However, several complain about severe understaffing leading to long wait times (1-3 hours), inconsistent experiences, and occasional untrained personnel. First time donor here! Kristan answered all my questions. She was very informative and she made me feel very comfortable. She was an absolute sweetheart! Once I sat down Sandra helped me she made sure I wasn't in any pain. I did have stomach aches due to not eating enough breakfast so I felt nauseous. Sandra fanned me until I felt better. Overall awesome staff here! Definitely worth going if you are in need of some extra cash.

The workers at this location is extremely helpful and nice! Everyone worked together and was helping each other and the guest. They kinda make up for my experience at other locations. Kristan is amazing her energy is contagious ?? I don't remember everyone?s name but everyone made me feel welcomed by being a new donor. And the process was smooth.

I've only been 2 times and both have been a great experience. All the staff there are super nice and professional. Specifically, Monique and Arianna! I let them know I was a little anxious my first time and they definitely made me feel more at ease. Will continue to go back.

I been coming here for years, to be honest I enjoy every second I'm there. The staff are very professional, caring, if you want to see teamwork CSL is the place to be. The employee Amanda was totally amazing this morning talking about over and beyond she deserves her crown. Thank you CSL

I had an issue with donating and Kristan not only helped me get it resolved she got me to be first in donation line. I didn't have to wait in line. She is an asset to your business.

I just received wonderful customer service from Kristan as she reached out to let me know it has been 2 months since my last donation, and in order to avoid doing another physical I would need to come in to donate before the 4 month mark. She also asked if I had any questions that she could answer since it's been so long! I appreciate her reaching out and always love talk to the hottest nurse on EARTH!

Christina is always very professional and takes very good care of not only me but all the other donors as well. She's very efficient and takes care of business. I have always had issues with needles but when I see Christina on the floor, she's the one I request and she makes me feel very comfortable. She's REALLY good at what she does because I rarely even feel the needle.

The staff was extremely efficient. I was watching them while I was waiting for a bed to donate. It was incredibly impressive watching everyone move around quickly and with purpose. Never even needing to verbally communicate. Everyone instinctively knew where to be and what to do.

Allyson is the best phlebotomist. I've been donating for a cpl of yrs now & have scar tissue. Most have issues sticking me but, not Allyson, if not for her I probably wouldn't be able to donate..Thanks friend! Best location, Employees are awesome, always smiling.

Please Read Before Visiting CSL Plasma I'm genuinely shocked by the positive reviews of CSL. Based on my experience, they must be from bots or staff?there's no other explanation. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've visited three times, and each visit was worse than the last. I'm officially done. I originally chose CSL because it was closer than Biolife, but that was a huge mistake. The difference between the two is night and day?like comparing a thrift store to Neiman Marcus. CSL is dirty, disorgan

Anytime I come here and Mandi is available she always has had an amazing attitude and treats everyone with care and respect. That's why I continue to come back. Also others have made it very comforting and nice when I show up. But thank you Mandi for an amazing job well done!!

I went to CSL yesterday and was so nervous about donating, but Ariana was extremely kind and helpful, definitely calmed me down. when i come back i will ALWAYS request Ariana. If she is not a manager yall should look into making her one. I think she would make a great leader. As long as Ariana is there i will keep coming back.

This is the BEST place to go, best location, best staff, just the best? everyone I've dealt with has been so friendly, attentive, and professional and it shows that they truly care about making sure you are comfortable through the whole process. I love how they connect with you making small talk which makes me feel more at ease and it shows me they really care. I can't name them all though there was a Freddricka I think and she is so great, but today I dealt with Maria and Allyson, both were amazing, super

I've been going to CSL in McKinney for a couple of years. They are great but especially a phlebotomist named Christina. She is so friendly and always smiling. She does an amazing job sticking everyone. But the best is her attitude to help everyone. The company is lucky to have her and I'm lucky every time I get her! Great job Christina?????? Diane

This place is one of the better plasma donation companies I've been to. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs during the process. Not to mention their donor fees are on the higher end as well. My phlebotomist today was Marshall and it was the first stick that I've had pain free. I highly recommend this place for donating plasma. Thank you Marshall and CSL Plasma staff, y'all are doing great things!

Mandi is awesome! She is there almost every time I am and she is always lovely. She and the other staff are great people that work hard. It can get busy but they move through the lines as quickly as they can. The new machines make it alot faster to donate aswell. Every time I come in to donate they remember me and are really nice. Great place, great people, great message, and you make some extra cash aswell.

Horrible wait times, had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to wrap up my arm and disconnect me from the machine. Though the staff are friendly, there seems to be zero organisation. There was a lot of staff on the donor floor and only one person at the screening area. I hope the machines can indicate a time in big bold letters so the staff can clearly make out who completed their donation first instead of playing a guessing game.

First visit to CSL was great. Kristan is excellent at her job while being very informative. She made me feel very comfortable with what to expect. I will be returning. Only negative perception I noticed was that CSL is limited on how many donors they can actually process in a given amount of time. Would be an excellent donation center if they had twice the capacity.

Kristan has been absolutely amazing upon my visits at CSL. She is thorough, and keeps me informed on updates procedures and promotions. She is a big reason why I've chosen to come to this location and feeling welcome is a big part of it.

I just received wonderful customer service from Kristan. It has been over a year since I had given plasma and I came back just to get some extra cash and to help out and everyone there was so helpful.

Returning to CSL following healing from a HUGE hematoma provided to me by a very new phlebotomist, I went through my clearance Medical Check with Kristen. Simply put, Kristen is phenomenal! I explained why I was there prior to her having an opportunity to pull me up in the system. She immediately showed empathy, care and understanding for my experience. She did all the protocols, while remaining engaged and friendly. I MUST state that this conversation was a complete 180? from what I experienced my last vi

Amanda and Mariah are extremely professional and courteous. Well versed and knowledgeable in their customer service abilities. Due to these 2 young ladies I continue to return to this CSL location and will continue to come to this location as long as they ate still employed, but if they are not I will go somewhere else....10 out of 10 rating, I suggest everyone come to this csl location and ask for Mariah and Amanda!@

I thought that donating plasma would be a good idea, you can make money doing it and since my sister referred me she would make an extra $200. The process is pretty easy. That being said my experience was a costly one. I passed out during my draw, which sometimes happens, however when I did I bent my arm which pushed the needle in further and when I woke up they were hydrating me with fluids VIA IV. What they failed to notice was the needle moved and punctured my bicep, so they filled my bicep full of fluid

This place is really nice, they are fast and friendly. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable especially the nurse Kristan my visit with her was very professional and pleasant. Thank you nurse Kristan you get 5-stars with me!!!

OMG!!!! Mandi what a superstar she is?she makes every patron feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease. With her wealth of knowledge and comedic timing one will never notice that she has already pricked them with the needle, (truly painless) until she leaves and tell you to start pumping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for future donations.

Amanda and Monique are awesome! Super friendly and always make the process quick and easy. They really make the experience better every time I come in.

Carman is a cordial lovely employee, very manorful and welcoming! Great customer service and leaves an impression. 5 out of 5 yelp rating hands down. Get this woman her own office!

Everything was great. They just keep it too damn cold. Like way too cold, dude! Seriously... Bring a blanket or a jacket if you're going to donate. The new machines make it really fast and everyone's nice, it's just too damn cold.

The first donation takes a while and I didn't realize how long it would take (my issue not theirs) so I didn't get to donate bc I had to leave but Kristan and I think Isabel were great and made the time very easy.

So this is my second donation and it has been absolutely awesome. Isabel was really kind and full of genuine smiles. She stuck my arm in less than half a second and was taping the needle down. I'm normally a difficult stick. Thanks Isabel!!!

Good customer service I give you that, but they are so slow like I mean extremely slow. Only 3 vital booths and a small donation floor. Waiting time is like 3 hours for a regualar donation. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

My first time at this location was 5/29 and my experience was beyond traumatic. My vein was ruptured due to a wrong and too hard of a stick by a newer employee. My arm is severely bruised and my app says I'm deferred for a year. I've not gotton a call by a supervisor an apology or anything.

Every time I come here ms. Mandi makes it go 100% smooth with smiles and laughter. And her sticking is near painless. Great facility. Always clean.

Top notch donation center, always clean, friendly staff, and upgraded machines which make donation a breeze. Not to mention, with phlebotomist like Mandi, the sticking process is quick and painless, keep up the awesome job that you do!

I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is very professional and very nice! I had Amanda last time. She's very sweet.

Amanda was very good. She is good at what she does. I loved her she was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dawn did a wonderful job today when she started my donation she remembers my name and is happy to see me each time, I'm so happy she's here and I didn't even feel the needle go in

Extremely understaffed. I waited for AN HOUR in the screening line alone, because there was one person working. Then, I get to the donor line and there's still nine people in front of me and only three phlebotomists. This is the third time in a month this has happened and it's never the same time either, so it's not unrealistic to be frustrated. Prior to this, never had any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful, they just need more people.

Terrible, they can't hit a vein to save their lives, and when they miss the first 5 times they just keep digging, my wife's arm was so messed up it took her five weeks to fully heal from it and when she tried to come back to donate they came up with some ridiculous excuse about her smelling bad even though she showers daily. If you're gonna donate plasma I HIGHLY recommend going the extra distance to Dallas to a different donating facility.

I've been coming to CSL for approximately 10 months. I have always been treated with care and witnessed others being treated the same. They are dedicated to ?best processes,? as we say in consulting. If they make changes in operations, it's virtually seamless to the ?donor experience.? I imagine that working here is a positive experience too. People are insured to get their breaks timely, for example. (I included a photo without people to be respectful.)

I've been coming here for months, and have had nothing but good experiences. As I do understand as a healthcare worker myself that mistakes happen, the phlebotomist who put in my needle today did not have the proper training.

Larissa was very nice, helpful and got me in and out! Mignon was my DT and she was great and sweet as well!

Kristan was Super professional and comforting! She definitely took her time for me to understand the expectations 10/10!

Kristan is amazing and a great employee! Her, Carmanand Amanda make the whole experience worth while!!!

I have been going here for almost, 2 years now. I have met allot of people thru my time there. The one constant person that has been there is Christina. She goes up and beyond for so her donors. She is great bed side manner and you couldn't ask for anyone better. I want to give a huge kudos to her!!!?????? If she is available when I come in I always ask for her. Everyone else there had been great also. I have a great experience here with all the flobotonists but Christina is the best!! Very easy process to

Kristen is a great work and she is very helpful Great employee keep smiles on everybody's faces.

Kristan was the nurse I saw at CSL plasma on 12/11/24 and she was Great. She was very nice and friendly and made the donation process a Great experience. Will definitely go back again and refer others. My sister has cancer and I encourage others to donate to help others in need.

Slow I was in the vitals line over a hour ...I missed the old crew I would have been in and out within hour ... A hour. Bring back Ms Kendra.we need people to move with agency. Very under stafied

Kristan performed my physical after my 4 month gap and she was awesome! She was very kind and thorough and made the process speedy!

I got sent to Medical and had a wonderful experience with Kristan. She's was so nice and helpful with any questions I had. Great experience!

I love the folk in the MCKINNEY Texas location. They always have a smile and ready to help. My only complaint is the new machines that were installed. It takes longer to set up and take down. The patient has no idea how far along we are. There is no way to see how far along we are. It also takes longer to pull the plasma because the machine is taking more plasma then it used to. Would I recommend CSL? Yes I would but.. The new machines are not worth the trouble.

Christina is amazing! I love when she services me. She keeps a conversation going, very friendly and kind. She's helpful anytime I come to donate!

Management here needs an upgrade. They're so slow they don't even help the staff. They leave everything off on one person and half the staff acts, childish and unprofessional I seen them leave all responsibilities on one person like where is the manager? Like if you're not gonna do your job and help your coworkers then why even being management

Such a wonder place people are nice and welcoming. I have to say Kristan was very nice and made me feel at home

Joey helped me have a very easy painless visit my first time back... I really appreciate and recommend you guys share your thoughts on Joey... I'm sure others have very good reviews for him... Thank You Joey!

CLS in McKinney Tx is a great location. Very clean, professional and w/ polite staff and service. Thank you Larissa, Christina, Carmen, Esmeralda, Mona, Codi and others whose name I'm drawing a blank on. Entire staff is very well trained. Awesome work. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been donating plasma for some years now but I recently started at the McKinney location. First off AMAZING staff. HOUDA is amazing and so sweet every time she takes my vitals.

Christina is an amazing worker every time she sticks me I never feel it and it's always quick she very polite and friendly she makes u feel comfortable about being stuck. I really like the McKinney location and recommend csl to any one who wants to donate

The staff is amazing. And very attentive! Mandi is absolutely the best, always checking on my and truly cares!!

I was greeted so nicely by Ms. Mandi and when she stick me with the needle I didn't feel a thing she a great worker I appreciate the friendly greeting?

Christina is very amazing! Everytime she pokes the needle I never feel it ?? Super nice lady thanks !

Had the pleasure of getting to be attended to by Ms Ariana super nice and professional! Very nice, careful, and attentive! 10/10

SIA SIA SIA SHE IS SO AMAZING SHES ALWAYS AROUND TO HELP ME OUT WHEN OTHERS ARE BUSY??.. MUCH LOVE SIA

Amazing stick by Maria as always, definitely recommend her when you come to this center.

Kristen was friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't skipped in line to donate.

I've been donating a couple months now, and have nothing but positive things to say. I've always had great interactions with the staff, and though I tend to get sent to medical often, I appreciate how thorough they are. The new RIKA machines have also sped up the donation process, so you get in and out quicker. Somedays, the line is quite long, but the wait isn't too bad. Most of the time being disconnected from the machines is a very quick process, but sometimes it does take a little longer. However it's n

The whole staff is awesome. Friendly and more than competent!!! Never even feel Mandi's needles!

Christina is the best she moved so efficiently and made sure that my time at CSL was valued and comfortable

Jefferia is horrible addition to the staff. The past 3 times I have donated I've had her doing my pretake. Three not so great experiences. I've never had any issues with the donating process or with staff? my most recent visit takes the cake, I was stuck TWICE by her due to her mistakes. She got an attitude when I asked for someone else to stick me but I refused to allow her to stick me for a third time when I know this is her error. The lead stuck me once and everything went smoothly. Jefferia?s customer s

Carman is a fantastic member of CSL. Her warming personality makes the process of donating seem less stressful.

Kristan and Maria was great with walking me through my first donation and so nice

Amanda and Christina are both professional, friendly and attentive. They both provide great service!

Kristan and the rest of the girls have great personalities and they are very funny

First time donating, process was really smooth. Kristan and and Maria were really nice and helpful during the process!

Today I give Mandi golden star.. even though she dnt like stickin much she has good sticks all the time..recommend her

This is in regards to a fantastic staff member , Amanda . It was my husband and I's second time at the center and we were supposed to be fast passed in. The computer flagged us for making sure we had proof of residence . We told the front and were told a manager had to release us. We waited and waited and nothing happened. I asked twice to other front desk people and was told to wait. Amanda came over and I explained the issue and she immediately went and got the manager .?? She was super friendly , helpful

Everyone is so professional and they all move with purpose. Christina and Joey are my favorite to have collect, they're very friendly and I never feel the needle when either sticks me.

Awesome lady, didn't feel a thing when she stuck me. So polite and friendly, she is top notch

Kristan was so sweet and informative. She answered all questions for me patiently.

Kristan was absolutely amazing!! As is the entire staff at this location! Great work guys!

Christina was very sweet and kind who loves her job??. If you need an easy and smooth experience at the CSL plasma in McKinney pick her. She is the best.

Dijana, Kathy, and Joey are incredible. They made the whole process a very smooth and exciting experience. I was able to do this with my younger brother, and they were so supportive, taking care of us both and making sure we were okay at all times. They made a lasting impression after just one initial donor visit with my brother and me. You are lucky to have such amazing employees!

Kristen helped me today and she was amazing , super helpful and friendly if you are thinking about donating I recommend coming here

Kori made sure I was taken care of. I was confused as a first time donor and just sat there with no help from anyone for about 30/40 mins but Kori came up and pushed me through to make sure I didn't have any more time wasted. Outside of that, the experience was great. Nice staff and clean facility

Kristan was very polite and professional. Made experience quite pleasant!

Usually understaffed to the point where you're waiting for ages for someone to disconnect you. The staff I've had to deal with are not up to par and often have a lot of difficulty with me where I've never had difficulty before at other csls. It usually takes them minutes to put the needle in properly, having to wiggle it around and correct it while it's your arm, making for an extremely uncomfortable experience. I've been told I can't donate because of the condition of my arm because of how terribly they wo

I've been coming here for a couple months now, and Christina is always so kind and helpful. Never had any bad experiences with her.

Christina is always friendly and extremely professional. She is a very good sticker and I rarely have any problems with my give when she attends to me.
