I've been a long time donor with CSL and I think I just had it. Phlebotomists treat you like a piece of meat while they talk to each other. No respect. Won't listen either. Blood wasn't flowing and lady just pushed the needle deeper. Told her it was hurting, told her that I did not wanted to be experimented with and she just motioned me to be quiet. Blood started dripping out. Now she wanted to switch to the other arm. Mind you, I've done this before, but it is the coldness and non-caring attitude that got

I come to this location often and they have a very friendly staff. They have a tight routine so you're in and out. Most of them are very good with needles. But the best one is a girl named Danii. You won't feel a thing. She must have been doing this for years. Great place!! Great staff!! Clean and safe atmosphere. Efficient and smooth.

There are 2 nurses in particular at this location that provide the most exceptional service. John and Irith. It was my first time donating they welcomed me so warmly, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable in a place where comfort tends to be rare. Truly help agents and thus business is so lucky to have them. They deserve a raise!!

Ms Elia has a gentle hand that surprised even a veteran donor like myself. Though the pinch sting from the needle isn't something I feel anymore. I'm used to a firm jab and the coldness of the material on the needle. A problem that her hand was able to avoid. No cold needle.

I've been donating at this location for almost ten years. The place is always clean with friendly, helpful staff. The new machines make the donation process much faster. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time donating plasma,this was at the Margate location. The staff was friendly and professional. My most favorite was John! He is the RN that helped me, very thorough and professional and came to check on me while on the machine 4 times to make sure that I was comfortable and was doing well. I can't wait to return, the process was seamless.

I went to this CSL for years and I had a great experience each and every time I went! I even managed to build great relationships with the staff members! One staff member in particular named Matt made my experiences great there! We developed a solid friendship and bonded over our love for cars! I looked forward to every donation!

Bethsiane was amazing! She was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable as well as the rest of the staff.

Make an appt or go off peak hours as a recommendation. If you download the app, it will tell you when those peak hours are. Overall, it's a good experience. Waiting for your vitals is the longest part. Expect to take at least an hour for the entire process. Staff is polite and always wearing appropriate PPE. You may donate every 3 days and an easy $50 each visit.

Everyone her is very friendly and caring, they make the experience very enjoyable. Today I worked with victor, great guy!! Also quanetta was also very friendly and helpful at the end when it was time to wrap up.

Changing my review. I now see that sometimes we all have bad days. My experiences at this location have been mostly 5 star and I can't let one bad experience dictate one review. Thanks for today. I know to get in early now.

I had a great experience at CSL Plasma, and a big part of that was thanks to MSA Bethsiane. She was so professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions with patience and really went out of her way to make sure I had a positive visit.

Managers for this CSL should be reevaluated for their job tittle expectations. This location runs like the worst donation plasma center I've ever encountered. All phlebotomist, with the exception of Slaybie and Dequan?need to be retrained. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in at least two weeks. I blame the managers for they are in charge of making sure this location is running smoothly.

Being a donor at CSL Plasma is a honor for me. When you donate your plasma you're saving lives. When I go to CSL Plasma I feel I'm at home. The staff is amazing, Patricia is a live example, she treat us all very well when we get there.

This location is truly inspiring. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, surrounded by amazing and welcoming employees. It fills me with joy to know I can contribute to helping others.

I have been donating plasma at this location for about 8 months now. By far one of the best ran plasma centers I've been too. Danii Sticks me most times and does a phenomenal job to where you barely feel the needle.

Disaster, beware!!!!!!! Vitals was a fond hello after transferring back from MN. The stick was a fishing expedition with 5 adjustment, before I patiently asked for a re-stick, after an hour wait for help for no-flow issues. Re-stick was an improvement, but the needle pierced a tendon, OMG. 1 hour later and in a decent amount of pain, I received $47. I knew this place was going to be a waste of time after reading the reviews, but I went anyway. My very first attempt, their network was down. I waited an hour before leaving. Go to Octapharma in North Lauderdale. The longest I ever waited there was literally 3 minutes.

I been donating at this location for years. Two days ago I went in and the girl screening didn't care to say hello or anything. I had to look over to see what my vitals were for the day. After I donated they had me laying there for 15 minutes. Four of them standing there without a care in the world. Just talking and hugging each other while I'm laying there. I have donated plasma for a while in Palm Beach. I moved to Broward and have tried different places for plasma donations. I think I've found a plasma home here at the margate location. The staff here is outstanding! All of them but why did you install new machines to shorten the donation time? There are 4 bays never have I seen more than 2 being used. Today is no exception 2 bays but they're only using half the beds. Not sure if they are always short handed or maybe they need to just hire more staff. Either way the new machines do not make the wait any less it's alway at least 2 hours.

This center is always on point fast and professional staff also friendly staff most times.

Love this company, but have to avoid this location. Phlebotomists who make multiple mistakes/injuries a day, and are well known by the staff to do so, should not be continued to be allowed to work on patients. Safety is not of concern and I have to go to a further location because of this. Shouldn't be afraid of getting a hematoma at a donation center.

One start is too much for this people I waited 3 hours and some of them are nice but very disorganized place, the Nurse is the worse he discriminated me because Im spanic he told me to find a place where you can speak Spanish . First time donating. I set up an account online, watched all the videos, signed all the docs. Came in and was not greeted in anyway. When someone did acknowledge me, I said I have an appointment and was told they don't do appointments. I asked why it had me do so online and all I got was a shrug. Good morning, I went to donate plasma and the nurse, Yrith, called her "E", the truth is, very polite and cooperative, an excellent employee, I wish her the best.

Danii is by far the best phlebotomist you guys got.

My experience was that the staff was nice, professional, thorough, & clean. No pain, not nauseous or sick at all after. Just follow the instructions, eat, & hydrate. ***My only suggestions are that the bathrooms need attention. However, people could be better about making a mess as well.

I'm on the fence about my comments related to my rating because my first handful of donations here couldn't have been more accommodating. The first time I was there and I had a bad reaction during donating, I was given ice packs and was even fanned off by staff wanting to be sure I was alright. The next 3 or 4 times after that went off without a hitch. The last time I was there was a nightmare until the end; stuck me and from the beginning I was having issues with flow.
