55 minutes in line. I don't usually come in the mornings I didn't realize the line takes that long it wasn't even that long. Employees that seem to just get up and leave. If I did that where I work it would probably be my last day. I may switch centers too. I understand it's a donation but 40 and 50 dollars is not even worth the 2 hours of my morning. I know csl is not the only center around. Some employees are great though. Edit 3/15/25 I wound up switching to biolife a couple weeks ago because the pay sy

I was calling to get some information and the young lady that I was speaking to, on the phone, decided to be rude and disrespectful to me. I called this morning 06/25/2025 around 9:15 a.m. It's been just over six months since I've donated at this center and so I completely understand that I have to go through the whole process again. That's not what the issue was. As I was giving her an explanation for something, which I believe was superfluous, she proceeded to tell me that I didn't owe her an explanatio

I had a very bad experience today. I was experiencing dizziness and sweating and was ignored. I got yelled at by one of the ladies because she said someone else was done and needed to be taken off the machine. This can be potentially very dangerous, I could have passed out with a needle in my arm. Please be more mindful about who you hire and make sure they have the patients best interest in mind.

There is a handful of employees that are the best at this location but then you have the one who pretty much messes up the experience for all..her name is Lana..she claims she works there but was in street clothes ready to donate herself when she made a big scene claiming that I was on my phone which I was listening to a voicemail from a phone call I had just missed. She jumped out of her seat and turned off my machine. She left and never came back. Weird altercation. I did talk to the manager she said she?

Would have given them 5 stars but the wait can be pretty long due to understaffing. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes with only 3 people in front of you. They usually only have 1 person checking vitals and it holds the process up.

You will NEVER receive all the money they promise... They load a debit card that charges u everytime u use it. It is a way for big companies to steal from poor people... The staff is nice thou

Come here if you want to get nerve damage from rude women. Every time I tell them to be careful but they seem to take it as an insult. Not hey, I have hard to hit veins that you guys have messed it up before. I have shooting pains up both my arms from the last two donations. They dig not poke. Usually been a painless process I've donated a dozen times before and had problems twice but I'm sitting at work just typing with needles shooting up my arms. I'm hoping this doesn't get worse or I'll have to see an a

This is by far the best CSL location. The staff is very hard working, fast, and friendly. Meridian M is a stand out team lead! Even when crowded they work as a team to get people in and out quickly

I've donated at every plasma center in the area. Recently, I made the mistake of going to Bio Life. CSL is faster and friendlier. They are better staffed with up to date fast machines. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I have been threatened by their clientele directly in front of security, and nothing was done, but I don't want to blame them for the actions of their clients. Go to CSL they are the fastest and friendliest center in the area.

I love coming here. Great customer service and professional! Especially from Miracle, fantastic phlebotomist Really knows what's she's doing! Very hard working girls overall. Kudos to, Paradise & Ashanti! Great hustlers! Medical, is great as well I was checked in to another facility (left due to the lack of hustle to try and get patients out in a timely manor) aka Aurora CSL? & he helped me out with getting out their Que and into Thornton. I've had nothing but good experiences Here

I will not be going back, I went there and the process started smoothly but then we hit a little hiccup, I then was told by someone 3 different times that someone would be with me shortly (waiting 20 min before asking again) I sat there for an hour and a half doing nothing at all, I will be going to biolife plasma down the road. I didn't end up donating plasma here because I waited to long for nothing

The staff here are outstanding! I've have donated at other CSL facilities and this one is the best. The staff is fast and quick. They don't ever stand around and talk or ever walk at a normal pace. They are very organized and appear on task. I've always been greeted with a smile and "Hi Traci, how is your day going so far?" They genuinely care enough to use my name as I sit down to get my finger pricked and all the things they need to do. I won't go anywhere else. The staff here are truly a good group of wo

I have come multiple days in a row, and after waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes they finally come and help me and they keep saying "come back tomorrow we aren't taking new patients". If you aren't taking new patients, you should update the website as this has been nothing but a huge waste of time. They took forever to great me after walking in just to say they aren't going to take me since I'm a new patient.

The nurses/staff here were top notch- everyone was just so incredibly sweet and helpful, like they all went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable, and were understanding the whole process. The security guard at the front was especially nice, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had! If you're donating plasma, I definitely recommend this place.

Terrible place to donate would not recommend only if you like to be disrespected Treated very rudely all the time. The people that were here hate their job. All they do is complain all the time about their manager. Getting the shifts wrong with the amount of employees that they need. Constantly hearing employees complain. Also went to donate one day. They put the needle incorrectly in my arm causing it to squirt blood everywhere. Every time i've been in i've heard employees complaining about their job. Do n

Vitals check points shouldn't be a sit and chat with friends between the staff and donors. I have been waiting in line at the check point for over 20 minutes while there's 2 employees Checking people in and the lady at one booth 1 has been chatting with donors for over 10 minutes EVERY TIME I?VE CAME IN SAME LADY!

I was in the pain the whole time. They don't know how to put a needle in someone. I heard you don't have to have a phlebotomy degreee to work here, They need to have phlebotomy degrees to work here cause they're just putting ppl in pain.

Ok well I wanna know why this place is only giving Referral bonuses to certain people, I referred to different.People went with both people and was told that they're not giving referral bonuses at that location yet.I went just day before yesterday and I gave a bonus referral to someone else.So yes I am talking to my lawyer and we will be suing c s l plasma

From my experience, they carelessly poke you, then have horrible attitudes when the keeps going off. Like you're bothering them. The ladies are just angry. They must not be getting paid enough, hate the job, don't know but you can feel their energy.

This location is decently clean and the workers keep a quick and attentive pace, which makes the donation process much less stressful. I usually have an average to above average experience when it comes to customer service here, they are approachable and friendly, and are thorough with their processes. I specifically want to note that I had a physical at this location, and the nurse made the effort at the end of my physical to wipe down everything and change gloves/mask, showing it's clean for the next per

Been coming here for about 3months now and I've had a couple of negative experiences but outside of those it's been good. Those experiences have been due to a couple of rude floor staff while donating. I only use Jennifer because ive had very positive donations with her doing My needle sticks. I bruise easily so ask For her because she is a long time employee and does a good job getting it in the first time. A couple of other employees didn't like when I asked for Jennifer. Gave me dirty looks and was talki

I went for my second donation today my experience has been really good. The place is nice and clean. The staff is friendly I especially had a great experience with Tamia. She did my very initial intake she was very friendly and engaging. I really did not have to wait long either day I am happy with my experience especially when they poked me for the blood draw they got it on the first try both times! I didn't even feel it ??.

I absolutely love this place the staff is always so kind and helpful and do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible I highly recommend this place if you are trying to make extra cash and help out other! Also the facility gives out free snacks and water along with being super clean and friendly to the donors ! I enjoy my time donating just maks sure to bring a book or your phone with headphones to help make the time go by quickly! The staff is so friendly and helpful I frequently come here to do

This place has a terrible way of treating the people that donate and they have a constant way of making the people donating feel targeted. The manager at this location is not helpful and very argumentative.

Will be submitting a report to the BBB as well as this review. DO NOT GO HERE , if you value your medical health. Going to a real doctor tomorrow evaluate this blood clot I left their office with. The bruise they gave me my first two trips is the picture. Will upload another of my right arm which they harmed today, when I can remove the bandage to see how much damage they caused today. Made it to the 3rd donation. Upon arriving for the third one I had a tiny bruise on my left arm , where they had put the n

Very rude staff chantell the lady at the front desk refused to let me finish signing up to donate (I'm a returning doner) because apparently I watched the video to quickly she said you're not allowed to speed up the talking on the video even though it is allowed as an Option (and you can follow along with subtitles) and there is no way to even skip any parts of the video that feature is disabled so essentially she Wasted 15 minutes of my time just to tell me I had to rewatch the video as if I haven't been

They turn away people with good hygiene. Didn't know my job is the problem for me being able to donate . So to u mmj workers and customers should figure out something else

I have been donating at CLS for 5 years and they are slow and inefficient by design it seems. Understaffed and they claim to value your time but essentially bottle necks their operation by understaffing their establishment forcing donors to wait in line for hours. Last time I was here I was surprised they were actually dead but the nurse kept telling the 3 people in the waiting area that she was the only one there when it wasn't even busy. She stopped in between each donor and took a break. When I realized

Today was one of the busiest time seen at this center. Yet the crew handled it with professional ethics. Been donating for over 20yrs and I'm telling you, you have a top notch crew here. Very impressive, from the booths to the beds. 100% Thank CSL Northglenn!

Do I have been going to this center many years and the people are always the best. But I have to say that the new girl Toni is by far one of the best additions to that placeo have ever experienced!!!!! She is a ball of sunshine and smiles that infect everyone around her! She has now bevome my favorite and she deserves a raise!!!!

The process took a good while but since I was a new donor, that's no problem. Duncan was awesome and made the day a bit better and go more smoothly. He worked hard and dealt with a few stressful people but kept his cool and was very polite and we both got through the day together!

Absolutely LOVE this location. Sometimes you hit a busy day, and it's slower. But great customer service, quicker donations. Helpful all around and easy to use app. With great rewards, bonuses etc. Has been worth it for me, thank you all at CSL. ?? I appreciate your efforts and hard work !!

Do not go here!!! They will pay you less for a multitude of reasons , don't honor referrals and pay less than Grifols!! Staff is nice but the company is some thieves

Great location and staff. Always very fast compared to other places I have been. There are a couple staff members who like to talk gossip and crap about other employees right in front of people which is kind of off putting.

My first couple visits were pretty straight forward. Once I've gone in and the line is too long but usually it's not bad. This time however the lady (Rhi C) was rude and seemed like she was rushing to get me set up. There must have been a shift change because the lady who unhooked everything (didn't see a name tag) was sweet and gentle.

Very friendly staff, very clean place. Your first visit will be from 3 to 4 hours but you will be getting 125 the first time...175 the second...150 the third....go check these guys out if you need some extra cash flow. Once you return it should only take an hour to an hour and a half to donate. Make 1100 your first month.

I will start with the positives, the staff here is nice and it is always clean, and their machines really do work fast, so all of that is very nice. Unfortunately, this place is so understaffed expect to be waiting hours to make a donation most days. The last three times I have come in to donate I have given up and left after standing in line more than an hour waiting for intake. Often they only have one person there doing it. The last time I came in I waited in line for 45 minutes, and when I got up to int

There are currently 6 workers in the back, standing around and talking. There's1 person checking people in and the line to get checked in has a much longer waiting time than needed. It's like this almost every time. Get new management because the current one is trash. Learn how to staff properly. This is a joke.

Amazing they treat you so well. Take really good care of you.

Everyone here is so sweet, patient, and helpful despite being consistently understaffed & busy, everyone is always rocking it out and doing there best. I adore Jacki, she always makes my visits more enjoyable.

Went in today to donate approx around 11am. While waiting, there was a new donor that took it upon himself to reach around the main counter to get the alcohol wipes and took multiple wipes and sat there in front of me and wiped his face and arms.. it looked like he had not took a shower all week. No employees took notice. Gross. Management should look into this when they process new donors.

Very rude staff! Anything i asked they responded all rude like bothered! Never going back i moved to the one in Aurora and i love it everyone is nice and treats you well.

This place is always full these days. The workers have no good vibes and o yeah there a worker there name Julie, Real life Karen energy. Julie is the lady who work there who looks like the principal from the movie Matilda. You can always tell when the headmistress is in the building because of the dark cloud that sits over the CSL building when she's in attendance. I personally only go donate on clear sunny days because I hear old energy sucking bats hate sunlight.

Certainly, I can help you craft a respectful yet assertive review that communicates your dissatisfaction with the experience. Here's a draft for your consideration: --- ** A Call for Consistency and Respect in Service**An end to discrimination and unfair treatment * Dear CSL Plasma, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment following an unsettling experience at your [Location] facility on a recent Saturday morning. As a regular donor, I have always regarded [Organization Name] as a paragon o

I've only donated twice and the store employees are the worse I've ever seen. They have been making comments and staring at me about my disability. When I called to make a complaint they wouldn't let me speak or hear me out they just hung up on me. When I went into the store to talk to the manager in person she banned me from the store. It has been nothing but attitude and disrespect from everyone including the manager. When I get treated like this for wanting to help people...

I started donating a few months ago and loved it, found a great way to make some extra cash rather quickly and the staff is very polite. However, as of recently the waits have been absolutely ridiculous. Just the other day I was in line for 40min just to get my vitals checked. There have been a handful of times where I have waited for an hour to donate and end up leaving. While donating I also notice a bunch of donors who really don't try to donate in a timely manner and make it so their donation is 45min o

Very professional and thorough. Just started the process for donating plasma, the first day took about 3 hours start to finish.

TL;DR: Don't come here if you're expecting good customer service and a fully staffed donation center. The new machines they installed a few weeks ago gave me a hematoma. I came back this week to try and donate again. When I tried to sign into the kiosk, I received an error message and had to go to medical. I waited for 30 or so minutes to see someone. I was sent to medical because the record of my last donation stated I wasn't able to return my blood cells. After waiting 30 minutes for medical, I was told

I've been coming here regularly for a couple of months now, and I'm consistently impressed with the staff's competency and friendliness. It's a very demanding type of work (especially the public-facing roles) and they put up with a lot of flak from impatient/disgruntled people, but they maintain an admirable and downright enviable professional stoicism beyond normal human limitations (or at least certainly beyond mine, lol!) and get their jobs done with skill and effectiveness, which is no easy feat. The o

This location is by far the worst, I tried to call several times with no answer. Then I arrived at 6pm when they close at 7pm but have donated several times at a different location, my fingerprint wouldn't work because it expires after 6 months, so I was told it was to late and they close in 30 minutes when I asked a manager to see me she said yes then denied my physical because I didn't have 2 forms of ID after I watched the 15 minute Video for consent to donate and read the forms for a new donation so an

I love the staff here! They are doing a wonderful job!! These are some caring professionals who do the job right! Every time I go I talk about my 3 year old and my twin 1 year Olds and every single employee cares about me and my stories I feel like. And that's so important. I love making a difference with people who dedicate their time so fiercely to being positive and caring. I love coming here, no matter the wait! (Which is getting WAY better by the way!! Great job guys!! We appreciate you so much!!!) -Th

Meridian was great, providing a surprisingly painless stick, which is extremely rare for me. She, and Koko, are polite as well as efficient, and they made the visit much more enjoyable than visits to other centers I have experienced. The facility is always spotless, and the staff are always quick to share a smile, which go a long way! I highly recommend this location. Thank you guys!!!

Honestly, you get what you expect, great place, amazing staff, however definitely overworked. As long as you check to see if they're busy, the wait times aren't that bad about 1.5 - 2 hours in total. The most you can get is 125$ but that depends on your weight and how much is in the bottle when you're done. The area is a little sketch but it's always very clean and everything is done efficiently. When you're talking money per hour, I'm pretty sure you'll always atleast get 50$, that's 25 an hour, way more t

Horrible experience. However smooth process becoming a new donor but as time goes by this location became a nightmare. For one I went in and tried to donate and accidentally forgot I already donated twice in a week and was deferred for a week because their system allowed me to log in when it is suppose to stop you and inform you that you cannot donate, so now I'm deferred for a week. Then when I inform them of the mistake they could not overturn it but overturn a mans deferral ahead of me. Then stated I don

Some of the staff is rude af and uptight, and they have no clue what the hell is going on on top of that they are screwing clients over on the compensation

I am absolutely furious my first trip took 5 hours because they don't have enough staff. My second trip didn't happen yet because I showed up at 5:20 and the doors were closed. A staff member came out and said oh you must be new we close at 5. There is no signage reflecting this that could see nor did anyone tell me this during my 5 hour first visit. So please tell me how someone who works a full time job can make 2 donations a week when they are only open 8am to 5pm? Oh and there website app and all signag

this place is an atrocious fart. You wait 2 hours with a staff member looking over at the massing line with not a care in the world. Who cares if you're under staffed, it's not the donors problem. 1 star. Always has been always will be a time vampire. They should compensate way more than crumbs when they sell it for $500-$1000 a pop. Go donate elsewhere. Even with their new machines the wait time somehow got longer. Currently in line with 13 others who?ve been waiting 30+ minutes to donate when half the cha

Usually well staffed, gets busy but I've always moved through reasonably quick as long as it's not late afternoon or evening. Machines are fast and staff are competent as well as friendly.

I've been donating for a little over a year now. The staff here is amazing and don't get enough credit for the jobs they do. In particular, Jessica B, Jessie and Lola are super employees and deserve some public recognition. I go early in the morning when there's not much of a wait time. Later in the day, or evening, plan on staying awhile as its very busy and they might be short staffed. Overall, this a nice, clean, friendly place and I would highly recommend.

Honestly my biggest complaint is that there are NO CHAIRS to sit in while you wait. Considering sometimes you're there for 3 hours (no less than 1 & 1 hour would be a miracle). I have the expectation of waiting a long time when I donate.... but at least make it comfortable like other donation centers do. Makes it feel like they do not care about their donors at all. My feet & back ache by the time I'm ready to donate.

Don't bother with this location if you are a new donor. Greeley may have a slightly lower payout but no one was even at the desk. The bell rings but no one is coming.

The staff up front is always moody and complains aloud so all in line can hear and they give the line dirty looks, I understand theyre understaffed. So Management needs to step up and fix this. This place went down hill fast. Management needs to step up and fix this.

Best ever of all time. Welcome to Thornton????

People working are decent but could improve on there customer service. Lines take like 2-3 hours to finally get to donate. Otherwise not a bad place but wish the payment was better and facility was better.

Most of the staff is friendly and they know what they're doing. Wait times haven't been too long for me since I started about a month ago. CSL pass immediately to the card they give you when you sign up, and you can transfer your balance from there to a bank account.

Every time I visit either location whether it be aurora or Northglenn or Arvada I'm always hit with a wait. It's just part of the process to be honest. They all help the ungrateful public and deal with ungrateful people. Good luck to the staff.

I've been donating almost a year now and it has been great. I don't understand all the bad reviews....this is a voluntary donation and they pay you. You might be here for an hour maybe two depending on how busy they are. You plan for it. All the staff is very friendly and do their jobs as efficient as possible. They are very clean and change their gloves all the time. The fact that they remember my name is even more awesome. Thank you for doing a wonderful job under pressure and sometimes under staffed. I d

Don't bother with this location if you are a new donor. Greeley may have a slightly lower payout but no one was even at the desk. The bell rings but no one is coming.

I usually have a decent experience here, the line varies from 30min to 2 hours of a wait time, I've rarely seen more than 1 person behind the desks doing vital check in. Anytime I've had a coupon I've been told it will be done at the end of the day, so you have to wait hours for the extra amount to be added. Most of the time it's not done this is the third time I've brought a coupon and it's not been honored the same day, I have been calling since open time, over 10 calls have been made and nobody has answe

The Masters of stalling for time ( on hopes that you get frustrated and leave) When you finally get in the seat this place is great, the check in process and first time donor process needs a major revamp, I'd say it's 30% understaffed and 70% lack of urgency. As a donor you want to feel important and a priority it seems more like there no actual process they follow and you have to make yourself seen or heard or else you will be passed up in line which should never be the case its as simple as first in first

Do NOT use this unprofessional Northglenn, CO location. One person had to leave because too much air was put into their veins. That alone is a huge RED FLAg. I could hear a manager arguing with a customer in a back room where the customer was being calm and collected and the manager was being beyond rude and unhelpful. Just go to BioLife Plasma?they are professional, helpful and pay much more.

worst-run establishment ever. and I mean across the entire business world. staff is rude, they make you wait for hours and hours and THEN tell you that they can't process you that day and to go somewhere else. they are unprofessional, slow as molasses going uphill in the winter, zero courtesy or consideration on any level, it's an exercise in being treated like absolute dogsh*t as a customer. worst experience of my life, and I still have to do it twice a week.

The staff are friendly, but the service is awful. They'll keep you STANDING in line for hours, because they only have one person taking vitals, while 3-4 people just stand around. 1st time donators get priority in the line, which would be ok, if the line moved. Last time I went in, no one took vitals for almost 40 minutes. By then, the 1st time donators line and the regular line were almost the same length. And you don't sit down until you are in the donation area. It's not worth the $55 to stand in line f

The people here are always so nice and super quick with their work I just wish that they weren't so severely understaffed so then I'm not in here for an hour or so before I'm in the donor chair

Poor service. Why hook someone up before the person that was waiting first. If you go in with a person don't expect to walk out with the person because they're just going to take there time over 4hr

Update: 4/14/22 I was the 3rd person in line for vitals, waited about 30 minutes; then, I was sent to medical for a bruised vein from my last donation. (They bumped the needle still in my arm btw). By the time I got to the donor floor, it had been over an hour. So far my experience here has been awful. If they bruise my other vein, I'll be deferred for 8 weeks. Until they deal with staffing, leadership issues, and paying employee wages equal to their skill sets (From several unhappy employees btw.) I'd st

Jennifer is awesome! Really good at what she does. Don't feel a pinch when Jennifer inserts the needle.

I have been coming here for a year and a half and the staff is excellent. They try very hard to be friendly and efficient even when they are many times understaffed. The lines can get a bit long at peak times. Be prepared for an average donation time of about an hour and a half, all together. Sometimes longer if they are busy. This is normal. They also offer bonus express passes on their website which allow you to go to the front of certain lines. The express passes are acquired easily by donating and build

There is almost always a line, the process isn't very donor friendly. If they made donors schedule appointments it would be a lot nicer of a place to donate. They now started to wait until a full line of beds is available before they bring the line of donors back to actually donate.

Pretty infuriating experience. I've been to multiple CSL's and other plasma donation centers throughout the country. The place is obviously understaffed which I assume is because they don't pay enough. The employees there don't seem to know what they're doing and have no organization causing what's been a 1 & a half avg donation time at other locations to be nearly over 3 hours! Very few people move with the slightest sense of urgency. I watched 3 people leave while in line. Idk how you expect to maintain d

I always have a pleasent experience when I donate here. It can take awhile but that isn't the staffs fault. They get you through as best they can. All of you giving the staff attitude because it's taking too long, or throwing a fit because your vitals are not in the required ranges are the worst and should find another way to find easy cash. Make sure you drink lots of water the day before you donate.

Waited an hour and a half to get seen and to do vitals. Also it was my second time donating and they only gave me 40 bucks. They should have given me 125 as that's what I was told happened the first 8 times. Now they are saying you have to donate 8 times within 45 days to recieve the 125. Not worth the blood you give them. I had to take time after my first donation to gain enough weight to even reach the minimum weight to donate my second time. All in all I think it's bogus you have to donate 8 times in 45

DO NOT GO HERE! Their administration is incompetent, rude, and dismissive. DEANNE was one of the most unprofessional and disaffirming health care workers I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. She behaved like an elitist and misinformed child with their head in the sand. This location injured my arm, and is refusing to provide me with any of my file information or the documents I signed. If you care about your well-being in a health care environment, you should stay far away from this location and

Worst place to donate. No floor support nor help from management, no one is cross trained, staff is always short handed, donor compensation is small amount, and there is no compensation for defective plasma machines that cannot return your blood cells. Only a few staff members do thier job in a timely manner, and there is always a 3 hour wait for returning donors. Corporate needs to step in. This location definitely needs to do better all around.

I haven't seen even one staff manager to complain apparently they don't even have to be here picking up the slack for the rest of these so called employees. Every client that entered with me has lo

First time made 125$ for a few checks that are required. If you take care of yourself there is no issues. Going back today tbh. Staff was amazing and attentive. Started passing out and they were nice enough not to just send me away so I could earn what I needed. Obviously the old reviews no longer apply.
