Everyone is friendly, attentive, caring, and VERY Professional! Been coming here for a while now and recommend to anyone! Update? not coming here anymore. I can't handle the new machines. They drain me. Plus, I hate the fact that the payout changed because of the new machines. It's wrong to give less money to folks when you lose weight. The new system is terrible, no donor incentive, I hate the new machines. Was nice knowing you all.

Worst experience I've ever had, rudest nasties staff around. Lied about being able to come in by 2 as a new patient. Don't go unless you like being talked down to.Never going back, I'm glad I wasn't able to be seen as they probably would of gave me an infection with some dirty ass needle.

I love this plasma center but man no one at the front desk never and I mean never answers the phone like cmon, update I've called all week and the front desk never answers what's going on over their it's honestly very very frustrating

I called and was told that they can not tell you the new donur bonus over the phone which is a lie I worked for csl plasma before and new donor information is something you can always inquire about ? These people start making their own rules I will be reporting this to the hr department ? I did not call for test results I called for simple information

I drive a half hour to get to this place. If I for one second thought my arm was bruised I wouldn't make the trip not even if it was the slightest bit. Just so you know I'm not new to this I'm a platinum donor. So I know all about the bruising. They promised $ 100 as a new donor and I've been here a total of 3x?s only to have them 2 inexperienced people poke my arms, not be able to find anything and then me $50. Had to call corporate and still gotta wait to see IF they'll pay me. Stick to octapharma, plasmasourse & BioLife.

Went to donate again after not donating in about 2 years or so got here at 8 watched the 20 minute information video you had to watch only to basically be forgotten about went up to the counter twice waited about 30 minutes and then I left they were not busy at all so I'm not sure what the issue was staff was nice but you guys as a whole need to be more attentive

I've done positive reviews in the past since going to CSL Plasma. They are the only CSL that doesn't let you have 15 mins if you don't pass the heart rate one your first time. It's a mental thing with some people and that just makes it worse. Also got stuck hard there compared to other locations. I also walked in at 6:45 one time and a lady told me I can't use the washroom until I go through my test. Wow!!! Go elsewhere

Fantastic staff ALWAYS so polite. Unfortunately some1 couldn't follow ALL the clearly posted no cellphone calls or photos on donation floor and became argumentative rude n slight hostile after being asked nicely multiple times by staff not to take photos or calls while donating. Then he began yellin how. Hes callin corporate wheres ur manager customers always tight etc etc full blown male Karen! Way to go. ms. Jen ,Ms. Greta, ms.michelle n. Ms. Boss lady on duty.

The people are wonderful very nice and friendly. The problem is with the wait times are horrible,the machine take too long. Other CSL places have newer machines and only take 15 to 20 min donate. As busy as this place is they should have been given the new machine first.

It took over two hours to complete the process. I feel like they try their hardest to be as slow as possible. I came in again and I couldn't even get screened because they made a mistake in their system. I had to wait forever for them to fix their mistake and I couldn't even donate. It's super annoying.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they strive to keep waiting lines at minimum. Could have newer and more modern machinery though (this is for CSL leadership to address).

They treat new donors like scum. Had to wait over an hour to even watch my video. The staff does not know how to multitask. If you're short staffed that's something you need to learn quick. Really disappointed

This was my very first time donating and I have to say the staff here made my first experience pleasant . I did have a wait time because there was a lot of people donating today but they all were so friendly and helpful!!

If you wait outside in line, in the cold, it's ok for a woman to rush up as the door opens and cut the whole line of people who were waiting patiently. When you protest/take your spot back, the woman who cut the whole line calls the staff and they side with her. I suggest having staff side with people who wait in line. My 5 year old understands that you wait in line an be patient. I don't have faith in the staff to do the right thing.

No problems since I been here. Most staff seems to work efficiently. Love Ruby?s attitude she is a great worker. I also appreciate her respect and kindness.

I almost passed out the first time and everyone was so fast to help me and super friendly and compassionate. Made me feel so safe!

This CSL location is clean and the staff is very nice but they're always understaffed. Plan on waiting about an hour just to check in because at best, they have maybe 2 people handling that. Usually just 1 but then they need to take meal breaks, restroom breaks, etc. It can be very aggravating.

Please train on properly wrapping after donations. I've bled through my wrap 3 times now.

They are busy and they are working as fast as they can with the staff they have. Notice that I still gave them a 5* rating. Every staff member that I have come into contact seems to be overworked HOWEVER they are the most polite, friendly welcoming staff on this planet. They have never once put their overworked stress on me. I will wait patiently any day or time for any of these staff members over here at CSL Plasma in Montgomery

The staff that they still have are amazing. I'm guessing the high turn around and ridiculous wait times are from obviously horrible management, you know the one's that never come out and apologize for the wait, or help employees. That's horrible leadership. Not to mention the payouts have decreased. Guaranteed there income per bottle has increased. Horribly ran operation. Always a long wait but I was always patient and kind but then they accuse me of lying and not truthful because I forgot to answer a question on the questionnaire. I've been donating here since 2021, a loyal donor and because I made 1 mistake they are banning me from ever donating again. They didn't even catch my mistake till over a year after it happened and now they want to pull this. Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

To anyone who donating plasma at CSL plasma in Montgomery, they have new policy where u can't go outside the building and have to re-check in regardless do it again next day. They didn't tell you the new policy. Warn anybody thanks

Love the staff here. Always friendly and professional. Always great music playing . Sometimes there's a wait however that's not their fault. Sometimes they are understaffed Comes with the territory .

Felt so sorry for the staff. Most donations had only one person screening. Only 2/3 phlebotomists in back. Not holding proper ratio to donors. Under staffed. Sad to see such a new donation center in such stress. Sweet employees. Unfortunately management team wasn't to be seen to help their employees with lines further than the front desk, out the door. This place use to be great and now it's a JOKE! Friday morning and they have 1 screener. I thought coming right when they open would be better. 45 minutes later and still waiting to be screened. Floor staff, for the most part, is great. Cant blame them for the horrible wait times. Not sure about working conditions here, but maybe " managment" should look into the high turnover rate and all the call outs.

CSL is wonderful. I am notorious for having difficult veins. I warned them about this and begged them not to sewing machine my arm. They did indeed have a tough time finding a vein but they did not stick me until three different phlebotomists had checked to be sure of where the vein was. That may sound tedious and annoying, but as someone who is used to several stabs, this was amazing. They stuck me once and immediately had the vein. The staff there is nothing but kind and welcoming. This place is constantly understaffed and when they aren't they have mostly incompetent staff. Was told a scar was a bruise by a large brunette lady with glasses which made me not allowed to donate when the money is for groceries for my kids. They constantly find reasons to turn you away and I only trust 3 or 4 of the staff members to stick me because the others always mess up and I end up deferred for weeks. Jen was so disrespectful and the machines are old. The wait time is ridiculous. The worst place I ever been! I advise anybody not to go there.

Wait times are atrocious, constant staff turnover, management seems to not care. They lock the doors in the middle of the day, don't answer phones and you're lucky if they have more than one phlebotomist working. Used to be a good center but it's horrible now.

I could not collect my new doner payout all they way before the time ran out because they kept brusing me so bad that I could not donate for weeks. They take any chance they can to turn you away. If you have a paper cut don't even try. One time they blew out on vain in one arm and on the 2nd arm it ended up plowing out in the middle of donating. Beware of Greta she's not confident on setting up machines and sticking people. She setup my machine for the first time and the plasma line was completely kinked. Thanks to her I got deferred for 56 days because she doesn't know how to do her job. I had over 100 successful donations with no issues what so ever until she started. She's a hack!

I came here a week ago as a new donor and Brady was very rude to me. Then when I called my card the funds had failed and today I went back and they gave me a new card. Instead of the $100 I was told that would be on my card they gave me only $50. Don't bother donating plasma because it's not what they tell you the amount you would be compensated. I'm never going back to this place and done donating.

I been coming here for years the wait is very long they need staff members in the front 15 patients waiting and 1 person screening (Really?) Not worth $55 spending 3 hours here no freaking way! All this people we help with our plasma and we still have to wait a few hours to donate I will not be returning !

Sam one of the phlebotomists is so professional and she knows what she is doing I never feel discomfort or pain when she is my phlebotomist. The staff is super nice and friendly as well.

Average wait time when its a little busy is 45min to just get screened. Highly suggest go other plasma places if u havent donated yet. Worst choice of my life to come here

It's always something over here either they take an hour to get screened or waiting 3 hours just to get in back to wait another 30min in the bed this i really wish I knew there was other plasma centers in Aurora been here since 330 it's 530 now and I'm still in line not even in the back and I can't even go to a new center unless I wait months highly suggest going somewhere else if u can

Totally different atmosphere than other donation centers I've been to, staff is very informative, clean and thorough. Safety is first, customer experience comes in second! HIGHLY recommend this Center

People taking vitals are always walking away makes you wait longer they're understaffed because they don't hire anyone that applies to CSL...be here for hours! They only pay $52 if I didn't need the money I wouldn't wait hours for this!

Been donating since 2020. Right now wait times are longest since everyone wants $ for gas and other inflations. Adding on top of that, labor shortage. Workers are nice and easy going.

Worst plasma center I've ever been to. Waiting in line for more than two hours before even sitting down, and they have no urgency to stick you. It should never take 4 hours to donate plasma when the actual process only takes 50 minutes.

Professional, clean and a pleasant experience. Standards are high. This is well managed. July has a decrease in the second donation amount. Effective the 15th from $50 - $45 The bonus amount has dropped to $65 and you have to make 8 donations. Love the staff Sadly they are squeezing out everyrhing they can from doners.. I will say this much, GO TO BIOLIFE IN Bolingbrook, the staff at this particular location Montgomery ,IL appears cordial on the surface but are actually careless. I donated at this location for 3 years which lead to some scar tissue from inexperienced workers or aren't able to bypass scar tissue. Why would they subject regular donors who have scar tissue or just may not be an easy stick to workers in training in the first place? Mind Boggling. Understaffed, missed payments. Was given a promotion so I went back, and then got told that I was a mistake. This was after i had donated. Go somewhere else, other places are faster and way more organized

I have been donating at this center for almost a year. It's a very clean center and the staff are awesome! Would recommend this center to everyone! A very professional place that dedicated to it's clients!

Long wait if you come prepare to stay here 3 hours or more

Seems like a well-run place. I've been going here for about a year and only got bruised once. True, sometimes there are longer lines, particularly right after opening, though I think that's more because a bunch of people show up right at the beginning and it takes a while to get through them all.

I swear everytime I donate at this place and someone always screwed up sticking me in my right arm where I usually donate. And then they try sticking me in the left arm which is the one that I have a hard time drawing plasma from that arm NO CONSISTENCY!!!!!!!

The line is always long when i go and its always a long wait after they need more workers and more seats there .one of the person i got was rude to me and they are very slow .please get more help and better nice people who talk to you right.thanks.

When I go now its like I have to wait in line for 25 to 30 min and there's always one person in booth before there was 2 or 3 now one this isn't right at all cause people have to work or hurry back home cause we have kids and I always see a lot of workers in back why don't they go out and go help in front it wasn't like this before and there's a lot of talking in the booth with this lady I don't want to talk when she's there she holds the line up always and the line complains about her talking to much she'

Staff make me feel safe

Great center definelty better than Octapharma ugh. The only thing that I don't like is that they do not wipe down the seats after a donor leaves.

Sarah one of the supervisor is very rude i was speaking with one donor i was having a conversation having nothing to do with her or about her she butted and and latterly started yelling and raising her voice at me yelling across the center i asked her not to speak to me i was not talking to u or about you see continued on raising her voice at me and I felt disrespected and embarrassed

Go To Another CSL these people will butcher you and cause you to not be able to return red blood cells? I've been asking around the word is out about them seemingly taking their jobs personal.
