If I could give this place a - zero. I would. Plasma attempt turn into a nightmare. Initial intake lady was insanely rude- requested a replacement. EACH subsequent staff from the only male staff and manager. Was Equally unprofessional and rude! Clear discrimination and bias throughout escalation. Will never return or recommend. POOR customer service etiquette BEHAVIOR with no regards for respect. From the Spanish lady all the way up to management. Extremely unacceptable interpersonal skills!!!! Lack of bas

Crappy place to go donate. They take way longer than any other center. The person doing the physicals doesn't know what he is doing at all. I walked out after 3 hours of dealing with it. The guy doing the physicals really needs to be educated because he was absolutely clueless and I had to spell normal supplements for him. Go elsewhere to donate. Don't deal with this subpar center.

As a new donor their app suggested I go through the online questions and watch the introductory video to save time having to do all that when I first went in. When I got there ready to donate though I was met with blank stares as if that option didn't exist at all and they made me do it all over again. A couple hours later they finally get me situated in a chair and the lady inserting the needle clearly did something wrong - I about came up out of the chair it hurt so bad and the pain continued during the e

Update: getting better. Process slowly changed back to what it was. Instead of waiting for mass waves taking 5 donors back at a time they do onesie-twosie now as they become available. Still a lengthy process but the technicians make up for it and work hard. Kris and Kristy (spelling) are excellent as are the rest of the staff! I do appreciate that when it's busy, new donors aren't put straight to the front of the donor line and at least space things out to respect people who have been waiting a long time

I'm very happy that my donation was a success yesterday! Even more, I'm very impressed and happy that Smokey followed up with me to see how things went. The nurse that helped me when i visited was great, (I wish I could remember her name) and the phlebotomists were all quick, efficient ,and professional. Thank you CSL for helping me meet a few of my needs by donating!

Very professional & kind very happy with the progress.

They say nothing about being in a detox facility for alcohol in any of their questions that they won't let you donate for 4 months. Waisted 2 hours of my time!

PLEASE BRING BACK old machines or process. I'd rather be laying in a bed for longer time than hurting my back and legs and knees and feet standing in line for 2hrs. No difference in getting new machines when they poorly distribute staff. Wish old machines back. At least then they had more beds open. = less ppl hurting backs and feet standing for supposedly faster process. Equipment malfunction at the door with poor maintained and not serviced check in equipment scanner for ppl who just spent good amount of

The staff were all so pleasant! Josh, Katrina, and Allyssa were the main ones I came in contact with. I didn't get the nurses? names but they were so pleasant as well. I definitely rate this experience 10/10. Plus the facility is very clean and tidy. The wait wasn't bad at all. And I got a nice $100 out of it. Highly recommend Mustang CSL Plasma!

Good first experience! I have donated before a long time ago, so I know the routine and that some of these places can suck or the wait times are insane. I look forward to donating more often!

They look for any reason to send you to the nurse and not be able to donate in the arm you prefer. The tiniest red spot is all it takes to keeps you from being able to use that arm. After waiting in a long screening line then going to the nurse I get out and have several people that were behind me in the screening line in front of me in the donor line. Literally for a super tiny red spot that isn't near my vein at all. It's not a bruise or a bump or anything just a small red spot probably from scratching or

I ALWAYS have a great experience with CSL in Mustang. ALL of the employees are so kind and knowledgeable. The lobby is always decorated for the holidays and creates a very welcoming environment. I donate here frequently and will continue to do so. Thank you everyone for what you do.

I'm giving this place 1 star and that's a stretch. Too many roosters and not enough hens and yet the management is weak. Supervisors do very little to help. You would think it would be in their best interest to get people in & out. There is zero organization. Wait times are ridiculous. Min 2hrs if you're lucky. Whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to get it together. The way things are done puts a strain on everyone not just the donors but the employees as well. Hopefully someone with corporate sees thi

Takes too long, they are too slow. Fix it. I have to drive double the distance and go somewhere else come back still faster!! But the staff is good.

Very kind and helpful staff. Clean environment and no complications with the donation process. Only issue is that you should only go during quiet hours. Whoever is now in charge of the donation center is never putting enough people at the check-in booths. Only a small handful times have I actually seen more than 2 people in those booths, and they have 5 booths in total. I visit on days at 10 AM and some as late as 5 PM, but they never have more than half of the booths filled. Additionally, they have several

I use a.walker to walk with. I've also donated years ago. Went in today to sign up, sat down on the computer, and then Smokey cane out and let me know I couldn't donate since I use a walker. I showed her in an office that I could access the chair. Then she was like well we have no room for your walker, to which I told her my wife could accompany me and take it to the car, also told her I could try to use a cane, but then she said well we worry about you falling also. I then told her I'd been in the walker

This used to be a good place to go, but not anymore. Constantly short staffed, line around the building and most employees aren't friendly at all. Waiting time is beyond ridiculous. My last donation took 4 and a half hours and I wasn't a new donor. Currently waiting to see the nurse for a tiny mark on my arm that could happen just from scratching an itch. Because a 4 hour wait isn't long enough. Came here because it was close, but thinking a further drive would be better than the ridiculousness of this plac

My first time ever donating was two months ago. Gas was at an all-time high and I was driving from Yukon to Norman every day for work. I started with a different company and only changed to CSL because of location. I had no idea what I was missing out on! Not only do they offer a better donation payout schedule, but they also have impeccable bedside manner. For example, I was quite nervous about the needle and Laura, who I believe is the floor manager, was very fast and gentle and she went the extra mile to

Not enough employees to do the job! They have 5 booths to check people in and only 1 person working it. Takes over an hour to check in 10 people and the line backs out the door. Employees they have are very friendly. They need to pay better or something to gain more employees!

Love showing up at 7 am to donate and a manager can't arrive to work and no processing or donating could be done. Throws the whole day off for donors and your employees.

I used to LOVE this center! It's been a year and a half since I been here and I will def be seeing about transferring locations. Yeah it'll be 25 less each time but who cares. Beats their indecisive employees here. Everybody runs it how they want. Guidelines r guidelines. Rules are rules. Be helpful!! Just ridiculous!!

The people in center are very nice. But I have not received my referral points. There's constant issues with the app. I have called the number to discuss it with them and they are no help. I will not be returning to CSL ever again

Love the people that work there. Its also very clean. My 5 stars remain for the manager Jeff and a few select employees who have always been helpful. However there are too many bad apples compared to those that work hard. Literally needs a housecleaning and start all the way over beginning with Sierra. My review after 2 years is that it's not being cleaned well. Bathrooms are often disgusting. They don't change gloves or always sanitize between people. They don't always wipe down areas where biohazard ma

Everyone is very nice. Nursing staff is very nice too and very professional. However, they very regularly have issues with managing the flow of donors at intake and then again when in the donation banks. Managers tend to mill about instead of jumping-in to offer assistance. Have you ever been to Wal-Mart and there's tons of employees and tons of checkout lines - but only one person actually checking people out? Be prepared because this is what you will likely encounter. There's always a ton of people

Currently the staff seem really nice, when I first started donating about 2 months ago it was a super quick experience. Then they upped the donation fee and I think they lost some people too, but everytime I go there's one person checking vitals and always a line of about 12 people waiting so about an hour to hour 15 mins to get past vitals, and like the other comments say the manager guy tends to walk around maybe he'll do a vital check or two then he'll take off walking around it's weird, he'll do stabs t

Horrible!!!! Don't waste your time!!!! My friend I thought it would be a good way to help people and maybe save up some money for vacation. The wait times are ridiculous and there are times you will be standing in line for over an hr or more. I went to donate and had a small bruise on my arm. The nurse cleared me and I donated without an issue. The next visit I didn't have ANY bruising and I was told I had to see the nurse AGAIN to get cleared. There were 3 new people in line ahead of me for that and those

Saving lives is an astounding selfless thing to do. Donate today at this clean facility!

I understand a staffing shortage but unless you have 2 hours to spare, 1 for waiting in a small line and the other to donate, don't waste your time. One of these stars is for the only guy working the vitals area. They seriously only have 1 person working the line because the others only help 1-2 patients before taking a ?break?. It takes the line to be to the entrance door before they get a second person. The other star is for the nurses on the donor floor who actually work. They are super friendly. It's su

5 stars my visit went well with no complications! Every one was very nice and pleasant. Smoqie was very kind in particular! Only complaint I have is I wish you were open 6 to 7 or 7 to 8 it would definitely allow me too donate more frequently and consistently! Only downside now is it takes 2 to 4 hours per donation!

Terrible. Definitely save yourself the time and try other donation centers.

I've been coming here since this location opened. In the beginning it was well organized. Now it feels like it is turning into the okc location with the LONG waiting line to get screening done. Every time I come in there is about an hour or longer wait to get screened. Every new donor gets to cut to the front I do not think is fair due to the fact of returning customers have been waiting for an hour. Split the new donors up in the line. There needs to be more organization and a special booth or something fo

I really wish this place had a 10 star rating option because they truly deserve it. They were very fast and friendly. Super informative... especially Kelli she has one heck of a personality I love her SpongeBob attitude ?? and Whitney did an amazing stick ..way to go CSL Mustang kuddos from me??????

Very friendly staff and comfortable place. Autumn, Kat and Andrew have all been cautious and respectful of my veins and mutual comfort. Hannah was very sweet my first time in. Bring a blanket because you might get cold and a book so you can spend time reading.

I love the staff here. Extremely nice and welcoming. I love giving back because my daughter would not be alive if it weren't for people donating plasma. Now she is 33 years old and is a paramedic ??

This location is not worth your time. The staff made it impossible for me to go in and donate. They did NOT pay me the promised $50 for my second visit. On two separate occasion I left work early to get there before closing just to accommodate their pay period and they refused to assist me. Not only that, my second time going there it took FIVE freaking people and BOTH my arms got stuck before I could even donate. There is only one person there that could even stick me and she was kind, but other than that

Horrible wait times. 22 people ahead of me to get a bed and all the beds are empty. Facilty had gone down hill in the past 6 months.

Great location. Good payouts. Fantastic specials. Can't ask for more! EDIT: I would recommend going before 3pm. After that, they are busy all the time AND horribly understaffed half the time. I've gone in at both 4pm and at 5pm, and both times it's taken a couple of hours just to get to a chair. Not worth the time and money at that point.

Went through everything was getting the exam and they wanted a short fat girl me to hop in the table that was waist high without any assistance told me if I couldn't do it I couldn't donate if try to save a life. The guy Trey was very rude not just to me but also the young lady he was training. Even my son said he was rude to him but everyone else was great

I went this morning and was in and out in a hour!!!! The staff had a hard time being used to the new machines but they are getting better and better everyday. Thank you guys for the hard work.

Upon returning to the Mustang, Oklahoma CSL Plasma Center, my husband was pulled in for a "discussion" about the "hold" that was placed on his account. He was then accused of being "rude" to a center worker, but was NOT given specific information reason as to what actions were considered "rude" nor why there was a hold put on his account. Nor could they tell me why in the prior few weeks did my husband have to redo multiple items from his intake (second interview, second photo, etc.). After his return home,

Okay so I use to go to the octapharma location in OKC and the staff there were never really pleasant so I was in TOTAL shock when I came here. My very first visit I had air in my tubes or something and then saline got in my bottle and their main priority was to get the saline back in my body, they truly care. They are so nice to me and my husband and always try to keep us close, which is nice! I'm just going to say that autumn is the best, she does such an amazing job. She knows what shes doing and she alwa

My first time here the nurse hit a nerve in my arm. She told me she just hit a vein wall because the needles were big. It took months to heal. Decided i would try again but they had me listed as unfit and made it sound like i was having some sort of reaction instead to the noting that it was the nurses fault for not being careful.

Staff is amazing, they make the process as comfortable and quick as possible. This is a BUSY donation site so patience is still needed but worth it.

I have been donating at the Norman location off and on for the past 7 years. I was first deferred back in 2012 because I was living with a person who has hepatitis C (I understood that I was living with this person and it was a risk, but after I moved and was diagnosed hep free I was able to donate again..... very happy). I started donating again over a year ago and I have had no problems with anyone there. But a few days ago I went in for my weekly visits and they asked typical questions "are you feeling w

Fat dude in back tried to tell me I couldn't donate until I ate which isn't true so he got upset about being told he's wrong and decided to pick over me claiming he had to know why I had a bump on my face I've had for over three years gone through every physical before without a mention of it but when he's upset he feels he has the right to point out flaws and demand answers

This is a nice place but they are super slow. They need more people getting the donors through the line. A 2 hour wait is ridiculous just to get to the vitals check. To many people in the back and not enough checking people in.

Hello I want to give a big thank you to a phebolmist his name is Criss he was so amazing he greeted me with a ?? smile . He made sure that he was super confident which made me feel 20 times better. There is nothing better than a confident phebolmist. I must say I have been donating for 8 years and he has by far been my best stick this young man needs a raise ?? thank you for everything Criss??

Just transferred over from the one OKC and the Mustang one is much better. Much nicer folks work there. Alyssa is the one that started my line, and she was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. I will be a donor from now on there.

Don't make the same mistake I did and become reliant on the money that you make here. I'll detail the specifics below but due to their mistakes causing bruises on both of my arms during a single day, I was unable to make my second donation this week. In the end, the only people that pay for their mistakes are the victims of the mistakes. More detail: I donated plasma here on Thursday of this week. The first phlebotomist that helped me just verified the last 4 of my social, wiped my arm down with iodine, an

Do not come here if do not have few hours to waste, is so slow, I standing in line for intake screening, actually started timing how long takes for a person to get screened , 9-11 minutes , than after that seems as the personal needs break and another 2-3 minutes to call next door, actually is two employees doing screenings, either one or the other, has some reason get up and go do what ever is they do, regardless if have a donor in there Booth, oh did I mention the line wraps around from one side to other

These people lie. I was told my 45 days was 9.17.19 and went to donate my 5th donation for $50, guess what they changed the date to 8.17 19 and told welp someone told you wrong too bad. It's $20. I will NEVER recommend CSL to anyone... ever. Do not go here. There is zero integrity! Update: I received a call from a higher up and they've decided to honor the correct amount.

Always a great environment to be in! The staff are always working hard with smiles on! Criss always has a great attitude and connects well with everybody!

I love coming to this plasma place in mustang! It's so clean and everyone is so nice especially Stephanie since my first day and i love Smoky (iam sure i spelt her name wrong) the nurse and Kameron that hooks me up! Thank guys you are All Awesome

Nurse continued to flirt with me ever after I said I have a girlfriend and made me very uncomfortable. I think her name was Chloe. Very very unprofessional.

Staff are friendly and efficient. I love how they greet you when you come in and thank you for your time when you leave. Everyone is always smiling.

You cannot be friendly to their employees they think you are making a move on them ! I encourage everyone to not go back

Poorly run place. There's always 20 people in line, one person in the front dealing with everything and multiple managers in the office not concerned enough to help move the traffic. It's been understaffed for months and there's always an excuse if anyone asks. Ridiculous wait times.

Everyone is extremely kind but Chris is normally my phlebotomist every time and he particularly goes out of his way to be kind to everyone!

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude black nurses at this place and this have nothing to do with race they just rude for no reason, like if you don't like your job and don't want to help people change careers simply.

I waited 2 hours and found out they are short staffed today and only had one section open and I would have had to wait 2 more hours.. That is not worth it and a lady was very rude up there.. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't like people

Used to be a great place but something happened. Management, corporate changes etc? Always short staffed. Probably would help if management wasn't always smoking in the back.

Chris is awesome! Didn't feel any pain at all during the process with the needle! One try and he got it right!

Thanks again ladies for making my first donation not as scary as I thought. This location has the best staff, they make you feel at ease, comfortable, like family. And mad sure I understood the process and answered all my questions.....

This is a great place because of the people!! Chris, Kia, Meagan, Kaliya, Morgan, Kelli and Jesse. Probably several I have missed sorry!!!

I got up early and just wore sweats didn't dr as up was my second donation and the ladies were rude. I was treated like a broke homeless person and was told they were in controll of my money and they could kick me out and fix it so I could never donate any place in the us ever again

I went to this location and was told I couldn't donate at this location because I have a certain blood type they told me to go to the Norman location where I could donate drove 40 minutes in heavy traffic got there and they told me I can't donate at all and said I don't know why the Mustang location didn't tell you and now I got screwed on gas and couldn't even donate so I would not go here especially if you are told you can't donate at that location don't go make them tell you why.

Definitely a great place to donate plasma. Majority the staff are friendly, very attentive, and professional, with the exception of one woman who works the front area where the pre-checks are performed (blood pressure, fingerstick, check protein levels, temperature, etc.), she is hateful, refuses to give her name, and purposes sticks your finger on the side, non-meaty section of your fingers. Avoid her at all costs...but by all means, donate here......OVERALL THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!

DO NOT DONATE!! I have donated serveral times to CSL PLASMA, and came in today to this location. For it being closer to my house, they told me, that i would be permanantly differed because of an minor allergy to chloroprep, the alternate to chloroprep is IODINE which they could use, Never had an issue before at any other CSL PLASMA ever till here, i encourage you NOT to go to this facility.

Rude and also only pay 35 for donating 697 worth of plasma. This place is very unprofessional!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love this place and can definitely recommend it! Usually takes an hour if it's not your first time.

2 hours in the lobby with half a person to screen people? I'd avoid coming here if I were you. Was number 8 in line when I got in, became 30+ in my time there because of lack of staff.

Literally the slowest center I've ever donated at Man, update y'all's live feed on Google. "Less busy than usual" means a line out the door?

Wait times are horrible. Management does horrible keeping things flowing. Either you're waiting over a hour in line to be screened or waiting in the bed because everyone usually has an attitude.

I love this place. The employees are awsome and very helpful. Waaaay better than the location on 23rd. The donation payment is a good way to supplement income.

So much better than the Norman location. There is limited parking & maybe 20 beds but the people are very friendly.

Super friendly and so far you get in and out no crazy wait times. Everyone's nice not like OKC location

Horrible experience! Long wait lines. Was told a nurse had to look at a bruise that wasn't even there. Don't waste your time! It's not worth the money

So I've been donating for years and this place places me under testing when I've been tested 3 times came up negative and now they test me again and taking money and time away from me when Ik I'm negative I chose to go to a different place as they took my pay away for no reason with embarrassing me in front of everyone

I can't donate to to a irregular heartbeat but my wife donates here. This location has vert limited parking and that's the only negative thing i can say about the place

Super informative staff apon arrival, quick and efficient staff. It was a great experience. BTW Loved the crackers ??

Staff just makes up the rules to fit their needs no-one is on the same page lookyou in the face and lie I would definitely not recommend the mustang facility

Holli was great. Everybody is so nice and patient with you. Very professional.

They never have enough staff at the vitals check point and management just sits the office and does nothing to get staff to help get the line of people moving.

PROFESSIONAL PLACE. I ENJOYED MY VISIT. I WILL BE GOING AGAIN. THANK YOU.

Very clean, every time I've donated it's been quick and easy. No complications.

Great facility but under staffed so the wait times are horrible.

Absolutely phenomenal people here! The place is clean, the staff are thorough professional and friendly!

Very short staffed, one worker there was rude and seemed over whelmed.
