I just have to shout out the staff today for having everything in order and expedient. It can be tuff on them at times, but today was such a pleasant surprise. Special mention to Christina who is in my opinion the most consistent, courteous, and knowledgeable worker I've encountered here. She's always in a good mood and always moving with purpose and urgency. Thanks Christina and CSL!

When I donate it can be a wait time sometimes but it just depends on the days you go as well as the time. I will say though the location on park is on point. Christina Smith be sticking, very professional, a team player, and does what she suppose too. You have to be a team player regardless of your bad days there's no I in team. As a frequent plasma donor every now and again it's a relief to break the monotony of attending the same center and this was a good place to do just that. The lobby and waiting line is a little deceptive but not terrible. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was all about getting patrons rotated out safely and speedily while upholding CSL standards.

I have been donating plasma for over two years now on and off. And today my experience was totally different. A few donations I've realized I would constantly no flow for odd reasons. After meeting Clark I felt comfortable to voice my opinions on what could better my experience. The stick was painless and the irritation of feeling the needle suck my vein constantly immediately stopped. He ensured he would place the needle further into my arm to see if it changes that and it did. I would be proudly coming ba

Terrible and unprofessional. There no way to understand or know how to donate for the first time and they give redundant/vague commands on what to do and hope you just know or asking people around( which they tell you, that isn't allowed)

The line was a little long because I went on a busy day, but the process was easy, and the worker, Courtney, conducted the process quickly and easily.

I was waiting for a uber in the lobby after my donation and it was cold outside but they didnt care and didnt let me wait inside biolife plasma would care especially after donating they only care about your plasma nothing else.they will not care if you froze outside patient service is the worst here. The new manager desean smites black guy in the office at reception is making the place worst they are losing alot of people to biolife i went to biolife the pay is way better and also you cant charge your phone

CSL is wonderful. The people are helpful and friendly. The wait time was great too. Maurice made me feel welcome and appreciated. Khalifa made the process easy and comfortable.

It's a nice thing to do to help others, the center is clean, the workers are mostly kind but, they could give more money for your time and donation being that they are a billionaire company.

So I visited CSL Plasma at 3923 Park Avenue Memphis TN 38111. And the lady (Teresa) who attended to me at the front desk and in the screening booth 1 was super professional, friendly and nice. Teresa was patient in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the registration process while making feel at ease. I'm very satisfied with the service that I received!

I must say everyone I have come in contact with at c s l have been 5 star ??, But on this particular day I had the pleasure to be checked in by the tech named Lashanique Jones. She greeted me with an upbeat and positive attitude, complimented me on my eye shadow and checked me in with speed and accuracy and sent me on my way. I had a great experience and would highly recommend ??????????

This is a good place to donate. The staff is very friendly. There can be some slow days when they're not fully staffed, but overall it's not that bad. The receptionist named Dashay is amazing.

I love this place. It came in at just the right time. My first donations went good, my 3rd donation my arm started itching, that was in February 2024 its April now. I did my part completely and turned it in 2 1/2 weeks ago. The doctor is there when he wants to be and still hasn't looked at my paperwork so I haven't been able to do any donations since February. I was promised that the doctor would be there today but I called and they said he didn't come in today

This location is Fast in & out, They are on point and about business. Very Professional and Respectful. They treat there donors like family and Is a very great environment. I will coming back again for another great experience. 10/10 !!! ??

I feel like I was discriminated when I went there. The first time I went, the nurse told me I had to come back in 2-3 days because I had a mosquito bite that apparently looked like blood to her. She said ?when you come back, I'll have you skip the line and come straight to do your physical again.? Indian, one of the young ladies who works at the front desk and the vitals booth, exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. No matter what the situation is, be it an irate customer or disgruntled donor, she always maintains her professionalism, and does it with a smile. My experience at CSL is special. A Taylor started calling me mom! The respect shown to me versus how I showed respect to my elders when I was growing up is totally different but respect is given. He looks at me at times when I'm quiet as I think no one pays me any attention,; but, A. Taylor walks by unless if he provides service to me to let me know, he sees me! I enjoy my experience at CSL!!

Dashay did a great job taking my sample today just like she does everyday. The only bad experience I've ever had at this facility is with unruly donaters talking much and too loud.

With the exception of a couple workers most of them always have an attitude. Tiffany the short old white lady is a liar so is the short old black lady that be wearing the short wigs with her side burns hanging out the side. Oh and Mrs Stephanie doesn't get the credit she deserves. She make the procedure go faster by actually doing her job without an attitude.

Indian is attentive and a hard worker. Whenever I come in, she is active and full of energy. Ms Dashay is also very attentive. She doesn't waste time at all, and is very efficient.

Dashay was very professional while still being open and friendly. It took very little time to get checked out so I could donate. I've had a lovely experience since I started donating. I'm on my 5th donation. Everyone has been very kind and gladly answered all my questions. I found the whole process interesting.

My screener (Indian) was very efficient, professional, and friendly at the same time. I have asked her before how does she remain so jovial. Just thought I would ad that I didn't even feel it when ?Christina? stuck me finished my donation in 37 minutes. To top it all off Mrs. Subrena was an Angel taking me down. She is my favorite.

csl in Memphis has made awesome changes,the atmosphere the new employees are all kind and willing to help, they're wanting to help. From the front security all the way to the back to the people on the donor floor, our professionals and they show it. Not a good place at all. I was made to feel worthless when trying to donate plasma, like I don't already need to lather a thick layer a pride walking into that place. I was lied to and disrespected. They need to review a few of those employees because I can't wait to see the BBB walk into that establishment?. People like that need to learn how to respect a customer or at the very least be nice. I have a strong aversion to needles; the fact that Khalifa's insertion is imperceptible is even more advantageous. Since my donation here, I have encountered several individuals who probe for needle insertion. I am a difficult individual, so I anticipate it. However, to achieve it consistently on the initial attempt, he is unparalleled.

Christina Smith is one of the best, most professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and gentle phlebotomist in the company. To whom it concerns SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!????
