A little slower with the new Rika Machines and a totally different crew from my last visit but there are a few good phlebotomists and the senior is a great dude. Very clinical and professional but still somehow lax.

I can't believe how horrible and slow the CSL Plasma place is. They have six booths, but only two are open, which makes no sense with ten people waiting in line. It's incredibly frustrating to see so many people waiting while the staff seems to be doing the bare minimum to help. The inefficiency is just unacceptable, especially when people are there to donate plasma, which is supposed to be a quick and straightforward process. The wait times are ridiculous, and it feels like they don't value the donors time

Don't waste your time with this place they are slow and will let people In front of you in line. Staff just wants to talk and not do there jobs. I waited over a hour and half to be hooked up to a machine after my vitals were checked. And to top it off they pay the least amount/ pay by weight.

The staff is nice and work hard however I was very concerned when getting a finger stick while checking in to see that the techs do not change their gloves between donors. They just use sanitizer on their gloves. The nurse seeing patients did this as well. In a field where I have studied blood born pathogens this can be dangerous to donors. Each donor deserves safety and gloves should be changed for each donor. This was my first time at this location and my last.

Very unprofessional nurses. My very first visit I was deferred because of the color and texture of my skin. The nurses said I had red bumps in the extractions zone. What I had are my pores that are pinkish and color because of the pigment of my skin. That was after being there for 4 hours. The second time same skin how was allowed to donate from a different nurse that was not Middle Eastern. The third time I visited this clinic I was allowed by a non Middle Eastern nurse same skin same pinkish pores. The fo

The manager here has been nothing short of unprofessional. I spent 2 and a half hours jumping through hoops again (I had been here a couple days prior and got told I couldn't donate due to a "pimple" on my arm. A pimple I do not have....), having to do the entire intake process again, for no apparent reason other than to cause my heart rate to rise...So after a new nurse checks my arms, everything is fine and even the nurse couldn't understand why I had been denied. So then after everything, I am in the cha

My normal donation center was closed so I decided to take a little trip to keep to my routine. Great center! Staff was helpful, friendly and highly efficient. Donation was smooth and easy. Everything appeared nice and sanitary. Definitely worth coming too.

The staff is very professional and courteous! I had a great experience with Hollie. Ive been to alot of CSL's in different states and Murfreesboro, TN has the most genuine charm.

Great place the staff is extremely friendly but bring a jacket it's a little cold in there lol

Worst experience ever and that's coming from a veteran that has dealt with numerous army medical personnel with minimal training. During my visit I observed them blowing out vein at their vein on patients. I will never return to this facility.

I would highly suggest finding a different plasma center this one is very unprofessional and unsanitary they don't even change out their gloves they just throw sanitizer on it and move on to the next. Be very careful is all I can tell you

The people their are friendly..nice...they listen and help out a lot...the people who work the donation floor should get a raise...everyone great job...

Started coming here a few months back. Have had such a great experience, great staff, very friendly and helpful to first time donors as well. Catherine did a great job this morning, and also let me know about the new hours.

I have nothing but good to say about this place. They all seem to work together great, which is very uncommon in the world today. Dave, Shardae and Krystal were very informative as well as the others. No complaints on anyone. Thank you for your professionalism.

The staff here is very welcoming and courteous. I came at a pretty busy time and the whole staff, including Kenia and Mani, performed all aspects of the process with speed, precision, and most importantly care as to usher the people donating through the waiting lines as quickly as possible. I really enjoy coming to donate at this location. I'll be back soon!!!

I have never donated plasma so I was already a little nervous about walking in to do this. I stood at the front counter where it says new donors. A tan girl with dark hair, glasses, and her hair in a bun walks out of a room and says ?do you need something?? I was very thrown off and did not know how to respond because that's no way to greet someone. I told her I'm new and she said okay and walked off. Walks back by and says nothing. I'm still awkwardly standing there until a lady in the back at a desk says

The staff was so nice and helpful. Arrived at location at 8 am but left around 12:00 it was very busy. I was unable to donate because my veins are to small. I went back the next business day after lots of hydration but still unable to donate. I do wish I could have been paid for the time and attempt to donate. But it was a great experience and the staff was excellent.

This place has gone so down hill within the last 5 years. Dispensers and stalls have stayed broken in the bathrooms for months. You'd think they'd want you to be clean in a place you're donating bodily fluid. Wait time is outrageous compared to other centers. Can't tell if its due to understaffing or maybe because the people doing the admittance just stand behind the counter and talk the whole time. The donor fees have also dropped a lot and aren't competitive anymore. Go to Griffols 15 minutes away. They g

I don't recommend coming here at all. My fianc? came to donate, and the nurses sticking his arm were too busy gossiping about another coworker to pay attention to what they were doing and ended up rupturing his vein. He sat there with the machine beeping for 10 minutes because it couldn't return his red blood cells since he was stuck improperly and nobody would even come check for that long. Absolutely ridiculous and there is no excuse for this. This picture is from today and this happened a week ago.

Updating AGAIN: I will never be going to this particular plasma company again. I was calling in, because I'm what they call a "lapsed donor" because I haven't given in a few months due to a medical study. I was calling to check the rates, because I was planning on donating again (as I have regularly for the past decade) and referring two other new donors as well. Just 6 months ago lapsed, or new, donors made anywhere from 400 to 700 dollars extra their first month back- USED TO.... This time when I called

Hailey came with a sense of urgency getting ppl hooked up and take downs all while this new girl with red braids no name tag took way longer than necessary to take down and set up. She was given simple feedback gave attitude about it to coworker trying to help. If Hailey and couple others doing most work this girl needs find a slower pace job this is not the place for her. She needs to be

I've been coming to this CSL Plasma center for over a year and my experiences have only been positive. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Mari. The process is quick and facility is very clean. I enjoy the time spent here.

I love this CSL very welcoming Tisha, Holly, Kina, and Krystal always make me feel at home! The facility is super clean and always smells fresh! I never liked needles or doctors now I appreciate both more than ever!!

Please understand there are risks involved in donating plasma such as the development of an infiltration or hematoma? if you prefer a smooth process, without bruises, then AVOID their colleague Clay, as well as, the bald boomer with a glasses, and condescending glare.

The attention is amazing. Everything is clean all the team are so kind with the donors. The associate always being asking if everything is ok. If you feel well during the donation process! I used to go this CSL center from a couple months ago. So I loved the people who works there like Haley and Mar?a Elena are a kindness and sensitive persons. Haley smile all the time and makes me feel secure during the process. So it is nice helping people and fell in a confortable place.

Staff is always nice and facility is clean, fast pace getting folks in and out. I drive farther to go here because of the way they treat you. There is another company 15 minutes from me didn't like how they treated people. Great company and great staff.

Mari has always been an exceptional caretaker when it comes to administering patience, taking special care to detail, and regulating the flow within the facility. She has been the very best and continues to be everyday in her field of work executing humility, grace, and kindness amongst each patient.

Will waste your time for no reason. God forbid you have acne on your arms. They are more worried about lawsuits then you donating. Place is a joke!

It does not matter what time of the day or which day of the week you go, it is always incredibly busy and they are always incredibly understaffed. I understand that that's not their fault, but every time I have been there is an issue with my account or questionnaire, to which I have to spend a half hour at the front desk waiting for an employee to become available. I spent an hour and a half on my first visit simply sitting in the waiting room waiting for an employee to take me back to get my basic informat

Fantastic! All the staff were great! Everyone was super nice and sweet. Julie(I believe is her name) and Jeff were awesome! Julie was great at walking me through the steps for my first time donation. They were very attentive and quick to check on me and making sure I was comfortable and doing good. I really enjoyed my first visit and I'll definitely be back again! Thank you guys!!

Great place to earn a bit of pocket money and help others, as long as you are healthy and of moderate weight. The process is not quick, but not unpleasant. You experience the plasma draw with others in a large room. Workers are friendly and efficient.

Love the staff they make the whole experience easy

Haley to be exact, is a great worker and she does her job well. Every time she's treated me , it has been a good experience, no pain or pressure when she sticks me with the needle.

Mari Always great staff to talk too and get more information! Their energy makes donating plasma an easier and relaxing process. Staff always stays calm and poised when situations may get chaotic, they always know what to do!

I've been to two other centers since the start of me donating. The CSL on Middle Tennessee Blvd has always provided the best service. They keep you informed every step of the way, they handle reactions so calmly with lots of reassurance. Today I was stuck by Phlebotomist Krystal for the first time. I'm always a little nervous with new Phlebs getting me but she's been one of the best. This place continues to help donors with the smoothest process.

Been going to this place for about a year or so with no problems whatsoever with my health or otherwise. All of a sudden for the last 3 weeks in a row I was deferred for having too high of a temperature or high blood pressure with the same worker( been around about 2 months I think) doing it everytime., the last time it happened I decided to go immediately after to get checked out by a DR and was told everything was fine with me. I decided to to test a theory and use different employee on a different day

staff is great!!! dont like that all the points i should have for donating with this company for years are gone due to not going on an app. Also other companies pay a lot more but due to transportation im stuck with csl being close to home. i will soon go back to other company just because more pay

I went to someone else previously and this place did 10 times better. Not only were the staff more kind to consider it. They also were better with their needles.

The staff are all very friendly and professional especially Catherine who is a screener at the location I donate at she is always upbeat even on a not so good day and very helpful. Just a joy to talk to during the screening process. And the staff on the donor floor are just helpful and energetic. All in all I have been very impressed with the staff.i have been donating plasma for 30 years. This center is by far the best and fastest venter I have been too. Average time when you walk in the door to the end is

Donor pay as of June 2025

Great staff. The ladies were very helpful and informative. Krystal and the staff made me feel comfortable and like family.

the place is clean and once your on the donation floor it's quick but all the workers lollygag and it takes SO much time to even get to donate, also there's a worker who is known for deferring even if you meet the vitals. my friend?s heme was in the requirements but she deffered him bc she ?didn't like how low the number is? (it was within range). staff also talks a ton with each other and slows down the process, i get that job can be tiring but it's just never gotten better

THE SERVICE IS USUALLY EASY AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. Karla is awesome and Mari is cool she always go above and beyond! The staff is so nice and amazing I wish we can tip them in some type of way!

This place is more of wanting to turn you away than let you donate your plasma. DON?T Waste Your Time or gas to go to this place! They are turning people away for the smallest of things that other places won't do or aren't doing because it's absurd. It's one thing when your vitals are off, but then to be told you are being turned away for something so little and small as a scratch is beyond me. The BEST place hands down is KEDPLASMA ANY KED location you go to will be FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL! You won't hea

They obviously are not interested in donations, whenever you call they will simply hang up and then make the phone line busy so they don't have to answer.

Been coming here for a few months now. The staff is always friendly and professional.Mari set me up on the donor floor today. She is always nice and helpful.

This location is great! The facility is very clean and the staff are super friendly, caring and professional. I could say something nice about each staff member! They can be short staffed at times, which makes the wait take a while. But they try to get you in and out as efficiently as they can! They also always the cutest holiday decorations and some great monthly bonuses. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the wait times. Other than that it's a great experience!

CSL plasma in Murfreesboro TN starts to try to make their donors quit by deferring them for every little thing and especially on Saturdays bc they don't wanna work. One of the donor floor staff Tisha poked the donation needle all the way to my nerve twice and the 2nd time I went in there to speak to the nurse and they never followed up with me and the manager lady Nedra tried to tell me that I have to let them Make me donate out of my other arm. And y would I do that when they have already done this twice.

From check in to check out everything was pretty speedy and straight to the point. My phlebotomist, krystal, was very thorough with explaining her process as she went. She checked in periodically to make sure i was doing okay.

WELL U CAN NOT BE SEEN IF U HAVE NEUROPATHY FOR DIABETES, AN U HAVE TO BE UNDER 400 POUNDS?????????. THE STAFF ARE GREAT VERY FRIENDLY????????, BUT I THINK U SHOULD STILL???? GET SOME TYPE OF FUNDS IF YOUR THEIR PAST 3HRS, AN THEY TAKE UR BLOOD FOR TESTING?? I HATE WASTING MY TIME???????????????? AN AS EVERYONE NO GASSS IS HIGH LESSON LEARNED...

I personally enjoy the staffing at CSL especially Mrs Kenia, Catherine, David for making me feel welcome every time I donate an I can't forget Tisha sticking good sense of humor an always thoughtful an thanks you for donating.

I was the first person to come in, I have not been failed yet. Thanks to the phlebotomist Franky. I am not fathomed by sharp objects or shots. Franky does handles the job with care, class, & painlessly. Anyone to poke come to CSL. Well trained staff and as welcomed as being at home. Thank you guys for being awesome.

I went there today and everyone was super sweet! It's my first time donating and honestly? I couldn't have hoped for a better experience than this one! I've got a lot of anxiety, especially about needles and medical spaces but everyone there makes you feel welcome and comfortable! I didn't even feel the needle when it was put in and when I had a reaction, everyone was there to help and make sure I was good!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and I hope they know it honestly.

Love this places, and the workers always very helpful with any concerns I have. Kenia as always had a smile on her face every time I have came, and remembers you.

Let me just start by saying these nurses are absolute rockstars when it comes to keeping those donation centers running smoothly. They have this crazy combination of medical know-how and excellent people skills. One minute they're explaining the donation process to a nervous first-timer, putting them totally at ease. The next, they're handling complicated equipment like pros and making sure every donation is safe and by-the-book. It's really impressive to watch them in action! But what I really admire about

I have been donating at this site 2 years twice a week . Im always are greeted and thanked by the staff.. screening process is iffy at times but the donation part is easy and painless. Hailey, , Tish, Mari and Tracy thank you. Platinum donor and proud of it.

They are very nice and respectful they make the processes go by so smooth the check on you to make sure your okay so i can say from my time being here i love it

If you are needing some extra spending money, this is a great place to go. Allocate 2 hours for the first visits. Also, Catherine is awesome!

They are very incompetent, I went to donate for my first time was denied because BP was to high. They said come back in 2 days and try again I get there and they tell me I have to have a doctors note. Wasted my time because they didn't tell me that the first time. All they have to say is sorry that the person should of sent me to the nurse before I left there the first time.

Great staff , very clean , professional, comfortable environment. They have online services and an app as well .

Great people good attitudes and some are really funny ?? definitely a good way to get some extra cash if you low on a bill or need some gas for the week..Haley is a great sticker no pain no pressure ??

The amount of care and kindness in this establishment is astounding! The moment you walk into these doors you are greeted warmly and truly welcomed. I have never had an issue with anything or anyone. Staff is well trained and personally interested in you. Ever since they hired more people the service has been spectacular. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I recommend this establishment to anyone that listens. Truly an amazing place to help you get back on your feet/little extra cash for a small stick.

Staff was very rude to me I understand I came in years ago and donated under another last name but they could see in the system I donated in a different state and I donated with documentations using my current last name. When did nurses start being disrespectful for no apparent reason.

I've been going here for a few years! I love the staff! they are friendly and I always get in an out so quickly!! they NEVER have an issue finding a vein unlike bio mat in murfreesboro. but anyways I recommend this place any day!

Every visit while donating has been professional with staff members. 7 years and counting. Easy way to add several extra bucks in your pocket each week.

My brother and I was going to do this together but he did not qualify to give plasma but I did and have been giving since then, over a year. I have given in three states and have been happy to give plasma to help and save lives. I encourage people who qualify to give and help those who need the help.

This CSL location is great! It's very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and very good at what they do. The only down side is that it can be very slow at certain times. I'm sure it's because they are short staffed, but it would be really nice to have shorter wait times. Other than that I have no complaints!

Everyone at CSL is amazing and helpful. Donating is very fulfilling and I greatly appreciate this service. Trish, Shardae and Mervet are so nice.

They had an Egyptian/mixed looking employee named mervette or however she's rude as hell?after expressing my frustrations about the wait times she barked at me ??YOU DINT HAVE TO COME HERE!!? And was very rude to me ?this is not my home location and for that I'm glad but there's a reason the turn over rate is so high in there?they need better workers and a better system ?quit hiring those young people who act as though they don't want to be there! Giving plasma is already a stressful task so to add attitude

Staff at the center were fantastic; everyone was super nice and helpful. Center is clean, efficient, and professional. Process was explained thoroughly. My only complaint, and it is a big one, was wasting three hours of my very valuable day off from both jobs to find out at the very end of the evaluation process that I can't donate because of a medication I take. I asked what would exclude me from donating one minute after I walked in and was told of a medication list to look at, which did not have my medic

With so many negative comments CE lost interest

Tisha was great! She is always happy, kind and does a great job! She makes the experience nice

Great place to make a little extra cash and also contribute to helping people in need. Also Mari is very nice, been seeing her for some time here now!

Mari is very friendly and professional. She always has a smiling face when I'm greeted and through my donation process. Thanks Mari !!

Mari was excellent help very appreciative of her. She was not aggressive when poking me with the needle so thank you for that mari! :)

Mervet was really kind, and efficient in getting me and everyone through the donor process fast and smoothly, her consistent positive attitude makes the donation worth while.

The employees here are very polite and professional the facility is VERY CLEAN and depending the day of the week determines how fast you get in and out. I've never spent more than 2 hours here. But be prepared in your first day to spend at least 3-4 hours to do paperwork and everything.

The staff is friendly and pride themselves at making you feel comfortable throughout the experience. However at times can be very understaffed and causes the whole experience to stuck because of it. On top of that there are times staff seems more concerned with their conversations that putting that same focus into their work.

Haley was very professional and friendly. All of the staff that took care of me while donating were very friendly. I had a positive experience.

They really just don't like their job especially if it's busy, they will look for reasons to defer you. I listened to them joke about it, not to mention certain staff can be rude at times.

Everyone is super friendly. The employees make it a personal experience. They remember our names, they ask about things in our lives, yet are professional at the same time. I really like it here. My only complaint is the payment for donation. It has dropped. It's lower than other donation centers. Other than that, it's a great place with great staff.

The people have been very helpful and friendly. The first time there was a bit of a wait. They are however very upfront about telling you it's going to be a long wait.

Great time here! Sometimes the line is a little long, but they always do a good job getting people through the lines.

No matter what time of day or what day you go it's always busy. There are six booths for the staff to check vitals but 90% of the time there's only one staff member they're doing it no matter how long the line is. And if you're not a new donor or a platinum donor be prepared to wait and said line for at least an hour because all the new donors in Platinum donors will jump in front of you even if there's no one behind you in line. The staff seems to be miserable at their jobs and not shy about sharing it. I'

Worse run facility EVER! Grossly understaffed. First time I went I drove an hour to get there then waited 2 hours before I was finally told the nurse had called out and there was.no one to do exam. Today I called to ensure there was a nurse. First, they didn't answer the phone until 8am. I arrived at 9 only to discover the nurse was working the front desk, was alone and could not get to me until the afternoon. Wasted time and gas for nothing.

Best plasma donation center I've found. Good payouts, well trained friendly staff. Mari is wonderful and has never missed a vein. Highly recommend.

Haley at this place is amazing. She is always friendly and she is amazing with arm sticks. I absolutely love her.

I just want to say the last two times I donated the employees on the donor floor were awesome AF. I thought I was gonna be waiting forever and I didn't at all this week and made an easy $120.00 this week. I also want to say for anyone who wants a faster donation drink lots of water I just recently realized this definitely makes a difference I have cut about 10 min off my usual times. They say a gallon and I can't do that just yet but I have been doing two-3 bottles of water everyday.
