All the advertisements have been for 700 dollars, but you must read the fine print because it's only a certain locations. I talked to the staff at the location that I went to and they told me that Broward Homestead in Miami are only offering $400. It's your typical bait and switch. So disappointed. Was really hoping for the seven hundred dollars. They made sure that staff came and talked to me about this. They also had a poster stating $700 but very very fine print saying at certain locations when you look

This place needs to be more attentive to their positions they're to relaxed & comfortable that they think they're home & not a place of business. I get disappointed every time I have to walk in here VITALS CHECK POINT are the ones I'm referring to . By the time I am next to get seen my blood pressure is sky high from the lack of attention to the people that are in line. If you don't want to be here find somewhere else to work like seriously. They need to be monitored by someone who's going to make them foll

Just wanted to come back & Applaud CSL Miss Mitzey for reaching out to me & understanding how I felt about my last visit. She was caring, understanding, also a good listener & really cared about how I felt as a person ?? Thank you so much for communicating & hearing me out that really made me feel phenomenal that you cared enough to hear me out. They need more people like you at that office.

To whomever it may concern tech Edwin with the gold grills deserve a raise. Very professional has great technique. Really dont like anyone else with the stocking of the needle but it's always pain free whenever he is my tech. Need more techs like that you see the passion in his work even on days he might physically look tied. Give that man a promotion or raise.

I arrived at 615 yesterday and the doors were closed. They said they changed their hours a month ago but the site says 7pm. The sign on the door says 7pm. They also said they've been closing at 6pm on Wednesday for over a month. They should update the site and anywhere their hours are posted so people who drive far don't waste their gas and miss out on bonuses.

I've been coming here for a while, and I find it frustrating that the service is so slow. It often seems like the workers are just walking around without being productive.

The best csl location I've been to over the years, Alexander & the front desk were extremely nice efficient & pleasant even while it was busy on a Saturday morning !! I'll refer my friends here , ty

Keyera is literally the nicest one in the center . Always smiling and so nice to me . If you go to CsL please ask for her

Very clean, very fast and professional " hands down" best place to donate plasma in Broward or Dade county and I've been to them all. It's definitely worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale ! It's starts with management. Thank you ??

Staff is great and everyone is super professional and I loved this place..my number 1 plasma donation

reading these comments is heartbreaking. plasma donors are being exploited for being poor. these centers cell each donation for 5,000-10,000$. this is a billion dollar industry. and you get crumbs. you're not donating to save people, you're donating to buy food and pay bills. they know that, they know you're desperate. that's why they pay scraps. if donors go on strike for one month, you will cripple this whole industry, millions will die worldwide. you have zero clue how prescious plasma is, thats why you

I can't believe how long the wait times are.. it's completely inexcusable. I waited So long in line my code expired. I got in the chair and the said I had to go and do the questions and fingers prick again. And had the nerve to ask me to wait in line again. I was very angy.. the said well you don't have to wait bin line again. So far I've been donating for 5 years. This is absolutely the slowest service I've ever had. Then when I got to the chair. I waited another 27min. I timed it. So now I'm back at 630

CSL plasma at this Miramar location I will never ever come here again in regards to the staff, being unprofessional, talking loud about their personal business and very Nasty when you ask a question cause their in their feelings. Please look at Picture of the dismantled computer to check in! PLEASE HIRE MORE MEN!

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THAT PLACE I CAN SAY IT WAS ONE AMAZING EXPERIENCE THE STAFF KNOWLEDGE IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD THE PLACE CLEAN AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SO EASY AND I DO FEEL LIKE I WAS PART OF THE CLS PLASMA FAM THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT WORK CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK FOR MY NEXT DONATION

Why do you waste people's time. We shouldn't be penalized for your guys freezer malfunction. Going there standing in line wasting time and energy when it's not our fault. Put it in our app. Communication is key. Thought you guys were better than octapharma but you don't care about people and their time. Can't believe how disappointed I am with csl

Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience? I had a deeply upsetting and dangerous experience at this facility. From the beginning, the staff seemed poorly trained and careless. During my visit, they completely botched my vein placement ? despite my veins being clearly visible. Blood ended up on the floor, my clothes, and my personal belongings. A second nurse with a terrible attitude tried to fix the mistake but caused significant pain. Eventually, a third nurse attempted the other arm and forgot to

Slow service , Makes you watch a 20 min video , You wait for hours , Everyone is ghetto , Secuirty guard doesn't do anything but just sit down and do nothing if I can give this place a 1 star I would they give you basically nothing for your plasma

I have been donating at this location on and off for 2 years. The place is clean and the employees work well. But when you have to wait in long lines because there is only one person checking vitals. And the only TWO employees on the donor floor-the line snakes around. While some other employees are just standing around talking. By the time I am done today, it will be more than 2 hours. If it wasn't for my financial hardship, I would not come here. Where are your employees?!?! When I first starting coming h

As a first time donor, the entire process took nearly four hours ??. The staff won't smile our give a cheerful greeting if their life depended on it. Come to work and give me my paycheck is the demeanor of the front staff! When working with people there has to be some sort of curtesy, customer CARE, friendliness and effective communication. This CSL is lacking big time and it's ridiculous! Although this is local and convenient, I will gladly travel to another one to save time and keep my sanity. You just ne

This place needs new Management!!! One that can train their employees properly. Management needs to be properly trained and informed. Management and employees can't just go around giving out false information. Providing false information is steal.. providing false information is fraud! Mitize needs to be trained and to be more professional so that her coworkers can follow lead. I will not be referring anyone to csl. Have a great day!!

I was banned from donating here, as well as all CSL plasma centers for life because during my physical, I had scars from a life threatening surgery I had when I was 18. I'm 34 now. I donated there 3 times about 2 years ago, had a physical, and nobody had an issue. But there's a new ?nurse? who did my physical, saw my scars (which are healed, for god sake it's been 16 years), and she made a big deal about it, told the head nurse, and then proceeds to tell me I cannot donate today, not ever again there, or an

They treat me differently because I am Latin, they asked me 5 times if I could do it in English, I said yes, but they let the other people follow and they left me sitting for a long time. The treatment is not good. I didn't do it. It was my first time. Now that I read all the comments, the racism in this place is notable.

I'm appalled at the unprofessionalism and racism of this place. The girls will take your needles out without changing gloves via 2-3 people at a time. They all stick up for each others unprofessionalism and show no signs of improving nor care for the paitent. Samantha and Nece amazing and the supervisor guy is cool but man don't go there you will be extremely disappointed and possibly hurt in the process. Seen a girl pass out and pee on herself from bad care at this place. A manager on the floor is literall

They are the worst here. They say first time here you will be here 2 hours that's a lie u are here 4 hours. N they say after that it's 1 hour bull!!! It's 2 to 3 hours. They just stand around n talk. Instead of having 3 or 4 in the front taking the line they only have one n one standing there geting just to stand n talk

As a new donor I was very pleased my first two donations but then I was told after I drove all the way there that they needed to wait for my protein results that was three weeks ago I've been told to call and I call every other day for the last 3 weeks and no one can tell me why the results haven't come back so I chose not to donate at this organization any longer

Worst location I've ever been to, almost all the employees act like they don't get paid. And the communication between them is pathetic. Please avoid going to this location to donate plasma.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! The wait is 2 1/2 hours to donate. They will say the machines aren't working, but apparently nobody wants to fix them because they haven't been working since they got them. Super frustrating experience coming here, employees are joking and playing while the wait is 3 hours long

Jazel I believe is her name. She was very professional and friendly. She should run the place , made me very comfortable ?? . Annette was very nice and did a great job at sticking me was patient.

Called in for my lab results was placed on hold instead of given the option to call back nor wasn't not informed why I was being place on hold ( placed on hold for the nurse but was not informed until I called back.) the agent who picked up had a very nasty attitude which I have never experienced at this location EVER!! And she hung up on me before I could say anything else. Busy or not customer service should still be shown!!!

Some of the staff are OK but the nurse they have is extremely rude and callous in how she speaks to people you need a new nurse

I love the place. I travel from fort Lauderdale to here because they treat me like family and the service is relaxing I mean even waiting.

I have been coming to this location for a few years consistently. It's one of the best and clean plasma centers in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful and they do a good job. You feel like you're at actual doctors office. .

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. Needs to get training on customer service skills before they made her a manager. You never heard the saying Started From the Bottom she started on the top it's not acceptable. Anybody that sees this should know that the lady with no eyelashes and glasses is the most non-professional person ever no customer service skills very rude unprofessional she needs to go back to the bottom and then worker said to the top learn how to treat people. Just because you are wron

Reading some of these reviews have me in shock, they make me feel like I shouldn't feel how I feel about this place. But that's their opinion am here is mine. They're great, the place is always clean and staff very nice, there are only 2 ppl I like to stick me, they do it the best I feel. They have never sent me out feeling lite headed after a bad donation. They have new staff coming in a lot. I'll assume because that's the best place to get trained at. Everyone is always respectful

Not a good place to go and donate. The wait time is insane. There is only one nurse and the only one who speak Spanish so she is used as a translator. The staff y not that greeting. Customer service is not something that they place offer.

Clean and very quick, surprising for a plasma donation location. I was a "new" returning donor after years and the process only took 2 hours. I forget the front check in lady's name, she is Latina. She is so sweet and engaging!

Every time I come it's slower than last time. Apparently the new machines are damaged quickly because they are fewer that work.

The customer service is amazing! So far I've gone three times with my dad and we've been treated with great care. Junith and Wilfredo are especially good and honestly every staff member I've experienced has been amazing I just haven't gotten there names. I feel bad about the bad reviews because they seem quite unreasonable, the staff try there best to go out of there way and cater to everyone and they do it in a timely manner. I am going to keep on coming back for sure.

Went in for my first time and was Assisted by Jay she took great care of me including the other workers there and I was originally nervous because I had never done such a thing. But I felt so at ease with their care and professionalism. Thank you !

Because I experience numbness in 2 of my fingers, I was denied.... Spent over 3hrs there & still broke..... If I didn't need the money I would never have gone in the first place.... I will never recommend this place to anybody !!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!! Please, Do Not Go There, They Waste Your Time !!!!! They also will not respond with any helpful solutions or anything that could be helpful !!!! Probably will not respond to this !!!! How do I feed my family now ??? All because 2 of my fingers are numb

I love it here, it's so clean and everyone is so nice, especially Jay, always got a smile on her face. I've tried other CSL centers and they definitely were not as clean and the staff wasn't as friendly. The best around!

I am here right now this place is very unprofessional. I've been here waiting for over 45 minutes and no one has tried helping me out. You guys are gonna say sorry and this isnt right at all . They Need more help there they need more positive workers to work with people this is the worse place I have ever been I am going to talk to my lawyer about this

I'm guessing the supervisor the one with the division vest. Never does any work to help out. Even yelled at a guy telling him that she doesn't work the floor even though they clearly need the help. Long lines when there are atleast 2/3rds of the chairs left to be occupied. They stopped giving things to squeeze when you request one to make donating easier. Thankfully there are other places doing plasma today instead of csl otherwise a lot of medicine wouldn't be able to get made.

Prior to actually donating the plasma the Staff are very rude and inefficient. They wait until essentially rush hour to restock supplies and go on breaks. They need to do a better job. I go twice a week and the people always seem to be in a bad mood. The phlebotomists are great however. I love them. If the staff was better I would give them 5??Additionally, after coming here 42 donations, without any additional tattoos. I was asked not to return because they failed to see a small tattoo on my wrist. Patient

The staff is outstanding at this location. Shanisa's competence performing her procedures is the best I have ever experienced.

Horrible place, they only want your plasma there's 5 other plasma places on the same street. I'm a avid biker 15 miles minimum for work I had 7 different physicals in the last 2 years and no problem with pulse this is the only place, not even the other CSl PLASMA are like this. I went to this one when it was first opened 4 years ago.I'm done it's not worth it. Biomat and octaphama is the place to go. Csl is the McDonald's of plasma centers and they never care about you just the plasma 80 plus patients I help

I've been here a couple times, the staff has been very kind to me. They allow you to do the sign in questionnaire online to save a little time. The phlebotomists are all very nice! As long as you know what the bring your first time there and what to expect, there should be no issues.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and as soon as I'm allowed I will transfer to another location. Every single time they have been rude and don't do much to try and help customers. Let me explain. First visit, I called and asked what was needed to donate first time. I was told social security card, Identification, and proof of address. I told them I don't have my social to which she replied I can use my bank account statement or 1099. She never said that those document must show my actual social s

Siera helped was amazing , experience 10/10

Seems like no one wants to do their job. I've donated plasma and blood many times but I've never had such trouble then this place. I forgot my social so then I showed my w-2s (I first tried to show my 1040 but that's unacceptable for some reason) after 25 mins of being there and no one really bothering to do anything. I finally get to a room to have the rest of info taken just to be told my documents don't match to my license. So I then went on the IRS website and still was turned away. Just say you don't w

Great experience! Fast, smooth. Definitely will go back again. Deanna helped me with vitals check in and she's super nice and friendly.

I have never in my life experienced such attitude from workers at a plasma place yall want us to donate but told me I couldn't talk to no one in the center or be on my phone had my wife wait in the lobby just so she couldn't hold my place in line which is not illegal and not skipping my wife even told the young lady she was very pretty she rolled her eyes but all other centers I have been to have been such a delight have even talk to us the donators I was so uncomfortable I will not be returning to this loc

Very bad management at this branch. They have 5 vital stations and always only have 1 persons doing vitals with a line of donators that wrap around because of how long it is. I will sometimes they 2 employees doing vitals but that is almost never

Terrible service and attention, the waste of time is unjustified, the attention is at they convenience, they serve you whenever they feel like it if you want to do it and if for some reason you don't know English, believe me, they will make your life impossible.

Honestly, I've been there twice prior to todays visit. They've been good, everyone there is nice and down to earth. But I have to say, today I got hurt and my arm is still extremely sore. That's never happened before. There's certain protocols I don't think make sense. But yea, otherwise this location isn't a bad one. I'd still recommend it

I was here on Sunday 11-14-2021 and it was my first time donating and I just wanted to thank the staff at the Miramar center they were so helpful and they all had great customer service. The young lady that I want to really thank is Mrs. Ashley she went out of here way because I was having a little issue with my donation and the machine keep beeping and and she was worried that I wouldn't be able to get all my blood back Mrs Ashley literally held my arm and the IV until all my blood was returned to me. She

The staff are nice welcome you when you walk in and they put snacks out and after you donor make sure we eat China and Kldene and Kora and Ashley Keyera wonderful staff give them a raise and the building is clean. Always make sure I come too this location cause everyone is nice and friendly and u can't find a staff like this everywhere?

They didn't have anyone at the front desk I waited an hour and half before even being attended and then got kicked out by security cause I had my child with me who wasn't even misbehaving and nowhere does it say kids can't be there the staff is very rude and lackadaisical I WOULD NOT recommend

My husband goes there frequently and never has a problem unless it's the light skin guy who makes jokes about my husband blood pressure. He always turns my husband away and makes that same remark. But when ANYBODY else takes his blood pressure my husband has no problem. But overall the ppl are really nice.

Well I been donating at this center for a year and half.i have to say a great place to donate. but the lady up front who checks vitals etc Deanna she is super beautiful and super amazing person very nice and if I was a new donor would make the experience easy the other staff are great but she stands out hard worker great center to donate

Rude staff, they need to provide better education to the new staff. I witness a new staff not changing her gloves in between 7 beds that included, taking down patients by removing the needles and discharging them, stocking the drawers, cleaning the beds, and emptying trash bins. This was so alarming to me I was appalled. I immediately filed a complaint. In addition, most phlebotomist do not know how to stick. They need to get pickier with the hiring process and train them well to ensure they know what they

I love that I have an opportunity to help others with donating and that this location is close to me. But, honestly, this location is severely understaffed. Some staff decide not to show up without calling for replacements. (Jan 10, 2023 update) I literally had to leave after waiting in line for about 20min. They have screeners pulling multiple duties as screeners, receptionists, and now, security even though they have security. Obviously, the security there is literally a waste. A donor was acting hostile

Will be following up this review but I am putting this here simply from the service I got on the phone the employee that answered his name is Alejandro and he was extremely helpful and professional I had a few questions about what I needed to sign up and he was quick to help me with good energy behind it which you rarely get that nowadays thank you sir for being excellent at your job I will be coming in this week to check you guys out hopefully the other aspect of your place will follow up so far all the r

The worst customer service your going to get. Better to go to the Miami location. Please dont waste your time. They act like robots when they treat you. If you go make sure you drink alcohol later because your going to be stressed when you leave. The whole experience is horrible. From the moment you sit to the end when you take the needle out. Beaware!!!

Very rude customer service from some curly haired red. Boy always jumping into conversation that didn't involve him everytime I come there he causes issues if he don't have service skills he needs not to work there making threats to customers because he felt like I said something to him to the point I had to go get my boyfriend get your employees in check cuz I felt it was racial profiling so let's get that together before I have to take it to corporate

Mrs. Deanna from Miramar office is one of the most beautiful woman I have met in the office respectful and professional and caring about her job and she can put a smile on anyone face

When I moved away from Palm Beach and came to Miami I found this location. Ever since I started donated it's a routine to get up early and have some stuff members know that have been number one in line. Today I enjoyed waiting inside for the nurse. One of the managers had asked me what color is the CSL Plasma logo I guess her workers made a bet and the manager agree with me. Any staff members instead of 5 Stars I personally give you a million.

Smaller place Very fast And really Perfre The Speed And It Was 100 recommending to Tell Other Ones And New People To Stop ?? By And Try Saving Another Life I think I Stop At Both Locations And The Emplyees At The Location Is Fast Moving And helpful The Women Who Checked My Vitals Was Amazing ?? I've been coming to CSL plasma for almost a year now and I've always had the best experience everytime, the staff are always clean as well as the areas in the building, I've never had any problems will always refer friends to this place. And thanks to wonderful Kia she's really one of my favorite technician..

I took my son un as a refferred after his 3RD donation i never recieved my reward points. I tried getting the staff to help me and they only referred me to the app to collect my rewards but when I called them they can't help either, couldn't collect my rewards and the service is terrible with the app and most of the staff on location. My son and I are going to stop donating here it's not worth the time.

There is always a way to improve even more

My favorite place to be, the staff is awesome my two favorite people there that knows what they are doing is Samantha and china, never has an ssue with them sticking me for plasma, the only downside to the place would be it always at times feel like they are short staff but for the part it a great opportunity for some extra cash.

This place is very clean and the employees are very friendly with us I really appreciate the love their

Good afternoon: I'm writing regarding my experience trying to donate plasma; they obviously don't want to take care of new donors at this time 1:30 PM. They were talking about lots of people coming in, etc. It's either that or that if you are not afro American they wouldn't serve you, maybe because of the area. I felt ashamed and discriminated, Latin people use 2 last names in the states they don't do that. That is why social security cards only have 1 last name. Hint: If you really want to verify if you h

I brought my service dog with me to bring my boyfriend and they asked me to exit the building with MY SERVICE DOG. APPARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW THE LAW. THEY ARE SO RUDE. I MEAN WHO DOES THAT. READ THE LAW BOOK MIGHT LEARN SOMETHING

The only problem I have really is sometimes the wait, I've came & left a few times because the screening line was 7 people + and it would be one screener while 2 would be just talking I'm the background, and one female with the all natural hair was arguing with a staff about wearing her face masks and she was clearly sick, that was a major no no for me

Absolutely the worst place EVER !! Doesn't matter what center you go to THEY ALL SUCK !! Maybe a handful of employees that are actually competent and caring ...the rest are unprofessional, incompetent, and just plain stupid ..the company itself are a bunch of selfish, greedy, rude , there's always a long line and they don't care !! This place is a DUMP !

I have been donating at this center for a while now and today 11/24/23 at 7:50 I had a really bad experience with one of the staff members it was a bald, black guy with glasses he seemed to be in a rush to get off work because he didn't follow the plug-off protocol he was going to unlug another girl that came after me and finished after me I was finished 10 minutes before her and when he unplugged me he didn't scan the bottle or tell me how much I got paid nor when I come back to donate and when I asked him

Twice I've come here and twice they have given me a head ache. Sending me back home after a lot of wasted time and gas. This place is more than 30 miles away from me so a 60 mile round trip and they don't care at all

Absolutely terrible , have you sitting there 4 hours then says you can't donate because you haven't eaten in 4 hours. Terrible process, terrible facilities. Only breathe of fresh air were the employees. Would post no stars if possible

I've donated at other Plasma donation centers and CSL Miramar has by far the most efficient and comfortable process from intake to donation. Very organized so you don't feel like a cattle call and staff is courteous and competent. With their super sanitary protocols and monitoring, I feel at ease throughout my donation.

This is the worst CSL the girls who perform the screening are rude ,and can't real explain anything. Plus there's only about two people in the back who can actually stick right. I suggest going to another CSL plasma center instead of here. One more thing they don't be changing their gloves after disconnecting someone, and wipe the seats down.

The phone has been given a busy signal for almost 2 weeks. Can they fix the phone?

CSL PLASMA MIRAMAR staff are excellent at what they do! Everyone seems very knowledgeable and actually enjoy what they do. I donated here and at another CSL location, the staff members treat all donors very well, showing genuine concern and care throughout the entire process. Today visit would be my 4th time donating and I will be back next week. Guaranteed! Thanks CSL MIRAMAR for your excellent service!!!.

The atmosphere is very inviting. The staff is thorough and caring. This is more than a plasma donation center it is a life changing facility and the care given to the donors demonstrates exactly that. The donors are appreciated for what they are offering to the company, and the well being of the donors is also a priority.

Janice is the head phlebotomist. Her service, attitude and use of P.P.E.(personal protective equipment) is bad. She is very rude. She does not like cleaning chairs after each donor. She wears the same gloves to touch her hair while looking in the mirror and donors: 7/03/2020 between 12:30.m. and 2:00p.m. check the cameras. This location does not have hand sanitizer. They don't take health and staying safe from the coronavirus seriously. I do have videos of Janice wearing the same gloves while laughing and

I refer my nephew in December, we did all the steps how is supposed to and he did his 2nd donation for n the beginning of this month and we still DIDNT GET THE $50 FOR referral. The worst thing I been calling BUT nobody give us a solution. At this time we feeling THREAD or SCAMMED.

CSL plasma at this Miramar location being unprofessional, bad service, people rude. They need to select the staff carefully special people check point. No expience with customers service .

Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
