You think maybe CSL could add vital information to their process, like post on the website that if you dont donate after 6 months your no longer in the system and have to start the process all over again? A lot of information isn't posted like if you have a bruise from the prior visit or an existing tattoo that they can't proceed. So if you have a tattoo where your vein is, forget it.

Those two workers are amazing and the best , they'll make you laugh if you are having a bad day , and go above and beyond for the customers ! They need a raise !!!!!!!!

Myself & 2 other ppl went nobody got to donate for one reason or another. Rude reasons for 1 of them. Pretty sure the nurse was sick...she shouldn't have been at work. No mask & I got sick. Poor choice.

Good experience won't fault any staff no problems everything was smooth. If it's NOT for u dont do it. No need for u necessary risks. BUT if u surpass everything it's a great resource ??

India was amazing! Sorry guys I had to revise my Google review. It seems like every time they get it together it falls to pieces in a matter of weeks. Don't get me wrong the people that work there kick butt especially under these circumstances. I just think the turnover rate is high. I don't know if it's a pay issue. I know from seeing the foot traffic if this place was fully employed a lot more plasma would be produced. I will remove my one star once I see improvement. Rooting for this place. Helping peopl

Took 1 hour and 20 minutes just to get through. Vitals due to complete incompetence. ?Justin? had to take my height, left me in the room for 20 minutes to snack, even though after me he was going to lunch. Then rushed off to lunch but didn't even push me through to vitals, so then I had to wait AGAIN for them to find him on lunch and get me pushed through.

One star because I can't give no stars. This is the most unorganized business I have ever seen. I spent 4 hours the first day trying to donate to finally give up. The next day I spent 3 hours to get to the pre check to see if I could donate. I am terrified of needles and tend to pass out but I don't as desperate for money as I was in between jobs. Anyway got through the pre check and because my BP was up I had to see the nurse. Bare in mind I was still within donating limits. I go to the nurse. Wait there f

The second line to go into the Bay area is always long. Today I waited 2 & 1/2 hours in the second line. No one says thank you. When I was unhooked all the woman said was "the 11th"! Cont. Today is the 11th and there were no lines!! It was so much better today. They had people coming through even after I was hooked up. They were kind and did much better! Just seems like they heard my previous issues and are trying to get people in and out in a better fashion.

Six weeks ago, I went back to CSL after more than a year and brought a referral. I didn't receive my bonus for either bonus, that's $50 for each bonus. Didn't receive my bonus of $15 for today. Nobody knows anything and the chat with corporate didn't help either. Very disappointing. Although I really want to support the community, it is hard to dismiss my feelings.

This is a very disorganized and poorly run office and business environment for plasma donation. You are pretty much left out in a lobby a small lobby with a few hard chairs sitting at length with pretty much no good communication or direction. The site staff are not very customer service conscientious and they appeared lackadaisical when it came to business and professionalism. They appeared to be too busy visiting with each other and also playing on personal cellphones while failing to acknowledge people

If zero stars were an option I'd give zero. I donated in Sept 2023 and had been asked if I'd ever had cancer. I said no because my doctor said precancer is NOT cancer. I come in today, February 2025, and mention my precancer again. They then say I LIED last visit, and I had stage ZERO cancer. Tell me, what is that? Because my doctor sure told me it wasn't cancer. So, now I'm PERMANENTLY deferred. I literally always bring up my precancer EVERY TIME I get asked if I have cancer for the very reason of being co

I've been going for a couple years now and I love the staff, however the lines are too long and they only have 1 person checking you in which takes 10 min per person, so your in line forever, they NEED to at least put 1 more person in front to check people in.

Have been going here for several yrs and Makaela has great customer service, always polite. If there's ever an issue with my draw or anything, she's right on top of it. Shes very polite, courteous and outgoing when it comes to training the new employees and helping wherever needed. The facility is always clean and very organized. Thank you for everything you do for us.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. They're amazing. However, there is realistically no way for this to be a consistent thing when the lines are more than a two hours. I hate to say it but I've tried donating almost every day for the last 7 and could not because the lines are so long. Then if you have to go to the nurse it's another wait. If you truly have nothing to do for a couple of hours then do your thing but if you're trying to donate and leave that's simply not the case. This used to be

I came 7/12/24 and waited 4 hours with no verbal or any form of communication directing me in anyway shape or form. I came back and am here now 7/15/24 and been here 2? hrs and still same thing. I called corporate office and the office over that. These human beings are really behind socially or just under a rock style of living. Poor communication, and no improvement as of this Moment. I will review this review and leave another after this process, after several months here no change, no answering the phon

Went in to donate as usual at 12:15 p.m. today went through the test line and was cleared by the test girl then proceeded to the donor line where I waited almost 3 hours when I laid down on the bed to begin my donation The girl looked at my arm and said she saw a small bruise near the vein a bruise not even the size of an m&m and then I was told that I could not donate because of this and they won't let me donate on my other arm because there is a tattoo over the vein I waited four hours in this place and w

I've donated here a handful of times in the past but since it's been awhile I have to register and get physical etc., However I have went 2 times now and been put in a waiting room for hrs with no updates no people getting called back?nothing! The clinic was pretty much empty with nobody in lines or physical rooms while staff just standing around. There was 2 people in front of me and 1 guy got called back in 2 an half hours. When he was taken to donation floor we continued to sit for another half hr before

They are putting new machines and 1/3 of the machines are not even working yet ( 3 weeks later) but yet they are still taking new donors who get to jump the line ahead of everybody else and you'll end up spending 4-6 hours to make $50 not even worth it. I will say that the staff at the Ocala facility are great. If they can ever get all the machines working they would have got a better review but 6 hours to make 50 bucks is not worth it.

This place is wonderful! They have very good knowledgeable phlebotomist! I'm a hard stick and they get me each time in the right spot! Shout out to Sandy! He is always so upbeat and hard working! Such a nice guy! Plan on being there with a couple hours to spare because they are super busy but they work real hard to get you in and out!

My wife went here I am Muslim so because I asked for a man to take my picture they wanted to say I was being disrespectful there was a over sized lady at the front talking about going out instead of being a lead then they called Josh who made it clear that he didn't have time to take my picture as he also identify himself as a woman terrible experience then after all this they started with my wife who has been donating all her teen years into early 40 and sad to say she just don't donate any more she was ov

My visit has always been a breeze & very professional environment. The phlebotomists are great, energetic, & professional. India, Tracy, & Krupa take very good care of the patients. They check on you regularly & makes sure your in & out in a jiffy & your visit is delightful. Thanks to their work I definitely never mind my visit.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with several wonderful and fantastic CSL workers today 8/22/2024. Tracy was friendly and caring as always. Melissa -dst was her usual charming self, most helpful and I didn't even feel the needle being inserted. Liz,always friendly and professional and always greets me with a smile. Krupa who I met for the first time today was a real treat to meet with her fantastic personality and attention to the well being of the donors. Great job people. Thank you. Dillon is a great p

Makeala was amazing. She always makes it a fun and memorable time. She is amazing at her job and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to donate. Krupa was also amazing. This was the fist time she's ever stuck me and I was very happy with the experience. ??

First time donating plasma. Was there almost 4 hrs since the morning going through the screenings. Then when I got to the last step to actually donate the gentleman there couldn't find my vein. He asked if I drank water the day before I said yes and he continued to say I wont be able to donate cause he can't find the vein. You mean to tell me that I wasted all that time for them to not accept me. Why don't you guys check peoples veins as they come in to see if they are able to donate that day. Worst experie

I arrived at 240. I watched a 20 minute video and it's 440 and nobody has said a word to me. The gentleman before me sat for two hour after watching the video. 4 hours after he walked in he left with nothing because he can't donate. I did go outside to help a man jump start his car so I missed my it when they called my name, my fault. When I did go into the office, they were talking about other patients by name, isn't that a hippa violation? She decided to cancel him because there was no way he could ha

Finally getting the bugs worked outta the new machines, and things are running MUCH more smoothly and quickly now! And Ben is the most fantabulastical Plasma Processor that ever did process plasma!

This place is awesome! You come for the extra money but I keep coming because everyone is awesome!!! I still go for plasma donation it's been over 2 yrs since I started the staff are the best come donate with me on Wed and Friday they need to get quieter machines they are so loud but the employees are awesome if csl hello all white I love most of the staff my problem is with csl every since they got new machines they give us (weight group) the same amount of money as before but get 200ml (whatever the amoun

New new. Update. Soni contacted them like they asked in their response to my. Review. And. The guy on the phone was great like. A lot of the phlebotomist. They are great. But. It's no surprise that the crappy management. At CSl never. Returned a call or. I have not ever heard from the management or many one else. When the. Gentle man at the. Customer support line tried to contact them and I also tried to contact the center. Wow how in the. Hell do people. At that location in Ocala fl keep thei

Every time I donate, I'm always getting a warm welcoming. Thanks to Krupa and Melissa. They have an great attitude when talking to their donors. Keep up with the great employees.

Changing my review. I went in Thursday no one in line to be checked. Three people in line to enter donation room. New machines that do work fast 30 minutes but it took 20 minutes to remove needle from my arm. I went to schedule the next appt. None available for a week. So never able to get 65.00 for 2nd appt because nothing available. Makelia is a super good phlebotomist-she always gets the needle in with little pain. There are several others that truly are excellent.

This place takes forever to get through. I feel like it's just a waste of my time. Biolife is far superior! I wish we had one in my community because I would definitely go there. I just wasted an hour there and still 8 people ahead of me in line!!

I wish I could say this is the first bad experience here but it seems nothing changes. More times than not I get skipped for being taken off a machine despite being done first. Usually due to who ever is running the bay not paying attention to order , today was by choice. Cliff I believe his name is however nice he may be socially has one speed.. neutral. Gets backed up on take downs all the time but has time to socialize with coworkers . If the other location were closer I'd refuse to even return.

As a regular customer of CSL it's always a pleasant experience. Yari at vitals is always efficient and expedient at getting clients in and out of vitals in a very effective courteous manner. She is a true asset to the CSL team

Kay consistently excels in her role. She is highly knowledgeable and effectively supports her staff while efficiently managing operations at the plasma center. Additionally, she provides exceptional service to donors, ensuring they are screened in a timely and professional manner. She's my go to!

My acceptance to CSL Plasma was very friendly and professional I felt very comfortable and sure that my participation in Donating would be safe and rewarding. I must also add the individuals caring for donors is excellent a young man by the name of Sandy was very respectful and professional, thank you for allowing me to be part of this process.

TK was very respectful, friendly, and polite. She stick me one time and did a very good job. She constantly checked on me. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was there for 1 hour and still didn't start donating. Workers were talking and ignoring me. Was In a room with a literally employee and wasn't paying any attention to me and would rather talk about her vacation with another employee and not do her job. Was in this registration room for 35 more minutes than necessary. Might find a new place to donate to

Extremely unprofessional. They don't care anything about donors here. There is way too many issues, and definitely not enough space to write. Long story short I donated her for almost a year here, and I have had my fair share of negative experiences. Not once, not twice, but three pretty serious incidents. And it's horrible, from staff to management, especially. Please, save your time, your mental and physical health and try another company. ????

India, the Phlebotomist is professional, personable and fun. I highly recommend this plasma center. They did their best to move things along and answer questions. Tracy is always smiling and showing hospitality.

Don't visit this place. They blocked me because I donated plasma at another center and they are also racist towards Latinos.

Sandy L was very social, kind, polite, and informative. It was hard to use my phone because my dominant hand was not available so I didn't use it that much and because of Sandy, he made it easier to not be bored while I sat there for an hour

Amazing service!! Friendly staff and very helpful. So thankful and grateful and blessed by the staff. India is always such a blessing to everyone that she helps. Thank you so much for what you do.

What a waste of time!! Extremely unprofessional employee accused me of being a drug user because I have a spot where an iv was inserted at the hospital. I opened my advent app and showed her the er trip. She then snatched my phone and started looking through my medical records. I asked for the phone and she asked what i was hiding. She then told me to go to a dr and get a printout of my prescriptions for the last year and any medical visits ive had. I informed her thats not legal for her to ask for and she

As I have been coming here for a short time but the experience with India has been very Pleasant and wish her the Best in her Endeavors and Life .Live Love Laugh And God Bless India keep up the good work.

Security guard showed extreme anger management issues. He yelled without making eye contact ?no baby allowed in here?. Good morning to you too! As a physician and human being I recommend you seek counseling or work at the zoo since you clearly do not like the human race amongst the animal kingdom.

I love India at csl plasma she the best I don't be want know one but her to help me India, the Phlebotomist is professional, personable and fun. I highly recommend this plasma center. They did their best to move things along and answer questions.

Elizabeth, in the front check in,is by far the fastest, most professional with kind and respectful people skills. I would say she's the best at that job compared to the rest. Everyone in line waiting to get checked is always happy to see her there. When she is there things go much quicker and she doesn't have an attitude. Another date Jah went above and beyond to accommodate everyone even though they were extremely low on personnel that day, she really made it all good. Thanks Jah!

I've been to other facilities and CSL far exceeded the others by leaps and bounds. The professionalism and speed of care mixed with friendliness was so refreshing. I couldn't help but tell others about it right away. Won't ever go to the other place again!

I'm giving a 2 star because the people that hook you up to the machine and take you off the machine are pretty good at what they do some you can't even feel the needle going in I've never had an issue until today and I donate twice a week. The gentleman that took my blood pressure pulse and all of that hit the wrong key and deferred me when I was supposed to do is wait 15 minutes and get my stats redone I asked if they could please fix it in the system since it was not anything that has to do with me I was

Everyone very nice.have been going since April early morning twice a week. Had one bad experience this Monday but one of lady i trust came over fixed the problem save me tapping out early.for me its TK and maykala.two of the best and great at their job, thank you ladys and cant forget ?? to Ms tracy

Love the staff at CSL Ocala. They're always kind and supportive during the donation process. Thank you India, Makaela and Tiara T. for all you do. You're the best!

Worse experience having to wait forever to go back with a whole row of empty seats in the back is unacceptable Update HIRE MORE PEOPLE

I was in today and I saw Mary in the front. Very nice chatting with me to keep everything going smoothly. In the back I saw TK ( I think). Very nice and would check on me through out the process.

I like donating here. The staff is friendly AND professional. Most of the staff has been at this location for at least a year and that says a lot. I'm able to supplement my income and make a huge impact by donating plasma. There is another plasma donation company across town and they just do not compare to CSL. Thank You!

India is a nice person I like coming here to see her. She has a positive attitude. I like coming here for two days.

Shout out to Liz aka Elizabeth. I have been a patron of this location and the one in Raleigh for over two years. I have only had 2 bad sticks out of 168 donations. Those are pretty good odds in my opinion. It amazes me how many complainers there are in the world by reviewing some of these comments. The staff is pretty amazing and just like all businesses you do come across a few bad apples but I find that they don't last long.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don't go here. I waited 2 and a half hours as a new donor. I went up to ask why it's taking so long, if they are even taking new donors. They said ?oh we're understaffed and the line is really long, we have to clear all these people before we can take you. Maybe you should have tried getting here earlier.? Mind you, I came at 6:30 before they even opened and waited outside so I could be one of the first. This place is the worst plasma place I have ever been to and I advise ever

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in attempting to make this csl in Ocala my new donation center as Ive donated with csl in Michigan for years and enjoy the system in which they use for donors. However upon visiting this center with dhs paperwork dated 6 days past 60, my FL ID, and being a donor with grifols here, before even giving them my id they questioned my residency and the legitimacy of my claim. They denied me saying I stated the wrong zip code and would need newer mail and wouldn't accept a

First time here-previous donor in Parkersburg, WV for past 7-1/2 yrs. This facility (Ocala) is pretty busy. Nurse in medical and Frupa were both nice and welcoming. Frupa did awesome on the stick!

India, Did a great job verifying the correct vein before sticking me. It was a smooth process without any pain. She was very profesional.

Love the communication and comfortability I have when I entered the building and with the staff, especially India she seems like a very hard worker just met her, but she seems like she knows what she's doing

Came into CSL today and had the pleasure of meeting India she stuck me for the 1st time wow didn't feel a thing!! Happy happy happy!! ??

always takes ages and I usually end up with painful bruises afterwards because they don't require an actual phlebotomy license. it takes an extra 30 minutes to get taken down off the machines when you're done as well.

1#My sign up took over 4 hours. They still couldn't get but 1 fingerprint. 2nd the man doing the draw didn't listen to me or the other tech, he was told by the female tech...STOP! She came over bandaged my arm and proceeded to draw from the other arm. When I was done she apologized and sent me on my way, saying to return on Friday... Friday they Refused me cause of my arm being bruised & said come back monday.Monday another male tech said he could do the draw on my left. He failed.he literally was digging

Tonight when I went in Elizabeth was training Adam what a great job by the both of them thank you so much Elizabeth new exactly what Adam needed and both of them checked in on me to make sure everything was good... when I went in on Tuesday not so much.. kudos to Adam and Elizabeth...Tracy lights up the room thank you

I've been coming here for years, everyone is so friendly! Especially Ms. Tracy!! Quick and efficient service at this location as well.Krupa is the person who sticks me, very proficient!!!

2nd time donating and love the staff. They are very pleasant and swift. Senior phlebotomist Makaela was awesome getting me hooked up. Looking forward to the next donations.

MS INDIA IS A MAGNIFICENT PHLEBOTOMIST. SHE HAS A GREAT TECHNIQUE THAT MAKES THE PROCESS A BREEZE & PAINLESS. SHE ALSO ADDS HER GREAT PERSONALITY THAT GIVES MY VISITS A MUCH NEEDED SMILE WHEN I LEAVE

Makaela is amazing at what she does. Very knowledgeable and caring to everyone she works with. CSL need more people like her.

First of all, this facility is absolutely disgusting dirty as if they don't clean it.Second of all, this was my first time here.I'm a new donor and I spent my whole morning here about 3 hours.Just for the inexperienced phlebotomist to finger poke at my arms and tell me that she won't be able to find a vein. The funny thing is they give you a physical before you even get to that point. So why wouldn't they have checked that then instead of letting me waste hours and hours and hours just to get sent home. the

The website is TERRIBLE for any information at all about what is needed for signing up at all and what to expect for the process for the first time sign up. I donated at Biolife for years before moving to this area a few years ago, so i figured the process would be similar. It is not and there is ZERO helpful info online that would have saved me a wasted 45 min drive, 90 mins RT. I completed what could be done online but when I went to make the appt for what I figured would be the initial physical like Biol

The people are fantastic, professional and polite. The process is easy and clean. The waits are what ruin the experience. I've been there 7 times and today was the shortest time from being in line until completion of donation. It was only 2 hours and 20 minutes today. Multiple visits I've been there for over 3 1/2 hours. One visit it was just barely short of 4 hours. Update: I went there 9 times and finally gave up. Saturday 6/26/21 was the last straw, I was in line to check my vitals for over 2 hours and

My helper today was TK. She friendly and very helpful. Miss Tracy though is the best, super sweet and thoughtful.

India, Krupa, Makayla Are Great People, All The Staff are Around A Friendly Environment. Education with All the Equipment and I would Recommend CSL over Griffols.

My favorite phlebotomist is India, she is so gentle, compassionate, and caring. Anytime I come in she greets me with a smile

Well I have been reading some of these reviews and I think they're wrong, all these lady's that work the front are so amazing and wonderful they know everyone by there names when you walk in the door especially Miss Mel love her, she's funny and she treats everyone as they are family Mrs Pam as well, Mrs PJ, awesome. management all the ladies are awesome . The girls and guys that work in the back are amazing as well they greet you when you come in and greet you when you leave makes me fill special. So yes

They said on the phone that my birth certificate would work and then I drove an hour here and they wouldn't let me in with it and said they couldn't do anything, they lied on the phone, and then I had to wait in a hot parking lot for 3 hours for my friends to get out of there because we went as a group. Ruined my whole day and was a waste of gas and time and money, don't let them lie to you, you better have your social security card on you

I've been going for years but Mrs. Tracy , TK make it worth comming . They are the only people I let stick me because of negative experiences with other phlebotomist, every time she sticks me it's painless and barely a mark left,

India was super pleasant. Everything went smoothly. I had never had any issues when I donate.

Deferred because they messed up both arms. I love an hour away. Trying to call to see if I have to be there for a doctor's exam (I work every day) called 5 days in a row from open to close. Rings for 3 minutes then goes to busy signal. I need to know if I need to take time off! What's wrong? Are you allergic to the phone? Get an answering mach

Krupa was amazing and had no difficulties sticking me. She was very nice and pleasant.

Everybody is very nice and they do there job very good the one downside the music is extremely loud and probably should be turned off while donating

CSL employee Makaela is the best! Very professional and dedicated to her trade?she will be an awesome paramedic in the future..??????

Kristyn is the best! I hate needles but somehow she makes sticking me so painless. I love the whole crew here. Great staff, great environment. Glad I come here twice a week

Very clean donation area, same can't be said for the bathrooms. Wait times depend on the day and time you go. Kristy always has a bad attitude and gets rude when you request someone else. Mikaela, Carol, and Elizabeth are the best, so I ask for them. All others have bruised me, causing me to have to wait 1 to 2 while I heal. You are allowed to request someone else to do your stick.

Do not come here!!! Very unsanitary, very rude disrespectful staff, and staff that stands around and does absolutely nothing but talks about everyone. When you raise a complaint against one of the staff for unsanitary work performance they defer you. They will be little you and mock you saying that you need the money more than them and when you ask why they work there they reply we need a pay check. Use biomat in town stay away from this one.

Great experience today! I've gone to CSL Plasma for 2 years and today I had a lady named Mercedes do my IV stick, she was amazing! Didn't even feel the needle go in and usually it hurts so bad. Definitely would recommend her service to anyone else that goes here!

My visit was awesome ?? TK was very gentle, and guest service was great. She's a keeper.??She does her job well.
