"I recently visited the CSL Plasma center and was blown away by the exceptional customer service! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and showed genuine appreciation for my donation. The center was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I'm so impressed with the team's professionalism and dedication to providing a top-notch experience. I highly recommend CSL Plasma to anyone considering donation.

My experience was so great that just had to compliment the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses & docs. They make sure you have what you need & they are very fast (if you can get there at a good time) but overall thank you all for helping me being able to get my family something for Christmas because it's been stressing me out but now I can have some piece. Y?all keep up the great work in here and more blessings will come your way! A

Every time I get there by 6pm they have the doors locked. They refused me because I had a small bruise on one arm. But had BLOWN my vein in my other arm the previous drawing. Front desk people are super unprofessional and only worry about getting home and getting a paycheck. And I can quote that.

One of the shift supervisors punctured a vein, causing me to have to wait until it healed to donate again. (My husband was laid off at this time, so it was frustrating.) The cuffs meant for my size squeeze way too hard, sometimes triggering my ptsd from being assaulted, and raising my BP. Usually the staff is very kind, though. They can't help that bad experience, honestly. I had no idea I could win a drawing, and won a speaker worth over $100 today?? I came in a bit perplexed and nervous because my app w

During my recent visit to CSL Plasma, I was thoroughly appalled by the appalling state of customer service. The staff seemed to exhibit a complete disregard for professionalism, often ganging up and intimidating clients right in front of other patrons. This bullying behavior created a hostile environment that left many feeling anxious and unwelcome. Moreover, rather than addressing concerns with courtesy and understanding, the use of profanity by the staff members was shockingly commonplace, further intensi

I normally have a great experience here. Today, I had a blood clot (obviously not their fault), so they changed arms but the girl messed up the tubing before she could even attempt to give me my blood back. So I am deferred for two months, not a big deal, but they had me sit there and drink a Powerade before I left since I lost blood and no one even checked on me one time or said sorry at all. Very concerning honestly and really disappointed.

I became a new donor there on yesterday and my experience was great. They were friendly and helped me get registered quickly and the nurse who had done my physical assessment got me in front of the line to get me donated. Its smells cleaner than anywhere else I donated. Even the donating process was good they checked on everyone made sure that they feeling good. I will return for my second donation..

If you have small veins, try another donation center. This center phlebotomist are trained by incompetent trainers which makes incompetent phlebotomist. They literally guess where your vein at and stick you then blame it on you being dehydrated like you that stupid to come donate without being hydrated. 0 stars for managers, trainers, and phlebotomist. 5 stars for the medical assistants in front, they do everything correctly and give you information about your well-being if needed.

Worst staff. If we don't come yall won't have a job. Y?all need better people here because someone going to snap on your nasty coworker. Why yall got people here that don't know how to inject the needle wright. Someone needs to come down here from cooperate. Do better.

Hey my name is Glenn Devonta Williams. I went here to csl plasma and I almost died. My heart kept stopping. My left arm was bent which I don't how it got like that because I kept my arm straight. They was staring at me, laughing. A lady was fanning me with paper. I had ice on my chest to keep my heart pumping. And they gave me one Gatorade to drink. I did recover. And they said I can leave and that they will call me to check up on me and they never did. This happen in February. And my left arm been hurting

Review written by, Jamar Finney CSL on Mercer University In Macon Georgia is always, clean helpful and friendly. The entire staff deserves an applaud on the great job they're always doing and for making all donors feel comfortable, I always feel like I make a difference and, I will always comeback to pay it forward to someone who needs help. These picture are just an example of their safety precautions during COVID-19. They even provide mask and plenty of sanitizer. Way to Go CSL!????????????????????????

Talk to these employees about bumping into people WITH A DARN NEEDLE IN THEIR ARM, without saying EXCUSE me or MY BAD. Some folks act like they don't be having no home training! I would be wrong if I started swinging. Y'all would want to defer me too! Yeah.

No one ever answers the phone which is honestly ridiculous. Everyone there just sits and watches the phone ring. How do you expect potential donors to get in contact with the business if no one answers? How do you expect potential candidates to call regarding a job application put in by the company?? Do better.

They are friendly nd nice..I love Char she gets the job done quick nd painless.

I was referred by a friend to go to this place. My first and only visit was horrible. The staff was rude and stuck up. I did have at least one employee who was somewhat nice, I did get her to crack a smile. At first they were telling me that I couldn't donate because my address on my ID was different from the address I live at. Then they went ahead and sent me to the back. This was my first time ever donating plasma and so I really have no idea as to how the machines work. So of course when after so much bl

They just need more professional people here. Most of the time all the workers are standing in bay 1 while bay 2 and 3 get ignored for a half hour. No plasma place does this every plasma center has an employee designated for each bay not this one. They just spend too much time talking and just wondering around. Ive caught them a few times not even wiping the chair down after use just to rush someone into the chair. Thats a health hazard.

What's the point of having a phone if nobody don't answer it

I've had a vain blow out also it can happen but I've always had a ok experience there doctor Dave is my favorite though .. it's clean the one on i16 gives more money about 10 dollars more .. I give blood because my best friends grandbaby's needed plasma when they were born without it those 2 pound babys wouldn't have lived .. it's worth it to me to help everyone I can ..

CSL Plasma (Macon and Warner Robins) is a great company, they offer a clean, relatively painless way to donate plasma. Their pay is fair, and more than their competitors. Their referral program is solid too. Highly recommend them.

I was there getting my blood drawn and overheard management say this girl couldn't register people to vote and that they do not care about black voters having access to these resources. When I asked the lady why they turned her away she said 'we don't like blackies here'. I would give them negative stars if I could. Management is rude and nasty and so are the staff.

....Was just checking it out . This place is top notch if you're wanting to donate.. They are top notch and they offer top $$$

Looks sketchy to me I wouldn't let them ppl touch me. After reading the reviews I think it's hilarious being the manager had time to come across the street and attack me because someone threatened to have some of their employee vehicles move off a property they were not supposed to be Parked at. She has time for cake and arguing just no time to do their real jobs if they even know what they are supposed to be doing. It does need a negative star !

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing and unacceptable. Staff members were very rude and dismissive when I requested a restroom break during the donation process. Then I was threatened by the assistant manager with a 56 day deferral for exercising my rights as a donor, your policy states donating plasma is completely VOLUNTARY. This lack of empathy and unprofessionalism was really uncalled for. You must consider, there would be no plasma center operation as well as employment without plasma do

This CSL is excellent! Amazing and friendly staff! Be sure to effectively plan your day as the daily traffic can range sometimes and is not entirely akin to the suggested times on the app. Plan to spend at least 2 hours to 4 hours max to go through the entire process, depending on traffic. Make sure to refer a friend for more significant monetary benefits.

I have been donating with CSL for a long time now, and when I miss just one day but still go for the second time within a seven day period, I'm dropped back down to the $50 like I was donating for the first time this week. Any other time I would have gotten the $65. Not cool when people are counting on that money to meet bills.

This place needs (-negative star category) Recently started donating at this location. If you ask questions, the staff are very confident in giving the wrong answers just to send you on your way.. that was day one. Now that I've donated there about 10times. I've learned that. This place is a very UNSAFE environment. I was ASSAULTED by another donor, TOUCHED INAPPROPRIATELY, after the assult . Then Held HOSTAGE. All of this happened right in front of staff while they did nothing about it. Since I'm an adult

I love coming to Gainesville location, wry nice and wonderful staff! It's very nice and clean and I have no issue with them. I've been coming here for 3 1/2 years now.

Most of the staff are very friendly. Sometimes there are long lines & it seems they are understaffed like most medical facilities these days. They seem to work as quick as they can in my opinion as a healthcare worker. Have referred both my sisters here.

The staff upfront are very friendly and professional. It just takes a long time to be completely processed through. What use to be a 1 hour process now takes 2 hours since the staff changed.

My experience at Csl at the macon location is alway great. I'm always greeted what smiles and glad to see you and what can we do for you . There is a staff member that goes above the Call of Duty her name is Deja. Ms. Deja is always pleasant it reassuring before and after sticking me to make sure their is no discomfort, swelling itching or irritation In my opinion she is a pleasantry to the macon location. Their are always smiling faces and pleasant people but certain employees stick out I'm glad to be a

CSL is a great place to donate. The customer service is awesome they always have a smile on there, face when it comes to treating people. Definitely a place I would recommend going to again and cant look forward to my next visit!!!

Very Ghetto and unprofessional there was only one employee here that made you feel important every time you came. How is it that the same people who dedicated their time here..getting off their jobs, waiting in line for hours to donate so they can help save lives! are treated very poorly because the employees do not know how to schedule donors appropriately and then belittle them because they donate for compensation and I quote " I'm so sorry y'all have to depend on this." Like y'all not exactly making 35 d

CSL is a wonderful business to get some extra money thru the months and weeks. Staff is totally educated and well equipped with assisting the donors band the new donors. It feels as if we become a Big Happy Family!!!!!! Thanks and everyone is so mannerable and experienced. I will recommended this place to anyone willing to be patience and respectful, because they deserve it...... Honestly!!!! Go...... CSL.....??????

i have donated at this location twice this week and neither experience was fantastic however my most recent donation has left me concerned for the safety of anyone who chooses to donate here. my first visit was somewhat uneventful, long waits despite not being very busy and the staff isn't the most welcoming. there were a few hiccups in my donation and those around me; my only major complaint is that during the donation the informed me because i didn't weight 150lbs i couldn't give a full donation and there

The macon location is always clean and very professional. They always take the time and correct measures to make sure that each patient; new or returning always has a great experience. The staff makes sure to take the correct training to ensure the safety and proper health measures for each donation Macon, GA @ Mercer Center C. Seiy

The lines are so long due to they don't take appointments it's only on walk ins so you're in line for hours an most of them are so rude it's sad... they have a whole other aisle they could use an could get more people in an out an they refuse to do so.... the last time I donated the lady forgot to hook up my saline so I had no saline returned to my body an was made to sit here even longer to drink a powerade like that was gonna help

Great place great service. David garza is my guy. No pain all gain. He know what he doing. Hands down. Oh dont go before 6:15pm they close at 7pm you will be waiting.

This location has very friendly staff. It was my first time donating plasma and they made sure I knew everything I needed to know in order to donate. They also made sure I was comfortable before and after donating. The line wasn't too long but there was definitely a short wait since it was my first time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to give back to the community AND make extra money.

This place has gotten worse just in the four times I've attempted to donate. The face that only one girl was checking people in. I then sat almost an hour just to get hooked up to donate ..People from other sections were coming and walking around yet the supervisor said they couldn't help me because they were in other sections.. So we just had to sit here and wait for one girl by her self to do an entire section when others walked around talking and laughing.

This establishment is always clean. The employees are always pleasant. They ensure you are comfortable every time your there. I definitely would reccomend this place to anyone.

The stafff and medical personnel are always nice and friendly. They joke around with you and it's like you've known them your whole life. They are also comforting when you're nervous about going through the process.

I have been coming to CSL in macon for three years atleast. All the employees are very professional all the times I was there. However today I encountered an employee that I think went above and beyond what was expected. Aliyah was helping a donor next to me on the bed they very nervous about this being their first donation and I just that the she should be noticed for how thankful the person that she helped was that she should empathy for the previous experiences that the donor had at other facilities too

Fanny always have a great smile when I see her. She takes good care of each donor. Beth also was pleasant at the front desk. Great place to donate.

It is always a pleasant experience. As far as customer service goes Mrs Kayla is always smiles and helpful as well as other staff members.

Great place very friendly super nice!!

Great service. Much more experienced staff than any other CSL I've been to. I have had no problems and very minimal pain being stuck.

I love everything about this location. It's never busy, you get seen fairly fast, and it's not enough traffic for you to be here longer than a hour and a half. I'd recommend it

I went here for a month and one of the technicians on the donor floor stuck my arm wrong and my entire left arm bruised and swelled up so bad I couldn't lift my arm. I donated again in two days after that and nobody acknowledged my injury. So when I came a third time they denied me and turned me away and said my iron was low. I am very disappointed in this service here. They are very careless and they don't have proper training. I don't recommend this location. However, I did return to see the n

David is one of the best employees that CSL have his work ethic is speechless every visit I have he always put a smile on my face and make me feel good about donating I love the vibe he has I love his spirit he is one genuine person I have ever met. His hard work and dedication really shows inside of CSL....

Mrs. Shadale showed excellent customer service everytime I came whether she worked directly with me or not. She's exceeded my expectations by even on days when things were hectic. She exemplifies what it means to provide excellent services on a daily basis. Even though the repetitive of the job can get boring and stressful she seems to always have a inviting spirit and a encouraging Aurora. Also her gentle hands and steady fingers make the needle punctures feel nonexistent.

CSL?s staff is always pleasant! The service is good and the phlebotomist are always careful and informing. It's a great way to give back and earn a few coins in the process.

Great place. They try to get you in and out. They sometimes get a little busy. Maybe another office or extending this one would be better for quicker in and out.

I Enjoy the Fun & Positive environment this CSL Plasma Center provides. The Employees treat each and every Donor with their own personal touch to make you feel welcome. Their problem resolution and medical care is very precise & completed in a timely manner. I've been coming since this center opened and will continue.

I've been coming here some time and I've never had any problems and I've always had good customer service as well. I would recommend any to this facility.

As a first timer, they made sure that they explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone, who want to help save someone else's Life.

Staff are friendly most times. They are always busy but steadily moving the line. You will always have a long wait & most times the front staff will move at their own pace no matter how packed they are. Other than that it's a good place to donate plasma

Great experience. Mostly short wait time, but overall great service. Very professional staff. Would recommend

Great service & quality! Everyone is very nice! Location is clean & follow protocols. Wait time isn't too bad.

The people are nice and the place is clean..Some do there Job great and some are okay.but take it from me...A word of Advice..Warning in Disguise.dont ever run late on your day..My leasson was learned and I'll never be late..much rather stand in a long line..then ever run late again on my date.so be far warned on your day.if you can help it don't be late.. Arrive way before 6 on this day .you'll no that it's me..I'll never be late .I'll be in the long line with no more to say..Take it from me my lesson was

I love it the staffs are great and its very clean. They take great care of me and I will never go anywhere else.

Always friendly and helpful at this location, Linda is one of my favorites to see! Victoria and Gabbi also do a terrific job!

Very friendly! Great place for extra cash, don't be ashamed I'm not I have a good job and still have to make end meets. Come donate and get your money!

The techs that puts the needle in they'll start the process and walk off without checking on you thought the donation process. Even when you're done donating you're sitting there for at least 15-20 mins waiting for someone to come unhook you due to the fact the techs are in groups talking and gossiping.

The facility here is nice and clean and it doesn't take a long time either all the employees oh well mannered and very Respectful.

Donating at CSL Plasma is a great and life saving way to make easy money. The staff are prompt and friendly. They get you in and out to be convenient to fit within your schedule and it's all done in a timely manner. I highly recommend to anyone to visit the center and start saving lives today . It's well worth it .

Very friendly staff! Always willing to assist in anyway they can to make sure you have the best experience possible!

got a two week deferral at the warner robins location for low protein 5.8. i donated on the day i had low protein. they told me about the deferral on my 2nd donation, as i couldent do the kiosk questions. at biolife if your protein is low you come back the next day. i got a deferral for the low protein that i had on the day that i donated at csl. then they told me if they took a sample of my protein, the results would take 2 weeks to return. retards

The staff is very nice and very attentive although they were a little too silly when my gf wanted to donate, otherwise very nice and professional. Can't wait for my next visit.

Csl plasma is a different type of plasma center where one can feel like family. Always friendly and reliable staff. I've been visiting on and off for more than 2 years now. This is the only plasma center I'll recommend to any one who loves a family and friendly atmosphere

Amazing staff very friendly, they get you seen to quick as possible and all around a great experience

I Been Going A Year Almost Two Years Now, The Staff Is Always Nice And They Do A Excellent Job

The staff are always exceptionally friendly. Very caring, and try to make the process as smooth as possible..

CSL Plasma has the best staff in Macon. They are always courteous and respectful. The whole process always goes smoothly. They do a really good job.

These people Need to be closed Down employees fraternizing with each other using Deferrals as a Retaliation tactic against donors threats I can go on I'm tired of being a victim to a donation establishment and feel like I'm walking into a street vendor they don't pick up the phone something needs to be done

My name is Shani Borom an there services are excellent to me an they try to make you as comfortable as possible. I've already been refer people. To come.

Staff were friendly, process was fast. Complaint is the compensation, it is significantly lower than surrounding centers. I was told the rates stay the same every month. Raise the monthly rates for your donors or at least get close to the competition.

I am new donor (this will be my 5th time). I want to help and be active in my community however this has been a dreadful experience. Staff members act as though the Donors are desperate for compensation. The facility is severely understaffed. The front desk is mostly deserted. When you arrive you must wait in line to fill out a questionnaire at the kiosk (can be avoided by completing online through the app), wait in line to have your vitals checked (I have never seen more then 2 of the 6 booths occupied by

Other than the wait times In the evening I have no complaints...Very professional and a good way to make extra money....who couldn't use extra cash ?

I just cannot believe that a business, particularly one that relies on a donor base such as CSL Plasma does, would make the donor experience so negative. To begin with, this has to be the most poorly trained and unapologetically rude staff in existence. Abusive and outwardly hostile towards their donors, one comes away with the overriding sensation that one is not wanted there. On top of that, their staff was rough and unskilled in tapping my vein, which resulted in a nasty bruise. That bruise, in turn, kep

Staff is okay but the phlebotomist who stick are horrible and i've had many bad experiences here. they need more training they struggle to find a vein and have to re stick me multiple times which caused my arm to bleed for hours

Comfortable, professional, and good customer service. One of the best and most friendly plasma donation centers I've been too. And a fantastic location to go to if you live in the Macon area.

Great service never had a problem when I come and im out of there on time great way to earn extra money

Hi my name is jahkim percival i have been going to cal for about 3yrs now and i love going. the staff is great and their very helpful i promise you wont leave unhappy.

Don't ever come here They will Prinked your finger to the point where your finger will never stop bleeding Or Hurting. My blood pressure was fine until The Lady Did My Vitals so for now on I'm going to Biolife.

Great staff!! People here are so nice, and it's a great way to help those in need.

Great place!! The staff is friendly and knows what they are doing. I enjoy coming to donate plasma here at the Macon location. David took care of me today and he was AWESOME!

Quick processing. Staff were friendly and donation went smoothly. My complaint is the compensation. The monthly rates are significantly lower than other plasma centers in the middle ga area. Raise compensation for donors , at least get close to what other centers are paying.

How can you rate a place when they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER!
