They deferred me cause I went out the door closer to my vehicle, instead of the one WAY on the opposite side of the building in nasty weather. If this is how I'm treated then I'm done donating. All the times I been in there over an hour before being hooked up to the machine and while you donate your plasma and get paid for your time, where's the extra cash for the extra time ive had to spend? IM DONE. Ive donated at other CSLs, didn't ever have an issue going out a door.... ridiculous! Next review will be w

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff is amazing and know how to have a good time.

I am deaf. They won't let me fill they want I have read their lip. Huh?! I can't read lip at all!! I can read it. They say many questions. I said okay I can read it. They said no must read lips. Huh!!!!!!

Was a mix up with my returning date and because I asked questions they became verbally unprofessional yelling across the room instead of calling me to the side to fully explain and threats of barring me from center we don't work there so how would we know everything about policy and procedures...definitely no social skills I cried all the way home

My experience has always been great at this location. I took some time off from donating to return to new staff. I could not believe the unprofessionalism of some of the newer staff..... For example, a donor was finished with their donation and a staff member alerted another staff member to help her and this specific staff member was socializing with another donor who happens to work there yelled out I will when Im done talking... Then continued to say if your trying to leave so quickly you shouldn't have c

Waist of time. First time I went there I called and asked what I needed to bring. So I later that day went there with everything they told me to bring. However I didn't bring mail showing I lived where I did, because the address on my license was a old address. So they turned me away and said to come back with something showing residency. 2 weeks later I went back with ally information and mail showing my current address. This time I got turned away because I didn't eat before I came in. Some rude lady who

Truly an amazing place to donate. The staff are amazing, and have great personality. Yes sometimes the line is long, yes sometimes things may not always goes as plan "that is life". However overall, it is truly a place that makes you feel comfortable when you donate. Help save life's and have a great staff to get you an amazing experience. I truly recommend people check it out. Have you own experience for yourself, while help saving lives. Plus, get compensated for your time. Win/win for all...

Well I used to donate blood religiously when I was younger. I wanted to help as much as I could. Today was my first experience at CSL and donating Plasma. They deserve 10 stars. Not 5. It was a lengthy process for your first time, but everyone was helpful and compassionate. They walked me through each process and took their time. The phlebotomists know what their doing to! The size of the needle is intimidating, but it was in before I could blink. And their constantly checking on you ??. I will definitely b

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized places I have ever been to. The phlebotomists are amazing, but the front end people and nurses are beyond useless. They do not want to do their job and make you wait longer than you need to because you inconvenienced them. Also no front end person should be openly cussing while clients are there.

I'm happy I went prior to reading reviews, because I would?ve thought twice! Today was mine and my daughters first donation and it went fairly quick and smooth thanks to Joe, I have difficult veins and he got it first try.I have an itty bitty bruise, I've had worse from butterfly needles: thank you Joe and the rest of the friendly staff!! We will be back

This facility didn't accept seneca nation tribal identification cards. The girl said they aren't government issued. Funny thing is that's our government. And the United States recognizes our ID cards. The U.S. Boarder takes them, banks take them, the IRS takes them, Department of social services takes them. My children have jobs and bank accounts they used those same ID cards to open them. On the employment verification tax form you can check off tribal ID. I highly suggest you do your research on trib

I love this place, first time donating today, staff was nice, helpful and friendly and even rushed to my side to assist me when I almost passed out! I was scared and they were there to call me down! Also the review about bringing in a gun has to be a JOKE! You're NOT A REAL MAN if you have to bring a gun to donate plasma? What a ??lol trying to compensate for something much?

The place is always understaffed so plan to be in lines for a while before you even get hooked up. The staff is friendly even w the pressure of being short staffed. Joe and Anthony on the floor is the best. If you have tricky veins ask for Joe. He has been able to find and stick mine w no pain or digging around w the needle.

Really great experience couldn't donate because I passed out but the staff was absolutely attentive to me, the male doctor and the nurse MJ are wonderful and they consoled my girl when she was upset. Don't understand why one reviewer was mad cuz he couldn't have a gun at a plasma donation? They have security? What next preschools? Lol anyway thank you csl and the chill staff and the emt doctors!

They are a bunch of bloodthirsty vampires The staff is not very well staff or trained. They brush my arm 3 times in a 2 week period. And they said it was my felt. They treat u as u where low in intelligence. I was defeard for 55 days. When I asked why they couldn't give me a good reason. Stay away from these people

The first time was a very lo ng wait. I did all the extra things new folks are directed to do. Then was told to sit down in the waiting area. After using the Kiosk and answering questions you should go to line one instead of sitting in the waiting area. Was mis directed by staff and was there for 5 hours.

Place is absolutely a joke. Nobody has any idea what's going on. Asked multiple staff members for assistance and received the wrong advice twice causing me to go to the back of the line. This alone took 2 hours. At this point I left. I had been in the building for 4 hours. Do not recommend coming to this location.

The staff is so friendly! They make the whole process faster then what it really is just by there personality. This Center is so great everyone should donate here. Plus why not get paid for helping save lives! Extra money!

Horrible long wait, unfriendly staff, popped my veins then blamed me for it. Have to wait for an hour to see the nurse if you get sent back for a bruise they caused. Do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I have been donating since July. The facility is very clean. The staff is outstanding. I've had a good experience each and every time I go. I highly recommend NF CSL to all my friends snd family. Thank you to all the staff.

Been going to the CSL plasma center for almost a year since the opening in Niagara Falls NY. Staff always kind and friendly. Always. Know everyone on a fist name basis. An in and out process and the staff helps u to feel comfortable. Really a warm and welcoming feeling whenever I go to the Plasma center!!

I've donated a few times, but today I was sent to the nurse for a small bruise on my arm, waited an entire hour to be seen and lost 8 places in the line that didn't move for the entire time I was waiting for a nurse. I left before waiting another entire hour in the line. Also half the stickers pop veins, my brother and I have both had 2 vein pops each, and they blame YOU for it.

I called and asked the lady if my sister could donate being that she doesn't know good English but I was willing to translate. Lady was rude and nasty , & replied with ?um no this is an English speaking facility ? then laughed as proceeded to hang up. .

My husband has tried to give and been to their donation center 8 times and has only been allowed once. They have used every excuse available. The most recent has been that his blood pressure was too high. So he went to his doctor who gave him blood pressure medication. At that doctor's visit his blood pressure was within csl plasma range so he immediately went to csl plasma to try to donate and surprise surprise their blood pressure machine said that his blood pressure was 15 points higher than the doctor's

They gotta up the pay who wants to get 45 bucks when they sell your pint of plasma for 2,000, other than them just hiring anyone off the street it's pretty good

I had a good experience minus the very end when the machine gives you the saline solution and it is freezing cold and hurts more than any part of the process. I am not sure why it isn't warmed before given to you.

I had set up a new patient appointment on the app and I go there and they tell me that they don't have the staff to do the new patient stuff and they told me to try on another day but said there's always a chance of not enough staff

It was my first time the place is very clean the staff are wonderfully and helpful

Always great service. Easy money twice a week. Love when they do vitals and protein check in one stop. Time consuming and annoying to stand in multiple lines.

This csl is cool & the entire staff with personal & friendly definitely will return

The experience is very good the people there are very nice and the extra money sure helps

VERY Anti-2nd amendment. Manager gets upset if you even bring up their no weapons sign. Call the police if you ask why wouldn't you want legal carriers to protect you IF something happened. Staff act as they are working downtown Niagara Falls.

Very clean professional and friendly staff and facility

Very clean and nice place workers are very friendly and do a great job

Phones been off hook for the past week at this location what's going on ??

Great service, great people! Don't let the NRA guy below steer you astray \/
