Management is thoroughly incapable of properly staffing this place. CSL Corporate: Fire the incompetent managers and hire literally anyone else. This is abject stupidity at its finest. The staff is wonderful. Friendly, professional, and caring. CSL Plasma however should be restructured. Shame on the CEO, Shame on the corporate fat cats that are pocketing $92 billion off of the generosity of everyday individuals. They do not keep this place fully staffed because they are greedy and unwilling to pay a fair w

This CSL location is great. The staff are always friendly and send to remember you pretty quickly, making you feel very welcomed. The front technicians who take your samples are always great to talk to even at 6am. The technicians who draw your blood in the back are also great 95% of the time. Every now and then I'll get someone who clearly hates their job. But it doesn't take away from the other great vibes you get here.

If they're going to be understaffed, make you wait an hour for vitals, and then another hour to even get hooked up to donate they could at least put some fricken chairs in here so people aren't standing for multiple hours or have to sit on their nasty dirty floors just to WAIT to get hooked up to donate. Customer service is sub par with people who don't even respond to you (Amy at the vital center was terrible). You know you guys are busy, the least you could do is make it a decent waiting experience but i

I'm staying at the mission shelter in Muncie, and they're refusing to let me donate because it's deemed an "unsuitable address." Their refusal to help the homeless tells me everything I need to know about this place.

Their new weight reclassifications now result in the majority of donors getting less compensation. Unless you are now in their top weight class of +240lbs, you will now get significantly less pay than before. The pay at BioLife is equal to the top weight class at CSL and BioLife pays everyone the same regardless of how much one weighs. Going forward I'll only sell at BioLife as they don't practice discrimination against individuals that have a healthy weight.

Understaffed, poorly managed. The staff that do happen to be available are either busting butt trying to pick up the slack, or are slow, gossiping, and lazy. Remember, this is a multi BILLION DOLLAR industry, they profit huge off of you, they pay about 50 dollars... And they think it's ok to waste as much of your time as they want. In my opinion, if they want 3 to 4 HOURS of a person's time, they should have to pay hourly after a certain point. 50 bucks after 3 hours is like 12 an hour..... And they are tak

Inflation is up, bills are high, the Ceo has made $8million since March of 2023; and we lowly peasants selling our body parts are getting not only the bonus program removed entirely, but our donation payouts are being slashed just in time for the lines to double in size and take twice as long to get through as it did with the much better machines they did have that didn't vibrate a metal stick in your arm. I hate it here. Thoughts and premiums to Paul Mckenzie and the rest of the higher ups at CSL

I have donated at Biolife for a few years but I thought I'd try CSL. I walked in and the woman was pretty rude (maybe she was having a bad day) but she told me it would take 1-4 hours and it seemed like she was try to dissuade me from donating. Then she had to ask someone else what to do and they both sounded irritated. When she came back I asked about the promotion deal for new donors and it's less than what I get being a regular donor at biolife. Overall I was only at CSL for like 6 minutes but that was e

Male employee (NOT the very polite one that is a shift lead? Or supervisor). It was very poorly done, followed by a sad attempt at an adjust by another employee. The male who did the stick die nothing to help, despite the machine stopping several times. Another employee came over and quickly unhooked me and informed the male that it should?ve already been done. My arm bruised very badly and has taken over a month to heal. Will not return. Many of the staff members are amazing, and the wait times are genera

So I went to this place with my friend she was there to donate I wasn't it was negative 12 degrees outside and they kicked me out of there lobby no mind you I wasn't doing anything when I asked why they said they have had fights there before

Usually have a pretty good experience. The dress code is pretty dumb. Asked to turn my shirt inside out because there's a weed leaf on it. Asked to change my shirt because there was a Little midriff

Most of the time you're in & out. But there are those day's that feel like your waiting in line at the bmv. So what I'm saying is take the good with the bad. The employees are awesome very experienced and what they do.

This was my first time donating plasma and I was a little nervous at first but two people in particular Andy and Debbie did a great job at helping me and keeping me calm. I recommend going here !

They don't take their time when sticking you. Always bruises. When you ask for a different person that you know won't bruise you, they get mad and refer you from coming back. It's a horrible experience for new donors, like myself. I will never go back.

They cool never had a a issue in the last few years going there. Always plan for them to Be busy! If there not you get out early! Just know if you don't drink much water you'll be there longer lol

I went yesterday for the first time. The first time takes a couple of hours but it's no big deal. All staff members were extremely informative and amazing. You check in, get a physical, get testing done, boom you are to the back and ready to donate. I was hooked to the machine by the lovely Amanda, I covered my eyes, had no idea the needle was already in, it was that painless. The process is pretty painless, the finger poke hurt worse than actually donating. I'll be going back.

All of the Staff including management should be fired and replaced at this location, the Technicians are quite unprofessional and very Gossipy about others. They pull people off whenever their machine fails and they wrongfully defer people when it isn't called for, frankly this location should be permanently shut down with all of its problems alone, Would not Recommend going here

Workers do gossip a lot about each other I like how they in bad mood well she stabbed me with this needle and I haven't been hurt in yrs and this one got me good now a whole month of no donating cuz they in a bad mood and it hurt so bad I left crying

Management needs to start bettering teirthiring process. This woman by the name of Georgia stuck me three times but couldn't get a flow going. She sounded impatient with the process but maybe if she was trained better minus the prejudice, she wouldn't get so aggravated with donors. I will no longer be donating at this location. Sounds like the staff is more in it for the check than anything else.

My husband took are 3yr old in here with him to pee while I was donating or selling plasma he was told rudely by a female black worker. To remove our daughter from the premises. So what if she had to pee while waiting on me or him is supposed to hold it or pee by the dumpster ??

Unsanitary, garbage for professionalism and experience. Stuck me, played on his phone, had another attendant play and dig the needle around in my arm without changing gloves. I over heard her chastise him about his needle placing. Said if I wasn't willing to allow him to stick my other arm again it was a 7 day referral without compensation. The kid wouldn't get off his device. He didn't change his gloves after sticking them in his pockets and on surfaces. The girl who dug the needle around in my arm never c

Good, friendly people, though some are some take their sweet time. Never had a bad stick. However, they are WAY UNDERSTAFFED, so it takes at LEAST 3 hours to go through.

Very clean and sanitary some of the staff is kind and helpful but others can be very rude and out of line with comments to donors about coming in around their closing time, I understand they wanna get home like everybody else but it's in their job description and they shouldnt make donors feel unwelcome just cause we live busy lives and cant make it in to donate at a convenient time for staff

Get more annoyed and aggravated when I have to go. From smart mouth staff, causing arm to swell up many times,to waiting to be unhooked for over 10 minutes. If I could give zero I would. Place is absolutely terrible

Staff is friendly, but poorly managed. Wait times unnecessarily long. The facility is under utilized. 5 screening stations, but only one or two screeners working at a time. 4 rows of beds but only 2 are used. As a result, donors can wait for several hours, for no good reason. Deliberately understaffed. No respect for donors.

Hiring all these newbies that don't know how to do their jobs. Kept messing up the stick in my arm and then blame me when it is actually them not knowing how to do a proper needle stick. Go to Biolife, so much cleaner, nicer and trained. CSL is a joke

It used to be a decent place to go. I will never go back to the place I'll go somewhere else. They need new management and employees that actually want to do their jobs instead of making people wait extremely long times

Majority of staff is untrained to insert the withdrawal needle, caused my vein to blow up and severe bruising. Only two have been awesome there, Ashley and another guy I don't know his name.

There is no getting your donation done and getting out in a timely manner you will be here for hours on end before you get to the back workers are slow and don't care to move the line fast. I have been in line for over an hour just to get a 2 minute Vidal check

I absolutely can't stand this place past 4 times I've gone was in pain. One of those times bruised my entire right arm for a month. If I could give zero I would. Don't recommend this to anyone

Waiting in line 20 minits while all 3 dcd machines. When they finally called me back the bed did not get washed. I know they are suppose to clean the beds. Georgia saw me standing at 905 and proceeded to go back down the isle. This is ridiculous here and if it doesn't change in 2 weeks I will go back to bio.life where they r friendly and clean beds between donors. Georgia is not friendly at all

there is a handful of staff that cares. they are so understaffed its not funny. you wait in line for everything and if you say a word about waiting you get flagged. been donating there for 2 years and if its not one thing its something else. so before you spend the time going there look at your options first

I donate here twice a week and sometimes there is a wait but nothing crazy. The staff is amazing Georgia is one of my favorites. Super clean super friendly staff.

The process seems much more efficient than other donation facilities. All staff members are very knowledgeable & informative!

It used to be 5 stars but since they changed what u get paid it almost isn't worth it...I used to get $25 each visit n now its $20 n big bonus at end of month which not everyone will get...wish they'd change it back to $25 for my weight section n bonuses at end of month

The service and staff are definitely not as efficient and/or professional as Biolife Plasma in Muncie. Time doesn't appear to be a factor in their customer service standards nor is clear, direct communication with customers. They tend to assume new donors know the donation process and get snarky as well as condesending with donors who show confusion regarding the donation process. The facility is new and clean. The phlebotomists and nurses are professional, yet the conversations on the floor regarding work

This was my first time donating and I was so nervous. Brandon was so sweet though. He talked to me and explained the process and made me feel so comfortable. It was, over all a good experience.

Great space and only takes 23 minutes once

As a new patient just walkinv through the door staff acts like you do not exist was over looked like i wasnt here very unprofessional service an i have donated in 6 different states an fown yown atlanta is nicer than this i mean a small town in infiana you think it would be more friendly than they are i have never seen people look down on a perfect strange discusteing display of profestionalizm

I been donating for 2 weeks now and this place has its ups and downs but it's a good place what makes me sad is the the company won't hire any one new to help the workers that are struggling and they have to work on days that they are supposed to have off so I really love to see new employees to help the ones who been hurting other then that this place is amazing

Awesome and friendly people that work here. I enjoy my experience every time I come to donate!!

THEY ARE SLOW! Its a good resource but the facility itself needs new management! The wait times are ridiculous and its under staffed creating the biggest inconvince for donors!

Wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting to be helped for not one single person in this building to even acknowledge my existence. Wouldn't recommend and will never return! And I used to be a frequent donor.

Understaffed long waits. Don't honor the promotions hence platinum membership. Promise cards never followed thru

Good easy money with the moral boost of helping people. Usually goes pretty quick, and staff are typically friendly and helpful.

Been there several times complain about one employee how rude and hateful she always is her name is Missy and I am told every time complaining on her won't get you no where but what if you lose donors over her then what

CSL is the only plasma Center that doesn't give bonuses and prizes. I still have my Biomat Jersey from Idaho where I donated plasma in Idaho. This company is a joke. They don't take care about there donors like Biomat and Biolife.

Great donor support! Explain the process in depth giving me a since of ease. Everyone here is professional but relatable

I absolutely love coming here, staff is always super friendly and kind.

The friendly employees make this an enjoyable visit and they're professional at what they do so the process doesn't take too long to get through.

Awesome staff members... Very efficient and the donation process is easy to do.

My name is Richard Vranesevich, I was wondering if I can now come back

Amazingly nice staff

I go twice a week. I love it there. The staff is awesome.

My favorite place to donate and by far the best employees but csl has the worst compensation and bonuses

Hit or miss. I'm told no every 3 times. It's all set up. Perfectly healthy.

After donating quite a few times I can say that this place is really good. Only once was it painful, but they fixed it...

The staff is awesome and avery clean environment. I will never go anywhere else.

Fast and easy to donate. Worth my time for sure.

The employees are friendly and professional, but they need more help and it shows, please hire more.

Very nice, clean facility. Friendly staff. Great environment

Clean. Great staff. Love coming in and be greated. Better than Biolife.

Very clean the staff is very helpful and nice

Pay is based on weight. Being very skinny, my time is worth less than a heavy person.

Been donating for around 2 years...friendly environment

I've been donating plasma for almost 30 years now and this is best place I have donated by far.
