P?simo el trato hoy viernes 4 de abril despu?s de manejar 1 hora para llegar a donar no me quisieron atender pues seg?n ellos no av?a nadie del personal q ablara espa?ol, a lo q respondi: "I can speak English perfectly. If my profile says that my primary language is Spanish, it's because it's my first language, but I speak both English and Spanish without any problem. However, the staff at the donation center responded very rudely and unprofessionally, telling me to leave the center and that I would not be

Excellent staff and proficient operation overall... even when line is long they move things along so quickly and professionally.. this is my all-time favorite Center down in South Florida... thanks and keep up the great work all of you

Hands down one the best locations however they need to get rid of the young girl with the nastiest dismissive attitude ever I had to go take off my shirt because the sleeve was so tight after she ask me to pull it up my arm turned red immediately she said it was fine like that I ask if she can take it over the skin tight shirt she yelled and said I CANT I said I have to take off my shirt she argued and said no just left it up then said go go with an attitude I came back from the bathroom and she said you ca

I believe that I have given a review of this location before. And, it was a good one. But, after being here for awhile, I have to adjust my original review. Even though the place is easily located, convenient to get to and the staff is overall friendly, the staff is extremely slow. New machines have been added which are suppose to make the draining process faster. About 30min process or faster. But, we end up staying longer than we did with the other machines. The staff can be seen, on multiple times, just

At check-in, I had to wait a very long time until someone was released from the staff. The staff at the entrance is very slow. When they talk to you, they cannot be heard through the mask. After donating the plasma, they left a huge bruise on their arm, although this has never happened in other branches. Do not recommend visiting this branch.

Unless you want your screening process to be mixed up with another donors information an have to wait days for higher ups to fix it because somebody made a simple mistake that won't be so simple to fix on your end.. don't go there highly upset and disappointed $5 issue isn't enough for gas or uber ride

Do not donate here. I repeat do not donate here. They will give you a promotion once every 6 months. When they do give you a promotion, it's $20 extra after 5 donations and $30 after 8 donations and they will cut you off without warning. When they cut you off, they will do it on a promotion day and leave your jaw dropped. Not to mention that they only use 6 machines. They wait times are always 30 minutes to an hour. They are very unprofessional and most of the workers are in conversation amongst each other

I have very great experiences while donating at this center and location. I'd like to point out and recognize a certain staff member named Dylan. Dylan is very professional and skillful at his job. I literally never even feel the needle or any discomfort when being serviced by Dylan. He is also very diligent and attentive making sure of the donors safely. Employees like him make it simple and less difficult to donate.

Great place. Lots of rubies. If ur old school like me ask for a senior . They should stick perfect with no bruising aside from the young stickers np ????????????

Absolutely safe and clean place to donate plasma . The entire staff is very professional. You can tell they care for your well being . Special thanks to Michelle and Dylan for making me feel safer. They both go above and beyond, hope you both are Recognized for your hard work. Keep up the great work ????. Thank you Miami 206

They work real fast in there . It's clean not so cold & comfortable

They don't know what they are doing there. Nurse is late most days. And they have incompetent people answering the phone. The people that stick are ok.

This place is clean and well kept up but far as the speed of this place is not so great can be improved. The staffs need to be a lot more gentle when sticking for they rush through the procedure with attitudes please be careful who you get sticked by. Other than that great place that can do better.

Worst lier ever....advertising falsely...they have advertising 700 every two weeks then by phone they said 400..and in person 100 and 50 they lier

I ENJOY HAVING BEEN ABLE TO HELP OTHERS OUT AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY DONATION

Their customer service is horrible it took 4 hours to do an intake also they make you consent to things that you don't want to consent to I was told that if I did not consent to a random drug testing that I could not donate I could have sworn that that was part of my rights not to consent to things that I don't agree with also the staff is very playful they asked you question that doesn't even pertain donating plasma you might as well sign yourself into the jailhouse as many questions they ask you that does

Almost every time I've donated at this location reception is super slow. reception today is under staffed but usually is over staffed with only two receptionist actually working. Not to be rude but the gentleman with long locks and crazy pushed back hairline is the worst, distracting them with conversation and is incredibly slow and sends people to medical haphazardly instead of maybe just asking a msa a quick question. honestly donor floor is usually the fastest best part of donating at this center are t

Security guards are absolutely horrible here, so rude!. Got coughed at 2/2 times I've been here. Earlier this week and today in line. Horrible horrible horrible. The only good thing about this place is the nurse with long braids, so friendly and deserves a raise!

?? ?? ?? MERRY FREAKING CHRISTMAS ?? ?? ?? AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.....?? as for the most part your over all staff is ok - good , but there is one who sticks out over all whether you have him stuck working in a tiny closet like a troll monster working on the machines or sticking people on the floor..... This guy no matter how good or bad of a day he's having he always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face and his name is FABIO..!!!! He should be the prime model of how all your employees should be an

Edit: After going to Octapharma for a few weeks due to convenience I can say CSL is better when it comes to the donor floor. But I can agree on some of these revies I see where I see a bunch of workers walking around looking available, yet all they do is walk around chit chatting the phlebotomist and it seems to take way to long for just a disconnect. Other than that the place is great and as long as you walk in there as a decent human being, you shouldn't have a problem. Sad to not see a couple staff memb

I was treated very professional by the staff members the minute I walked in. The young lady was very king and well versed. When I sat down for the plasma a young Hispanic male treated me like he was a doctor. I didn't quite get his name but he had long hair tied to a pony tail. I thank the entire staff and I will continue to go there.

If you want to waste up to 2 hours of your goddamn life then this is the right place for you. Everyone is super slow even when it's not busy and that causes the place to get busy because people have to stand in line waiting for nothing. It's worse on weekends, I usually get here before it opens. When it opens one would think they'd be ready for the customers, but hell no. You get in the screening people are walking around all unbothered then only one starts after 10mins. Then when you get to them they start

Young feminine man, was as rude as ever. Him and the (young lady with natural black hair) flock together. She's always cleaning up his mess ups. He needed more training in all areas. I got frustrated and mumbled to myself about being ready to go to the restroom, but young man insisted on telling me to hold my horses?Tuh!!! I told him that it's unprofessional of you to say anything to me out content, but it just angered him more. I told him to stop arguing at himself, but he couldn't do it, so his sidekick (

They changed the rules and are paying less! A disgrace for those who come from far away!! You make a lot of money at the expense of the people. You should treat us better!

I called about an issue with my app and a referral I made. Apparently the young man that helped me the first time made a mistake and I didn't receive the points when I was supposed to. However, this girl named rickia was so helpful and patient with me to ensure I could receive my points. She helped with my app and submitted a ticket on the CSL app and that was the reason I was able to get what I deserve. Thank you to her and the rest of the CSL team

Brittney was so amazing. Everything I come she makes the anxious experience alot more enjoyable with her incredible conversation. Based off of the service I felt like a pig in a slaughterhouse factory but she made me feel good and talkative when I'm really not a talkative person so thank you Brittney. I'll always be returning here because of her amazing service.

ANGIE is extremely rude and speaks Spanish around people who don't understand so they won't know she is talking about them. Other than her, this place is great. Shes ruining it

Very friendly staff at this Location. They recognize persons by name which is always a nice thing. Alexandra always takes time while doing her exam to talk and help make one relax and at ease. Truly a nice friendly and welcoming young lady and tech. Thank you Alexandra and CSL.

Just got discriminated because I am homeless. No drugs, no alcohol, clean as a whistle, but because I am homeless they won't let me donate. This is a sad and depressing company. I have never been so disappointed in a company that is supposed to help humans. Two thumbs down ???? Awful that they discriminate against a healthy person just because he is homeless. In response to your reply I would like to keep this conversation public and on the review. You ask for more details, so I will get them. As I'm going

This place is by far the best donor place that I've been to in Florida. Everyone is very professional and staff works fast to get everyone in and out. I love it here.

I've only been here twice. The first time I came two days later I had a bruise on my arm so huge! It lasted about two weeks! I've never experienced that giving blood or plasma. Yesterday I go in cheery, positive attitude and I'm greeted with a negative attitude from a young lady that was quite nice during my first visit. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day. How she handled me was culturally disrespectful and intentional. I'm convinced the two young Latina women that work in the front are very much raci

I love this place I've been going there nine times already to give plasma everybody's so nice one of the young girls already calls me sweetie and honey that's that's great for me cuz it makes me laugh and makes me smile they all make me want to come back it's so welcoming the bathrooms are always super super clean and the attention to detail with everyone it's superb I just want to know how can I get into the into the reward program I've been wanting to ask the front desk but I'm a little shy

SLOW ASF ESPECIALLY ON TUESDAYS....WHY DF IS THERE 3 PPL SETTING UP AND 1 STICKING JUST FOR SOMEONE TO BE CALLED TO BE STICKED EVERY 30 MINS...BRING SOME POP CORN AND A CHAIR THEY SLOW ASF.

I usually don't write reviews but my girlfriend and me are fairly new to this center. We came due to other centers not having certain staff. They are very fast compared to others I have been and even the security is helpful when the staff hands are full. I want to also give a shout out to Mindy! That's my girl lol! Whenever she is in the front it is a big difference in pace/speed. Even when she is scheduled in the back I see her little self fly to the front and help them as best she can. The whole staff ove

it was fine in at first but they started losing the original crew and as these younger one got in it became scatterbrain I got deffered for falling asleep in the lobby I asked to see the tape of what I did they never showed me and mysteriously they don't have the video anymore yeah I'm sure but shot out to the few originals that was still there highly doubt they still are

Know that they're gonna need a ?certified and stamped letter? I've never heard of that. I could have a valid license, moved 3 different times and still have a letter with the address on my ID. You still gonna accept that tho. What you gonna need next? The deed to the house to prove that's my address? That's just makes no sense. If you can give me a logical reason as to why you need a stamped and certified letter after seeing the names and addresses match I'll take this review off. But for now they just make

I have been donating here for the last 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of great! The staff is always very friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The only thing I would say is make sure you drink a lot of water to be hydrated and make the process go quickly. And it can get REALLY busy during some days, especially during the end of the day. So just be patient because they will get to you!

The front desk is rude? that security guard they have there nasty and they talk about you I have a friend that works there and I was told they was talking bout it when I was there very unprofessional

Great place to make a difference and help change lives the staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I was assisted by a very well knowledgeable phlebotomist named Dylan he was funny and made me feel comfortable and made it a smooth and easy process. Definitely would be back to donate in the future.

Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I had problems with my paper work and the manager Saul did an excellent job at helping me get the required information. Was in and out fairly quickly- definitely one of the better CSL locations! Thank you!

I genuinely think this csl location has a lot of good employees, the thing with this location tho is you'll always have to wait, even if there's no one you will always be waiting at least 10min to get your vitals checked. This location on busy days, I understand everyone gets stressed when there's a lot of people where you work, but on busy days the attitude of some employees, specially the new one since the summer, is hostile. Expect to be skipped in advance by some technicians on busy days, if you let the

Edit on 7/23: Clearly there's been some turnovers, wow - night and day difference in the level of competency. I'm probably not going back. Professional, kind, very helpful people. It's quite a process but they do a great job of keeping the various lines moving so you can get in and out safely.

Great place! Close for me. Nice pay for new donors. And, pretty polite staff. Their only issues are that they move slow and lack workers. Other than that, I would have to say that the pay drops significantly low after your first 8 donations. I also don't like that they pay by the amount that you donate and that's determined by your weight. But, compared to all the other CSL centers in South Florida, they are the best! Margate center is just incompetent and Wilton Manors is just straight ghetto! So, I can ap

Very amazing I advise everyone to come and check them out your helping people in need also we all need a cleaning in our system

This facility is amazing and the employees really have a way to make the donors feel comfortable and welcome. Specifically the employee Michelle she is definitely my favorite there. Anyways i would recommend anyone to this CSL plasma!

I READ A REVIEW TALKING ABOUT THE NEW STAFF. I HAVE BEEN DONATING FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND I CAN SAY THAT I FEEL HAPPY BECAUSE THE NEW STAFF IN RECEPTION WORKS WAY FASTER THAN THE OLD ONE. KUDOS ON THE NEW RECPTION STAFF!!! DONT LET EX-EMPLOYEES' HATE MISLEAD YOU. THIS IS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE BEST CENTER IN THE MIAMI AREA WITH GREAT PHLEPS AND FAST SERVICE.

From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable, the security guard greeted me with a smile and happy attitude, I was worried mainly because I'm a clean freak and having worked in the hospitaly industry all my life I know how important a clean place is to the safety and well being of customers. Let me tell you the place is spotless, everyone is a proffesional it is apparent that they know what they are doing I'm very glad I donated ??

Needs snacks and water bottles but there improving with the new water fountain system.

I wanted to give back, to donate (yet I was na?ve to the complexity of what CSL is doing) and now so impressed! This location is top-notch! Thanks to many reasons, like it's super organized, and I appreciate their level of efficiency. So a shout out goes to Saul Holt, the floor supervisor, keeping the "flow" rolling and the incredible staff of Phlebotomists and Technicians (also it starts with front desk staff, fast and well educated, even the security guard is friendly, yet keeps the place running smoothly

Great place to donate. Friendly staff. Clean organized facility. The only thing I don't like is that there's WAAAYYY too much socializing going on between the employees. Enjoying your coworkers and work environment is perfectly fine, but these personal conversations and joking around does not need to be done while taking care of donors. Other than that, I would recommend this location.

I love my csl miami(206) family. I have a great time every time I donate. I never have to wait no more than 10mins to process, and I'm in and out!! Thank yall for always making my donations eventful. Shout out to Dylan for today's donation ??????

Great place, been going here for a little over a year now. Their customer service is awesome! They take care of you annddddd give you little gifts here and there. Highly recommended. Who doesn't like to save lives; while earning money around good people who know what they're doing???

Don't care if you're in pain will have you finish the bottle i told them it started hurting my bone and they forced me to finish

My experience was amazing! The nurses from (Sarah to Jennifer) accommodated me so well during my mini examination. Carlos and Gustavo were extremely kind and help out with the process of becoming a new donor. Last and definitely not least, Kayla, Gladys, and Luis helped stay calm, relax, and during the entire donation experience. They constantly checked up on me to reassure that I was doing good. The entire staff at CSL Plasma is so kind hearted and I appreciate their commitment towards every donor that wal

My donation experience was fine. I made a referral and he was refused the opportunity to help solely based on the type of lease he presented. The staff indicated that he needed a lease to prove residency which he provided. They then changed the definition of a lease so his didn't qualify. They indicated that his month to month lease would no be sufficient since they could not be able to prove he would be available for 8 weeks. No one is guaranteed the next 8 weeks. They also blames this distinction on

Thank you to Miami 206 for being the best plasma center out there. Rickia and Qiana are so helpful and nice to me. Donor floor is very fast and able to make me feel comfortable donating.

I just went there and they wasted over 1 hour of my time. They made me go through all of this questionnaire and watching videos and signing all these documents just to tell me I can't donate because I got a tattoo SIX months ago. On top of that, the staff is unprofessional, one of the nurses DID NOT have his mask on, and they were talking about inappropriate things as I was waiting instead of helping me. The security guard at the front desk LAUGHED when I expressed my concern of wasting over an hour of my t

I been to the one in Margate, in County line road and now this one. SLOWEST ONE EVER. There's are about 18 machines, granted that's not employees fault, but there are 4 employees working the floor and 1/2 the people aren't even connected with needle yet(that is their fault).. Worst system in place ever. One guy came and put a sticker on the bottle, waited 10 minutes, then another put bottle in machine, NOW I'm waiting on someone to stick me.. probably about a 2.5 hour process at this rate. Who the heck care

Ashley was truly awesome. Made me comfortable and less nervous. Overall everyone was wonderful! Saul kept me giggling they really do nake you feel right at home.

This place you want to long they are not to sanitize. They skid a lady on a wheelchair to takecare somebody else that came in afther the lady there person that work there was rude to lady in wheelchair. They dint even change globes afther taking care somebody else I thing the state inspector need to visit then undercover don't be surprised what you going to see in this location.

They lied about how much they were going to pay me on the app

They're supposed to take people until 7:00 p.m. according to what they always say now I'm in here at 6:57 and they all ready have the door closed. The security guard should not do any others duty than security.

Jennifer stuck me for the first time smooth as butter didn't feel a thing ?? to be honest all the ladies are pretty good from vital on to the back this place rocks also Mindy is very good at what she do in the front end soft spoken friendly and very helpful love her service and the patience she has

Since they recently changed the machines, the whole process almost been duplicated in time, from 1.5hs to 2.5 hs.

I visit this csl with an attempt to donate plasma. I was greeted at the front by one of there receptionist, her name was Janelle; she was very informative and knowledgeable about the process and also very welcoming. She gathered my info and got me started with the process I then needed to get a vein grading they explained; where I met the most funniest and warming personalities which was one of the phlebotomist named Kayla. They delivered the info that was suppose to be bad with such care I didn't mind. De

My experience at this CSL plasma on Eisenhower Road has been one of the most beautiful experiences that I have encountered my wonderful people. Here are michelle Merrielle and Quiana smile

Josh was awesome ! When he stuck me I barely even felt it , the staff is super nice. Saul was also super nice in removing the needle with assistance from Erica ! Thanks to everyone there

They need better phlebotomist! The ones they have don't know how to work with peoples veins. They lied and told me I couldn't donate cause my veins were no good but I've donated at other CSL?s with no problem using the same arms. They're lazy and don't know how to talk to people. Then they lie and say stuff and you come back with the paper work they say to get and then they lie and say that's not what they said. This establishment is no good all together..

Thank you to Rickia and other staff members for being super helpful and nice to me* I will definitely recommend this center to family and friends so they can get the best experience out here!!

The expertise and professionalism of the staff at Miami 206 is exceptional. Leads Rickia and Qiana guides their reception staff to provide quality intake of their clients! Go Team.

Best csl location I've been to yet. I looked around at the other reviews and think it's unfair that they give such poor reviews because they don't have what they to donate legally or don't know the process. I see people complaining about waiting to get stuck to donate what they don't understand is that only a certain amount of people can be stuck at one time per phlebotomist on the floor. And on top of that I see donors flagging down a processor to stick them everyone has their own job and some aren't quali

This been my go to plasma center to donate, last times been there the lines and wait time is ridiculous, they have only 1 person screening when they have 5 screening booths. Definitely reconsidering of coming back to this place and if you like me like to help out others by donating, family member benefit from medicines made from plasma, I do not recommend this place, unless you want to spend 5 hrs there. There's plenty of options out there.

Left a bruise, got deferred because I cursed while a girl tried ripping off tape before taking out needle. Assistant manager Luis is miserable.

they don't need your blood donation that much. don't forget to bring your Social security card in the original.

CSL Miami 206 has awesome customer service skills, friendly, courteous, quick, warm, attentive, extremely empathetic, a blessing to donate there, A1, 10 out of 10, top notch & professionals

Zina & Dylan Were good with the needle handling as the flow of blood pull was low, making the right adjustments to get my blood flowing normal, thank you on your services, Ashley and the rest of the crew excellent work, been coming here donating for years now, and still running excellent

I started going to CSL when they first opened , and after going to Biotest for one year , I'm much happier at CSL because their #1 friendlier , #2 faster , #3 cleaner ,#4 more attentive #5 more quiet. My CSL experience is a much much happier one all in all in a nutshell !

After donating they have a replenish table so you can take crackers/cookies and small bottled water. If not before as well. Staff is great at what they do.

The staff initially were a bit rude. The security guard was especially unpleasant and made the wait very uncomfortable. Hoping that the next visit is better. The facility was very clean

Great place, great customer service. Other reviews I see here are either those who were BANNED from the clinic, or were told they couldn't donate due to REASON SAID IN THEIR POLICY. Place is open all week and I had no problem.

I love this place everyone here is so friendly even the security is so nice

Super kind staff! If you can go at less busy times during the day, you're in and out super quick. I would recommend this place to others!

Michelle was and always is amazing . She talk a lot of mess but I love it and she's always on point with it. Future trainer

I donated plasma for the first time Dec 29, 2021 @ CSL Miramar location. i was there for 5 hours because they were under staffed not very kind or helpful, i went the 2nd time 12/31/2021 and again the staff was very rude the nurse was chatting around with no regards or respect for people time . after 2 hours i left , i went for the 3 time to the Homestead Fl location because i will never return to Miramar. 2nd location i ended up waiting another 2 hours i was very thirsty and asked for some water and i

I received a false positive from them a couple years ago and they can't figure out who needs to fix the problem when they're the ones that can fix it and the only ones that can fix it they gave me a number to call and they told me that the center got to fix it so I don't think CSL knows their head from their ass

The best place and the service is excellent don't go to the miramar location there service will make you hate the experience. I literally go to the miramar 4/5 times it's all been worst experiences. Please take yourself to Miami its well worth it. I went to Miami over 30 times. Go

Jennifer and Genesis bring lot of good energy into the Plasma community and environment. Always with a good attitude, willing to help any staff member & client alike. Showing excellent team work and amazing customer service. It's always a pleasure to donate each time at this CSL Plasma Center, thank you for you good work guys!

I been doing this for along time going to different plasma places to see if they follow the rules and regulations and I can say this CSL Plasma really follow the rules and regulations they really a good place to come when you want to donate everyone that work there is well respectful and all although I gave them an attitude and all they did not catch an attitude back and this is the overall the best CSL plasma place here so CLS PLASMA TEAM MEMBERS KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC JOB
