CSL Plasma North Miami, FL

I have to say this is been the worst experience I've had dealing with plasma donation centers in South Florida. I came here to CLS looking to get registered so I can donate on a regular basis at their Wilton Manors location. I came to this North Miami location out of convenience. And unfortunately this has been an awful experience. After spending 2 hours going through all of the registration . Then blood screening and off to a nurse practitioner The nurse practitioner doesn't know how to spell nurse let alo

First time today! The process was straightforward and simple and I felt very comfortable with all the intake information as a new donor. I was thoroughly informed from beginning to end throughout my first plasma donation. I highly recommend CSL Plasma North Miami!

Wait here over 2 hours! The manager walks around not doing anything just laughing with the security guard. They told me to sit down and wait until my name is called I was patient and waited over an hour no one called my name! I finally said something and the lady said for me to go in the physical room and she will be right with me I went in the room finally and she never comes! This place is a JOKE! So unprofessional everyone that works here!

Don't go here customer service is non existent. They don't care about the people that come into the door. All of them are unprofessional and severely under qualified. Incompetence is the tip of the ice burger. Rotating "policies" they decide when they want to apply them or not. Telling me to go to another location.

I have been donating since December 2023 I have never had any sort of issues with my piercing. The very same piercing i had for years before donating. The nurse Adrian accused me of lying on the questionnaire saying I didnt report a new piercing. Then the report i saw stated it was open and not closed. I went today for my weekly donation, in a good mood, and during my brief physical examination to verify my eligibility as a donor I was attended by Ashley, and during this examination she was rude, disorganized and dispersed, asking me about things she supposed to know like if she took my blood pressure or not, and it happened an incident during this process with another donor and instead of focusing in my exam she decided to deal with the commotion instead of leaving the situation to the security guard. I wish I could give zero stars!! Employees forget about you leave you waiting for 1 hour for no reason. Then you finish donating and the people are too busy chatting so they leave you connected an extra 15 to 20 minutes. This place is terrible! I wish they had another closer to me! Do better people!!!

Today, I edit my rating from 6 months ago because of my recent experience when I try to bring them 2 referals. They told one of my guys that he is deffered until he bring a proof of address like electric bill but it has to be PDF. a week later he came with the PDF and then they say "we can't accept that because it has to be printed". I've been donating at both Octa and CSL for 4 years now. CSL has always been better. This location has newer machines as well which makes the process a litter quicker. I've seen the reviews on wait times and I get it. But if you go during a peak time there's going to be a wait. And people complaining about 1 or 2 hours, if you're already making $25 an hour at your current job then maybe, but considering... The main issue for me is the disconnect times. Awful experience lately. There's two screeners that in 2 ocassions defered me for ?cloudy plasma? saying i ate a lot of fat food. With the other screeners, this never happens in the 278 donations I had up-to-date, but what is even more deco aging, and this motivating is the attitude of the manager. This is the WORST CSL plasma ever. They have no one in the front so if you're a first time donor you wouldn't know where to go. They don't care how long they take and how long you wait. You have to constantly look for someone to help you to figure out what to do. The security guards are more help than the actual CSL plasma workers. The Miramar location is better just cus north Miami is closer to you don't mess up your day going to this bs

I've been going to this location for roughly 4 months and the only issue I've ever had was the long lines waiting to be screened. Every employee has always treated me like family. The sticks are perfect, they always check on me and make sure everything is good, ALWAYS friendly no matter the circumstances. I definitely would recommend this location to ANYONE. Be respectful and that's what you get in return.

Location used to be good when they first open / now you encounter certain zoo individuals playing loud trap music & Vaping while in lane . I only donate twice a year for the new donor fees. I don't recommend this uncivilized place at all .

This place sucks, standing in line for over an hour waiting for them to get a delivery of bottles and etc. Do not come here. Any where is better than here. Whoever does the inventory here should be fired. Always long lines. Employees not focusing on their jobs. Employees act like it's a privilege to donate here.

It was my first time donating and it was a smooth process took about two hours. The ladies were all nice. When I felt lightheaded during the donation process everyone was very attentive and made me feel better. I also received the money instantly.

The staff tend to be rather casual and they talk amongst themselves quite a lot, however, they're all friendly and know what they're doing. The place is rather clean and well-kept. I've had issues giving plasma a few times here, and while the staff have helped me sort it out, it definitely marred my opinion on CSL Plasma as a whole

Well the first time I went to donate plasma I went through the process and when it was time to take my vitals my blood pressure was a little high so the older black lady with the glasses advised me to go have a seat for 15 minutes and then return so they can check it again. So while I'm in the waiting area she comes to me and tells me don't you know how to tell time I told you 15 minutes I said excuse me if you know time it's obviously not been 15 minutes yet. My boyfriend comes here and I go to Ives Dairy. The crowd that goes to North Miami is undesirable and the staff is unprofessional with tattoos exposed all over the place and speaking in slang. I went for my first time on Memorial day. I didn't expect them to be open on a holiday, but they were.. and all of the staff were professional and attentive. I was a little apprehensive at first, but everything went smoothly and I was able to donate without any problems.. and the pay was immediately right after.. no problems with that either!! I've been donating here about a year now the real good nurse's all left this place due to poor management. They stopped the in center promotions months ago I think it was an inside thing. They barely have water or snacks for us. Half of the new nurses don't know how to find your veins. The crazy part is how you have to wait almost 2hrs before getting in the donating chair just for $50, I feel they should up the payments more for those who have been donating for a long time now

This is a terrible donation center with very long lines. The staff work slowly, breaking procedures, and to donate plasma, you have to spend 2-3 hours, most of which is spent waiting in line. This kills any motivation to help people and participate in this donation center.

All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is always clean. The process is fast and easy. They offer great extra reward raffles. They usually always have little bottles of water and sandwich crackers free of charge for either before or after you donate. This is by far the best plasma donating facility I've ever been to.

I wish I could actually give this place a one star. I spent approximately 3 hours within the whole process of waiting giving them my information building a profile and then at the time when I sat down to actually donate the staff advised me that my veins were not good enough to donate. CSL has treated me ugly. The staff at the branch in North Miami are nice. I referred someone. I followed the rules posted. I went as high as a supervisor at corporate to collect payment and they continued to come up with rules that are not posted. They won't pay out. Their integrity is garbage. I've donated there 176 times, I help on the construction crew to build the center in north Miami and they still wouldn't pay. Not recommended... Hello, My name is Nehemiah Brock and I've been coming to CSL plasma in north Miami for some time now and when I come I always have a pleasant experience But there are a few people that stands out from the rest and one in particular is Ms. Gaby!! I always have a easy intake with her always in great spirits and almost if not all the time she have a smile!! She's great!!

1-3 hour wait for 50-65 dollars. 1-2 hour wait in line. You wait 20-40min just to get stuck. Let a new patient comes your getting skipped. Expect to wait 4 hours for barely any money to keep you float. Understaff so bad it's not even funny. You're better off selling your blood. Go to other location this place is bad now and the wait is too long for the little money you get.

One of the most unprofessional service I had in years a older Haitian lady will leave you waiting for hours while she will walk around talking and laughing if it wasn't for a other employee who noticed I would have waited 2 hours just to check my blood pressure

Many of the staff are very rude and unprofessional, especially the ones in the front checkin area. There are some good workers there who actually care about their patients. However one particular incident occurred when my pulse was too high. I simply asked if we can try again. She stated that already tried twice, and I replied that she only tried once. For a place that exploits those with poor income, they are completely not understanding of the fact that some people must walk in the sun to reach their location. When the only person that can smell you is the woman that has to lean in and pull up your shirt sleeve, it's unfair. Do not come here, try another plasma location, there are other issues with overly strict workers.

Sunday i went to csl plasma and i had a great experience . I love coming here because the staff are always happy and ready to work. one of the receptionist name Gaby She took good care of me in the front and was very patient helped Me with the csl plasma app i love this location clean and great staff and i never have a problem with the phlebotomist they Made me feel like i was in good hands this has to be the best center i give this center a 10/10

Nice, clean, fast service. However, I've learned to document the results of my vital signs. Although the numbers will accurately show, they tend to manually insert different numbers. The ethics of the workers sucks.

First the staff isn't the friendliest only a few. Then they have a bunch of beds but more than half of them don't have a machine so what's the point. The lack of machines means it's extra wait time for a bed to free and while waiting an hour(mind you the line wasn't long) new donors get to skip so it made the wait even longer longer. Then they have the nerve to charge for those cheap headphones like for how much these companies make off a single donation they should be a courtesy.

Takes over 2 hours to finishing the screening , no one knows how to do their job . They make up rules as they go . They spend so much time moving you around that their own computer logs them out and have to restart . No one?s coordinated . Horrible service . Don't recommend returning . terrible service !!!, I don't speak English and Spanish well, if you speak other languages, then you can't get plasma because they don't have a translator and you can't use a telephone translator. This is discrimination against other nationalities!!! They should provide information in all languages or have online translators !
