It's always so stressful going here. One of the nurses is very argumentative and let me know that I don't know how to take my pulse. Counting isn't that hard, sorry. When their bp machine said I was having a heart attack they didn't even check my BP in the nurses office after the first crazy reading. I'm constantly sent to the nurse and having my time wasted over a BIRTH MARK that doesn't look remotely like a bruise. It's been noted in my chart since the beginning, yet they still continue to waste my time a

I gave plasma when I was in college many moons ago. Reasonably good experience for me today, considering I am not fond of needles. The staff seemed friendly, and I was out in a little over an hour on my first visit. Set up and processed in 30 minutes, while the plasma donation took 40 minutes or so. Ask about the forms of ID you need before going.

The staff is amazing and very thoughtful. I have been coming here for over year and have had a positive experience! One of the nurses named Mia is amazing and very thoughtful!! Will be coming back for shure

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had first time I have ever donated went there to donate my plasma I didn't even care about the money I cared about saving peoples lives. Matter of Fact the card that they give me I donated the people there were so rude to me. I will never return and I will never donate again after this experience. This was the first time and it will be the last and the people that are putting the needles in your arms have no idea what they're doing. Cause they ended up mes

Staff was friendly and helpful but they lied about how much they offered. Everything says 700 but it's about half of that. I recommend not doing business with liars

The overall experience was great. I was able to get in and out and off to work in less than 2 hours. That is an improvement. The staff is always professional and welcoming.

I've came here and donated many times! And this ONE TIME when THEY MESSED UP MY ARM I CANT EVEN DONATE! Permanently deferred me is bullshi when I've never had one nor any problems before! Update: Thank you for helping me!

=For trucker only=* Straight turn in to the road of *Old Collinsville Rd* and then turn left to the road of *Palmway Dr* And by that time you should be able to see back of the csl plasma building NOW DO BACKING Or if you want to do easy backing Instead of turning in to the *Palmway Dr* go straight and turn left to the *Cheryl Wood Dr* and then turn left again to the road of *Coral Dr

Staff is friendly. The bonuses in August were awesome; I love when they do bonuses like that. They try to get you in and out as fast as they can, usually no longer than 2 hours. Wish it was a little faster but its not a bad time.

It was a great experience & really cool workers, very patient?i recommend all donors to come here for there first time donating

Overall experience is good they try to get you in and out fast as possible. One of the reasons they know it makes the time go by faster. And if I had to complain about something it would just be that some of the people when they stick you, it hurts and I got a very high tolerance for pain And other people that know how to do it real good I barely feel anything at all. I like them days.! Lol

I have donated several times in the last year, but haven't donated since February. When I went in yesterday, I had to see the nurse before donating since it had been awhile & I had high pulse the last time I came in. I let them know I started a new medication since my last donation, Ozempic. The nurse says "You haven't lost any weight since taking that?!" I replied that I have actually lost almost 20 lbs. (Like I don't know that I'm overweight) This was just a turn off, on top of being unorganized. It just

I never went here. I am HIV negative but somehow my husband who only donated one time a month alisn't allowed to donate again because y'all stuck him with a dirty needle and gave him HIV. You are disgusting humans risking people's lives and should be ashamed of yourselves.

I love this place all the staff always makes me feel welcomed and they even remember me and take extra care to make me feel comfortable. Even with my social anxiety they all make me feel at easy . It's just a very calm welcoming environment.

Was told that I should not talk to the staff while I am donating even though 99% of the time staff talks to you while you're donating and setting up machines had a good donation today and was told when I left that we are not allowed to talk to the staff anymore while they are hooking up our machines very rude and very disrespectful Somebody needs to talk to their management about whether or not we're supposed to talk to the staff or not when they speak to us, but we're not supposed to speak to them

I was as impressed as I think I could have been, leaving after my first donation. I could not believe how friendly, knowledgeable and supportive the staff was. The minute I walked in the door I felt as though the entire crew was legitimately there to help me. I did not get the first three ladies names, but they were all awesome. By the time I made it to nurse's office, my anxiety about needles had me contemplating making a dash for the door, but Samantha calmed me down and assured me that the process would

I had to donate with my right arm because my left arm was still bruised from my last donation. The phlebotomist doing my IV said my veins were too small, and then stuck a large vein in the side of my arm (not the vein they usually do in the crease of your arm). I went out because it hurt worse than my first two donations. The phlebotomist said again that my veins were too small and that I couldn't donate that day. She took the needle out and walked away. Then came back and told me something that I couldn't

I've been coming to this location for about a year with no problems or complaints. They have been very courteous and professional up to today. But today was very different, there is a Manager here by the name of Augusta who deferred me because of a tattoo placement near where I get stuck every time I come up here. The tattoo is not new and has been there since before my first and last time donating. I've donated so much here that I've accumulated $1200 in funds from this location solely. This lady, has comp

Usually pretty quick if you get there early, clean atmosphere.

I've been going for over a year and this week was the first time the lady screening me was foul. Her attitude was ridiculous and degrading. If you don't like your job move on; but don't take your misery out on your customers. Also, this was the first time this week ever I was thanked after donating. Sometimes they make you feel like a burden taking their time up.

I have seen some changes that might be promising. I look forward to the new CSL ways. I changed my review to reflect the changes I've seen. Now time will only tell if change is indeed happening.

Most of the staff is very friendly I've only been there 6xs. For some reason the other day a lady named Amlia seemed to be a very nasty mood. She was obviously disgruntled about being there on Sunday and aimed it me. I did speak with the manager who was very open to listen between the worker consistently interrupting while I tried to speak. Not going to bash the location over one incident with an unhappy worker. People like that need to be sent home to gather themselves.

Took way to long. Under staffed great place friendly workers just not enough of them. 2 taking vitals and one of them is up and down helping new people answering phone filling snacks waiting over a hour. Standing (no chairs) is ridiculous

The staff here is always welcoming and friendly, making the donor experience a breeze! I'm usually in and out within an hour. The longest I've waited was 2 hours, so it's always well worth your time.

I've been coming for about a year now. Best time is about 6 am. Anytime after that you'll be waiting for 1-2 hours because there's not enough workers. My usual wait time is about 1.5 hours. Other donation sites move faster and pay better. 2-5-2024 4 people in the front 2 in the back. Only 1 collum being used at 11 am. People just standing around. Where is the management to hold employees accountable. Took a break from CSL went to Bio labs....looks like I will be going back to Bio it's alot better overall.

The staff is generally friendly, polite and efficient. I go in expecting a 2 hour process (because on really busy days that's how long it takes) but I'm usually out in less than an hour and a half.

This location is a nice, clean and friendly location. I haven't had horrible wait times especially if you come right when they open. Overall satisfied with my experience here.

These people are so absolutely fake. They do NOT pay more than $100 for a first time donor, contrary to their media postings everywhere. They are tricking people and it's totally bogus. I hope I can sue them for false advertising especially since they took as much out of me as allowed for any single individual. Since when is it allowed in our country to run fake ads to lure people in?

Complete lack of compassion and professionalism from SOME of their techs on the floor. Unless you want your arm to look like mine, black and blue from my bicep to my forearm, with considerable pain, from what's called Saline Infiltration, I would suggest finding another place to donate. This was caused by the tech puncturing the vein and the saline entering the surrounding tissue. My arm swelled up like a balloon and when I notified the techs of the extreme discomfort, they walked around, ignoring me, for

The staff is cool. Even on a busy day with a bunch of donors filling up the place, they're pretty quick. That hour on the table don't even feel like an hour.

Walked into a pleasant surprise, first impressions... they knocked it out of the park. Atmosphere is everything, clean, welcoming, good people. Off to a great start, great experience.

The first time I donated, I was nervous and scared, but these stellar nurses were so full of life and every helpful that I got over it within 10 minutes of being helped. They made me feel like I wasn't just another patient, they made me feel like I was a friend/family and they helped me realize I had nothing to worry about because I knew they were going to make sure I was taken care of. Even after I donated. They gave me a call to make sure I was still feeling good. The Fairview heights CSL plasma is a warm

The staff was polite and courteous they got me in and out. Everyone is very professional and very respectful. This is the place where you feel like family.

I've been to CSL in O'Fallon somewhere around 25 times now, starting this summer and I've never had a bad experience. All of the workers are very caring.

There was this fat lightskin black girl with Mickey Mouse puffballs that would constantly harrass me there. I think she got fired but she would make me extremely uncomfortable. She would call me ugly all the time to her coworkers in front of me so I could hear. I dont know what her problem was or how she ever got hired with a rude attitude like that. *edit, someone told me they fired her for poor attendance. But just letting y'all know if anymore of yall start cracking jokes and calling me "hurt" im smackin

I love this place! I'm able to kill two birds with one stone by donated and helping others and also I'm able to pay a few bills along the way it's a win-win. The staff is very very friendly and so are they people.

I've have been here twice, donated once. The first time everything went smooth. I was in and out in about 2 hrs as mentioned on the website. Leslie was my nurse and she was AMAZING. My phlebotomist was a lead Phleb on day shift I can't remember her name but she was also very kind. My second time unfortunately was not as pleasant. Although when I initially came in the MSA at the front was welcoming and kept checking on me. However, once I got to the floor my phlebotomist was very rude yelling at me with an a

I have been donating plasma for four years. It's a great way to earn extra cash. I just wish they were as quick as they were when I first started. I feel like it's understaffed now and the wait line to get into the donation chairs is long. I also wish they would put to hours back to when I first started. They close at 6pm now and sometimes it's hard for me to make it do to my work hours.

Every time I have been in the O'Fallon, IL location has been great, the phlebotomists have been fantastic, checking in and waiting for a spot to open can be a bit tedious but that's just how it is! Will definitely continue going back!

The only one of the 3 check in kiosk work correctly . The staff is friendly however I have been here twice and both times the nurse is no where to be found. The first time I waited 20 min. She was with no other patients just on her phone. Today she was In The back having lunch. When she came out she took the girl that just sat down. I was waiting 15 min already. There has to be a better system. No other staff checks on the people who are sent to wait for the nurse . This is so frustrating.

I have been to the O'Fallon center 3 times now and each time there have been problems. For the whole, staff seems incompetent and unsure how their system works. The first time I went, a nurse insisted I put the oral thermometer towards the back of my tongue, resulting in an incorrect temperature and I was unable to donate. Today, it took them 20 minutes to figure out how to access and fill out my paperwork. Biolife is opening a center in Fairview Heights and I will be going there once they are open.

Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Very friendly and very professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be returning soon!

I can pretty much say it's pretty clean in there everyone pretty much knows what they're doing I've never had any complaints or any problems going up there to donate overall it's a good place and I recommend for people to come make sure they experience

Friendly staff with quick and safe service

Staff is friendly and nice but they're consistently understaffed. I use to go to the CSL plasma in st.Louis, but the experience was just horrible. So I started coming to this one; while the staff is nice being consistently understaffed is a huge problem. There are 15 people waiting in line and only one worker doing vitals. So literally it's like 5 minutes per person to get their vitals taken. Completely unacceptable.

People who woke there was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. They have me the hardest time when I tried to donate over a meal they asked to me have before donating which I did they still refused my donation after I qualified because of the person problem they must has already had with me. Will not be returning. Would rather go anywhere else to donate.

Employee said they didn't "feel comfortable" with the holiday bonus drawing they were having, so they pulled it!! We don't get bonuses because they don't feel comfortable! WELL may the owner remember this when passing out employee bonuses. ?? 6:18 am google says not busy yet I have been in line for 20 mins they are just starting in back and I am behind 8 ppl google is a liar This company needs to do a check on employees.. white girl up front moving as fast as she can

Mostly I have had a good experience here. The exception was after the mask mandate dropped and I went in not realizing the center still required it. I went through the entire check in and donation process with no one saying anything. The girl who was disconnecting me from the machine got very upset that I wasn't wearing one and I told her everything I said here plus that I didn't realize anyone was still requiring it even if signs were still up. She asked if I had a mask, I said no, she got one for me and I

Today was one of the worst experiences I have had yet they had a donor that was clearly special needs that pulled out a two liter of soda was told to put away when she put it away then tried to charge her phone which was against policy the lady ended up not Donating and walked out for the hour I was there 25mins of it I had to hear the employees talk about this lady very unprofessional especially in front of several donors very disappointing I may or may not be returning to this location.....

Managers are really nice I don't really care for some of the staff members on the floor not that friendly but overall it's cool

Great environment, friendly staff, and overall a great experience. I'd give them more stars if I could. Go here!

Came at a time where there wasn't anyone waiting, yet the person at the front desk was still unprepared for anyone and had to wait a bit before even getting checked in. Upon presenting my identification. She told me my ID was expired. I informed her that the Secretary of State extended expiration for IDs that expired this year until 2022 and even showed her the statement on the official site. She refused to acknowledge to and called her superior. She informed them that my ID was expired, neglecting to inclu

I would absolutely recommend this as your go to place to donate plasma! The process is super clear and done correctly and quickly in comparison to many other places! The staff rocks and always make it a positive experience with their expertise, knowledge, friendliness, willingness to help, and just overall experience they give each time to every donor no matter what! CSL Plasma O'Fallon, IL is THE place to donate plasma!

Staff is very professional. Even with long lines they keep their cool and just get people in and out as fast as possible.

I've been donating for over a year and everytime has been a great experience. Most of the time no pain went being stuck just every once in a while will feel it . Over all very happy.

Staff member with dreadlocks and braces lied on me and got me deferred just know I'm outside and it's all the way up there. I'm on whatever. Corporate is involved. You will be dealt with accordingly. Take it how you want to but the process will process.

I've been donating here for a while now and have nothing but good things to say about a majority of the staff. Almost everyone is always nice and super welcoming and very respectful.

I don't know what's happened here exactly the last 6 months or so but the "phlebotomist's" are not up to par when sticking and finishing a client. No wonder there is more competition now for plasma. Go elsewhere folks because there is better out there.

My experience was great. They have a nice environment and the staff are very patient and great at their jobs.

I love coming to this location! Weather they are busy or not they always get you in and out fast and are always friendly and professional!

This was my first time and the staff is friendly and polite and explained everything extremely well. They explained right up front to expect to be here your first time 2 to 2 ?hrs. It all went by fairly fast. I will say if you are planning on donating plasma, drink plenty of fluids before you go and eat something, All this helps in how fast the donation process goes and how well you feel after.

My visits are always good. The staff are all nice and even have me laughing while I'm here.

My advice is to consistently show up early when wanting to donate due to the wait there usually is. The staff is nice but not very quick with the way they work.

I never had a bad experience at this location while it has been here. All of the staff is polite , kind, and helpful

Everyone is very pleasant and professional. The entire process is fast if you have everything you're supposed to have with you. I highly recommend donating at this facility.

During your first donation, it takes a while. Could take up to 4 hours in total. This is due to paper work and screening. Every donation after takes way less time. I saw a lot of bad reviews and I feel it is because people are not ready for that. But, my research says that's normal. Other than that, theese were the friendliest and most professional people I could?ve came across in such a situation. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

The wait times can be rough sometimes but staff is amazing and will do everything in their power to make your donation experience as quick and easy as possible!

They have a few very welcoming and friendly staff members, I've been coming to CSL for a little over a year and have only had a handful of bad experiences

Everytime I've been here I have an amazing experience and everyone is so nice. Definitely recommend

Everyone has always been nice and welcoming. Easy process and I love knowing I am helping others as well.

I cannot believe the way I was treated here. The way I was talked to was unreasonable and the accusations are just absurd. The workers should be more respectful to their patients being as we are supposed to trust them as a nurse- they lost all my respect and business.

Those that do the vitals are awesome. Especially Toya! She is professional and seems to genuinely care but the woman in the back that stick you dont care. I've been stuck by woman that were legit SHAKING while performing. Had another hurt my arm so bad it bruised and could donate do to the wound she produced. She didn't care that she hurt me onl. Only that my eyes stay up and open during donation. When I went to complain to the higher ip ,management, I wasdef deferred and told not to come back. Very unpr

Staff is always friendly and tries to move you through as quickly as they can. They keep it very clean throughout the entire facility.

I love that this location has such a friendly staff. They are also so clean and the service is fast.

This place is very very unprofessional. They wasted my time two days in a row. They are not organized in any way shape or form. It's almost like the staff is clueless about their profession. I would definitely choose to donate at a different location. They wonder why it's hard to get donors anymore. 5 hours of my time wasted due to incompetence

Teirra (misspelled) is the best at her job, she is patient with us and make us feel comfortable being here.. Jenny is also good..

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Jenny is always pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable when I have questions.

I love how responsible and respect they are it's never no problem when I go there. It always good vibes.

I always have an easy appointment. I am in and out. The staff takes great care of me every time.

Overall, my experience donating at this location for 2-1/2 years has been very positive. Most all of the staff is very friendly and kind.
