Started donating last year and it always took a semi-long time so I kinda halted on going for a while, Then I thought I'd give it a chance again so I went about 2 weeks ago and boy was it allot better experience then! I've gone 3 other times since and they've gotten new machines and man it goes so quick now! It's only an hour and a half on the regular, 2 if it would be really busy! The machines work so much better to now and aren't stopping numerous times taking forever to get fixed/re-adjustment making you

CSL has over stayed its welcome. They are rude and disrespectful. They also lie to justify how they mistreat people who come to donate. I was deferred for QUESTIONING the way I was treated. I was not loud or in any way disrespectful. I simply asked why I had to complete a step that is out of the normal. I was unaware that there was a problem until I went to make another donation. Then, I was told I was deferred. They are unprofessionall, lazy and abusive. I'm done with CSL.

Great staff. Location is close to home. Always clean and organized. Only downfall, they always seem to be short staffed. But, the people here are so awesome!! Best part aside from helping others with your donations....you get paid for it. First appt is approximately 3 hours long. After that, each appt is only about an hour. Leave your fear of needles at home, and come help others with your generous donation of life saving and life changing plasma.

For two years the alarms have been going off here waking up all the surrounding neighbors. The alarms are incredibly loud and sometimes go off 6 times before 7 am. The managers are aware of the problem and choose to do nothing about it. It's an extremely unprofessional business that does not care about their staff or the local community. I plan to go to the local news if they do not fix the alarm problem. The police denied help saying ?alarms go off? I fear moving is the only way to escape the siren hell

I came in for the first time. Didn't get to ask my question before told to just sit down & wait...... which i did. Then the next person came in, who said she was also first time, she was immediately helped & i was still left sitting there.

Attempted to start here as a new donor, but had donated with other companies before so not new to plasma donation. Came in and checked in, was given a video to watch on my phone and sent to a waiting area. There were two other people there already and an hour and a half later not a single person had been called back. The guy who was supposed to be next finally went to the desk to complain and I heard him say he had already been skipped over before I even got there. The lady at the desk apologized and st

Process is smooth and straightforward. About 2 hours average. Shout out to Lee. His energy made the experience more joyful and rewarding

You're getting our blood but not treating us with after care! After giving blood!!! Yall really need to get some apples and bananas even some small apple juice to give to us after giving blood people be weak and nauseous afterwards.. thats not right

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Horrid nasty people who consistently left my arms bruised. There were good nurses that I met over the summer, but now the ones I've interacted with are horribly disrespectful. This CSL obviously does not care about proper bedside manner.

how come roseville will have 4 times as many doners in line as mt clemens, but they can screen me and get me donating in the same amount of time regardless? mt clemens needs to step their game up.

Please read and listen to all concent forms. You sign away your rights to knowing what data comes from your blood. It's a donation not a pyramid scheme

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have donated briefly at other CSL locations and Bio Life as well. Never had an issue at any other location. My first time donating here I was double pricked on both arms and bruised severely to where I couldn't donate. I was never informed that I couldn't donate until my arms healed so imagine my surprise when I found out a few days later I wouldn't be able to. Then after two weeks of healing I was told to wait for a nurse to check my arms only to end up waiting a total o

Overall not bad but could be much better if they had more machines and help. Wait times are getting longer. Somewhere to sit while you're waiting would be nice too and maybe adding TVs in the waiting area in case you don't bring your phone or tablet or book with you. Just some suggestions to make the experience go from a 4 to a 5!!!!

This place is wonderful! Ive been going in for about a month now. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I love Jennifer's upbeat demeanor, and how she finds ways to have fun and keep us engaged. Porsha(if I'm spelling that correctly) is amazing! Her ability get things handled in the most hardcore, yet calm manner is impressive! There's others as well who are just as kind, and just as amazing, but just haven't learned their names yet. Definitely a great place here!

Tony is fantastic! He helps out other staff (like when a gentleman couldn't get an IV in my arm. Tony did it very smoothly and with much professionalism as I have seen in a long time. I also had trouble with my CSL app on my phone and he was more than happy to help me figure it out. I greatly appreciate all he does for you, and I think he should be recognized For being an excellent employee !

Use to be a great place and time efficient. Completely opposite now. They are a few good workers there but not as a whole . And wait times have become increasing long and unreasonable. Gossip and attitudes...

Great job, Devin is always spot on with knowledge and answering any questions or concerns I have. He is very professional, knows his stuff, & this location does a good job. Plus it feels good to know I'm helping others. And Tony, Laura, & Daysia are really awesome as well!

They gave me 50$ for my donation.? That's pretty pathetic I won't be back

As a medical assistant, i have to say this place is horrible. They usually have lines in both vitals check and the donor floor. They are never ready for patients at either point. The staff would rather stand around and talk, laugh, and joke with each other rather than do their jobs. The staff at the Vitals check always prick your finger on the very tip. Which, of course, is the worst place to poke because there are more nerve endings in the tip of the fingers than on the sides. The sides also bleed better t

Donated here 2 times after I decided to not return to the Roseville location. The last time I donated was 9/3 and the gentlemen Bryan waited on me he had to keep adjusting the needle in my arm because he claimed I was not giving a proper flow. Iam a phlebotomist i know when a vein is blowing. My vein blew and blood was leaking down my arm so I told him he had to take the needle out he said it was fine and that I could come back because it was not my mistake. I come today and can't sign in they tell me becau

Tony has always been friendly kind and helpful, not to mention professional and efficient! Today they were short-handed at the Mt Clemens location and he brought a bunch of us in all at once, and took good care of us as he always does! He is definitely a huge asset to CSL, and I hope he is well rewarded for his contribution to the donation experience! GREAT JOB TONY! Keep up the good work!!!

Overall not a bad location. There's been times staff members had attitudes about them, and I personally know of someone getting yelled at by one of the women after a computer typo mistake that her trainee made. Either correct the typo and move on, or don't train others. Leave that up to Tony or Devin. Tony is one of the phlebotomists, really nice guy. Devin mainly works on the vitals checks. It's always nice to see Devin working because he's just a great guy and easy to chat with too. I do wish they would g

I donate because my Daughter has a blood disorder. However, this place has become extremely short staffed, and wait times have exceeded 3 hours. I have children, a job, and responsibilities. I do not have that kind of time to give up twice a week.

A few of the people there are ok, but the majority are rude! They always need to inform people that even though your doctor has filled out a form stating you're fine to donate (their machines just about always try to say my bp is over 200 systolic (pretty sure if it was I would not be feeling good) it is ONLY good basically 1 time!! Meaning when the machine states over 200 for 3 days, you have to go through the whole process again of getting your doctor approval and waiting for the facility?s doctor to ?si

It helps to keep my husband and I fed. Pleasant experience. Staff are friendly. I would highly recommend. Laura gets my vein so quickly every ti Me no pain

Employees there are thee slowest and most useless workers that I have seen. I walked into the facility at 8:44 and stood in line for OVER AN HOUR and still hadn't started the donating process, which alone takes another 45 min and was forced to leave at 9:50 because i was going to be late for work. There was 3 workers on the floor and barley 10 people actively donating. The fact that 3 workers can't manage 3 people when they all they do is just sit there is abysmal. There was at least 7 people in line waiti

For the people that do this to actually help out the people that need it you've made it no longer worth it. Just now you had 9 people in line just to get their vitals taken and 1 person actually performing the task. The only people that will wait in that line are the ones that use this as an income. This is in no way a reflection on the staff there as they all do the best they can. It's not their fault profits come before saving lives for CSL. Lesson learned. Will go back to biolife and be in and out

Devin is the best! When I'm getting my screening done he always greets me with a smile and gets me through quickly. Daysia, Tony and Shermelle on the floor are amazing as well and make the donor experience great!

After having a bit of an unpleasant experience after giving my first donation here, the supervisors took my concerns very seriously and even called me after hours to resolve the matter. Now, Tony is the only person I will let start my donations. No poking around to find a vein, and no bruising afterwards which is something I seem to be prone to. He knows how to do his job, and seems to enjoy it as well which is important. Thank you for making my donations pleasant Tony, you're awesome! ??

It just keeps getting worse. They cut the pay rate. Apparently they laid off staff because it takes twice as long as it used to. Before: Checkin and screening - 15 minutes. Waiting for a bed - 15 minutes. Donating - 60 minutes. In and out in 90 minutes and get $65. Hourly pay - $43 Now: Checkin and screening - 30 minutes. Waiting for a bed - 60 minutes Donating - 60 minutes Waiting to be disconnected - 30 minutes In and out in 3 hours and get $50. Hourly pay - $16.

The staff has always been so friendly with me. In fact, they have gotten to know me so well that they have been know to fight over to take care of me during donation. They also like to joke and tease with me which makes me feel very special. Please keep up the great work.

This location is beyond professional. I had one issue with the app but with the 3 employees that worked diligently until is was fixed (Yvette, John and my favorite Antoine) took care of the issue before i even left. By far the best group on the premises. Highly recommended.

The staff in Mt. Clemens CSL is awesome. They are friendly and professional. Devin does a fantastic job checking me in. He is friendly, personable, and a joy to interact with!

If they like you you're good. You've got quite a few very nice people who are more than happy to help you. Then you've got the click who picks and chooses. If it's a major decision forget it. There's a few needle people who are terrible. And one of the medical staff is one of the worst I've ever talk with it seems she makes stuff up. Jasmine on the medical staff is very nice and helpful. More than once I've stood there and waited while three people talk to each other and made me wait till they finished ga

Staff is always so friendly.. Antoine Bree & Tiauna are always so nice and helpful. Especially Antoine, he's been here since I started coming and is the best. Facility is always clean.

From my experience Devin up front always has a kind word for you, in fact I would say that the entire CSL staff is always very welcoming and attentive.

Sandra is amazing she's very respectful and kind she does a great job doing her job

Everyone at the office is great to deal with! From the time you walk in the door and greet you to the vitals, the nurses and the blood draw techs. They are all fantastic! To many specific names to put because they are all great! Keep up the good work! ????

I have some bad experience at other locations but this one has been very pleasant to visit week after and one person in particular makes each donation with very special Devin he is so patient attentive and thorough at his job and he is always willing to help.

John Latathia Danielle Tiffany These are some of them that are good workers. All of the workers are Great They help out Can there be some phone charger put in for us to use. The place smell good D. H.

From the first day, the workers here have been top notch, very professional. The Phlebotomist Antoine is my favorite, he's kind, knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend if you want to give plasma and make a difference for someone.

I visited here for the first time a few days ago and my experience was great. Staff was very helpful and nice and the place was clean. Definitely will be back.

Tony is amazing, they always seem to be short lately but when Tony gets there he always gets the line moving. The line moves definitely smoother when he is there!. Great Job Tony

Tony is great! everyone i spoke to was very friendly, everything was clean, & even though i usually visit a different center i think im going to switch!

Sit down and grab your popcorn folks because boy, do I have a story for you! So, to start off, I am a regular donor. I used to go to the Roseville location and if your familiar with it then you know why I stopped. I figured I'd give the Mount Clemens location a go. I've been donating at the Mount Clemens location for quite some time now and I love the staff. Everyone is super friendly and cool. The staff on the donor floor is amazing. Olivia is by far the best. (That's the only reason I rated this place th

Been sitting here since 9:30, it's now 12:00 am.. They don't seem busy, 1st time here and I'm ready to walk out. Very disappointed ??

Staff are super friendly. Site is clean. Antoine is great at finding those difficult veins. No bruising here.. lol Ari is great also.

Very nice center, minimal wait times if you don't like waiting in long lines. New donor process can seem like it takes forever but once you are an eligible donor each visit will be much faster. Give the staff a break, this is a brand new center, they're doing a fantastic job!

Supervisor tony stayed behind to help me with my card situation even after closing. Super friendly staff, my favorite place to donate. Always in and out in a flash.

Everyone here is very nice, friendly, and caring.. Sometimes they are short staffed, but they do the best they can. I always have a good experience when I go.

Antoine was by far the best in the donor area. I barely felt him insert the needle and was very friendly. I was also happy to see him training the new help couldn't ask for a better trainer

Super friendly and funny phlebotomists like Megan, Antoine and Olivia help make the time pass and give a sense they truly care. Never dread going as I know they are there to bring a smile to anyone coming to donate.

The back staff who actually draws the plasma are hard working and polite. The front staff who does check-in are unorganized and sit around Talking in their little groups while customers are waiting. This is supposed to be for a good cause but for the time it takes it's almost not worth the effort. Shamefull because good people who just want to help others are walking out in frustration.

Hey I really enjoy the warm reception, friendly staff and comfortable donor experience here at the CSL Plasma Mount Clemens location. During my visits, Tay and Rosemary are both exceptional: they're prompt, confident, respectful and kind toward me and my donor procedure. I'm always thankful for their help. Also, I appreciate Aqua for her help at the vital checkpoint station. They are winners in Mount Clemens. They hold the #1 spot in my heart.

Nice location...Shout out to Devin and Daysia for being friendly, outgoing and fun to talk to! Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

The staff is always welcomeing and makes you feel important, the environment is upbeat and fun and I always enjoy feeling the staff enjoying them selves with positive aditudes, It makes donating fun and less scary or stressful if you are someone like me who isn't a huge fan of needles.

John the manager here is wrong told me in order for him to lift the management deferral and when I went in he refused to listen to anything I had to say. You literally have to be friends with the staff because if not they will treat you like this because they think they can. I have been apart of csl for over 4 years and will not be treated like this and when I told a manager that I will be calling a lawyer he said as i walked ur people are not welcome here. What ever that means.

Tony, is more than competent. He is an excellent phlebotomist, professional and has amazing customer service. He is definitely an asset to Csl.

I would not recommend donating plasma at CSL . I have done it for a couple years now and I think I know what I am talking about. They can not keep regular staff for any length of time, so you are at the mercy of what ever new employee at the time sticking you. I have had bulging bruises and mistakes taking out to much plasma for my bodyweight . Often they bandage you as if they are trying to strangle your arm. I have walked to my vehicle and had blood spill all over my clothing due to a poor bandage applica

Great staff, clean and very well organized. Great bonuses!! Only downside is short staffed or some staff just don't care about your time. Mostly the up front staff. The back staff is awesome

Tiauna is a master at sticking! I never feel anything when she does it. Antoine always has a friendly smile and friendly conversation. Lately, it seems like I've had to wait a lot longer to get called back. I come at the same times each week

Very personable and helpful staff make the process very easy. Highly recomend this location. Devin is always very cheerfull welcoming.

Long wait for early morning. One lady doing all the stabbing. Finally got the staff in and it flowed well. My lady was great and personable.

The mt.clemens center is the best! Especially because of the employees Jon, Jacob, Aqua, Alicia, Beebee, Carmen, Antoine, chass, quan, bre, Shar, Jordan, Tanya & Katelynn are great staff and they are always happy and super nice!

Wait is way too long now. Last two times I have been here over 3 hours it's just not worth it at that point

This is now my favorite location! There are 1 or two stickers who could afford a little more training. Definitely not Tiuana or Antoine. If available, you should ask for them when you get to the floor!!

I love CSL they are very professional and get you in and out. They have top tier phlebotomist and reception techs a couple of my favs are Carmen, Alicia, Yvette, Antoine, and Chassity.

Tony rocked it tonight getting us in & out even being so badly short staffed. He always has a positive attitude. Way to go Tony.

Trying to figure out how it takes 40 minutes to find out the information is missing off my account and then when I give them the information, they told me that it's not enough information and that a piece of mail is better than my ID. Make it make sense

CONGRATS to Nicole Hull and Antonio Campbell from Mt. Clemens, very happy for you 2 with their outstanding achievement in graduating from the Frontline Leader Plasma Program!

Antonio is the best!!! He truly cares about each and every donor and is great at multitasking, monitoring all that is happening and making sure each donor is okay while jokng and keeping a cheery atmosphere.jokinkeeping a cherry ale

I have been coming to this CSL for almost a year. I love the staff. They are friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. I highly recommend those interested in donating plasma to come here. This is my 2nd CSL I have been to and I will not go anywhere else! Get paid to help those in need!!

I've been coming to this location for about 6+ months and I'm stuck. Great, quick service. Once I make it through the front ???????? I'm in & out in an hour or less. Best location by far.

Most, except one tony, are Rude, racist, inconsiderate... oblivious to clients and the machines. Used to be an enjoyable experience, now it's a clown show

Great staff...especially the manager Tony. They are patient, attentive, and efficient. Always look forward to my visits.

Exceptional customer service, every other plasma center I've been to pales in comparison to this place. This is not a group of immature children, these are kind, attentive professionals and their speed of service is the icing on the cake! Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly. The staff on the foor Where the actual donating takes place were great. They were very attentive to any needs or anything that comes up. I would recommend donating here will also be coming back.

I love having a place so close to home. The employees (who show up to work) are great. The problem is they close sometimes and have long waits when open. My wife and I are fed up and are driving alot further to donate. Sad they cant find consistancy.

My name is Erika I donate regularly here. This place is fast efficient and super friendly. From Alision, Ebony and Kasey up front working hard with pleasant attitudes everytime I go to donate. To team leader Brandon in the back with Thedore, Eddie, Mira and Vida all wonderful people. Very good experiences everytime I donate! Money is nice it helps me and I'm helping someone as well.

The phlebotomists here are extremely professional and friendly. Antione, and Ariful are the names I have had the most, but have had no one that would warrant anything other than a 5 star.

Usually fast and efficient. Great way to make extra cash. Antoine is the best! You definitely want him there when you are.

Megan - ummm she's decent I mean she hasn't sticked me yet but she's nice and she has a good personality? Jordyn- honestly one of the best stickers out there I haven't seen her mess up once she's learned from the best char <? (I know I spelt it wrong) but overall jordyn is one of the best stickers

Sometimes the wait can be long. But I always have a phlebotomist that wants me to succeed in donating plasma. Tony, Laura and Precious are great.

Friendly staff and they do the best they can with a steady flow of donors. Shout out to Bryan ????

Love the staff! Katelyn was just as sweet as always and Tony is great with the clients!

Laura is very gentle when putting the needle in my arm. She is so friendly.

Back after a little absence staff very nice in my two visits so far. Jordan did a great job and fast.

Olivia is my favorite person she is so gentle. Aquavat intake is awesome too knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience I could ask for
