It's honestly sad the pace they go in this center. There is no reason it takes 4 hours to donate plasma. On top of the energy from a lot of the workers are just not a good vibe at all (not all of them). Corporate really needs to do better with this center, as there is not another location close.
Dear corporate, for the love of all that is holy get rid of the hiring freeze. I like the staff here, but it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to stand in line for an hour and a half because you refuse to hire enough phlebotomists operate all of the machines in back. At this time, multiple rows of beds are inoperable because they cannot hire the staff necessary to operate them. If I could review corporate separately, this review would be a 1 star review.
Been donating here for years. They have a tendency to be understaffed but the staff they do have is amazing and always do their jobs to the best of their ability. Whoever gave these bad reviews are obviously not familiar with the donation process and the amount of work they have all the while being understaffed
You're not going to come here unless you have to but holy crap this place sucks. There's next to no staff and the few that are here are absolutely miserable. No shade on them, they're generally doing their best. They give less money than they used to and eliminated frequent donator rewards in place of some nebulous lottery that probably nobody wins. Coming in at open used to get you through pretty quickly but that's no longer the case. It's such a long wait you may even be tempted to leave a bad review on
This place is less than desirable. It's not very clean, the employees seem more interested in gossiping then working. Some aren't even educated on the equipment they are using. "The machine doesn't like how (im) pumping" was an answer I got, as if the machine has a preference. In reality I wasn't sufficiently hydrated and the system wasn't drawing properly from lack of blood flow. Another time I got accused of having a knife on my persons. (I didnt), I felt like that was unprofessional.. I've never seen emp
Would not recommend, the employees are rude. I was trying to one of the employees that my father in law doesn't speak English and she wouldn't let me finish what I was telling her, she rudely interrupted and said said "Not you, Him." They wouldn't tend to my husband's arm when the needle was sticking out and he was bleeding everywhere. One of the employees also came up to me and asked for my age because she thought I was 14, even though I wasn't donating she thought i was too young to sit in the lobby with
I was going to CSL for over 3 years, most of the time it went smoothly. Then I was incorrectly entered into machine and more plasma was taken then it was supposed to. I asked if I would be compensated for the mistake the phlebotomist made. I was told no, so I was upset but let it go. Within a couple months the same person who made the mistake did the exact same thing. I noticed that it was way over 690 ml. I told an assistant who then went to the guy who stuck me and told him. He was apologetic and I even f
The people there are nice there. I've been going there for some time now. Its nice to see smiling faces of social butterflies on the floor amazing management that overlook the environment and calm intake able to deal with about anything in the front. Thanks CSL Staff!!!!!
They keep dropping the amount of money you get. They've gotten rid of all the bonuses for coming multiple times. And now they want more plasma for even less money. Plus they never have enough people working to get thru the lines. Took almost 3 hours today and most of that was just waiting for a bed. Might be time to go somewhere else or stop going all together.
This place is a mess. Management is rude, most of the staff is lazy. They would rather have you stand in line for 2 hours, while staff sit around and talk. Reason being nobody want to work. They use every other bed. They don't pay anything and keep lowering prices. I would not recommend this place
I have been donating here at CSL for almost three years twice a week every week. Not only does it seem like a hostile environment for the employees some days due to employee personality clashing. It also seems that the staff that does show up are overworked. Managers are unwilling to help staff have a better way to get people through when they are so poorly staffed. This place has high turnover because the company is not taking care of their employees and helping them want to stay. When management and t
A bunch or rude ass mfkas here I called to see about when I donate and mfkas hung up in my face didn't even answer all my questions that's why I stopped going they not professional at all
Idk what these other reviews talking about but folks need to know how to be patient fr???????. Chakira and Cheryl were cool and helpful on today's visit ????????
This place is a joke 3 hours and still not done they on a hiring freeze but don't have staff make tht make sense hopefully they close tht shit down soon they r lazy slow and rude there are only a couple employees tht are good I hope they shut this place down get new machines lower our pay and don't accommodate us when we have to stand there forever
They recently got new machines that work great but they make you donate more plasma then 880 you used to have the only go to 880 but now you have to do more than that for the same pay they don't do no pay increase since they got the new machines it seems like its hour 2 maybe even 3 hours before you can even sit down to be stuck then u got employees thats supposed be super visor gives you dam attitude like most of others employees and i wouldn't recommend donating here to anyone this place needs to be shut
Was checked in under the wrong name, and was told to go to medical to verify my weight. The medical staff totally ignored me was waiting 45 mins.then when she finally came over to help she chose to pick ever other donor but me knowing I'd been there the longest. Horribly managed. Expect to be there over 2.5 hours waiting for someone to just recognize you need assistance.
Donated last week and the staff was very scattered. No one was communicating properly. They're unhelpful. First reason for the bad review is SAFETY. I had a male phlebotomist who had gloves on and was sterilizing my arm for the needle. He tells me to wait and PULLS OUT HIS CELLPHONE WITH HIS GLOVES. Then proceeded to stick my arm without changing his gloves. I was shocked and worried about causing an issue. They also sent me off without telling me I was deferred? I saw it on my app and no one answers the
I love CSL PLASMA and I love donating there. The staff are friendly and they to me are the best and I have been going there for years... Won't go anywhere else.
Wow 4hrs .Over 2 hrs just waiting. 1 hrs to get stuck. 1 hrs run time.yes you can do better.Anything is better than this. WOW
Process takes a while but Jennifer and Cheryl are amazing. Makes it worth waiting.
Very poor service. Screeners would rather play on their phones instead of screen people. 1 or them is extremely rude. December I believe her name was. She is lazy and very rude to people. I watched her play on her cellphone for 5 minutes before calling me to both and then had attitude the whole time. Then now they force gay pride stuff down our throats. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I get people believe what they want but they are shoving it in our faces. Jose is the reason why I gave it 1 star. He is ama
Overall the employees are nice and courteous, and the experience with them is pleasant. However, they were experiencing severe staffing issues when I went here, which leads me to believe the company as a whole does not care for their staff as they should and they are not paying a liveable wage. I don't understand why this is such a common problem in the USA, but here we are. Their employees are being stretched thin and as a result incredibly stressed out. They are providing a life saving service and should
The staff are awesome, they greet me by name and show a great deal of concern and kindness to me. I have been a customer for years.
This is a decent place. Some of the employees are borderline rude. Very short and dry personalities. It may be because I come in closer to thier closing time. I get it, most of the employees have been there for a full shift. I get that they are ready to clock out of work and go on about their business. Well I too have just come from my 9 1/2 hour shift. I'm at work from 4:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and unfortunately, I have no choice but to come and donate for a little extra money. The last thing that I want to do a
Very professional. Routine for being signed up to donate is very simple. Easy way to make some extra money as well.
Would give a higher rating but when you come first thing in the morning be warned the "regulars" hold spots for people so you can go from 4th in line to 13th really fast and they don't do anything about it. Donor behavior is what made me stop selling plasma in the first place.
Staff is rude. They act like they don't want to be there. Get annoyed when you ask questions. Ghetto ass place nobody answers the phone. Under staffed. Long wait times. Honestly I remeber why I stopped coming here so many years ago. It has not improved with time. I dred going everytime.
This is the second time I had a screener who was very rude to me. She didn't talk to me the whole time, when she finally spoke to me she asked which cuff I normally get and that was after I had the thermometer in my mouth. And after I stepped down from the scale I held my arms out for her to look at them, she didn't even look up to look at them at all and when I sat down she threw the thermometer at me, this was when I donated today. The first time she screened me she didn't say one word to me the whole tim
I wasn't able to get referral bonus because my name was put in wrong in the system. I went to customer service (which is a joke itself) which told me to go to the center. I went to the center and was only given 5 dollars compensation. This was also the only center I've gone to that has managed to bruise my vein. Safe to say I won't be returning.
I absolutely love this donation center! I've been to other places and I've been hurt and had veins blown. I've been at CSL for a little over a month now, not once have I been hurt. The staff always has a smile when they see me. I feel like they actually care about me here. If you want to donate and make a change, this is where to do it. They're clean, nice and honestly the safest place I've ever donated.
Deedee is very friendly and very funny I enjoy her working there
Irresponsible???? Yes that's the best word to describe my care for trying to do something good and help people. Let's say careless as well, because they knowingly let the lady with glasses and locs in her hair continue to stick people with the needle knowing she has been given other people hematomas as well. I think it's best to say to question whomever that is going to stick them with a needle. My second time donating and to experience something like this is not what I would want for someone. I was very s
Don't do it. Long process that often won't pay. I live 45 minutes away and occasionally make the drive. Quick cash minimum effort. I do a questionaire before I leave, and preregister an appointment as it is a long drive. The other day I went in and was denied because they are still waiting on my lab results. I could have easily been informed at any point in the process before having ever left my house. The good news, I'll never need to make that drive again.
I literally got here at 11 and I been here before haven't donated since 2018. The customer service and help and such has gone down hill. They don't pay attention. An employee told me that she would get me hooked up after she was dealing with another. After she was done she took off her jacket and her device and left to go on break. They tell you 2 to 3 hours for first time. No its almost going on 4. This place has gone down hill tremendously!!
I have been to other CSL centers around the country (Portland, ME; Albuquerque; Omaha; Chicago) and had no problems. The only problem here was the length of time from entering to leaving. They seemed to have plenty of staff, but I was there for three hours. They were friendly and professional, and the donors were equally courteous. The length of time is why I leave four stars.
Gotten better but still a lack luster with attitude and service; as you can tell in the photo the bandage was way too tight. Update: They won't answer their phones on purpose if they don't want anymore donors to show up. It's the day after a snow storm and I tried calling 10 times to see if they were open and no answer. I decided to drive by and had a bunch of cars in the parking lot. I went in and asked if there was something wrong with their phones and they said they didn't hear any phones ringing at all
As normal person who donates regularly to help others and to gain a few extra funds this place is not worth it. These phlebotomist act so unbelievably in titled. The lack of respect for those who come to donate and the lack of time management is so atrocious here. it's not worth the time or money to donate. Doesn't matter if u wait in line at 5:30 am to get in before work, or come in on a week day at 11am. It is clear that there is no service or caring about their jobs. After seeing this and having it happe
Don't let the website fool you, it's $450 over 5 visits, not $750. Also plan to stay all day, not 60-90 minutes. Maybe 60-90 to get screened, not the other 5 steps after that (including the 30-60 minute draining). No staff anywhere in site for over an hour, no signage or any indications or directions for first time donors. Just overall sketchy
The staff themselves are fantastic. However as a company it is clear that CSL does not value their employees or their donors. They have been short staffed for 8 months and instead of doing anything about it, they just ask for your patience. No company that pays enough is having a staff shortage here in Omaha so this is a choice to value profits over their employees and donors. You can expect to wait in line for about an hour to check in before waiting some more before donating. If you're a new donor, g
I am absolutely blown away at how careless 90% of the staff is at CSL in Omaha. The screening process takes WAY longer than it has ever at any other donation center. The only good person there is this older guy named Jos?. He's the only one I've seen that is properly trained and didn't mess you up when he sticks you. Also the lady Disconnecting people last night needs to calm down when pulling the needle out. Seriously looked like she was trying to hurt people on purpose. I've worked for a plasma center pre
So credit is deserved where it's due. A few phlebotomists deserve recognition. Dede, Melissa, Sam, Janie, Jose, and Jackie. I have tricky veins and these individuals can get my veins with no issues. They are very patient, knowledgeable, and AWESOME accuracy when they stick. If you are new and want someone awesome, ask for one of them.
As of today I had experience unprofessional from the staff there at the csl plasma on 90th on of the staff that had poke my finger aggressive to the point where my blood was on her sleeve and when I asked the staff member what was wrong she didn't say anything and I asked her again what was wrong cuz she got too aggressive with the poking she was tossing things down on the counter she asked me to go sit down for 15 minutes cuz my blood pressure was way too high and the only reason why my blood pressure got
CSL needs to get more staff in the afternoon during peak times, so they can open more than two rooms of beds. It will make the donating process a lot faster for everyone. Also they have one staff member that works here everyday, and he is very very slow at his job. It takes him 5 minutes to disconnect someone from the machine, when it should only take 2 minutes at most. I would donate somewhere else, but this is the only place I can donate at. This place needs to do better at being a business. Also customer
The rate are which the employees move here would make molasses seem fast. They are always short staffed, showing that no one likes working there. More often than not, there is a line wrapped around the entire front screening area. I wouldn't even go if I didn't need the extra funds so badly. The staff up front have horrible attitudes as well, honestly I would rate this place zero stars if I could.
I drove 25 minutes to this place. I came in, got a dirty look from a staff member as if I shouldn't be confused waiting, I saw and went into the ?new donor? area put my name on a list and then an hour later of waiting for my name to get called I get asked by a male staff member ?why are you here? I tell him I'm new and am on a list. Come to find out they stopped taking new donors an hour ago and I wasn't actually on the list anyway it's a list for manual donors (as if I knew that) . The floors and atmospher
Just left there, it's a shame cuz the crew in the back is great, but they need help running the screener area. And I'm being very kind, was there 40 minutes waiting while 3 diamond donor got to skip line...then and only then was it announced that only 1 screener booth was operational. On any given visit you wait to see a screener can and usually is upwards 45 minutes to an hour or even longer. That is completely unacceptable, and if the manage can't do better then that, well think you know where I'm going w
Been trying to donate in Feb and Mar. Four different times I was stuck by inexperienced stickers. Bruised horribly and then couldn't go back for over a week. I can tell they are trying to make staff changes and Tyler is awesome. They just can't get good quality people. They would have a lot more customers if they had more staff and people who were experienced at putting in the needle. Giving up.
Wouldn't recommend this center they are super slow pay is just ridiculous on top that already made one complaint on this place looks like i gotta call again cause i came in this morning and had wait and all other donors just cause they didnt have a nursing stuff so everyone had wait 35-40 mins before they decided too start letting donors donate so ridiculous
I got right in and got "plugged in" quickly. People are always nice, especially Chris, Jose, and many more who's names I forgot. I'm a platinum donor, and if I didn't like it there, I would not have gone that much!
I'm a regular donor at a different CSL facility. I was shocked and appalled at how things were run here. Company standards state the reception booths are to be sterilized between each donor. This was NOT done. Per company policy gloves are supposed to be changed between each and every donor this two was , NOT done. This is for everyone's health safety. They shout out a color and expect you to know where you are to go. Their customer service sucks?!!!
People that leave one star reviews for plasma donation centers are the type that misuse "there", "their", and "they're". You can also find these people leaving negative and hilarious reviews for fast food chains. I've had nothing but great experiences with all of their charming employees and really appreciate the fact that they're there at work every time I've gone to donate. I also love this donation location because they encourage the use of earbuds. I like to read, not listen to 14 different versions of
Just the experience on the phone was enough to prevent me from donating here. The person I spoke to was one of the least professional people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with. She SCREAMED at another donor who must've been at the kiosk, and didn't even bother to pull the phone away from her mouth. She hurt my ear. She was impatient and rude when explaining donor fees, and treated me like an inconvenience. If this is what it's like on the PHONE, there's no WAY I would expect a positive experie
Jodi nope, she is a great woman and she know how to stay in her seat and maintain her job while all these employees and customers come in and she's a wonderful person
Went in on a Saturday for the first time and while the screening process is a little lengthy, everything went smoothly. Donation went fine and you are paid instantly. Walked out with no issues. Edit: Dropping by one star due to staff training and donation issues. I have had three donations in a row where I have received a bad stick from a newer phlebotomist. It has resulted in early returns and may eventually lead to my deferment if I don't get my blood returned to me, all of which is no fault of my o
Not sure what everyone?s talking about with the 3-4 hour long waits because I haven't had that experience (maybe I just happen to come at the right times??). And they pay better than the other places. However I'd suggest asking for a senior phlebotomist because it seems like half the people there don't know how to stick very well and stand there digging around trying to hit the vein right, which is never a pleasant experience.
Revised(see below) Very pleased with csl plasma staff for the early morning shift, they have been open and staff available and ready to work even in blizzard like conditions. It is greatly appreciated to have dedicated staff to depend on. Just to name a few Jackie, Davina, Marcus, Frank, I'm a regular donor Thursday and Saturday and you all do not disappoint. Thank you for all that you do, you all are appreciated, thanks for showing donors what a team and dedication looks like.? *******Revised & Updated****
My first donation experience involved a lot of waiting, but I learned that there had been a power outage the day before and that is why is was so busy and everything took so long. My second donation experience was much better! Immediately upon entering I was able to use the kiosk, I was immediately screened, and within 10 minutes I had a bed and I was donating. 10/10 Will be back to donate! Much faster than Octapharma and I didn't have to be re-stuck!
This place is a damn joke! They waste your time, they are slow, rude af, low staffed, and uneducated. Go to Octapharma. Plain and simple. They need to shut this place down.
So was told new donors get stuck first and this is not true have been waiting about 10 minutes now smh this would be why everyone leaves the lack of communication within the Company the first process went great but once I got to the floor as I'm STILL WAITING goodness csl get it together and communicate better.
I have had a fairly good experience so far. I do think at times, they are understaffed and some of the techs need more training. However there are techs there that do a really good job. I have had good experiences with Demarcus,Shay,Magda,Baja. They are very nice and are good phlebotomist. Terry is always friendly and conversational. The wait times can be a bit extreme at times. Overall I think they are doing the best they can with the amount of staff they have working with the donor load they deal with. P
I've never written a review as I find them unnecessary most of the time and the writers extremely entitled but donating plasma here was an absolutely terrible experience. First time donation else where takes 2 hours, 2.5 max. I spent almost 4 hours here for my first donation, probably over 1.5 hours just sitting and waiting to do the next thing. The staff seemed completely disinterested in their job and would rather mess around with fellow staff, watch tv, or just not help at all. Donating is not a very ple
For the most part, I'm satisfied and there are a few good workers. My one complaint is with Marcus. Nice guy but needs better training on sticking. I will not allow him to stick me anymore. He is the only one that doesn't get it in vein good enuff to keep machine going. Everyone else I've never had a problem with.
So It been 7 months since I donated. I went in today and went to the Kiosk. I answered the questions it ask me. Then waited in line for 20-30mins to do the screening process. I noticed that the staff working at the screening were joking around. I was wondering if this the reason that the screening process takes forever. The times I have donated it has also been the same. Today pissed me off because I went to my screening and Zak said that because I haven't been in 7 months I will have to do it all over agai
Jackie is ALWAYS in a room, knocking it out alone!!!! She has an awesome pace and just the other day she stuck 34and Dc'd 4 in 38 mins!! She's a DAMN GOOD worker!!!!
Shatara looked out and help me get done sooner than what I thought? give her a raise
This place is always under staffed or just slow. I drive 45min 1 way and wait 2 hours just to get hooked up and unhooked. The app doesn't show true time on if they are not busy or busy. The bathrooms are filthy.
Horrible condescending gossiping unprofessional untrained personnel. Customer service skills are non existent. Phlebotomist ? Lol oh really! Sure they have credentials but that doesn't mean that they're good phlebotomist- They were horrible.
I'm on my second trip to this place, and I've STILL gotten nowhere cuz all they do is ignore you and not even check you in. I've had to watch the same stupid video twice now, for new donors, and that's as far as I've gotten either time. Ten outta ten do not recommend.
Very slow is an understatement at this location. The workers obviously dont care about the customers by the lack of initiative. DONT GO HERE! On AVERAGE over 6 months of going to this place, it took 1 hr 50 minutes. the money you are paid is NOT WORTH IT!! u have better things to do with your time.
New donor. Walked in and looked where to go. No directions so I got in the line to wait for the nurses. 45 minutes later I'm next. The guy leaves and I stand outside the cubby. The nurse looks at me and rude as F says ? I didn't call you?. I said sorry I was next I thought. She tells me if it's my first time I need to go to the other side and sign in. They guy isn't there and I'd have to wait in the line again (it's twice as long now). Sorry but that's some bull. No person to tell people where to go and no
I always have a pleasant experience at CSL. Yes, the wait times are sometimes long but the staff is friendly & fun? They can't help they're short on staff some days. It's easy extra money!
156 donations here and almost always deal with great employees and service on the donating floor. Screening employees only get 3 stars from me. So 4 stars over all??
Rude staff. Very poor bedside manner. You wait for forever but they are short staffed. Doesnt mean the ones who are there havw to be nasty to the donors. I will never go here again
Slow. The employees sit around and talk. Then once you finally get to the bed you wait for a phlebotomist for 45 mins. Then they can't stick you right. Waste your time some more. After sitting for over an hour and a half they switched to stick my other arm. Continued to waste more time. Then leave. This place is horrible.
Plebotomist Sarah made my experience the best yet...been at this for 4 years at least! Gotta say she has the best sense of humor while remaining professional! She gotta have a raise ya'll!
The sign in process is a complete waste of time and the money is NOT worth the wait. Every single employee drags their feet and will have you standing in line for 2-3 hours before they even attempt to stick you.
Professionalism lacks at this location, they are poorly organized and complain about eachother in front of clients. Depending on who you get can make or break your donating experience. the good staff members left, and you can really get a feel for client and staff favortism. I gave it a three because due to poor bedside manner, and among other isms I don't care for, Donating plasma, to me means I am helping to save a life, and that is a gift. While the money is a positive, I like to think of donating as a
The lines can be long at times, but the staff are very friendly. Only down side is the warmer the weather expect to be decline to donate for a high temperature. Four times my temp was 99.7 with no symptoms, and highest is 99.6. In order to keep it under during hot weather I have to have something really cold right before I go in. Otherwise it's a waste of gas, and loss of business on their end. Edit Add-On: I have to return to attempt donations again, but as a friendly reminder to all. If you been gone for
Csl is very efficient at getting donors screened and starting the process. The people on the donor floor are professional, friendly and quick. Love this place. Helping people and making money while laying down!
Jassmine "stuck" me on my first time back after about 4 years. Smooth, no bruising on hers :) Small bruise from the second stick, but it is gone already. Pretty much expect to wait when you donate plasma, I think, but still pretty quick. Even the first donation (with the "new donor" process), I was in around 11 and out by 1. I'd say it's a good experience. I get some money for food/gas just for laying in a bed for about 45 minutes.
This is a terrible place to donate unless you have nothing going on all day. Wait times are extravagant. Staff is more interested in the TV shows or taking to each other. If your going to donate here expect it to take 6 hours on your first visit. And 3 hours every time you donate.
Staff is under staffed, unprecedented and unprofessional both parts, gossiping and this guy worked in back wanted run a bet but than. Changed his mind because told him is unethical behavior and for $5 how if it was my last load, avoid older nurse big lady misty she is real pain and for stupid documents of Doc approval, plan to donate only 5 times 4 the 50 bucks and never ever going back. This pharmaceutical is billion status and this is bogus paying this little bit . Avoid this location after 3pm as gets
this place is so unorganized. They do not have enough staff members working to help get more people in and out. the staff would rather sit around an talk than work. they only have to areas out of the 5 they have open plus they do not have enough staff working in the two they have open. and most of the staff stand around looking like they don't know what they r doing
Welcome to the most ghetto of Plasma Centers. It takes forever to get through the process. Instead of taking care of the donor, the screeners are too busy talking to each other about how their baby daddy's are sleeping with other women or complaining about not having a babysitter when they want to go to the clubs at night, real professional. At least the staff on the donor floor are a lot better.
So friendly will talk to you if your unsure about procedures. Some of the staff in back where we go to donate can be very rude and immature it's a business not high school.
Went two weeks ago the girl on the donation floor pulled the needle out of my arm after donation. Left me there bleeding out while she walked away. Then came back without gloves to clean me up. I had to yell at her to give me gauze. The second week I go the girl put the needle in didnt get flash back so kept moving it around and infiltrated my vein. A week later still have a bruise and they refuse to let me donate. Employees here are incapable of doing their jobs safely. I still have yet to be compensated f
The staff here are bullies I truly feel nothing is getting done about it
Absolute trash center don't waste your time I stood around for 30 min just so I could get help to answer my medical questions. The incompetence to this location is unreal.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
