I have to say this is been the worst experience I've had dealing with plasma donation centers in South Florida. I came here to CLS looking to get registered so I can donate on a regular basis at their Wilton Manors location. I came to this North Miami location out of convenience. And unfortunately this has been an awful experience. After spending 2 hours going through all of the registration . Then blood screening and off to a nurse practitioner The nurse practitioner doesn't know how to spell nurse let alo
First time today! The process was straightforward and simple and I felt very comfortable with all the intake information as a new donor. I was thoroughly informed from beginning to end throughout my first plasma donation. I highly recommend CSL Plasma North Miami!
Wait here over 2 hours! The manager walks around not doing anything just laughing with the security guard. They told me to sit down and wait until my name is called I was patient and waited over an hour no one called my name! I finally said something and the lady said for me to go in the physical room and she will be right with me I went in the room finally and she never comes! This place is a JOKE! So unprofessional everyone that works here!
Wawa, Ruthie, Tierra, Shawn, Thania, Amanda, Emma, Natali, Maria, Juhnia, Elie, Melina, Larry, and Rochter are exemplary employees & they all deserve a raise!!! Every time I donate they make it a wonderful experience!!! Much love ??
Don't go here customer service is non existent. They don't care about the people that come into the door. All of them are unprofessional and severely under qualified. Incompetence is the tip of the ice burger. Rotating "policies" they decide when they want to apply them or not. Telling me to go to another location.
I have been donating since December 2023 I have never had any sort of issues with my piercing. The very same piercing i had for years before donating. The nurse Adrian accused me of lying on the questionnaire saying I didnt report a new piercing. Then the report i saw stated it was open and not closed. I have 3 piercings currently open and 1 is closed. Then the manager tried to say it was my tattoos that were a problem. These people are very disorganized because how does an employee mistake cause me to be p
I went today for my weekly donation, in a good mood, and during my brief physical examination to verify my eligibility as a donor I was attended by Ashley, and during this examination she was rude, disorganized and dispersed, asking me about things she supposed to know like if she took my blood pressure or not, and it happened an incident during this process with another donor and instead of focusing in my exam she decided to deal with the commotion instead of leaving the situation to the security guard. I
I wish I could give zero stars!! Employees forget about you leave you waiting for 1 hour for no reason. Then you finish donating and the people are too busy chatting so they leave you connected an extra 15 to 20 minutes. This place is terrible! I wish they had another closer to me! Do better people!!!
I have been donating for a while now I love this center and there is a few people I would love to recognize Ms.Quana in the front she is always working seems like she never off also Brian , And shots out to Ms.Tee & Amanda there are so nice!!
He is exceptionally skilled at his work, consistently delivering results with precision and professionalism. You can always count on him to get the job done right!
Today, I edit my rating from 6 months ago because of my recent experience when I try to bring them 2 referals. They told one of my guys that he is deffered until he bring a proof of address like electric bill but it has to be PDF. a week later he came with the PDF and then they say "we can't accept that because it has to be printed". I"m like, a PDF is an electronic format. HOw can you bring a PDF printed. So they did not let him donate. Before that I bring another referal, they turned him down because the
I've been donating at both Octa and CSL for 4 years now. CSL has always been better. This location has newer machines as well which makes the process a litter quicker. I've seen the reviews on wait times and I get it. But if you go during a peak time there's going to be a wait. And people complaining about 1 or 2 hours, if you're already making $25 an hour at your current job then maybe, but considering... The main issue for me is the disconnect times. But other than that it's been great supplental income f
Awful experience lately. There's two screeners that in 2 ocassions defered me for ?cloudy plasma? saying i ate a lot of fat food. With the other screeners, this never happens in the 278 donations I had up-to-date, but what is even more deco aging, and this motivating is the attitude of the manager. He comes with a very snappy attitude and simply states ?if u are defer that's it you are done for the day? . I can understand in this place is hard to handle customer service especially because there's a lot of g
Best people. Very friendly and professional. Melina was very gentle and nice. I love everyone here ??
Worst center to go donate. This center needs better training. The reps have no idea what they are doing here. They messed up on my name more than 3 times . I always have an issue here. The whole staff needs to get fired !!
This is the WORST CSL plasma ever. They have no one in the front so if you're a first time donor you wouldn't know where to go. They don't care how long they take and how long you wait. You have to constantly look for someone to help you to figure out what to do. The security guards are more help than the actual CSL plasma workers. The Miramar location is better just cus north Miami is closer to you don't mess up your day going to this bs
incredibly attentive and responsive staff. wait times have improved. overall very positive experience coming here twice a week
I've been going to this location for roughly 4 months and the only issue I've ever had was the long lines waiting to be screened. Every employee has always treated me like family. The sticks are perfect, they always check on me and make sure everything is good, ALWAYS friendly no matter the circumstances. I definitely would recommend this location to ANYONE. Be respectful and that's what you get in return.
Helping others to be able to save there life is a win for me my experience has been great ????
Came in for the first time and I was attended fast and thanks JEN BAEZ AND MARIA MARTINEZ WERE GREAT WILL BE BACK
This experience hasn't been easy for me, but having people like Susana and the lovely Colombian by my side made all the difference. Their kindness, warmth, and sweetness truly made me want to return. I'm incredibly grateful for their services and support.
Location used to be good when they first open / now you encounter certain zoo individuals playing loud trap music & Vaping while in lane . I only donate twice a year for the new donor fees. I don't recommend this uncivilized place at all .
Sucks sucks suuuucks. Lack of workers, way to slow in this location. The beds are practically almost always empty. The place is always packed for no reason really when there should be a stable flow within the building. I'll tell you what tho , the one in Ives dairy road is so much faster
Going to North Miami plasma center is a wonderful experience the staff is very attentive and nice all the time.
Friendly personnel. Clean environment. Time frame for the process is reasonable.
If this place were a little bit more professional, there would genuinely be a manager there to keep it all in order, and make sure people actually work. I've been to this place more than three times already and each time I see the same people running amok. Out of all the girls I see the biggest Problems are the two black girls with glasses at front desk. One old and one young. They both have the biggest attitude and run their mouth as if they're not at work, talking to each other about their personal lives,
I'm absolutely flabbergasted by the way 2 of the MSA women (Tiffany and Glenda) treated me today for my 6 month check up very rude and unprofessional not to mention taking their job description to a whole new level of THINKING that they are Doctors when actually they are NOT! I Have been a CSL client for many years and NEVER have I been treated so horribly. I hope that my complaint against the 2 woman that treated me very unprofessionally gets addressed so that no other Person has to go through what I wen
CSL plasma on ne 6 ave is the best csl.
This place sucks, standing in line for over an hour waiting for them to get a delivery of bottles and etc. Do not come here. Any where is better than here. Whoever does the inventory here should be fired. Always long lines. Employees not focusing on their jobs. Employees act like it's a privilege to donate here.
It was my first time donating and it was a smooth process took about two hours. The ladies were all nice. When I felt lightheaded during the donation process everyone was very attentive and made me feel better. I also received the money instantly.
My experience was bad too many young women working there acting like children with their stupid attitute, rude and very unprofessional. The staff are very slow on working having people waiting in line for a long time because they to busy talking and gossiping among each other. That one old rusty black lady working there you can't miss her she's the only old rusty person there and not only she just mean she's very very disrespectful, rude, loud, stink attitude, and very unprofessional IMA have to pick anothe
The staff tend to be rather casual and they talk amongst themselves quite a lot, however, they're all friendly and know what they're doing. The place is rather clean and well-kept. I've had issues giving plasma a few times here, and while the staff have helped me sort it out, it definitely marred my opinion on CSL Plasma as a whole
Best location hands down s/o to Eddie very experienced phlebotomist.... 2025 CSL
Well the first time I went to donate plasma I went through the process and when it was time to take my vitals my blood pressure was a little high so the older black lady with the glasses advised me to go have a seat for 15 minutes and then return so they can check it again. So while I'm in the waiting area she comes to me and tells me don't you know how to tell time I told you 15 minutes I said excuse me if you know time it's obviously not been 15 minutes yet. I still waited in the waiting area until my 15
Friendly staff, quick donation, and almost painless. Great job ??
My boyfriend comes here and I go to Ives Dairy. The crowd that goes to North Miami is undesirable and the staff is unprofessional with tattoos exposed all over the place and speaking in slang. On top of everything a good portion of the donors were high on something and they let them go through and my partner was deferred because of a bump on the skin even the Ives dairy location would clear him after he brought a doctors and ER report. Finally, I love hip hop but there is a time and place for everything but
Great staff. I really recommend it
I had a small infiltration of a vein which was done in the sterile environment of the hospital and caused a sterile abscess and bruising on my left arm and they effectively blacklisted me and won't work with me. I'm pretty sure the doctor was almost trying to make insinuations I was doing drugs myself. The nursing staff I saw obviously wanted to be able to help me, but aside from those two employees, no one knew any of their processes or paperwork procedures. The doctor refuses to see me and today when I wen
I am a CSL donating and I've been coming here for years and today I have experienced the rudest staff. I came in and was greeted by gaby came in a checked to see why I was there she was kind and pleasant. So she told me to wait and pull my id out. Which I did. I seen a worker talking to someone I was with. I tried to ask her about the referral program but before I could ask (the receptionist) Breidy response was straight attitude. So I went and sat down. She went and got another worker( which ended up being
I went for my first time on Memorial day. I didn't expect them to be open on a holiday, but they were.. and all of the staff were professional and attentive. I was a little apprehensive at first, but everything went smoothly and I was able to donate without any problems.. and the pay was immediately right after.. no problems with that either!! I will be returning again.
I've been donating here about a year now the real good nurse's all left this place due to poor management. They stopped the in center promotions months ago I think it was an inside thing. They barely have water or snacks for us. Half of the new nurses don't know how to find your veins. The crazy part is how you have to wait almost 2hrs before getting in the donating chair just for $50, I feel they should up the payments more for those who have been donating for a long time now
This is a terrible donation center with very long lines. The staff work slowly, breaking procedures, and to donate plasma, you have to spend 2-3 hours, most of which is spent waiting in line. This kills any motivation to help people and participate in this donation center.
All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is always clean. The process is fast and easy. They offer great extra reward raffles. They usually always have little bottles of water and sandwich crackers free of charge for either before or after you donate. This is by far the best plasma donating facility I've ever been to.
I wish I could actually give this place a one star. I spent approximately 3 hours within the whole process of waiting giving them my information building a profile and then at the time when I sat down to actually donate the staff advised me that my veins were not good enough to donate. I strongly believe that the staff did not want to deal with new donators since I was a first time donator at the center the staff inside actually requested not to take anyone new so therefore I believe that they just did not
Good quick service and friendlt staff!
CSL has treated me ugly. The staff at the branch in North Miami are nice. I referred someone. I followed the rules posted. I went as high as a supervisor at corporate to collect payment and they continued to come up with rules that are not posted. They won't pay out. Their integrity is garbage. I've donated there 176 times, I help on the construction crew to build the center in north Miami and they still wouldn't pay. Not recommended... I'm going to be very honest from the heart "and the blood". It makes
Hello, My name is Nehemiah Brock and I've been coming to CSL plasma in north Miami for some time now and when I come I always have a pleasant experience But there are a few people that stands out from the rest and one in particular is Ms. Gaby!! I always have a easy intake with her always in great spirits and almost if not all the time she have a smile!! She's great!!
1-3 hour wait for 50-65 dollars. 1-2 hour wait in line. You wait 20-40min just to get stuck. Let a new patient comes your getting skipped. Expect to wait 4 hours for barely any money to keep you float. Understaff so bad it's not even funny. You're better off selling your blood. Go to other location this place is bad now and the wait is too long for the little money you get.
One of the most unprofessional service I had in years a older Haitian lady will leave you waiting for hours while she will walk around talking and laughing if it wasn't for a other employee who noticed I would have waited 2 hours just to check my blood pressure
This the worst place ever. The staff are very rude and them security thinks people are there to steal or committing a crime the way they look at people ??. Like for real bro if someone wanted to do something illegal I don't think that's the place .that's a plasma donation center not a bank . SMH worst place and the people on the back don't know how to stick the sharanch the right way I use to come home with brushes it looked disgusting I use to feel ashamed because any body probably thinks is drugs . Worst
Many of the staff are very rude and unprofessional, especially the ones in the front checkin area. There are some good workers there who actually care about their patients. However one particular incident occurred when my pulse was too high. I simply asked if we can try again. She stated that already tried twice, and I replied that she only tried once. This is where things take a turn. With the ugliest attitude, she states "No, you tried once with him (another male tech), and once with me, try again tomorro
They never answer the phone .some of the employees are very rude. But other then that it's a good way to make extra cash and catch up on some movies I've made 16,500 in 2 years of donating at csl plasma but if u go to the one on ives dairy very nice people.
CPL is okay. I've been donating for a year. Stay on it and save whatever you can.
Janae that works here as a very professional and very friendly outgoing person she makes you feel comfortable and loved I was here one day when the young lady got sick she was the first one to rush and aid her and was able to help her and make her feel more comfortable and she was very great so I'm giving reviews on miss your name very very very very very very great employee that CSL
For a place that exploits those with poor income, they are completely not understanding of the fact that some people must walk in the sun to reach their location. When the only person that can smell you is the woman that has to lean in and pull up your shirt sleeve, it's unfair. Do not come here, try another plasma location, there are other issues with overly strict workers.
Sunday i went to csl plasma and i had a great experience . I love coming here because the staff are always happy and ready to work. one of the receptionist name Gaby She took good care of me in the front and was very patient helped Me with the csl plasma app i love this location clean and great staff and i never have a problem with the phlebotomist they Made me feel like i was in good hands this has to be the best center i give this center a 10/10
Nice, clean, fast service. However, I've learned to document the results of my vital signs. Although the numbers will accurately show, they tend to manually insert different numbers. The ethics of the workers sucks.
First the staff isn't the friendliest only a few. Then they have a bunch of beds but more than half of them don't have a machine so what's the point. The lack of machines means it's extra wait time for a bed to free and while waiting an hour(mind you the line wasn't long) new donors get to skip so it made the wait even longer longer. Then they have the nerve to charge for those cheap headphones like for how much these companies make off a single donation they should be a courtesy.
I've been here couple of times already, the front desk staff need a little more professionalism, the security guard there doesn't do much but just gossip about everyone or saying comments to people who walk in, very random and just awkward one of the girls in the front was nice and helped me through the whole thing and the nurse was nice
Ppl here don't give af...I was here for over 3 hours
Gabby was in the back talking chilling all the computers were crashing I was there for 3 HOURS! Didn't get anything done and got denied over a piercing that I don't even have and they could?ve told me about 3 HOURS AGO . This place is terribly ran and very unprofessional I'm never coming back and I recommend you DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Zero Customer Service. Who's answering phones?
Good place good people good money
The staff is great and very helpful here
3 stars for always being short-staffed which often leads to very long wait times both in screening and on the floor. Everything else seems to be good.
Staff is very nice. They explained everything step by step. Overall, great experience. I would recommend donating here.
Excellent service every time I go to that location ; I highly recommend it shout-out to Lawrence and Judith for being very professional and attentive, it was a very smooth process getting my vital check, the entire staff is on top of their game
Diamond and Judith in the donor area made my donation as pleasant as it could be. She fixed my needle ?? when it was not flowing and I didn't feel any discomfort at. Thank you Diamond ?? and Judith
Great place doing great things.
Takes over 2 hours to finishing the screening , no one knows how to do their job . They make up rules as they go . They spend so much time moving you around that their own computer logs them out and have to restart . No one?s coordinated . Horrible service . Don't recommend returning . If I could put Zero stars I would !!!!
Employees were very friendly and professional with smiles facility was very clean and organized
Staff is very professional, and friendly
I've been coming here since they opened awesome service Ms.Nesta is one of the best employees there always helping donors and going out of her way to provide great services and goes above and beyond in her job one of the main reasons I come along with Zenna and Judith top nurses there ??
This CSL cent is a disappointment.. staff are very unprofessional they do more talking among themselves than actual work .. other center?s employees have name tags these people here doesn't and a few of them here are very rude
tshaya and the front staff are amazing and kind made my experience very easygoing and explained the flow of the process of donations. Will be recommending friends and family to this location
A Great location with a pretty energetic and supportive staff. they make sure everyone is taken care of, double check the machines, and if it concern comes they will let you know
I must say that the young lady ZINA is the best...when ever I come I ask for her , she knows how to put the needle in your vein...I don't feel it at all....Thanks ZINA .
Jenn dawg Gret people
terrible service !!!, I don't speak English and Spanish well, if you speak other languages, then you can't get plasma because they don't have a translator and you can't use a telephone translator. This is discrimination against other nationalities!!! They should provide information in all languages or have online translators !
kind personal and quick service.
I believe that the staff commited an illegal act towards me. They Discriminated me the two times I visited the location .
Please clean your parking lot and surroundings areas look at the pictures
This used to be the spot until they fired Julie for no reason management just want to sit in the office and do nothing but dictate now this place went down the drain yeah plus all the workers who quit I see why the employees don't care no more
Fast and safe place to go everyone is nice and helpful fast and clean. One of the best place to go donate.
Great location very clean and safe. A pleasant and friendly staff. Thumbs from me. Thanks
Employees Friendly and Professional.
Best place I know of to donate
First time donating and everyone was informative, kind, and friendly. I was there for about 3 hours.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
