedule me in as a new donor - even though they're open until 8:00 and I could get there by 6:00. Except for that one time they told me they could get me in...then changed their minds after I drove through rush hour traffic to get there. So...maybe this place is fine to donate to if you get off work by noon or something. Otherwise, good luck to ya, folks!

My personal experience is always great. I ALWAYS get treated with respect! Yes the lines can be very long, and the wait seems "unfair" to some people, but what the real issue is here is that ALOT of people treat the employees bad. WE are receiving money for a donation that could SAVE SOMEONE'S LIFE! So why treat the staff badly for something we don't have to do anything for but wait to receive?!?! THEY do the work! THEY clean the messes that disrespectful people leave behind! THEY have taken the time to le

They are always short staffed. VIPs get to in front of everyone else. Sometimes I wait 2 hours just to donate, because VIPs get to cut in line. What makes their plasma better then everyone else. The website does not have a complaint area.

I just moved back to Louisville from Murfreesboro TN a little over a month ago and I was a regular to the location there. I decided i would give this location a try since I was a little short for cash. My experience with the location on Jefferson Street was horrible. I didn't even make it to the donor floor. After two hours of waiting in the lobby and never making it to vitals I was fed up. I wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing. This would never happen with a regular donor in Murfreesboro. Last but n

I'm always in and out never a long wait like other centers I won't mention. The staff are friendly and helpful

Carl was very rude and disrespectful to me after screwing up 2x and not allowing me to give a plasma. He yelled at me and gave an attitude. Apparently he has been there a while but I think he should be reprimanded for treating a patient like that.

i had no problems what so ever, the staff was great. some of the customers were a bit shady but no problems. easy in easy out.. got my money put on my card right after i was done..

Tequila and Brittany are the best staff and sticks. I only come on Wednesday and Friday bc of them. They make the visit worth it.

Always easy and well maintained. The workers are responsible at letting you know everything you need to know to make a successful donation

It wouldn't hurt the staff at this location to have a refresher course on patient care and bed side manor. The overall negative attitude permeates throughout the building. It truly makes a potential donor want to run away from the premises. Plasma donations are priceless to many members of our community and the overall employee attitude needs to portray this value. It doesn't hurt to be friendly or kind, especially in their line of employment.

So 3 people were deferred on my 2nd week at CSL plasma on West Jefferson in Louisville within 1 hour period and won't compensate for tech error and use the consent forms as their fall back plan for having to own up to a mistake ??. And I'm out money for 2 months. I've donated for 8 yrs at telecris and never had this happen before! WORST CENTER IVE EVER SEEN!

I've been going there off and on for 8 years i think CSL has improved vastly way more organized than when I first started coming there and yes the people screening talk to each other way too much and could make the line faster,i just wish they would move to newburg TALECRIS IS A JOKE!

I went in there earlier with my grandson. I was planning on donating my blood, although I was rudely interrupted by a young black man named Robbie Collier. He was very unprofessional and yelling for me and my grandson to hurry up. He was on his phone and told whoever he was talking to that we were crackers. Never coming back.

I haven't been here in about a year, when I arrived a gentleman named John spoke to me, he was very polite, professional, and informative. This has to be one of the best experiences I've had here, the other staff was incredibly polite, Y'all are amazing thank you.
