Hi I came into your center about an hour and a half ago as a potential new donor, I completed the video, but how ever, the front desk lady left and I was done in about 30mins, then I went and sat another 40mins and still no one came to check if I was done. Long story I didn't complete as a new donor because of the fact no one checked up like it stated in the video. Thanks but will not be returning until you all get that process please handled. Beautiful center, but process will get you all bad reviews.

I went as a first time donor today and because my drivers license has my first last name and not my second last name to match my social but I had my birth certificate that also showed my first and last name to match both my ID & social , they would not accept it I couldn't donate even tho two family members referred me to them! No worries tho I went to Grifols their competitors and they had no problem accepting my ID or social because my first name and first last name matches my social & ID the second last

Grouchy staff sometimes and way too long to get the needle outta your arm, i mean its freezing and it hurts but i was done with my donation 20 mins ago, my actual donation time was 30 minutes. It's happened repeatedly and its unacceptable. That is twenty minutes of pain, which did not need to occur and wasn't part of the actual plasma withdrawal process. I know a lot of the staff are helpful and they're trying their best and they're probably underequipped. So I wanna say to management that you need to have a

No wonder why y'all have 2 stars. maybe get some more staff for your busier hours. last time I was here I couldn't sign in because i had to do an assessment, ok that's fine. i waited 2 hours just for them to give me a physical, i had to leave. people have places to be. I come in again today to try again and I'm standing at the counter for 30 minutes while the staff look at me. Go to another plasma center if you really want to donate

Before coming there they don't say you need proof of residence, and when you come give the attitude when you don't have it with you, a girl say I'm not gonna deal with you, right away, after I said you didn't mentioned it, called the manager, the manager got mad, said I'm not gonna deal with you, lol, and after I tried to bring 2 different documents, with the proof of the address and my name on it, the third person said we will not accept any document with your name or address if it's not 60 days old, has a

This place is a mixed bag, some days are flawless, some days make me never want to come back. Most of staff is nice enough, rules for deferral can be alittle harsh, just hope the day you go things are running smoothly.

everyone for the most part was super nice it was my first time donating and I was really scared so the staff let my boyfriend sit with me to distract me. until one of the nurses, darker completed with black braids was super rude to me and my boyfriend. I went to tell her i was finished and my machine was beeping over and over and she put her hand in my face and told my boyfriend to go wait in the waiting room. I interrupted and said the manager and everyone else let him sit here with me she rolled her eyes

Hello I went to this location on, yesterday CSL Plasma in Palm Bay Florida. To be embarrassed by the staff. One of the Ladies asked me to sit over here. Then one of the nastiest dudes staffs, I ever seen. Walked up and stated you are a low life over and over why he was sticking me with the needle. Can you imagine with a needle being stuck in me and a human being stating that I was a low life. At the same time. So I asked him what my mom my dad my kids all are lowlights. He stated again no, just only your a

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there today and they were obnoxiously rude. At first everything was okay, evidence was shown and still deferred me without an explanation. Oh and they did the defer permanently and banned me. They were practically calling me a liar. They are awful. Do NOT go to this place ever!! Worst experience ever!! I will forget going to donate plasma, never again! ????

Ignore any and all of the negative reviews on here, they are from people, who for very good reasons, were permanently deferred and they are lashing out against this great place. Everyone who works here has a great attitude and does a fantastic job. The place is clean, organized, staff are courteous and never let anyone wait for more than a few seconds before acknowledging you. The staff do indeed change gloves and wash hands frequently, and the entire facility and it's equipment are cleaned and sanitized

Are you sure you're accepting new donors? I waited two hours and was only told to watch a 17 minute video and sit in the corner. Didn't even make it into the massive line. I walked out since they clearly have more going on than they can handle.

Updated 9/24- I'm going to update this weekly so people can get a full understanding of what to expect. Today I walked in at 10am and the line to donate is past where you check in. I so wish there was another plasma donation center local to Palm Bay. Maybe the competition would force CSL to up their game. While some staff are very nice and efficient, the overall process in place to get customers in and out as fast as possible is lacking. In addition, not all the staff are actually nice. So, you end up spe

They defer you for literally everything you breathe too hard they defer you. One of them is having a bad day. They defer you, and they most definitely Are not the most professional when it comes to their attitudes for any of the staff the phlebotomist or management and sometimes it seems like they take their sweet time to get people to the back so you're having to stand up in a line for over an hour

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your center on September 27, 2024, around 6 PM. After a 4-year hiatus from donating due to previous experiences with my smaller veins, I decided to give it another try. Upon arrival, I was informed by the lead doctor that I had been deferred for small veins, based on a note in my file from 4 years ago. While I understand this decision, I found the doctor?s approach unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I respectfully requeste

It's ok here. Cleaner then most other plasma places I've been too. The pay is not anywhere near as good as other centers I have been too. They also need to get people better trained or more staff to get people off the machines after at end. A few times I waited upwards extra 20-30 mins just waiting for someone to get me off machine. That's not professional compared to other centers I've been too.

You could check your own vitals and feel great somehow my vitals are all over the place they use the wrong size blood pressure cuffs to show a wrong reading so they can defer you so they could go and talk.

No more points rewards only if you do a survey for 5 points you will have to donate 200x's to get$10 bonus

This store is worthless, if you are a smoker do not try to donate here. If u smell like cigarettes at all they will have u removed from the building even after allowing me to go through vitals and wait in line for over 45 minutes!!!

I usually expect long wait times when I go here but the fact that three different people including myself were done with their donation and had to wait THIRTY MINUTES past the time their return was done is actually insane. I was starting to get light headed at this point. The only person who knows what is going on is Lauren. I love her. Management is bottom of the barrel unprofessional. Both brown haired managers walk around screaming at everyone and having the most unprofessional conversations I have wit

I like coming here but y'all seriously gotta do better with your DC's, aka Disconnections. I was done donating at 11:35 and still sitting connected to a machine at 12:00 while I made this review. Thank you to Abby for disconnecting me when I told her how long I'd been sitting there.

Staff was courteous but these guys gave me a false HIV positive test and informed me I'm permanently deferred even though I am HIV negative (got tested at primary care physician) and have never had a an STI and as a married man I have to say they are very irresponsible and i highly suggest going to any other plasma company. Not to mention the 2 times the machines malfunctioned and blood got into the machine. If I could rate 0 or negative stars I would.

Only leaving this review to say that Lauren is incredible and she does completely pain free needle sticks. 10/10

Yeah waiting sucks but people don't complain on reviews for theme parks waiting on those lame as rides for 60 sec of mediocre joy. The team at CSL is great and treats everyone with kindness and importance. I give it 5 stars

Absolutely everybody is wonderful here except their point system. Every time I get close enough to cash in my points on the rewards they turn around and take like 300 of them trying to say that I haven't been active for 30 days or some other excuse and it has nothing to do with the plasma center has everything to do with the reward system and they screw you highly recommend this place to donate. Don't even pay attention to the reward system because Every time I get up to where I can cash them in they take l

I came here with my boyfriend all the time there's been a couple of times they send me to the room that the only door that opens is the one that you leave the building. I always stay in the waiting area. Cause that way I wouldn't have to go out the building then enter again just to use the restroom then go back into that room. In the picture the handle is on the other side. This place need to do something about this. Or should?ve put a restroom for people waiting in this room.

I've been going here for several years and can say that I am quite satisfied with the staff and general doner experience here for the most part. Most of the staff knows me by name, they are always friendly, etc. and generally the donation process is quick and smooth. I have to say though as a doner it gets extremely frustrating when they are understaffed on occasion though. It seems like CSL Behring Pharmaceutical routinely cuts the amount of hours/payroll allocated for the location and when this happens t

First off ? the people inside of the location at Babcock are phenomenal. My problem is with the corporate office promising referral fees. I have referred three people so far without a problem. This week was my fourth referral. Today was her fifth donation so I was supposed to receive payment today. I did not receive payment. When we inquired inside, the Babcock location says she's donated before. Her application shows she's donated 5 times us as of today. When I called the corporate office, they show in the

This is ridiculous, you know for a plasma center who wants to ?save lives? they don't know how to pick up a phone, I've called 3 times and the phone just rings and rings, my friend called and it hung up on her, this baffles me, as a professional business that has to be big on safety and protocols you really need to answer your phones, this is absolutely insane and very unprofessional I hope some action is taken into place here!

I have never had a bad customer experience they employees there are great. I would say 5 star for the employees. However, the lines can get a little long and your time of walking into the building and sitting in a chair can take upwards of 1.5hrs and then the time in the chair will be about an hour. I feel that if there should be some sort of compensation if you're waiting a while either more money or more points toward your visit.

My overall experience with the front end staff and the phlebotomists have been great , as well as the donation experience. My issue is with a manager (the brown curly haired one I believe her name is Tracy) who on one occasion I shared that I had olive garden with my daughter for lunch and she looked up and in a very rude tone of voice said ?Oh you'll flow nicely?. I let that go as she may have been having a bad day. Today, I donated and my squeeze ball popped and hit the ceiling. It was an accident. Tracy

I've always had good experiences with the staff, they are great. The biggest problem is how constantly understaffed they are. The first time I went to sign up, it took over six hours. There is no one dedicated to the front desk or new donors, so you have to wait for other workers to stop what they are doing and get around to you. The actual time it takes to do vitals and donate would be under an hour for me, but with the lines, it usually takes two hours or more. It's incredibly frustrating, because th

I recently observed a concerning incident today that compelled me to share my feedback. During my visit, the floor supervisor publicly informed a young lady that she was banned from returning due to an issue with her vein and her reluctance to have her other arm destroyed. While the individual handled the situation professionally, the public nature of the interaction was inappropriate. I must express my disappointment in the overall organization and professionalism displayed. The lack of coordination and p

Embarrassingly unprofessional and in need of employees. A bottle of plasma retails for thousands of dollars. They want to pay me $30 for my weight class.

I saw a young man park his electric scooter by the side of the bed where he was donating plasma. The stressed out manager (blonde-haired woman) who was running things saw it and said ?oh this can't be here?. She was so rude about it, and didn't even ask him if she could move his scooter. She just took it away nasty and carried it by the handlebars in a way that looked like it could damage the scooter. Very aggressive. If the manager had been a male and the scooter owner a female, I think people would have r

Staff was professional, informative and personable. First time donor wait time was 2+ hours as to be expected. Following donations was less than 1 hour in & out. They have an app that provides you the opportunity to complete your mandatory medical questionnaire prior to your arrival. Within their app, they also provide time schedules for least busiest hours of operation, I highly recommend utilizing this info if you don't like waiting because it tells you when everyone & their mother shows up at least 2 hrs

I had a bad experience Monday. It took me 2.5 hours. They messed up and stop me from coming back until October. They didn't even let me know anything. But it's cool because one of the guys name Wallace doesn't really care about the ppl. Gina one of the managers use the same gloves with everyone. She never change her gloves. It's all on the cameras. So it was cool

The quality sucks!! If you have a problem look out! You will be there for a long Time! I was there 2 hours and during that time because the machine would go into Alarm and most of them would turn there heads! Even the one stuck you with the needle! I could tell she didn't want To do her job of course her being pregnant! There was another time I was There 3 hours I was so pissed! And Believe me it wasn't very pleasent! So far this was my 13th time! I'm thinking on stopping going here and go to another pla

Very negative experience. The female supervisor, who oversees the phlebotomists, with the curly black hair, tattoos, and piercings is very unprofessional! She doesn't need to interact with anyone, donors or staff.

It's hit or miss when you go..very inconsistent. I understand they're training new people but they end up promoting the best floor employees to office positions (it seems like).. In fact, the way the place is set up you can see into the office area and many times there are a 4-5 people back there talking while there are people waiting in line and only 3 employees actually hooking people up to machines. I understand nothing is perfect but I've been going to this place for 2 years and you don't know how l

Wonderful business they are closed on Sundays now, but I still find them wonderful

Staff is friendly and most have been working here for a while, which is a good sign. I never thought I'd be a regular donor, but I've never had any major issues here and so I keep coming back! The beds are clean, the phlebotomists are competent and helpful, and it's a straightforward process to donate.

I usually have a great experience. I know that it takes time for things to happen. And it's a process. And I try to be positive because I know there's different strokes for different folks. Was trying to be super nice to Taylor at vitals in the Palmbay store. And she look like she was having a bad day. And she said no it's just what my face looks like. My temperature was above normal. No problem. Do not care that I have to come back. But I've been donating at this location for almost a i?ve been at this loc

The staff are good and I have always had a good experience as far as getting poked. I have noticed wait times are shortening but they are still a bit long. Expect to spend 1-3 hours per donation. Oh and the bathrooms are lacking a little.

They used to pay you out of they missed a vein but now if they miss they fish around in your arm with that needle until they hit your vein. They don't care if they cause hematomas. These people don't care about your body or your health. You are a product and they never let you forget it.

I love the staff at the Palm Bay location. Except for the nurse they have. I was in line to be next and she took two people ahead of me. And Everytime I go the check in never works. The whole reason I had to see the nurse was because last time I donated. They brushed my arm and it wasn't flowing so they had to switch. Not enough staff so it's a very slow process. The extra money is really not worth it, but you try to good a good thing and it's always a hassle with something.I have a great job so it's not li

Nothing against the staff!!!! The reason for my poor review is they need more help. Everytime I come here the line is to the door and it takes almost 2 hours to start donating and 3 hours to earn $50. Not worth it

Came back as a returning new donor on august 25th and came to donate today on 09/13 and they got rid of my promotion for august. That is very disappointing I had sm more expectations. Definitely after the staff member that took my vitals said I should be getting the promotion from last month since that's when I started. Really messed up my day I was expecting $100 after donating and only got $35 waste of my time, waste of my body fluids, also the same staff member that took my vitals also told me the scales

Potential new donors, or even returning donors, please read: I have been coming here to donate for a long time now and I am so proud of the staffing that is currently there. It is very apparent that there is some staffing issues, with either one phlebotomist on the floor, or one or two people up front dealing with people and taking vitals with a line that's never ending. They are trying their best with what they have. Please do not be rude to them, please do not yell at them if they cut off doing new donors

I have been going to CSL Plasma center for two months and I am so impressed with the staff and the team work I witness. Debbie one of the ladies who works there has a bundle of enthusiasm and she is always efficient and positive with each person she comes across. I highly recommend using this location for your plasma donation center.

I love this place. It's GREAT for retirees looking to make some cash to supplement their fixed, monthly pensions, especially those not yet receiving Social Security. The staff is friendly, relatable, professional, and very courteous. Thank you so very much CSL Plasma!

These women are insecure ????They are not certified phlebotomists this is why they have to have 5 people to get the job right. To get plasma injections it cost low end of $600 and you must receive 4 treatments $2400 and they paying $55 please know your worth. This place need certified phlebotomist.

I go here to help people, and get enough to put some gas in the ride occasionally as well. I think they're dealing with a lot of safety regulations, there's a lot of people that come there, especially with gas prices being what they're. And IMHO they do a good job, considering all they're having to deal with. They make it clear what the rules are, l?m pretty sure they could get into trouble if a state official or OSHA person came in there, and they just allowed people to go to sleep, talk on the phone non

Almost 3 hour wait for old clients the new clients are getting in faster then the older ones. 3 hours to wait is ridiculous. Yall need a fast track row for donors that donate in 30 minutes. Yall have parents and people who work that sit there for hours and then have yo leave without donating because of the length of time it takes.just to wait in line. Now the phlebotomistthey do wonderful. I am ready to switch locations.

DON'T DONATE HERE. PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEM. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They're understaffed, over worked, undersupplied, They have plumbing and sanitation issues every other day and I guarantee you there's no soap or handsanitizer anywhere in this place, they know it's unsafe, they don't care. Management is very unprofessional and mistreats the donors and staff on a daily basis. They literally kept one of my payments and when I tried to get the money I am owed for my own blood water they permanently deferred me.

Ridiculously slow. Numerous times one person doing vitals checks while 10+ people are in line. I get sent back to the nurse for scratches and days old bruises from my work about 25% of the time. Nurse always OKs me, but it's just an added extra 15-20 minutes waste of time. I haven't been sent back at Immunotek once, which after this last fiasco is where I'll be going. Once you clear the vitals and finally get to the floor that process and techs are usually very good.

While I have to give CSL Plasma of Palm Bay credit for finally getting additional employees in the door, there failure to ensure those employees are properly trained or at least ensure they are following company policies, is negligent at best and down right fraudulent at worst. A friend and I decided to start donating again after about a 6 month break. When we arrived, we were informed that we would be considered new donors again and as such, would be eligible for the new pay scale at $100 per donation. W

I have been to several plasma donation centers in the time I have been donating, CSL is by far my favorite. In one of my recent visits I wasn't feeling well before my donation and I passed out in the screening area. The staff in reception (Will G. and Kristen L.) quickly called for help. Chrissy O. got me awake and helped me through the situation. She remained professional and ultimately was very concerned for my wellbeing. Joy F. in medical took my blood pressure and sat with me until we decided it was saf

Still, CSL's bonuses are insufficient, particularly for returning donors, regardless of whether the donor is a silver, gold, or bronze member. Despite the initial reasonable pay at the beginning of the year, the pricing continues to decrease, which makes donating at CSL not worth doing so. The survey is also questionable. The company should consider adding a platform for donors to share their thoughts and opinions, considering that it's the donors who are donating. Verses are just filling out a 1?5 scale.

I used to come to this place regularly, I was a platinum donor, but now the line is always out of the door and it takes multiple hours of waiting and frustration to complete the process. I would like to come back but I can't justify the wait times for the compensation. The majority of staff is friendly, but some literally hate their lives or are super lazy. They are consistently understaffed and poorly managed.

Well. Don't go here unless you have at least 4 to 5 hrs to spare. So last 2 times I went I had to have a bruise, that they caused, checked out. And I am totally ok with getting the bruise looked at but you have to wait in line an hour to get told we need to look at your bruise than they stick you in the back of the line again to wait atleast another hour to get checked in again and than go wait in line to get in a chair. But they could be nice, since they caused the bruise, to put you back into the wher

Wait time is 3 hours and it takes 20 minutes to unhook you from the machine . But people who draw blood are great

I was told that you're 'not accepting new donors' due to 'staffing shortages' even though there were new donors being processed when I walked in. I firmly believe me being turned away is intentional and I don't think the staff cares at all. Lying to donors is not a good way to keep donors or have new ones come in.

Cal palm bay, attempted to donate blood today. After the normally long wait my BP registered a little high. While waiting quietly minding my own business seated calmly playing a game in hopes I could still donate today. A patrons spouse launches an attack verbally only to be abusiveand rude. Of course there's no way my blood pressure is coming down now. I have to return yet another day to start process again. I thanked him for helping me waste my time. Where he vet again lauches a brust of profanities foll

Edit: After a year of donating at CSL, changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Staff does an excellent job, works fast, are all friendly. No wait even without an appointment. Biotest is a joke compared to this place. . . . I've been going to Biotest Melbourne for 3-4 years. CSL has all of the new tech that Biotest just got. Today was my new donor appt, but the checkin process seems efficient. New center, hardly any people, hardly any wait, tons of staff standing around ready to work. Cons: 1) T

This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time trying to donate here. They are extremely unorganized, unprofessional and all around unpleasant. I was in their facility for far too long and after 2.5 hours of waiting to complete their requirements and not getting anywhere I final decided to leave. When I first arrived there was nobody waiting, I was first in line but I had to use the restroom and was literally in the restroom for less than a minute and my name was moved down the list and 5 people wer

I give the place 5 stars for the blood draw staff!!! However, the fact that the intake where they do BP, weight, etc has 5 bays and there is always only one person to handle the intake for a line of 8 at any given time. =-/. The amount of wait time due to no staff makes coming here very difficult due to an immense amount of wait time that kills schedules and can be a deterrent to return to donate. Plasma saves lives but the wait time kills the incentive. If the facility didn't pay, I don't see how any

CSL Palm Bay is not a bad place to go but you do have some individuals there that really have no people skills and really do not know how to speak to people in private. Without getting into full details ,but changing the rules of certain things (that was told to me a year ago) without letting your donors know and then coming to that donor while their in the middle of donating and discussing it in front of other donors is not a good way to run a business. This person could have just simply told me to come ta

Csl is the best place to donate at and get compensated as well!! The staff is so friendly and professional and it just feels like a second home to me every time I donate. I just love the staff period they are the best point blank period and my daughter yonisia jackson loves them just as much!!! Keep up the good work..

The 3 stars is for the staff...well the staff they have. Its understanable for this process to take time. But they are so understaffed it takes so long for each process. Even when u make it to the back to donate u can sit down and wait 15 minutes before a nurse sees u...15 mins even when after you done... Its 5:45pm now and i prob wont get out of here until 730..8..... With the amount of people here donating dont understand how u can hire more staff.

I tried to donate one time and was told that I could not because of the fact that I served overseas in Europe in the army from 1982 until 1990 during the time mad cow disease happened. If I had that I would have been dead a long time ago and the army does not get meat from Europe it gets it from the United States. Mad cow disease happened in British cows

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional when i visited there. A Tech named allison was extremely rude talking about donors and coworkers as she was doing my vitals. Then a manager was just as rude also talking about donors her name was also latoya on her badge but they called her lala. If it is not for us donors they would not have there jobs.!! Will never return and i will advise anyone who plans on going there to not waste your time and they pay by weight as to where the one in melbourne does not.

Super shitty I sat there for over 2 hours just to be told that the pdf is down and that wasn't able to donate. This is the 2nd time. What a wate of time and ill never return

I have never donated at a brand new facility before. Due to new staff and computer issues in the checking in process and training of phlebotomists on the donation floor I can only give the facility a 3. Im sure as the facility works out their kinks it will be a smoother process for the donor. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The arm rests are not comfortable and do slide off the bed. The donation fees are smaller than what I'm used to with smaller bonuses. No special donation programs like hepa

If you can go somewhere else you should. This is the worst CSL I have ever been to. First the line was long to go to donate, now they put the slowest guy on screenings with a huge line and only one person. Who kept walking away. Takes hours just to get through the line.

Allow me to explain myself. My first time Dani asked Krissy to stick me because I'm terrified of needles. When I got over to donate she act like she was too busy n said can't she do it. Who was Bonni. Who obviously didn't know how. After alot of moving the needle Krissy came n stuck me in my other arm. Yesterday it was 10 minutes after machine beeped to let them know I was done with my donation before someone finally came to unhook me. Thank God I didn't have an emergency during all that time no one was pay

My first time there and it was a very long day. So if it's your first time plan on being there for at least four hours. The entire staff seem to be very professional. And friendly I will come back.

Staff joking openly about how staff don't stay and they are short staffed. Lines long while staff converse amongst themselves. Medical department representative very rude and confrontational. Zero customer service. Totally unacceptable. If I could give a zero I would.

Came here on a Sunday but there was a 3 hour wait, at least. Decided to come back Monday morning. Got here before the doors open at 7 but was 10th in line. It's now 7:17 and the doors are still not open but the workers are inside ignoring us. Have no idea what's going on.

What I don't understand is my husband is from Puerto Rico. He understands English but can't read it. You think by now everything would be bilingual. So since he can't read English he can't donate. Maybe consider Spanish speaking donates also. He has a FL ID and is legal so I just don't understand in these times this issues aren't implemented. Especially during tough financial times right now. ?? Ugh

Worst experience ever I've ever had a plasma center I'm in total disbelief grifols In Melbourne is way better professional they won't let me come back month because I shut my eyes Debbie (super visor)I was warned but itoke a bus then skateboarded their to just dont donate then she threatened me she wouldn't let me come back I'm astonished by the way I was treated

Super Short Staffed And They Make It So Difficult For Folks To Donate. People Get Denied So Much Here I Only Got To Donate Twice. It's Been So Many Times I'd Miss The Requirements By A Point Or 2. They Are So Difficult To Work With. I've Donated Plasma All 2020 At Another Location And I Never Gotten Deferred Or Anything Like That. They Defer People Left ?n Right I'm Starting To Think They Do It On Purpose So The Company Doesn't Have To Pay For The Donations Because It's Ridiculous That I've Only Gotten To D

Great staff but they are consistently understaffed. The lack of available workers makes is a time consuming event, which truly puts a damper on the entire experience.

I love the people working here! They are kind and patient and make coming here a joy!

I went there today for the second time (attempting to become a new donor) and was told for the second time that I didn't drink enough water to donate. I drank a gallon of water as requested. So fine, I went back to Biotest instead and beat my own best time for donating, which means I was more than hydrated enough. I don't know if the phlebotomist just didn't feel like bothering or what, but I definitely wouldn't recommend donating at CSL.

Horrible, I come here for the need of money and to help a little. I sat for 20 minutes and then they found out the chair didn't work. I was told that if I didn't like being skipped that this was voluntary and to leave if I felt some type of way. I am not just a simple client I'm a donor.

Would be a 5 star rating if all the employees aren't standing around talking instead of leaving me here for 30 minutes sitting here waiting to be hooked up. Ive never had a bad experience before this though.

We'll never go back to this place.. They do not change their gloves after they do your vitals. They perk everybody's finger to gets a blood sample. They should be changing their gloves every time. But they do not.

So, you're standing in long lines, for possibly hours, then a serious drop in pay, plus theirs never any real bonuses or promo codes to use regardless of which level you're in (gold, silver, etc...). And all you get is possibly $115, maybe a pouch beverage and a nutri grain in July 2023. ?? What do plasma companies make off of 880 ml of my plasma, and why do they pay the donors so little for our donations? It's estimated that plasma used for pharmaceutical purposes can make roughly 5,000 USD in net prof
