I came to this place without expecting everything would be so organized and clean! I really liked the service, it was comfortable and I will return in the future without any doubt!

It was a good experience. The place is very clean and organized. All the staff is very friendly, organized and attentive. Easy money, the entire process was easy but the first time does take about 2 hours with everything you do before hand.

A swear this place is a scam. On your first visit as of today. They'll pay you $42 for your first donation. With a weight of 170 pounds or better. And $60 your second donation. Derek does a good job sticking people smoothly. Nice guy all around never had issues when I go to the back of the donor hall and if you feel unsure about gettin poked and feel it might be painful request this guy he does an excellent job.

This place is nasty & so unprofessional they have old machines! they poke super hard it hurts! And they don't even put anything right ton my lower arm instead of them doing it the right way which is upward. Made my arm hurt so much so I told them to remove the needle, then they wanted to try my other arm so I said what if it happens again just forget it and she failed to tell me that due to that I couldn't donate for 56 days she said it till the end! Before csl got new machines, csl hired new staff, that's when things were going wrong, I got one of the new staff and that's when I got a bubble under my skin, then bruising and also fishing for a vein... A little discomfort. So I found out you can request, so I did..one of the old staff and it's been great ever since.

This place should be shut down. They are treating donors oppressively. To pay a donor $43 dollars for a donation is terrible. They sell the plasma for thousands per container yet they pay the donor $43, $60 per donation. It's abusive. People donate because of a need but for CSL to take advantage of the poor is greedy. I have so many complaints that I don't know where to start. The machines or the workers, or both are trash. First, they had 5 different people stick me to find my vein and they couldn't. Really horrible.. The nurse that poked me hurt my arm. The next day I had bruise. The whole time the machine was beeping. I never had trouble with any other nurse it was my 5 time donating. But they dont care. They just wanna get paid. I dont recommend any one to go.

The phlebotomist messed up my right arm the bruise is really big and bad. The person who poked me was a guy so I don't trust any guys to poke me ever again. Make sure you ask for someone who is more experienced and has been working there for the longest time.

I was pleasantly suprised with this location. I normally go to another location but was in town for a few days and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. It seemed very clean, mens bathroom and vitals/donation areas. Lighting seemed brighter somehow. I was in and out very quickly compared to my normal donation location. This is my second time trying to donate, the first time I was denied because they didn't accept my government issued military ID, so I had to get my Texas ID, I came today on a Sunday and it was 3:45pm, so they told me they couldn't help me because they were backed up with the new donors and they closed at 5. She got an apology from someone else but how distasteful it was to be met with attitude after having expressed anxiety about an incident. This Plasma Center Needs More Phlebotomist! Some Stay Talking, But Take FOREVER To Poke You. Theirs Been Times Where I Wait 15-20 Minutes Until I Get Poked! Tech was fishing for a vein and this was the result. Techs were advised there was pain during fill and they just fished some more until they asked to use the other arm. These techs need more training. This is not the first bruise caused by an inexperienced tech but definitely the worst.

It was my first time there and because they weren't clear and tell you everything at once, i waited longer than the average first timer. After the kiosk questions, i was supposed to wait in line for the screening but i sat down to wait for them to call me. I was told after 40 minutes of waiting, i was supposed to get screened before the health assessment. It normally takes 2 hours, i took 4.

The machine I always get put to sit is never ready and wastes more of my time then it should be seeing people after me get situated before I do and that is unexceptable....need to be faster and ready I rather wait standing in the line to see who is actually ready

They scammed me did not receive award. My machine wasn't working and not returning the blood so the machine kept beeping so a nurse can fix it. And I waited 30 minutes for a nurse to actually come and help. I am very thankful for all the staff at this center. They have become my weekly support to go to as I go through school. The staff is very kind and well knowledgeable as attentive. Excellent service! Payment on the spot

I was told I couldn't donate because my temperature was 0.1 off from their limit. I feel perfectly fine I don't get sick often and just because my temperature was off by that 0.1 I'll have to wait another day to come. Not a pleasant experience having to get told to basically buzz off.

The experience is overall okay if you get a Phlebotomist to do the Venipuncture correctly in your arm without hurting you, it feels nice to know that you can help others from your Donation. Sadly most of their Phlebotomist are terrible at performing Venipuncture, some of them are very unfriendly and cold, they will just Puncture your arm without care leaving terrible bruises. Management doesn't seem to care to improve their customer service of their staff.

They take forever they keep waiting for 20 minutes just laying there till someone helps you ...they need a better system of doing things now they pay less 92 dollars for two donations they are cheap when paying for your plasma this place has gone down in quality and pay what a shame corporation..

I went to try and donate plasma today as a new donor and after filling out a for the receptionist took me to the back so they can check my arm for the veins i asked if they can only check my right arm because on my left arm I had my nexplanon and I feared it might break if they squish it too much and the lady checking my veins procedes to put the blue band around my left arm stating she needs to check both after I just told her only my right arm and she hurt my arm and stormed off I think it's very immature

I hate how some of the technicians hate their job and show it. Too many times i was manhandled and had bruising on my arms I can't speak for everyone but many of the employees lack empathy and professionalism. Several of them need a lot more training.

Don't use their app to do the pre-screen questionnaire, it's supposed to be more convenient. I was told I had to see the nurse for an arm check because I used the app. I asked the lady if I would have to wait in line she said yes. Even though I just watched a guy at the end of the line get seen before everyone else who wad waiting in line.. After waiting 40 minutes to see the nurse I just left.

My first time donating plasma was kind of scary inside but the staff made me feel at ease. The staff really makes it easy to return to donate. Csl plasma employees keeps their facility really clean and also sanitize the stations thoroughly so it makes me feel safer in this epidemic. Just simply thanks csll plasma for everything.

The place is spotless and the staff is polite unlike other CSL centers I been to that have dried blood all over the place. Spectacular job keep it up.

They are taking WAY TOO MUCH because they are in short supply. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife had to go to the ER because they're pushing the limits of what should be taking.
